This was my first proper masturbator toy, and I feel it’s only fair to say it set the bar unreasonably high.
From the moment I took it out of the box, the Mega Milker made a strong first impression, solid, hefty.
Getting started was simple enough, but once it powered on, things escalated quickly. The seven vibration patterns are impressively smooth, strong without being annoying, and then there’s the milking function, which deserves its own warning label. This isn’t a gentle, exploratory experience. The grip is firm, deliberate, and extremely convincing, working in short, intense motions that leave very little room for dignity.
Either feature on its own would be impressive. Together, they are frankly rude. Any assumptions I had about how long this might take were swiftly and confidently corrected I’m now a 30 second man unfortunately lol.
Design-wise, it looks sleek and classy, with controls that are easy to manage even when fine motor skills become optional. It is on the heavy side, the opening is a little narrow, and the LED lights are more decorative than useful.
The suction cup also refused to stick to my walls, though given how quickly things progressed, that felt like a very theoretical problem.
Bottom line: powerful, well made, and almost aggressively good at its job. As a first proper toy, it left a lasting impression, mostly on my expectations. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t mess around, this one absolutely understands the assignment.
Well Built, But the Milking Falls Flat
I recently got the chance to try the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Realistic Masturbator. I’ve used Fleshlights before, as well as the Blowmotion thrusting and rotating toy, so I was curious to see how this would compare, especially for hands-free use.
Getting everything out of the packaging was a bit of a hassle. You need to remove the sleeve completely, and I found it surprisingly difficult to get it seated back into the machine properly afterward. That said, the unit itself feels sturdy and well made. After charging it up and adding some lube, I was ready to give it a proper try. My first impression was that the opening of the sleeve is very tight. I’d consider myself average sized, and it still felt restrictive, so this may be uncomfortable for anyone larger.
The suction cup worked well and was easy to adjust, which had me excited for a hands-free experience. Unfortunately, once I turned on the compression milking mode, I was pretty disappointed. The compression and movement didn’t create any noticeable sensation for me. I then tried the vibration modes, which helped a little, but overall it still fell short of expectations.
The packaging includes three different-sized rubber rings, but there’s no explanation of what they’re for or how to use them. I experimented by placing them around the sleeve to tighten it, which did improve the internal sensation when thrusting manually, but it didn’t make the milking mode any more effective.
The machine has a viewing window, but since the sleeve isn’t transparent, it doesn’t really serve a purpose. The LED lights also felt unnecessary. The same goes for the included headphones and audio feature, which didn’t add much compared to just using your phone and your own headphones.
Overall, while the build quality is solid, the core hands-free milking feature didn’t deliver for me. If you’re specifically looking for a satisfying hands-free experience, I’d recommend considering a different product.

Firstly the delivery was swift and descent as always and we were keen to give it ago straightaway
Upon opening the toy (my wife said it looked like a Bluetooth speaker) lol

it was well packaged and good quality, the vagina insert felt very soft to the touch but did seem to have a small vaginal opening, with my wife saying I'd like to see you fit in there lol
All the function buttons are clearly marked and easy to use
We decided the first use we would use it together and my wife could watch and help if needed so we didn't use the suction holder option that is included
My wife lubed me and inside the vagina and attempted to slide me in but it wasn't that easy, so wife stretched the opening and I slid my way in a bit by bit as entering is difficult as there is no air hole release at the other end of the vaginal sleeve so air gets stuck
Plus I was fully aroused by now and a little over average girth probably didn't help
Once inside it felt comfortable but nothing like a real vagina but did feel good enough it would get the job done
I do feel the viewing window is a bit of a waste as would be better if the internal vaginal sleeve was made of clear material so you/partner could see your penis inside being pleasured to orgasm
We first started with the Vibrating function (which wasn't to noisy) it had a nice selection of patterns that felt really good and did keep me aroused
We then tried the milking function which I was disappointed with as it didn't seem to do anything for me even with the vibrations , it just felt like something was missing as didn't seem to be milking anything
And the noise of motor was off putting (You wouldn't be able to use it discreetly)
I did try to the headphones included to listen to the audio that's built in to the toy of a woman moaning with sexual pleasure and did keep me aroused but the audio did sound a little false
We finally used it just with the vibrating function but I wasn't going to get there just with that so with my wife using on me with a stroking motion that felt really pleasurable and did get me to orgasm and it did feel really to ejectulate inside it
It was a pleasurable experience that took me a lot longer to orgasm as the pleasure just wasn't there for me unlike my fleshlight but my wife soon changed that

bought this recommendation from the worker did explain i am quiet thick will the milking system handle a lot of girth. Was told yes it will be fine.

So firstly be reassured it arrived very discreet and well packaged with simple instructions on use contained on the side of the packaging.
look and feel of the toy is that visually it looks very nice , pretty light in weight but did give us concerns of longevity…but plenty of use so far and going strong.
The actual sleeve is silky soft and represents beautifully for visual stimulation when in use. Very easy to clean also as just pops out the toy and you can then fully wash and dry the sleeve. Easy to put back in… in both ways ;)
When using the mounting bracket … it is solid to the wall, great suction on the wall sucker and stays firmly in place. The headphones are a nice addition , but the voice of the recorded sounds playing to stimulate through sound was a bit false , but does give another dimension to using the toy.
The toy is pretty noisy so one for when alone or using with partner in an empty house. The vibrations are pretty average , nice range of patterns and can be clearly felt for stimulation.
Milking sensation was a little disappointing, whilst you can feel slight movement and grip, it just lacks the wow appeal and true stimulation of being milked.
The colourful lights and clear screen is a nice touch but did nothing more than look pretty as a toy.
