So, I'd like to start by saying I genuinely loved this toy. It was guaranteed to make me squirt and a lot of fun to play with.
However.
The quality of the silicone left a lot to be desired, as it ended up degrading quite quickly - melting with this off-gass in the pouch I stored it in. I've got a fair few silicone toys and this is the only one that's 'melted'.
I won't get another one, but if it gets made in a different material I'd consider it.
New favourite toy
Decided to get this so I could experiment with something different and it definitely exceeded my expectations!
It took time for me to get used to the thickness, but it definitely satisfied a huge desire I've had for a while. It was even better when me and my fiancee incorporated it into playtime and he used it on me. Definitely a huge turn on for both of us and has spiced up things in the bedroom.
A few things to keep in mind for those on the fence about this toy:

Been teetering on the edge about starting with some anal fun. Over the months I've been using smaller toys and finally moved onto something with a bit more oomf. A great and budget-friendly first foray into larger toys for anal play and fantasy dildos for me. This is a great-looking toy and if texture is your thing then the bumps, scales and head will not disappoint. It's a little softer than might be ideal for anal play but shape-wise the taper made taking a toy this large easier than it might have been otherwise- I went from thinking "I've been over-ambitious with this purchase" to "Ooh, it's in!" surprisingly quickly!
The main downside is that the suction cup isn't strong enough to keep the toy on a flat horizontal surface like the floor, let alone a vertical one. Hands-free play wasn't possible for me. Also, the material of the toy is somewhat tacky and holds on to dust, so it's necessary to give it a wash before play.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flexibility of it, as it can bend and is neither too stiff nor too soft. The shape ensures that it hits the front inner wall and can stimulate the G-spot easily.
Size-wise, it is not massive either in girth nor in length, but the textured bumps feel good and add extra stimulation.
I personally like that it is clear rather than a flesh colour, to be honest.

I was a bit nervous at first due to all the bumps and scales, but they make the sensation so much better. Every bump, every scale touches and hits the right spot. Good for the price
For a $40 toy, this is fantastic. This is my first fantasy toy, and this was a great first experience, minus a couple of flaws. The texture feels absolutely amazing, and the taper is gradual enough to ease onto the toy while still feeling wonderfully girthy. A transparent toy is different to what I'm used to, but is a fun change to my other opaque toys.
Unfortunately, the material lets it down a bit. The TPE attracts dust and lint so often that I have to clean it constantly, and it refracts light in such a way that makes it look yellowed even out of the box. It's also a bit soft, which I don't really mind, but that softness causes the suction cup to be weaker than some of my other non-TPE toys. My copy also came with several mold defects in the ridges and the head, which is a little disappointing.
To be honest though, I can forgive most of the flaws for it being reasonably priced. You're getting what you pay for, and it's a fantastic design. I'd happily buy it again in a different material, maybe silicon, even if it wasn't transparent.

We recently sent this "fantasy" toy. It's the first time we've tried anything like this and has definitely been intriguing.
First of all, and importantly, the ridges and bumps feel great. The size and soft material make it easy to use, even for beginners. Enjoyed the clear colour - a nice change from most of our toys. We have a few glass pieces but they fit into a slightly different category in my opinion. We're not always in the mood for something so hard and cold so it's nice to see different materials and toys come in a transparent colour.
TPE is famously harder to clean and keep hygienic than other materials. This jelly-ish like material in particular is quite sticky, attracting lint and hair easily. It needs frequent cleaning, especially if it touches any surface during use. If we place this down on the bed it usually needs rinsed or cleaned before we continue. If you're great at keeping your toys clean or have a clean plate or something in preparation to place it on then the sticky material is less of an issue - but realistically that's just not us.The material is also fair bit squishier than I expected. We might have chosen a larger size if we realised it would be this soft.
This dildo has been a fun addition to our collection. It's definitely opened our eyes to fantasy toys and I'll keep an eye out for more. Although it’s enjoyable to use, I'm not sure it will be our first choice going forward, just due to it picking up lint etc so easily. If you're curious about fantasy toys, this is likely a solid budget friendly choice. If you know that you enjoy this category of toy maybe a silicone or slightly higher end model would be a better pickup.

We've got a few dildos, and like anything we like a little variety - and this certainly provides a new and exciting experience. Upon opening the box we were greeted with a really unusual, but strangely attractive toy. Its not too huge, so wasn't at all off-putting for me (i'm not a size queen), but certainly has plenty of girth further down the shaft - and oh my, the rippled and ridges it have looked amazing. The only negative me for was the "feel" when in my hand. I usually go for silicone toys and this one isn't silicone, so has a slightly firmer and slightly 'tacky' feel. Again, not to massive, but probably perfect for me - i wouldn't want to go much bigger than 6 inch circumference!

As with all lovehoney products the Lovehoney Fantasy Dildo feels really well made and as with all dildos we receive to review the first thing I always do is stick it to something and see how well it holds, wow it has some grip to it.
As I said earlier the Lovehoney Fantasy Dildo looks quite intimidating with its scales and girth, but wow do the scales enhance the pleasure unfortunately though the girthy bottom means it's not quite as flexible as I am used to so when using it stuck to my mirror if I moved a bit too much up, down, left or right it would pop off as I was trying to get into the right position, but once it is lined up properly it would stay stuck while in use.
