A few things I would suggest.
I found the realistic vagina a bit useless, it’s more hassle than it’s worth, unless you plan on using it as a stroker separately.
The more practical end cap is good, but I must admit it could do with some addition padding or the lip edge could be made wider, as it does tend to hurt when the pump is ‘maxing out’, pressing into you.
This might help stop the testicles getting suck into the tube too. This has causes me some pain a few times.
Finally, the power button is a NIGHTMARE.
You press it once and it stays on, the only way to turn it off is by pressing in and holding.
BUT instead of turning off immediately, it goes up to the next harder suction level and continues for a few seconds extra, which in my opinion is a bit dangerous, because if you are already at your max threshold, the last thing you want is being pushed that extra.
A better way to implement it is allow the suction to stay active while your finger on the button, then immediately stop pumping once you depress the button. It’s such a simple adjustment.
One thing I did appreciate is the clear glass, compared to the smoky ‘Edge’ equivalent, you can see what’s going on which I think is very important.
I suffer with ED, because I’m diabetic. I think he did help a bit with sensation but it definitely helped with enlarging, even if only temporary when I say temporary a single session can have the enlarged size last a week or more.

This is my absolute favourite toy. As a pump it's really good, however don't be fooled into thinking "automatic" means it controls itself. I actually did myself some damage the first time by expecting it to turn itself off, which it doesn't. The auctions is immense.

I bought this as I had never used a penis pump before and was curious about them. I don't really have any issues with erections, but was curious about forcing erections as I found that to be a bit of a turn on. I found the product works very well for this. I personally preferred the silicone entrance, but the vagina one works well too. I found the lowest setting to be the most comfortable maybe as I am a beginner. It automatically shuts off after being on for a few seconds and starts again, so you don't have to worry about it hurting you. Overall it worked very well and made me hard in seconds.

I collected the 'THRUST Pro Tech Realistic Vagina Automatic Pump' from my local Post Office and brought it home. As I have come to expect from Lovehoney, the packaging was plain and secure. I bought this pump in the sheer fact that I was intrigued to see if it works. I did a bit of research and found that an automatic pump works better and safer than a manual pump system, so decided that this item was the one for me.
It comes with a blue base, with a circular hole and with a vagina attachment- both are easy to take off and swap, depending on what you want.
I found the vagina felt really nice, but actually preferred to use the blue base, although it takes a bit of maneuvering and positioning to get it relatively comfortable. As other reviews have mentioned, for first timers, like myself, the first setting is best to use, which I found more than powerful enough. The following settings are stronger, then pulse like, but the first one worked best for me.
The pause button WILL get used quite often, especially when getting it to a comfortable position, as it sucks so hard, that your ball sack can start to get pulled in too, which can ache.
The only negative thing, which isn't actually really the pumps fault, it after use, my Foreskin stayed quite swollen and puffy for a good 5 hours, but it does go down, but was a bit uncomfortable if it rubbed against my boxers.
The second time of using, I used with a Cock ring, which did also get sucked inside, but still stayed on and maintained the election after the pump had stopped.

An interesting purchase
I decided to buy the thruster because I was interested in how the suction would feel on my cock and the obvious potentially gain in size.

This is the first pump ive owned and it certainly does its job. However, it sucks to hard onto the groin and begins to grind on the pelvic bones making it very uncomfortable to use and impossible to use on the strongest setting for me. The suction does increase my erections and size but requires multiple uses in a session and can be noisy as well. I will try a manual pump next i think!
Charging
Does what it says, powerful, but found it a bit noisy using it due to trying to get a good seal. The actual pump is not noisy I should pump out. As others have found out you have to be careful that it doesn't suck your testicles in. My main issue is with the battery, I charged it up fully not intending to use it there and then. The next day when I tried it the battery was dead. I have repeated this to test it and each time the battery has not held its charge.

I followed the directions, but even more cautiously. Only pumping for 10 mins on low power, frequently releasing pressure too. The swelling got worse after stopping, to point of panic. I know what I'm doing, and will stick with water based pumps, which do not cause the donut swelling even after 30 mins.

Works well for ED therapy
I had thought I was going to have surgery 3 years ago but working and expecting a 6 week recovery, it didn't happen. Now I have the time to recover and wanted to explore the options. Talking to my Urologist, he mention vacuum therapy 10-12 minutes per day for 2 months. I did have a pump from 3 years ago but it's a hassle...have to use it in the shower. So, I went to Amazon and one similar to the one I am writing about, it was just bad. Did not have enough suction. When you have something to compare it to, like the one in the shower, you know you got short changed. The unit on LoveHoney, that I purchased, works very well for vacuum therapy. You may have to play with it get the strength you want. I found that just before I get the full erection switch to turn it off. Then you just sit, hold the erection you have for 4 minutes. You repeat this same exercise 2 more time for a total of 12 minutes. The second 4 minutes you will notice and increase. The final 4 minutes is where you will hit your maximum. Okay, so that is the drill. You can make it hurt but it my case I use it to complete a process. Yes, burning is normal but not that is how it works. During surgery it will be easier for the surgeon and give you the maximum length and girth you are going to have. The implant will NOT increase you size. Your time spent before surgery will make the difference in the final outcome. Finally, some complain about the system being to small. Gentlemen you need to be serious and realistic. This was part of my first order from LH. I chose this based on all of the great reviews. Superb bit of kit
This is really great but I have a couple of tips that make it better. Get a 5" disk of rubber (12mm thick or similar) with a hole in it big enough for your penis to fit through and put that in place before using the pump. this will: 1. Stop your balls getting sucked into it. 2. Stop the pump from grinding its way into your pelvic bone (Very painful) 3. Give you an additional inch of room to grow. I've found I can use this 3 times a day for 15 minutes a session. Anything more than 15 minutes and my forskin balloons up worryingly - luckily it all went back to normal. So I bought this toy. I’ve never bought a pump before, never even used a cock ring to make myself bigger during sex but what sold it for me was the cyberskin attachment combined with suction. Unit turned up quickly a la LoveHoney lightspeed post. The item comes in box, no thrills, no overinflated cock shots, no mucking about...great! The toy itself has 4 parts to it and comes apart. Top bit is the pump and rechargeable battery unit. It charges via micro USB, light blinks when charging, stays on when charged - it just makes sense doesn’t it? You can pop the business part away when it’s charging & store the main bit elsewhere... Then there’s a tube with bevelling, no sharp corners, marked with cms and inches. If your really interested, you’ll know after using this toy, no girth measurements though and the tube is maybe 4-5” wide. Then at the base you get a blue silicone sleeve which is about 5mm thick with a round stretchy un anatomical hole (I guess this one you use for measuring?). You can swap this out with the pista la resistance which is a 4” cyber skin stroking sleeve with ribbed innards...it’s nice and soft and squidgy...it adds about an inch to the length of the toy to look at but once in use it’s proably not adding much more than half an inch... So lubed up, chatting and flirting and ready to go! I've used a regular manual penis pump for a while but it was becoming a pain. It felt cheap and would lose suction which meant I was constantly pumping. This, however, is a life saving bit of kit. Thrust Pro Tech Realistic Vagina USB Rechargeable Automatic Pump
I love this pump! It is absolutely the best, but... The cylinder isn't long enough. I am 9 inches and just want a bit more girth, getting a good thick girth isn't the issue. The issue is that if you are around 6 or 7 inches this is the perfect pump for you. Once my penis starts to expand the pump can only take so much inside, so I feel as though I have a great product and unfortunately it's just not great for me and my size. So now of course I feel as though I just threw $100 bucks out of the window. I hope they come out with a variety of different sizes, because this could easily be one of the best pumps out there.
Worth a Pump
I'd start this review by saying that as always the delivery and packaging from LH was perfect, The box was bigger than I expected but realised that its mainly down to the additional Realistic vagina attachment. As a pump it is incredibly quiet, allowing for discrete use. This was my first automatic pump so wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but found it very easy to use and it had the desired effect. I would say that as with other reviews of this product, the "chamber" is a little on the short side. I'm not hugely endowed but I am very much using all of the available length when fully erect, so this would be a problem if you are on the "gifted" side. The 3 second hold to turn the pump off can cause temporary discomfort if you're not careful, but overall an excellent product.
