Disappointing Purchase
I gave in and bought a Womanizer because the brand is so highly praised, and they had a pink one. But honestly, I absolutely hate that toy. I can’t stand it.
I got the Premium Eco mainly for the cute green packaging, but the product itself feels like it was designed more to be “eco-friendly” than actually pleasurable. The battery lasts maybe 30 minutes, and the standby mode shuts it off after 10 minutes if you’re not constantly pressing buttons. Who can reach orgasm in 10 minutes? And who wants to keep pressing buttons the whole time?
I use one setting, and I need at least 45 minutes. This thing has ruined every single one of my “me time” sessions. I just end up frustrated and annoyed. I’ve put it away in a drawer, and it’s been collecting dust for a year now. The last time I tried to give it another chance, same thing, it shut off.
Honestly, for that price, you’re way better off getting something from a drugstore. 110% better.
Pitiful Battery life
I bought this toy when my Satisfyer Curve stopped charging, as I'd heard the Womanizer brand were supposed to be a lot better. As a trans man, the name was always off putting, but I wanted a good quality suction toy so I thought I'd give them a try.
The interchangable hole sizes are a nice touch, though it was a bit annoying to have to order the large size in separately - Being able to remove the silicone hole makes cleaning the device more convenient, which is good as this model isnt waterproof like my Lelo/Satisfyer, therefore cannot be sumberged when cleaning.
Sensation wise, the toy is great, but the battery life is APPALLING. I genuinely have to charge it after almost every use, and I'm not exactly using it for super long sessions.
The charging cable is also super short, supposedly to be eco friendly, but it's really inconvenient, especially with how frequently it's required.
Also, the hard plastic edges of the design feel bizarrely sharp - not enough to do any damage, but it's not a comfortable hold, and feels unergonomic.

Womanizer Premium ECO – Extremely Disappointing
Honestly, I did not expect this purchase to turn out so badly. I’ve been using air pulse stimulators for over six years now and had been wanting to try the Womanizer Premium for a long time. Unfortunately, the ECO version has been nothing but a letdown.
First of all, the battery life is shockingly bad. It barely lasts through two uses—even when those uses are several days apart. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly it dies.
The stimulation itself is incredibly harsh. Despite having relatively low sensitivity in that area, I still found it way too aggressive. There’s no subtlety or nuance to the sensation—it’s just intense in a really uncomfortable way. And worst of all, it doesn’t bring me any pleasure. I don’t experience any real satisfaction when using it.
What’s really surprising is that I’ve used a similar air pulse toy from Romp, which was significantly more enjoyable and much more comfortable. I don’t know how the same basic technology can feel so different, but the Womanizer just feels overbearing and ineffective.
Orgasms are extremely difficult to reach with this toy—it takes so much effort that it becomes frustrating rather than fun. I honestly didn’t think a premium product like this could perform so poorly.

I bought mine in Jan 2024. It's Feb 2025 and it's officially dead. Like it just won't turn on anymore even though the charger light flashes and I leave it to charge for a few hours.

Pros: Eco friendly, pretty colour, sleek design.
Cons: Too big of a gap between certain levels. I go from feeling almost nothing to too much stimulation which is uncomfortable. Magnetic charger attachment isn't secure enough. I find the bio plastic not as nice to hold as the silicone. Too noisy on any level above 3 unless you keep it under the covers. For me, this was an expensive lesson. A waste of money.

Goldilocks of Suction Toys

I’ve not used any toy by Womanizer since the days of the garish designs and bejewelled buttons, so the design transformation is impressive enough, but looks can be deceiving, is it just a make over, or is this a real glow-up?
As soon as I slipped the outer sleeve from the box I could tell this was a premium product, embossed with the Womanizer logo, again marks for looks, but it’d all be for nought if the toy didn’t stand up to expectations. Once I opened the box I really was impressed, which if you’ve read any of my reviews is hard to do. The toy itself was in its storage bag, and on the other side of the box was some instructions, safety leaflet, information of how and why this was their eco toy, the charging cable cleverly packaged and then underneath another panel was a little envelope with a different size attachment.
To say I was blown away with the packaging alone would be an understatement, and explains why I’ve gone on about it so much. I rarely buy from known luxury brands for the same reasons I rarely buy name brand trainers, at some point you’re just paying for the name, but this alone made me think of this as a luxurious product - is that the point? Is it all psychological? Whatever the reason it meant the toy itself had a long way to fall.
Now onto the toy itself. It didn’t have any power out of the box. Something I was a little sad about. Usually toys have a little energy just to show me what they’re made of, a little tease of what they can do, just enough to keep your mind whirling while it takes it’s time to reenergise, but no, this guy didn’t even offer that, instead just came straight home and went to bed for the full time without even so much as a wave.
Adding to my frustration I was given a very nice quality braided magnetic USB cable, which Womanizer claimed had used 50% less resources to manufacture! How have they achieved this wonderful feat? They cut the cable in half, it’s around 50cm making it a struggle for me to find a suitable charging situation and instead inventing one - this was hampered by the fact the magnetic connection is very weak, a slight jostle, a light breeze, something going bump in the night, are all likely to move the charger and when you return to it, no charged toy.
I’m super plus sized and so that’s where I’ve had a lot of trouble with these cock* suction toys, that includes trying different head sizes, but this toy just felt really comfortable, easy to find the exact spot and ride it out.
There are 12 levels but I never went above 4. Another big problem I’ve had with my previous Womanizer and other similar toys is one level is too low and the next is too high, but this was perfect, absolute Goldilocks. I was even able to increase past where I though possible because there wasn’t a sudden jump.
The suction itself isn’t the same as getting head, it’s just not, but that’s no bad thing! It certainly gives you memories of it, but it is its own unique thing, very pinpoint stimulation. I usually prefer stimulation that also works what is below the surface, and the suction/rumblings from the eco gave me that and as a result was the first toy of this type to allow me to climax, not just once but every time I’ve used it. No it wasn’t in 3 minutes, but it was fucking good.
Smart silence was a little bit hot or miss for me. It seemed to work most of the time, but at one rather unfortunate moment, I really could of used the Smart Silence kicking in but it just kept rumbling away. I think this might happen if the head gets full of too much lubricant - natural or artificial
Cleaning isn’t too much of a faff, the silicone heads can easily be removed and washed under the hot tap with antibacterial soap or toy cleaner, the body of the toy cannot be submerged though, so for that you’re going to need toy cleaner.
I do appreciate it is possible to change the battery and that they supplied one extra head although I think offer S, M and L (rather than just S and M) could of been better. I also wish it came in different colours, although I am glad they didn’t go with some garish green since it’s an eco model.
Overall I highly rate this toy, it was able to make me climax repeatedly and reliably which various Satisfyer toys have never been able to, it comes with storage, good quality (if very short) cable and even has the ability to change the battery. I think it has a slight element of paying for the brand at its current price, but it’s easily worth £100/£120.
Womanizer Premium Eco
Sustainability is the buzzword of the moment, and Womanizer have taken full advantage of that by creating their first "eco-friendly" model. Based on their flagship toy, the Premium, the Premium Eco has the substituted plastic and silicone body of the toy for a biodegradable, corn starch based material called Biolene. The battery can also be removed and replaced when it wears out after around 300 charges. As an eco-conscious consumer, this toy really appealed to me.
I have owned (and loved) an original Womanizer Premium for a while now, so will make some comparisons throughout this review that I hope will be helpful if you're on the fence about which model to go for. At the time of writing, they both retail for the same price.
The Premium Eco comes in a sizeable but fully recyclable brown cardboard box, no plastic clamshells here! Inside you get the toy, a quick start guide along with a more thorough manual, a USB charger in the same colour way as the toy instead of bog standard black, a second silicone head should the one already installed not suit your anatomy, and a cute cotton storage bag. The storage bag also has a little pink plectrum like instrument attached to its drawstring which is for opening the toy up when/if you need to change the battery.
The Premium Eco feels quite robust considering it is designed to be taken apart by the user. The outer shell doesn't feel as luxurious as the sealed silicone body of the original Premium, but the toy has some weight to it so doesn't feel cheaply made. The shape is really ergonomic and fits in the palm of my hand comfortably. The shade of pink isn't going to be to everyone's taste but at present it is the only colour available for this model.
First thing's first - charging. Womanizer toys have a really long initial charge time of around 3 hours, but for this you get up to 4 hours of playtime. The single white LED by the buttons indicates when the toy is charging and when it is fully charged.
The Premium Eco has a super simple 2 button interface - just a plus and a minus. The plus turns the toy on and cycles up through the 12 settings and the minus cycles back through the settings and turns the toy off when held down for a few seconds.
In use, the Premium Eco is everything I love about Womanizer toys. The 12 speeds are perfect for me - the lower ones are great for a gentle warm up, while the highest one really hammers it home! The sensation is similar to other Womanizer toys, only I find the higher settings have a bit more "oomph" and actually feel more like tapping than sucking (this is the same with the original Premium). If it is your first time using a Womanizer, it is a "different" sensation and can take a bit of getting used to - don't be too despondent if it isn't "love" straight away.
The Premium Eco has the absolutely genius Smart Silence function - it only turns on when the head is close to the body, which helps a lot if you need to turn it off quickly, particularly when the toy is on its higher settings which can be quite loud, especially when the head is not in contact with anything. I find this function is reliable, except sometimes when the battery is low, once it's on, it stays on! I experience this with my original Premium too.
I do find the Eco VERY slightly more powerful, but I think that's just my Premium showing its age!
The are two areas where the Premium Eco loses out to the original Premium.
The Eco model does not have the Autopilot function. This is by no means a necessity and I rarely use it with my Premium, but it's a nice option to have for such a pricey toy.
Secondly, the Premium Eco is only splashproof, not fully waterproof like the Premium which is a fully sealed unit. This is disappointing as the Eco therefore cannot be used in the bath.
Overall, I adore the Premium Eco. I really like the ethics behind it, whether or not it will actually end up recycled or if I'll actually change its battery. It is all round a solid toy, but as it is the same price as the original Premium, I would have liked the same additional features or at least it being waterproof.
Loving Our Planet IS Orgasmic
Let’s get straight to the point: I love this toy.
It arrived in true Lovehoney fashion: quickly and discretely. Inside the plain outer packaging sat the Womanizer box. “Loving Our Planet can be Orgasmic” is printed on the sleeve of the brown box, and no truer words have ever been spoken. The sleeve provides plenty of useful information that I.. absolutely definitely ignored to begin with because I was so keen to get my hands on the toy. Next to it sits the toy in a simple, thoughtful, cotton drawstring bag which has a little tag attached which I later discovered is a handy tool to remove the casing for a battery change.
I had a little inspection of the toy before charging it. Never has a toy felt like it belonged in the palm of my hand like this one. The biolene material, which is totally biodegradable and recyclable, is smooth throughout and the pink is just beautiful.
I put it on charge using the magnetic charging cable. Being pink, brown and white, it fits with the colour scheme of the toy and its packaging and makes a change from the dull black wires you normally get. It also fits in with being eco-friendly, boasting a shorter wire to save materials (and my time untangling). It indicated it was charging by flashing which then stopped and remained on once fully charged.
I soon got down to business.
Before reviewing this toy, I made sure to road test it a few times. And by a “few,” I mean every time I got into bed each night.. and many times in between.
Incredibly easy to use, you hold the + button to turn on and increase suction, and the - button to decrease suction. Again, holding to turn off. It’s so simple to operate, even in the highest throes of passion.
I always apply a little lube before play time then allow my Womanizer to find the right spot. The first intensity level is very gentle, very comfortable, and for a slow solo session is great. If you have a particularly sensitive clit, also great! I’d say the same for the following 2 levels. I tend to find my favourite is the third. The fourth is a bit of a jump but is still comfortable. I’ve not yet mastered too much direct contact with the others (of which there is 8!).
The Smart Silence technology is always handy when trying to be discrete, although with increasing intensity levels, the noise of the toy also increases and isn’t so subtle. Similarly, the Pleasure Air Technology is the beauty of Womanizer. 95% of my orgasms are through clitoral stimulation (and 100% of those have been thanks to this toy since receiving it).
Despite so much play, I still haven’t yet had to recharge it, however the instructions say the LED will flash slowly to inform me.

I really wanted to try a Womanizer to see if the price of the product made it a better toy. It hasn't disappointed me at all! You really do get what you pay for in terms of power and also quality.
If you shop with your eyes then you will love the packaging, it's beautiful 'Eco-chic' , with pretty floral details on a kraft cardboard box and every single bit of it can be recycled. A natural cotton drawstring bag is included to keep everything together and even the charger cable is a soft cotton. There is a good instruction booklet inside and it also came with some charge so you could try it out straight away.
I like the pretty pink colour, the toy feels quite heavy to hold and it screams quality. There is even a little gadget attached to the bag to help you open the back if you need to change batteries. In comparison, the Romp is light and feels plasticky.
It took 90mins to charge to full battery and an LED light told me when it was ready, and I was ready!!
I found it simple to attach using a small amount of lube, it felt comfy in my hand and the buttons are easy to reach and press. The smart silent mode is brilliant, such a good idea! If you hold it away from your body it pauses, so it saves some battery and it's really good if you are caught out by a nosy family member or housemate, no fumbling around and waiting for the noise to stop!!
It has loads of power settings and I still haven't got past level 4 or 5 before big orgasms!! It's absolutely amazing, so powerful it can almost be painful but if you take your time it's just simply mindblowing!
I love it and think the only bad thing I can think of is that its a bit bigger at the top so if you were using this with a partner in doggy position it can be knocked out of place quite easily.

I've had a Starlet for a couple of years and recently had it replaced under warranty when the battery died. When I saw the flyer for this, I was very interested. The price is high, but frankly, with vibrators, you do absolutely get what you pay for. This is the same high quality build, but with unique green qualities, which make it more impressive. The plastic is a bio plastic, which will break down in landfill (but not on your bits). The battery is replaceable and relatively easy to find (which, given the experience with my Starlet, was a big plus). The whole thing can be broken down into component parts so the electronics can be recycled. It comes in cardboard packaging, and has a calico storage bag. It comes with two head sizes, which is a nice touch, and a third is available if needed. The power cord looks strong and clips on securely for charging. The silent function when not in place is awesome.
There aren't many downsides, but I do need to mention them. This is a big unit, with a couple of centimetres between the suction head and the end of the unit. That makes it difficult to use during penetration, as it keeps getting bumped out of alignment. We rarely play without penetration, so that's a downside for me. The silicone head has an oval shaped hole to fit the clit, where the Starlet's is round, so I can't turn the unit sideways and keep it in place to allow for use during penetration. That's another downside. Lastly, if noise is an issue, be aware that at higher speeds, this starts to get loud. Up to about the 4th or 5th level, it's fine under layers of covers, beyond that, your housemates may become aware of it.
It's nice to use, but I do wish I hadn't dropped $300 on a vibrator that I won't easily use regularly.

It arrived in the usual plain cardboard box that keeps your secrets safe and is also easy to recycle. The Womanizer box within is plain card inside and out (but sturdy enough to use as storage) with a lighter weight card sleeve so is completely recyclable - no plastic whatsoever, not even to hold the cable.
The Eco comes with a cotton drawstring storage bag with a little tag attached. Don't remove this as it's the tool to take the case off to change the battery. Yes, you read that correctly. Not only is it rechargeable, but it also has a replaceable battery!
This does come at the cost of making it splashproof rather than completely waterproof, but I can happily live with this as I don't use my suction toys in the shower or bath.
I had a quick read of the booklet (that wasn't huge as it's only in English), cleaned it with toy cleaner (as it's not waterproof I just used a spritz of Pjur Med Personal cleansing spray on a cloth as it's a great anti-bac cleanser for both toys and skin), and charged it up. It's an easy-to-use magnetic USB charger that makes a good solid contact so no hassle of checking that it's still connected. The LED flashes quickly to let you know it's charging and slowly to let you know when it needs charging. It took about an hour and a half to fully charge (when the LED stays solidly on).
It comes with two 'heads' for different sized clits, the larger (size M) being on the toy. You can buy spare heads in a variety of sizes from Lovehoney but I've found that if you look after them they last for a long time. If you're new to suction toys I'd suggest you leave the larger head on as it will make placement easier.
Placement with all suction toys is key to an amazing orgasm so with a dab of water-based lube and a little patience - along with the help of a mirror if needed - it won't be long before you experience the orgasm of your dreams!
I've had a few Womanizers including the first one they made that did the job admirably and started my love-affair with suction toys. It was a rather tacky-looking object that wasn't helped by a jewel button that rattled in use. However, even winning the prize for the World's Tackiest-Looking Toy and having that rattling jewel did not stop it from also winning the prize for the World's Fastest Orgasm for me.
They did have a downside for me which was a 'jump' from about the 3rd to 4th setting that I found uncomfortable. I own a We-Vibe Melt that doesn't have this jump so that became my favourite... until now. The Eco has 12 speeds that don't seem to have that jump I so dislike. It also has a secret weapon that I've been intrigued by since the Premium silicone came out a while back but that I hadn't tried - a Smart Silence mode.
Now that I've actually seen this option in action I can see exactly why it's so popular. It still has the soft puttering sound in use (which does get a little louder when you increase the settings) but in this mode, it remains on standby until it makes contact with your body. The moment it's removed it goes back into standby. No fumbling around trying to switch a toy off (but inevitably hitting the + button instead!) if you're about to be interrupted. A really useful feature that works. This 'stealth mode' is incredible and I've no doubt will save a lot of red faces in shared homes.
The Eco is very versatile in use and can be used for alone-time masturbation or during sex with your patner. Its shape and texture make it easy to hold between bodies and the buttons are simple to use as there are only a + and - to increase or decrease the setting.
