Things to consider before purchase
Before going into the actual use, a few things to consider before and whilst purchasing. A few have mentioned it - the weight! Make no mistake, she is heavy. If she's going to be a secret, then she's going to be a difficult secret. I suppose if you live alone, or she's joining you and your partner, then it's not a problem. We've had it a few weeks now, so we're in an opportune position to review it.
The doll is notably heavy, that's the first thing to be aware of. A lot of people have mentioned it's "too heavy" and that it's entirely impractical. I disagree. I've had no issues carrying the doll up and down multiple flights of stairs, and around the house as required. The weight does make it feel a little 'clunky' at times, certainly. However, I think it's worth noting that when put into a given position, the doll is fixed into that position. Midway through, you can guarantee that the doll isn't going to be slip into a different and unexpected position which throws you off.
I also have to agree with fellow reviewers that the head situation is a little strange. There are no instructions. You start by screwing it in (no instructions, but pretty self explanatory) but if you are to ever 'pull' (relatively gently) the head can in fact become disconnected from the doll. This can certainly become disruptive when having fun with the mouth. I've not come up with a good way to enjoy the mouth of the doll without the head disconnecting, maybe someone out there has a better solution, or maybe I've genuinely done something wrong due to the lack of instructions.
Regardless of this fact, the doll has been an incredible addition. I can't say it's going to make its way into our "frequent list of toys" that we use. It's certainly cumbersome and niche in the context of a couple. However, it is nice as an additive and to spruce things up.
A plethora of acts can be performed with this doll, and the sensations are incredible. Certainly not the real thing, but it's definitely the closest you're going to get to it. No other doll, masturbator, toys, etc. are ever going to come close.

Too heavy to be practical. I haven't had it very long but already tired of struggling to move or failing lift it. Lack of instruction, I have no idea what half the contents were and wasn't mentioned in the description and didn't include the one size babydoll. I don't think I put the head on correctly which was difficult. The hands seem to be facing the wrong way and is a pain to try to fix. Had a great feel to it and loved dressing it up. The doll is one of the more expensive Lovehoney items and the only instructions relate to the type of lube you should use. However the eye lashes and fingernails can become detached and the silicone skin can pick up marks and there are no guides to the general maintenance of the doll or which glues etc. may be used with silicone. Eyelashes and fingernails seem to become detached on a regular basis and have to be fished out of all sorts of places. There is a small tub of what seems to be oitment or grease supplied but with no instructions as to what it is and when tested on a small area it seemed to adversly affect the silicone. Online forums have contradictory information and a mistake could damage an expensive sex toy forever. A better instruction sheet would be much appreciated. Having said that the doll is fab.

Though lifesize she is petite and just the right size to cuddle up to at night - she is a little cold to the touch at first but soom warms up with contact. The box she arrives in is about the size of a small coffin and requires two people to lcarry it - she also weighs about 6-7 st so care need sto be taken when taking her up and down stairs.
