Good Pump with a Slight Learning Curve
The pump works well and feels good. The pressure gauge is nice and allows you to monitor the strength being applied. Switching from manual to the automated r routine took a little getting used to as the instructions weren’t clear at first but easy to use after you understand that you set the ideal pressure in manual mode first then actively the automated feature.

Sleeve doesn't create a good seal
Treated myself to an early Christmas present and thought I would try this bad boy out, for medical reasons - ED. For the price it looked to be very promising, cheaper pumps seem to crack at the hose or the hand pump gives up after some use just like my old pump which this replaced.
I tried the full length sleeve first (anal sleeve?) which created a nice comfy seal around my penis and feels good sliding in. The suction is quite strong at 30, but concentrates mostly at the glans and feels more like a toy for masturbation.
The standard sleeve however is completely useless which for the money is a shame. I wanted to use the standard sleeve to increase blood flow around all of my penis to help with my ED. The pump can't even maintain a pressure of 5, air constantly leaks despite pressing the whole pump hard against my pubic mound. I even tried a thick cock ring to see if that helps with sealing, but didn't.
Very disappointed with this purchase, I would have been better buying a cheaper manual pump which works. My dirty weekend away with the wife ended up being a limp and rather frustrating night in bed watching TV...

Great pump, poor sleeve
The pump is fantastic. Great suction and really easy to use. The auto suction setting is really good fun to just lay back and watch it do it's thing although I do wish it was quicker to set the desired suction level as I find it loses the suction as you are setting this so hard to get it to the height you want without over pumping and then catching it on the way down. The main draw back to this as with a lot of pumps it seems is that the sleeve breaks far too easily. It split after only a few uses for me. The pleasure sleeve is fine as this is very thick flexible material but the main training sleeve is just poor quality.
o be clear I didn't buy this for changing the size of my penis so cannot comment on that over a long period of time. I simply enjoy the pumping sensation and watching my penis grow and contract through the 20 min cycle.

This device when compared to the options half the price is that the pump cannot be removed from the chamber, so cleaning the required lube to get a good air seal from it really isn’t easy.
That’s said, when compared to the cheaper models has an automated function. However, don’t believe the box blurb, it literally has one program. The only thing you can change is the power and duration.
As to the results, well l, only 3 days in and everything is produced a thick, but spongy feeling cock. I expect if you used it in conjunction with a cock ring, then you’d end up with a suitably impressive and engorged hard on, but it would be very spongy feeling.
I think the maximum depth it will accommodate is 8” so if you’re looking for more length, you’ll have to look at the ones that create a vacuum using water, specifically designed for use in the bath.
Are the effects long lasting? As yet, no, but then if that were the case, you’d guarantee we’d all be walking around with 8” long and 8” girth erections. I guess you might see some permanent effects if you keep up with it for a long time, like every day for several months.

The instructions are printed so small as to be hard to read, this should be addressed. Once read however, it’s a very easy thing to set up and use.

Easy to Use with Great Results
This is a great product! The design is nice. It holds charge really well. The buttons are simple and the release button is in a very easy to reach location. The pump sleeve does try to slide off occasionally while pumping otherwise this would be a 5 star review .
The actual results are incredible! Using a c ring along with this you'll have significant results. Harder, stronger and if used properly, a temporary increase in length and girth. Pumping for 5 minutes I reached the end of the pump and was able to maintain most of those results with my partner!

Very easy to set up; just RTFM. Adjust vacuum/comfort level in Manual mode, change to Automatic Mode and let it do it's magic. Much less hassle than a manual pump. Added pumping as part of a daily regime to keep the flag flying. Initially very sceptical overall about the whole use of penis pumps, and glad to be wrong about this. As part of a non-invasive therapy to combat ED this product works for me. Each charge (from micro-USB port) lasts for about 20 mins of auto-pumping. Bought unit on sale; still a bit pricey, but would do the same again.

A great pump, pleasurable, easy to use and effective
This is my first foray into penis pumps. I decided to buy a pump in order to encourage and exercise the blood flow to my penis; I am getting on and lately I have noticed a reduction in hardness. The pump certainly does the job and has the benefit that the pumping process is really pleasurable although you should not expect to orgasm just through the use of the pump - though use of the insert as a stroker is certainly effective - win, win. The pump itself is quite large and top heavy as the pumping mechanism and battery are at the top. As others have observed, it works well to sit or lie in a reclined position and support the pump body on a pillow or cushion while pumping. Then just let the pump do its job. The controls are not the most logical but it does not take long to get the hang of it. It is annoying that the screen backlight times out so rapidly as the display can be difficult to read in lower light situations. The doughnut insert does not work for me. It is not as comfortable as the sleeve insert and does not hold pressure unless I continually hold the pump body tight against my pubic bone. The sleeve insert is excellent though. The insert is installed easily and then with a couple of pumps of lube you are underway. The sensations are unusual and it pays to start at lower pressures and build up over several sessions as the pump certainly has the power to cause some damage if you just go straight to the maximum. I love the automatic programme and the feeling of my penis being slowly but rhythmically drawn into the sleeve - very pleasant. The hold function is also a good feature as it allows the higher pressure to be held for longer during the automatic process - the small but quick pumps that are a feature of the pump acting to hold the higher pressures are very pleasurable. The clean up is very easy using soap and water, or toy cleaner. One comment which contradicts the experience of others is that I am finding that the fully charged battery is only lasting for two 20 minute sessions before it is flat, so not the 12 hours that is promised. However, overall I am delighted with this pump. It does what I bought it for, I am seeing increases in length and girth of my erect and flacid penis, though this was not my specific aim, and the pump is a sensual pleasure to use, I would recommend it.

Love this. The controls, as has been said, are a bit fiddly and I always forget which way round the setup is for adjusting the pressure. It's a shame that the screen lighting goes out so quickly (and doesn't return even when you make adjustments) as my eyesight is crap so I often press the wrong button and have to hit the emergency release! But once set right, it's immensely comfortable, although with the motor & battery over a foot from your body it can be a bit unwieldy! I find it best to be lying on my bed with the machine resting on a pillow on my legs so it can do its thing while I'm reading or watching something. The variable "hold" time before it releases the vacuum is great - and I love the little "top-up" sucking it does when there is a less-than-perfect seal around my penis. I use the sleeve insert as I found the doughnut piece too severe.

The description sounded great and at £99 I had high hopes. The first one arrived and didn't work. The second one arrived and didn't work. I shan't bother with this brand again. Credit to Lovehoney who delivered quickly both times and the returns process is easy enough. Such a shame to be let down by poor product quality / reliability.
