A mixed bag
This toy is SMALLER THAN YOU THINK. That’s something you really ought to know before buying, and it’s where a lot of its other issues originate.
It’s certainly large, but not life-size, and very, very tight to boot. This means it’s hard to get it into a decent position for me, being a tall guy - it’s hard to get in in the first place, and finding a position where you can both penetrate and stay in while moving decently is really hard, so much so that I gave up and switched to another toy the first time I tried this.
On the second try, I managed to get it into a “face” down, ass up position with pillows and a duvet giving it elevation, and that worked wonders. I got the Courtney darker colored version, mostly because it was substantially less expensive and the color didn't matter to me. The design is gorgeous! She's bigger and heavier than the vast majority of toys. Definitely the biggest I've ever owned and probably the biggest I ever will own. This is both a pro and a con. Cleaning can be a bit of a chore. Fortunately, the canals are just the right depth to where soapy fingers can reach the deepest parts with a little stretching/ squishing. (Or perhaps other simple household tools like a soft, thin brush. ) As at least one other review mentioned, there's a hole in the top of the neck that's not shown on the pictures. Maybe for attaching a sex doll head if you have one separately? Anyway, water can get in there if you're not super careful, and I'd imagine it would be hard to drain, because the inside isn't totally solid or hollow. It's filled with a kind of stiff foam or something that gives the toy more structure, and I could see it being a huge pain to dry out. I put a cork in that neck opening, which fits perfectly and keeps the water sealed out reasonably well. I wouldn't test that seal too hard, like by totally submerging it or something. I highly recommend the cork BEFORE even the first washing, to minimize chances of getting water stuck inside.
After washing, I've been able to dry the inside of the canals faster by stuffing very thin cloths (like wash cloths or dish towels) inside several times to get 95% of the moisture, then letting it air dry for just a few minutes to let that last 5% of moisture dry. Then I put a couple of clean silica packets in the opening of each canal to top it off, to keep her dry during storage. (I leave them at the very opening, just barely inside, so that I don't forget to take them out at the next play time!) Finish with a full application of "renewing powder" (just corn starch or fine flour) and she's good for storage! The powdering can be a bit time consuming. High Price for an Old Product of Questionable Quality
Since my previous review of the THRUST Alana, I returned her and bought Alicia instead after I noticed that there were small holes forming. I was hoping that the greater price tag is because it's of better quality than the addition of an upper-body, but I was wrong. It's more than likely that it is the same product without change since it first came out some years ago - look at the oldest reviews to get a gauge of how old it is.
And the lack of quality shows. After a few uses, holes are starting to form again. For both Alana and Alicia, they formed when I applied the renewing powder. I don't know why but it is frustrating as it takes away from the aesthetics of it - albeit, the dye on the vagina virtually disappears by second or third use. At least the pinkness of the nipples mostly remain though. Still, after some uses, even when you try your best to maintain appearance and condition, the reality that all it is is a sex toy that is some marks away from being quality becomes glaringly apparent.
Aesthetics aside, I found the pleasure to be better. Using what I remember from my brief time of using Alana, Alicia gave me more pleasure, but that take with a grain of salt as I don't remember a lot of Alana in general.
Because of the position Alicia is in, I found that different positions are easier and thus you can experiment greater to find 'the G spot' if you will versus with Alana, who is in a constant tight, frigid position. If you've never used Alana before, take the latter into consideration - her flexibility is a benefit, but you will have to deal with her floppy back as there is no structure to keep her erect.
If you are wonder about hiding it, it is in a significantly slimmer if longer box than Alana. I was able to hide it a lot easier versus Alana because of this, though note it is also heavier so if you're bringing it down from above, practice caution. Overall, even though I personally found it more pleasurable than Alana, it is definitely not worth $450. I would, at the least, purchase it for half price as even the 15-20% discount that you can often find isn't worth it. It's pleasurable, yes, but the clean-up is long and even when you're going the extra step to maintain condition and appearance - which if you're buying Alicia, you're buying her for the aesthetics - it still fractures anyway. This came in a much larger box than I was expecting. It nearly felt like a metre long and tall, maybe 50cm wide. It depends on what you're getting it for
I bought this for the purpose of getting a realistic experience of eating pu$$y, and I think it is good for that purpose. I had a toy which was 1-2kg and wanted to try something heavier as it kept moving. This toy is perfect in that regard, and it's got all of the material where you would want it.
The material of the toy is high quality, but you would have to use renewing powder every time after you wash it to keep it from feeling slightly sticky, although this is not that much of an issue. It is a little floppy but if in missionary position or doggy, it is not an issue.
Cleaning the toy in the shower works ok, but never submerge this, as water will enter the weird neck hole, and fills up some random space inside the toy, which will keep leaking out for ages.

A simple and honest review
I bought this back in February 2020 but wanted to become well aquatinted with it and review after a reasonable period of ownership, we all have a tendency to review products immediately but, for an item with a £250 price tag, I felt it was better to review this after a longer period of ownership. The box didn't come with any information. No cleaning instructions and how to care for the product. It does have a realistic feel to the touch but can also be very sticky. How hard would it have been to put in a small piece of paper with instructions on how to maintain the product. There was no cleaning instructions with this. Down to your expectations
Whenever I try this sort of thing I always find there is a lot of trial and error. The product is sticky to the touch because of the material that it is made from. After a bit of a spooning session I realised that was a major turn off for me. Use corn starch and then use a little bit more to get more of a realistic skin feel. As for using the product it feels nice enough. The breasts have a certain squish to them and the orifices I would say are close enough to the real thing.
