The Best ! Buy This One !
This is the best ! The inside length of the cylinder is a full 12 inches, long enough for everyone ! But more importantly, the cylinder circumference is 9" and the opening diameter is 3" ! My girth is 6.5" (UK average is 4.7") and I've always struggled to find a cylinder big enough to all allow both length and width expansion ! But this pump has plenty of room in both directions !
Also, I've found that the rubber seals on other pumps are too tight for me and cut off the circulation ! But his pump comes with three different sizes of seal, the largest of which can accommodate the larger girths.
The hand pump is just the right size to allow the vacuum to be built up gradually to the desired level.

This is the first time I've ever used one of these devices so Ill begin by saying it was one of the largest packages I have received from Lovehoney in a long time, on opening the box I was also a little shocked at the size of this device. At least it caters for a large range of men! The 12 inch device itself comes in the box with the pipe and pump that you have to attach to the main tube, it also come with 3 sleeves (they are wrapped in separate bags) that you choose one that corresponds to the girth of your penis, I found the largest one fitted best for mine so attached this to the bottom of the tube. One thing to note is the instruction booklet that comes in the box is so small that I couldn't even read it with a magnifying glass (Not sure what the manufacturers are thinking printing it so small). I worked it out for myself how to use it though as its fairly straight forward. So back to the device, On using a bit of lube around my penis, I inserted it flaccid into the bottom of the tube using the largest seal, I squeezed the pump a few times which in turn creates a vacuum and Wow - Instant erection. My penis has never looked so straight and thick, I love the fact that it has an inch sizing guide on the tube so you can see and know what to aim for :) One word of caution though is don't over do it as you can seriously damage your penis if you go a bit crazy with the squeezing of the pump - there is a little button on the pump that when you push it it release the pressure and then your penis can rest! Then you can repeat the process if you desire :) Its early days for me if this device will enhance my penis any, but I will keep exercising with it and let you know future results. One last thing is if you have any type of Erectile Dysfunction you can use these devices and once erect put on a cock ring on base of penis then you will be good to go! I purchased these also from love honey in the past and the silicone ones would work the best with this device as they can stretch over the tube and slide down onto your erection.
