Powerful but didn’t stand the test of time
I bought this in 2020 and it generally served its purpose well for the first three years, however unfortunately it’s now one of the last toys I reach for (aka in an emergency!). This is because the wiring has become a bit unreliable and whilst still safe to use, it has to be held in a particular way to work.
It’s a very simple toy in typical Lovehoney purple but it certainly does pack a punch and is one of the most powerful vibrating toys I own. It does get a bit loud on higher settings, but it’s almost hard for me to imagine ever needing to go above halfway on the easy-to-use dial. Any higher and it tends to start numbing the sensation for me, which might be worth bearing in mind.
At the time of purchase, price was more important to me than features like being rechargeable or wireless, and even now I will reach for it if another toy runs out of charge as it’s quite useful to be able to replace the batteries (if needed) and immediately get back to playing. Having said that, I prefer rechargeable toys for their lower environmental impact, and fiddling around with batteries can be a bit of a mood kill. The wire doesn’t get in the way when playing solo but it’s not something I’d choose to play with with a partner, although I can see why some people would enjoy passing the ‘remote’ to their partner.
All in all this is a decent toy for beginners at a reasonable price. I’d particularly recommend it if you prefer stronger vibrations and don’t mind using a battery powered, wired toy. I’m personally unlikely to replace it as I’ve found styles I prefer since, but it has served a purpose in my collection.

Loud and flimsy
My last Love Egg Vibrator from Lovehoney was my all time favourite toy, but after a few years the wire connection became loose. I was so sad, especially because they had discontinued it, but then I saw this. It's pretty much the same design, but in purple instead of a peachy skin tone colour.
I was beside myself with excitement, but then it arrived. The first thing I noticed is that the clip that holds the back in place so that the batteries don't fall out is so loose! With the slightest touch, it slides open. This is very annoying when you're holding it and trying to use it.
Then the vibrations were WAY too strong. It has a dial, so like the old one, it should presumedly go up in intensity the further the dial is. However, this goes from 0 to 100, there's no in between phases to warm you up, level one is more powerful than the max level was on the old one.
Lastly, it is SO LOUD. Like, my partner and I have flatmates, and I absolutely cannot use this unless the house is free. The noise level definitely matches the power level, it sounds like a mini jackhammer is going off.
Overall, if you're into hardcore vibrations you'll be into this, but if you want anything less than extreme this is not for you.

I got these eggs after hearing alot about them, I thought they would help with pelvic flow but also give me some sort of pleasure as I heard alot of women's stories on how they would be wearing them and practically screaming with them in. Don't underestimate the power
This was the first vibrator I bought and I'm seriously considering buying another. It does wonders for me and that's not even cranked up to the highest setting. A lot smaller than expected but it does the trick for a quick session! My only gripe is the connection where the wire goes into the "egg" can be easily disrupted. I barely had my first one a year and it would only work when held in certain positions. I'm yet to see a wireless version - now THAT would be a game changer!

I was very curious about a love egg so thought I would try it out. I sent 3 emails asking for a replacement and only received one in return, when it was realised that I was asking for a replacement or refund I was completely ignored. Good for some things
This vibrator is pretty good. However, I bought it with clitoral stimulation in mind. I have a pain disorder which affects my hands, and wired vibrators are good for avoiding pain because I don't have to both hold and control the vibrator with the same hand. Unfortunately this tends to cause stress to the wire, meaning its busted within a month or two. While it worked it was very good, but then again it's breakage was largely due to my specific usage of it. This is an instant hit with us - we were using the Colt Turbo Power Bullet Egg Vibrator which has a larger egg and uses three AA batteries, but actually this is just as powerful on two batteries. This love egg certainly earns the wicked in it's name. It's a pretty simple design but the power that it packs is something to be reckoned with, it's up there with rabbit vibrators I've tried. Bad quality

Mediocre for the price
When I was originally looking for eggs, I was looking for something wireless. I obviously didn't look close enough at the picture and info, because when it arrived, it had a wire. I was disappointed, particularly since I saw a review that had said it was wireless. The feel is soft but somewhat flimsy plastic. The cord doesn't feel super strong either, nor is it particularly long, which is disappointing. I really wanted to get something that my bf could use on me while we're out and about. I have since ordered something else for that purpose. That being said, this little thing has a surprisingly strong vibration and the build of is great on it since it's a dial. I found that while the vibration can get very strong, it's not strong enough when inserted vaginally, like at all. I really like this product, it feels good internally and externally, the material of the egg is really smooth and feels nice against my skin. Versatile sex toy, good size not too big or too little. Eggs and balls if too small, can become slippery little buggers and be hard to insert. Saw this during a promotion and it was reasonably priced and bought it as my first love egg. The purple is a dark rich purple and the egg is a smooth plastic. I bought this when it was on offer and for such a small price was not expecting much. I have used love eggs before and enjoyed the sensations but not been blown away - well this has converted me. Didn’t disappoint

we purchased this to replace an older version bought some time ago thru love honey. It was cheap and our expectations of its strength weren't really that much. Buzzing problems

Decent Egg

Worked great until it stopped
This was my first toy that I've ever owned (received as a gift) and I was almost scared to use it at first. I've only actually been using it regularly for a couple months. I only ever really used it for clit stimulation and it was amazing! You don't even really need to go the highest setting because, for being as small as it is, it's super powerful and the orgasms are amazing. I will say though, it has now since died on me. Just okay
I was exited to try this product after seeing many great reviews. My order was packed nicely and arrived in good timing. I unboxed it and it didn't look disappointing. The plastic felt a bit cheap, however it is not an expensive toy. It was very easy to use. Firstly, i used it for clitoral simulation and i cannot knock that it has good vibrations for a small and relatively cheap toy. That did not disappoint. I then used it for vaginal use. To my suprise it was not as good as i expected it to be. Personally, i didn't think it was strong enough to stimulate internally. This product came free in some offer I participated in about 6 months ago, wasn't looking for a love egg and I don't think I've actually used it for it's intended purpose. Size isn't everything

I do like this love egg and it is good as part of solo play with other toys. It is a really nice material and is very easy to use. Can be used externally as well as internally so very flexible. The power is very dependent on the battery power and does drain through batteries quite quickly, but that is something to be expected of all battery powered toys. Surprisingly Powerful
I bought this toy to use with my girlfriend. As our first time buying or using any toys, we did not know what to expect. I can safely say that this toy was much more powerful than either of us were expecting, considering the price we paid. My only issue with the toy is that it did not seem to be durable. Not just for women
I bought this to use with my Thrust Katya vagina and ass hip toy as it has little pockets underneath where you can insert a bullet. I wanted something super powerful and looking at the reviews this looked ideal. Well, the reviews were spot on about the power, it really is very powerful, especially for such a small egg. I tried inserting it into the bullet holders and it worked well, but it worked even better simply inserted into the opposite hole to the one you want to use. The vibrations were so intense it brought me to a powerful climax in a few minutes, whereas I can usually last over 10 without the vibration. Unfortunately it doesn't work very well when inserted into the rear end of a fleshlight, but that's more the fleshlights design at fault. It would have been amazing if that did work, but sadly the vibration seems to be absorbed by the thin walls of the insert and not transferred to the entire sleeve. I love that this toy takes AA batteries as I have a large stack of rechargeable batteries, so there's no chance of it running out mid session and needing to buy expensive button cells. The quality seems good, with the bullet feeling nice and heavy. Some extra vibration modes would have been the icing on the cake, but i guess that would have bumped up the price. Being able to control the level of vibration is great as it does seem to have a sweet spot for the most vibration, thats just below the fastest speed. Overall I am very impressed with this product.
