An Honest Review - Very Dissatisfied
This is the first time ever that I have been very disappointed with this type of product.

Disappointed Beginner

What a difference

This toy is incredible! I've had a couple of strokers in the best along with some other toys but this tops all of them. I was thinking I've getting a flashlight but £60 is a lot, this is more than worth it. Lots of lube, bit of warm water and it's as close to the real thing as you can get. It came with a free bullet which tbh I don't really feel any better, maybe it takes more time to get into vibrations but it doesn't do it for me. Perfect

Surpassed expectations
In the name of full disclosure, I was sent this toy to review by Lovehoney and, if they continue sending toys this good, I can't wait for the next one. This item is a must have for any single man. I have never used a male masturbator before so was excited when I discovered I was being sent this and desperate to find out how realistic it felt. The inside of the toy's texture is amazingly close to how a real vagina feels. Obviously it's lacking some key components; the toy is usually cold and there is no natural lubrication to be seen, but it'd be silly to expect this. It's very tight once you have it on, so plenty of lube is recommended (Water based as oil can degrade the material). When I first used it I used a fairly small amount and found it start to rub ten minutes or so into my activity, so beware of that. I'm not sure I would say that the feeling is realistic when you use it, but it feel incredible none the less and could easily make you climax within a few minutes. It's also super easy to clean! All you need is some warm water. Just place the toy under the tap so that a stream of water can flow through the inside of the toy to remove anything left inside, give the outside a rinse and you're done! I should add, there is a small hole in the base to add a bullet vibrator. I didn't do this and don't think it's needed by any means. The toy feels fantastic without vibrations, but know that it's there if you like using them! I was sent Monica from LH to be tested, my first product to be sent out to review :) I was a little skeptical when this arrived as I'd tried a fleshlight out previously and got bored of it quite quickly. This item was contained in basic packaging with no gimmicky slogans or cringe-worthy pictures on the box. On opening, I was surprised at the size of it. I had expected something the size of a toilet roll tube, however this was double the size i was expecting. Amazing realistic stroker
Lovehoney were kind enough to send me this toy for review as a sex toy tester. As usual with Lovehoney the parcel arrived promptly in a discreet brown box. Inside was the simple box the product itself. For those familiar with other lovehoney own brand products, this product's box is in keeping with the general design of the other boxes. Inside the box was the toy which came wrapped in a clear plastic bag. The first impression I had of this toy was of its overall weight and feel. It's a really weighty toy (around 500g) and feels very soft and squishy. It was much heavier than I expected, but this is definitely a good thing (particularly when its in use) and the texture of the material gave it quite a fleshy feeling. This arrived promptly as per usual and for whatever reason the plastic bag holding the toy was sticky. It was a review copy though so perhaps this was a one off. After getting it out of the packaging it was pleasing to look at (more so than a fleshlight in my opinion) and was made of a nice and soft material that was soft but with enough grip to keep it steady when held. Its length is around 6.5 inches which is a good fit for me and there's no backwall inside to limit your movement. Initial insertion was easy and the toy was snug yet loose enough to give just the right sensations. I found myself very quickly being overwhelmed by the pleasurable feelings so had to slow down quite quickly. Due perhaps to the material being soft or possibly the diameter of the toy being larger than what I've used previously I found using 2 hands was more comfortable than just one. Either way it gave out more pleasure than a similar toy has managed before! Another couple of things I noticed was the total lack of discomfort on using the toy over time, you could keep it on for an hour with no feeling of irritation or tenderness if you so wished. The other minor point was because the toy is open at the back, lube tends to get pushed out and can easily dribble onto the handle of the toy or anywhere else in your vicinity. Sticky hands is not ideal. After the first use however there was a significant problem, during cleanup I noticed a small tear at the top right of the vagina entrance. After some more use this has progressively grown and puts me in doubt to the long term durability of the product. This might make this toy unsuitable for someone looking to use a toy regularly over a long period. To be fair though, this is the only place with any noticeable wear and tear. After the toy in itself was evaluated, I tried using a cockring with it to see how well they'd work together, the toy doesn't get hampered by one in my experience although it does cut down the length of playtime if you choose to do this. I didn't find the pleasure to differ much between using a ring in this case and not using it so feel free to explore yourself since I couldn't really decide whether using one was worthwhile.

The Monica arrived (speedily as always from Lovehoney) sealed inside a polythene bag and packaged inside a Lovehoney branded box. As I removed the Monica from its packaging, the first thought to cross my mind was that it looked and felt substantial. This was good news, as flimsy masturbators can tear easily. I turned it over for inspection, noting that it left an oily residue on my hands when I did. (This oily residue does continue to leech from the toy. I later noticed a big, greasy stain on the cardboard packaging I had kept it in. Store this toy carefully to avoid damaging other items). The Monica is a realistic masturbation sleeve, so it comes with a vulva design at the entrance and a realistic designed canal. We noticed that the entrance was painted with a pink dye, but this colouring came off within one use. I lubed up my finger and inserted it into the canal, feeling larger bumps and more subtle ridges within. I was looking forward to testing it on him. After applying lubricant to the entrance (and his penis) we got down to using the Monica for its intended purpose. We hit a snag almost immediately. The Monica has an incredibly tight entrance and each time I tried to insert his penis, it just would not slip inside. Eventually he took over, struggling for about ten seconds himself before finally sinking inside. This issue continued to be a minor issue whenever we used the Monica. If he slipped out at any point, it was fiddly getting him back inside. Later, my partner would tell me that the Monica also has a tight canal. Like most sex toys, the Monica doesn't feel exactly like the real thing. My partner reported that the Monica felt much tighter than a real vagina and of course, the textures within felt vaguely similar, but not exact. You can always heighten the realism by placing the Monica in hot water beforehand, to simulate body heat and use plenty of slippery lubricant. Lubricant is required to penetrate this sleeve. There is too much friction without. Cleaning the Monica is a doddle. You can run hot, soapy water through the entire canal and allow it to rinse through under the tap for a good clean. You can also use a sex toy cleaner spray and wipe it down with a cloth. Afterwards, you can leave it to air dry. Unlike Fleshlight material, the Lovehoney Monica does not dry horrendously sticky. In fact, when dry it is not tacky at all. This means you don’t necessarily need to buy powders (or corn starch) to renew the material. TPR is a porous material, so I don’t recommend sharing this toy with non-fluid bonded partners. Although the Lovehoney Monica has a few flaws, such as the oily leeching and the difficulty in getting in, it was a reasonably good product overall. We recently tried a Utensil Race stroker that cost over £100 and found it also left that oily residue. The Utensil Race product also ripped dramatically after a single use. The Lovehoney Monica is made from a much stronger material and despite feeling tight, it has not ripped and shows no signs of damage. The Monica produces some highly enjoyable, versatile sensations because the texture is not uniform. Having that space for a bullet also spices things up further. Thankfully, after you are done, the Monica is quick and easy to clean and care for (although ensure you store it separately due to the leeching).I am so pleased to discover that Lovehoney have created a range of affordable, realistic masturbation sleeves for men. I would recommend the Monica if: Your penis size is average or smaller. You want to try a generally realistic masturbation sleeve, like Fleshlights, but you are on a budget. You want something hand-held and reasonably light-weight. You want mid-range intensity. Not too intense, but not subtle either. I would not recommend it if: You have an extra-large penis size. You do not enjoy tight masturbation sleeves. You do not enjoy realistic masturbation sleeves. You want something non-porous/that does not leech oily residue. You want the highest quality, luxury sleeve.
Sweet little toy
As always this was delivered really quickly in dicreet packaging. Inside the box was a very soft, but what at first appeared a very tigh stroker. Unlike some similar products this seemed a more robust toy with realistic detailing inside, rather than just ribs or spots. Both of us had a quick feel and it did feel very life like, we couldn't wait until later that day to get Monica out to play. oooooo I love this little toy!! I actually mean quite large. I couldn't believe the weight of it as soon as it arrived. as always it come in the lovehoney packaging simple yet perfect, and very eye catching. Awesome realistic vaginal masturbator
I've owned and used various masturbation type toys like this one in the past having had varying degrees of success with them, When asked if I would like to get this item to test out I decided to say yes so I could see how this toy stacked up and whether or not it was just another average realistic vaginal masturbator or more I won't go into detail on the packaging, but as with all Lovehoney branded toys it is very nice with no complaints to be had. Upon handling the toy for the first time you notice that it has a slight weight and it's a bit bigger than some similar toys but this is a good thing. Unlike some of those aforementioned toys the size and weight Give this toy a quality feel, but not only that it makes it a lot easier to use. On the back there are two holes a small one that is for a bullet vibrator and the main larger one you find on most toys like this. The fact there is a place for a bullet is excellent as it gives the toy greater functionality turning it from a simple, realistic masturbator to a vibrating one just by getting any number of small bullet vibes Lovehoney sells. To add to this the placement of the hole for a vibrator seems perfect for getting the most pleasure out of using one.
