Yup, this works. Best be careful as it IS possible to overpump and potentially do your self some damage but the quick release does what it says and thank fully releasing all the pressure doesn't result in the bends.

It does what you expect and ask for but there are two omissons.
1 - It doesn't come with any kind of small cockring. You'll need one of those very thin but tight ones so its doesn't interfere with the tubes suction. Without it you're in danger of going soft again quite quickly.
2 - Lack of any kind of pressure gauge relegates this to what I think is more of a toy than either a medical device or any kind of 'enlarger'. As a medical device I suppose you'd want to be able to carefully increment the pressure over time and as an enlarger, presumably the same. Here you're left blind with only the number of pumps and sensations guiding you.

Truth is - it is another fun toy to add to some different play. Wether my penis actually remains larger and harder after releasing the pump or not, I couldn't really tell you for sure, but how it looks and feels is incredible. As far as getting it on and comfortable, I found that using lube was essential, but sparsely. If you don't use lube, your penis head can easily chafe on the inside of the pump when using it. You need to get a good seal with a water watered lubricant. I have no pubic hair so it sealed easily with the lubricant, as others have mentioned. I was surprised how quickly my penis grew as I started to pump. Cleaning was easy enough. Too early to say if I can achieve a permanent effect but please with it so far. Post Prostatectomy Therapy
If you've just had a prostatectomy like me (due to cancer of the prostate) you'll have been told to use one of these to maintain the vascular health of the penis and prevent penile atrophy (a scary thought!) This is all so that eventually (maybe after a year or 2) normal erections can be achieved without aids. I've been using this pump for nearly a year (10 minutes a day, 5 days a week) and it works easily and well. Importantly, it has a quick release valve in case of discomfort. I also been given a very expensive version, provided by the NHS, which is actually nowhere near as easy to use. Highly recommended for men like me!

I've been struggling with ED due to my health over the past few years, but didn't want to try any medication. Reading the other reviews I thought trying the pump was worth a shot.
It arrived as usual, quickly and discreetly. Reading through the instructions, these weren't too clear, so I decided to jump right in. The instructions mention purchasing an adjustable stamina ring, sold separately, so please be aware this is needed if you are aiming to keep the erection made by the pump, not just improve penile health.
Putting it together is self explanatory, but I found it was easier to stick the rubber edge around my penis first, making sure it gets really tight to the base of my body, then add the plastic pump while it's on your body. A small amount of lube is useful to ease the process.
Once on, very small pumps are needed, this wasn't clear from the instructions, where I initially did 3 large pumps and had to restart. A lot of reviews complain about the lack of a pressure gauge, but I haven't found that a problem, you can quite clearly tell when the pressure is getting too high and release easily with the button on the pump.
After a bit of practice, spending 10 minutes or so every other day, the results are great. Bear in mind that once you remove the pump, without a ring on the erection will disappear. The real test as to whether it has worked is when you try to get erect after usage. After years of having at best a reasonable semi, my erections are solid and hold, better than they have been since I was in my early 20s. I am really pleased with the results and would recommend to anyone having the same struggles.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year and had a radical prostactectomy in early December (2024). The surgery and subsequent tests were successful.
The side effects of this pressure are incontinence and impotence (I had one set of nerves spared but the others had to go). I am on a regime of daily tadalafil with extra when “needed” but it could take up to 2 years for the nerves to kick in and some semblance of normality restored. Its advisable to shave your pubic area before use, especially around the base of your cock and up the shaft.
This is very tricky on your own, best done by a partner.
Just put some lube on the inside of the rubber sleeve, slide your cock in and push the device in tight to your body.

It works - easy to get a good seal and pump up but be careful as it managed to suck up a little extra a couple times. Ouch.
That said it lacks any real strength in the vacuum. I was expecting to pump until it felt uncomfortable but the little squeeze pump doesn’t have enough oomph for that. So if you want that pumped to bursting look/feel this might not do the trick. Will try using it when hard to see if it can take it that bit further, but maximum suction is clearly limited.
Orher than that, the tube is smoked finish so hard to see inside and you want to see tour member all pumped up Hulk style (but not green) bursting to get out this may not be the one for you.

I had been looking for a while to get this type of product due to trouble getting and maintaining an erection suffering with depression and the side effects of medication. I've never used one of these before and it takes a little bit of trial and error I think. Easy to go a little too hard and get a few burst micro blood vessels leaving pin prick dots. I get these after going more than 3 pumps. These heal and disappear after a day.

I'm a little on the thicker side at 5 inches in girth and I simply could not make this work for me. I even tried stretching the bumper over a cup and soaking it in hot water multiple times to loosen it up and after all that it still choked my member.

To begin, unboxing experience was as usual, very professional and anonymous.
My first impression was that the item is made well and all bits that had to be put together were all clearly obvious. The plastic portion which pump your lucky member is solid, and the silicone seal is soft and stretchy.

Good quality at a fun price
I've never had one of these before, so I had little expectation. The unboxing experience was standard, but first impressions were that all the bits and pieces were well made. The housing is solid, and the silicone seal is soft and stretchy.
Using it was straightforward. As I had read elsewhere, it was helpful going in erect as you have to push through the silicone seal. I'm 7" long and 5.5" around, and it was an easy fit. Squeezing the pump a few times I was surprised at how suctiony it was! Definitely an interesting feeling and I can see how you have to be careful not to over-do it.
I also tried a few other configurations. Firstly without the silicone seal as I wanted to have the pumping action all the way down the shaft (and not just the section in side the seal). It worked well, but there is a sharp plastic mould ridge on the rim of the housing which got a bit uncomfortable after a while. Second configuration was using it on my beloved balls and it did a great job as well. This will be subject to your dimensions of course! Lastly, I tried it in the bath with water. While it may not be recommended, it worked just as well with water running through the pump. I'd make sure to dry out the hand pump as much as possible after doing this.
Cleaning the pump is easy enough, as mentioned seems to run well with water.
This pump is great for pumping beginners. In the future, I'd probably try to get a pump with a gauge so I know what level of stress I'm imposing on my poor member!

I was excited to try my first pump and ordered the Tracy Cox Edge Ultimate Performance Pump. It was great value for money compared to others, and looks lovely. The instructions clearly outline how to use the device, which i set out to do so as soon as it arrived. The pump is sadly a darker tone, and it steams up when in use which makes it hard to see inside - however you can notice the pump and it definitely adds length and girth to your member. The only downside is this quickly disappeared as soon as you remove the pump. This may only be me, and it may work for others. In terms of design the only thing i can complain about was the seal seems slightly looser, which leaks air and makes the device lose suction. Overall, happy i bought it to tick off the list, but not sure i would make this a regular toy.

This is an amazing help to my sex life
I have been using the Tracy Cox penis pump for over a year now. It has had a remarkable transformation to the size of my erection. If you are above average in size, this pump will be way too small for you. I completely filled up most of the tube.
The opening of the silicon ring is painfully small, to the point where it's not possible to remove it after pumping.
I mostly use it now without the silicon ring, which makes it much less effective, but at least I can gain some effect from this product.

Works very well
This is my first pump bought to improve circulation. Took a couple of tries to get use to it and you need lube although not a lot. It very snug but not in a bad way. I've used it between 1-3 times a week since I got it ten weeks ago and we've noticed a much better erection. I gain 2cm in the pump but even with a cock ring that disappears straight away so it's no good for adding actual size but definitely good for circulation health so would recommend it.

As always packaged well and easy to follow instructions. This is my first penis pump and I wasn't epecting too much from it if I'm honest. I've follwed instructions and after a few weeks I have noticed a notable difference in girth. Length is unchanged which is what I was really hoping to increase obviously. For me, when I use this pump I like that I can see the results as they occur but I find that I need more suction/pressure than this can handle with the manual pump. Perhaps I should have gone for an automatic version. I seem to reach a point with it where no matter how much I pump I've reached maximum pressure and its not got the oomph to go to the next level.
Removing and inserting is easy and it seals well but you do need lube. Better results while lying flat, standing or seated this is a bit cumbersome.
All in all it's decently made, easy to use and as it says it 'may' improve length or girth so it makes no promises and therefore I can't say it's not delivering. I guess using it over a longer period will be the proof in the pudding. Overall I'm happy with my purchase but if your looking to improve a smaller than average penis, this may be a product that isn't for you. I can imagine if you havve a larger member, the pressure in the chamber will make much more visable differences. For best results you need to use a cock ring.

I love this pump. I also own the electric version. With that one, the pump does not hold a charge and is out of juice after less than an hour. Also, the tube on the electric one is only 7.5 inches in length and I'm right at 7.5" but when pumping my head is right up against the motor. Also, I love the control of the manual pump vs. the electric. One downfall is that I dropped it a while back and got a crack in the plastic. I was able to use some rubber paint to seal the crack. Maybe I'll buy another one in the future.

There's room for improvement
I was surprised by how the apparent quality of this device. The plastic feels sturdy and overall it feels like a solid product.
However, I think a few things are holding it back:
The first being the very tight rubber at the bottom. I get that the opening is small on purpose - to hold the vacuum, but it feels too tight at the base of it after just a few pumps. I'm certain the opening could have been made bigger (my girth is average).
The second thing is that my penis is ever so slightly curved, and during pumping it tends to touch the walls of the cylinder, which is uncomfortable. Perhaps this can be avoided on my part, by using more lube.
Also, I didn't think that would be an issue, but the lack of pressure gauge is definitely noticeable. I'm no expert on pumps by any means, but I know there are safe levels of pumping and exceeding those could hurt you. It would've been nice to have a gauge to monitor whether you are safe or overdoing it but I guess you get what you pay for, the price on this is already quite low.
Lastly, I unfortunately didn't see any short-term size difference in my erection. Once the pressure is removed, my penis seemingly returns to its exact erect size - no more, no less. That being said, this thing does induce an erection, so I can see it working for someone with ED. But keep in mind that the tight opening can ruin your erection with how tricky it can be to get off.

Hoping for more long-term benefits yet
I'm a long-term sufferer of ED now due to a medical condition that requires me to take medication that completely kills it 'down there'. This was my first penis pump purchase. I really didn't know what to get at the time I was shopping, but this little pump really does the job! Fortunately I shave my pubic hair off, because it will have a difficult time sealing if you have too much hair down there.

If I could change a couple things, I would prefer the pump to be clear plastic instead of tinted plastic. It would be much more exciting to be able to see your results more clearly. Also, I would like an air pressure gage added to know what pressures I'm at. There is a penis measurement gage along the side of the pump, but it's a little hard to read unless you have the right angle. Other than this, it's a great little pump.

dissapointing results
Did not purchase this device to acheive orgasm, but can see were it might help. Have used this device as directed in the instructions - 3X/day at 10 minute intervals. Girth has increased a little but when the device is pumped up to ~ 6" it has a strong tendency to draw up my right testicle into the tube even when using a cock ring...this tends to be painful.

If you can afford the vacuum pumps using water go for those designs. As the pressure is far mor even. Only pump as far to get a steady erection. Really simple and effective, nothing complicated and instant results. I am pleased with this product but forgot to by the separately sold ring attachment to maintain the “result”. Assembly is straight forward, and comes with very clear instructions and health advice, including do’s/dont’s and also details a very helpful guide on what to expect/what to do if this happens etc. For peace of mind, they have imprinted measurements along the side of the device so that you can accurately identify your “progression” I.e your erection length. The pump and valve are hand operated with an air pressure release button which provides easy detachment and prevents any sudden panic you may experience: remember to lube up, lovehoney offer some great water based products - overall it’s easy to use, clean and impress.

Followed instructions, but it is unable to maintain a vacuum due to air leakage through the seal at the base. The rubber seal does not hold even with lots of lubricant. Perhaps shaving would help but I don't want to do that. Bottom line: it doesn't work.
Unfortunately even with researching what a good pump would be, this came up. It is way to difficult to create an airtight seal, and therefore you are out of the mood before too long. Not recommended.

This item came in with good reviews but after using it I do not trust them. The cap is very very tight, so when you pull your member out you literally have to force it off. By the time you take it off any growth had is lost.

When I ordered this I was a little sceptical as to whether it would help with ED or was just a 'penis enlargement' gimmick; I was pleasantly surprised. I am still getting used to it but certainly I think it is helping to encourage better erections. I don't use a cock ring with it, I tried but a ring tends to prevent a vacuum forming although it may be me not doing it right. However, the feeling of having a proper erection after years of 'semis' is enervating and I feel it is training' my penis to remember how it feels to be full of blood. I think that used regularly, it would encourage firmer erections without use of the device. I like it.

This is the second pump I have tried after being dissatisfied with the first and finding it uncomfortable, and can honestly say that this one is much better and enjoyable to use.
I found the suction to be quite strong without being too uncomfortable, and produces a good vacuum.
The silicone seal at the base of the pump is wide enough for my penis in a flaccid or semi-erect state but requires a lot of lubrication. It is sufficiently stretchy but would feel much better if the material was softer.
Overall, a decent pump for the price. This gives an enjoyable and healthy penis workout that I actually enjoy using on a regular basis.

This is my first time using something like this so it took a little while to get the hang of things. It is a bit tight and takes some effort to make sure everything is where it should be, but I guess it has to be like this to create a good seal. I’ve found using a cock ring around my balls helps massively to stop anything more getting sucked up… would recommend for first timers. Seems to of made a difference with size, both length and girth but am using it daily. This device doesn’t always get me hard on its own, but it definitely helps. Likewise with others, the tinted shell isn’t great for visibility but isn’t an issue for me personally

The case plastic is way too dark
A good product badly let down by the plastic case which is too dark. Darker than the photo on the web site. Inspection to make sure your todger hasn't 'blown up' too much - veins too pronounced etc. is too difficult. Even with a torch...and why use a torch anyway? I see some other products are smoky / dark also. Why on earth don't they use clear plastic cases?

Having recently been through radical prostatectomy I was advised to get a pump to keep the blood flow into my penis and exercise the penile muscles. Having had little success in raising a smile down there, this pump absolutely gave me a result. I've used it a bit differently as it is a bit difficult to get a soft penis into the sleeve - I use it without the sleeve and it produces great results when I put a cock-ring on first. If I then get hard and use it with the silicon sleeve, it gives a great result.
DON'T use it more than once a day for about 10mins or you risk blood spots forming.

My wife and I are in our seventies but still enjoy an exciting physical relationship. However, at my age I do need a bit of help, i.e. lube, cock ring and occasional blue tablets. So I decided to try some penis enhancement with the Tracy Edge penis pump. I found it to be easy to use from the start, and provided the suction is applied over time, is comfortable. I have found it is best to reduce the pressure in stages to give the blood supply time to fill the tissues. At maximum suction my penis is at least an inch longer and much thicker. I have used the pump every day for 15-20 minutes for two weeks. I have found that my erection without the pump is enhanced already. My penis is noticeably longer and even a little thicker, much to my, and my wife's, delight.
A problem at first was maintaining an airtight fit. You can tire of continuously squeezing the bulb as air leaks in round the base. A liberal smear of lube applied to the outer ring of the silicone seal and holding the tube tightly against you pubic bone removes this problem. Use to maintain penis health after surgery
I lost my prostate due to cancer recently. The surgeon advised me to buy one of these things to maintain my penis health. So I bought one. I find it works well, slips right over my dick easily. Starting to see the effects
I have had this product for a week and have learned how to best use it. It creates a great suction when placed correctly. I back up previous comments to use lube as removing the pump when enlarged can be tricky without it. I have found that 20mins ( in 10 minute goes with a minute in between works fairly well but when used for 30 minutes in 3 x 10 minute goes, the effect is far greater. I have noticed the increase in girth when flaccid and erect is greater at 0.5inch but have gained 0.25inch as well on length. I will continue to use this each day for 3 months and report back.

On first use it was very disappointing - enlarged cock banging around inside the tube. I wanted to stroke it. Maybe I was expecting too much - it's 'just' a suction pump.
However, my 'modification'. Put the silicon insert from my Fleshlight Torch inside the chamber and - hey presto - alternate between suction and cock massage during a session.

They may have saved money by packaging this thing in just a boring card box but the device itself is extremely high quality. Gasket part fits comfortably around you shaft and makes a good seal once you start pumping.
Really liked the inclusion of scale/ruler up the side of the device. Made me realise I'd been measuring my length incorrectly for years.
One issue I could foresee is if you had a rather extreme bend it might be a little uncomfortable. I'd say I've probably got a medium bend and often found the end rubbing against the inside wall of the device after removing the air.
Perfect Start
This was my first ever pump, after i've contemplated using one over the years- Since i've been dealing with ED i thought i would give this a try as a cost price alternative to the little blue pill.
I've been really happy with the results so far, theres a fullness to my erections and i've been surprised by the returning size and sensitivity to the head of my penis which makes solo play and partner play amazing with some LoveHoney's water based lube.
Best piece of advice i can give is start of slow and count 10 seconds after each pump once you get past the initial first 3 sealing pumps to create sufficient suctions. The first few times will feel weird as you you blood vessels and tissue is being filled and worked out in a completely new way. Keep your skin taught and pull down on your scrotum to prevent excess skin being pulled up into the chamber and pumped as well.
They say results may very and i have found that to be true, i have been unable to maintain my erections after releasing the air from the chamber and either go flaccid or limp, but my erections are noticeably bigger and fuller after some stimulation. Hoping with more training i'll be able to maintain an erection immediately after pumping.

Enhanced sensations
I'd start by saying that me and my partner use this to enhance sensations during foreplay. We didn't have any expectation for increasing size or to help with Ed.
The pump is a good size and has a rubber type base that forms a good seal around the base of the penis. I must say. As I have never ever used a penis pump in my life. I was getting rather interested in how these pumps worked. So folks I brought the edge ultimate. And omg this thing does vacuum the air out the tube. Amazing suction. It sucked my ball inside. I did freak out as my first attempt. But over all I am finding it quite good. I am 52 and still have a active sex life. But wanted to give this device a go. Could do with abit smaller rubber sleeves as the hole were you put penis is abit big so when I pump its suckling more than just my penis inside the tube. Think I might need a smaller diameter hole in sleeve. Great device when penis is pumped up it looks massive and the girth is thick. The only downside with this device is when you pump the air after a short time you can't pump any more.

I am average size, so I was looking to use this to see if it would pump me up a little more.
Piece of advice, make sure you are at least semi erect before using this and make sure to add a little bit of lube to the opening, as it will make using it that much better.
After a good 5-10 minutes of use you could really see the difference in size, but it didnt last for much longer than 5-10 minutes.
Maybe after some time using it the results may be different, so I will see how it goes.

Follow Up Review - After 2 Months Use
I wrote a review shortly after starting to use the pump and now a couple of months on I am writing a follow up review...
I have been using this pump for 10 minutes a day on alternating days, pumping slow, using lube, and not exceeding 10 minutes once the right vacuum has been achieved and ensuring a day between use to enable my penis to perform any repairs from microscopic tears caused by the vacuum. I believe this is the safest way. I have not experienced any bruising or bleeding at all, and if your balls are being sucked in, then you are using too much vacuum. It is easy to feel where the right amount is. Don't go crazy with it.
After 2 months these are the positive results I am experiencing:
*I have noticed with alternating day use that my flaccid hang is regularly bigger. Having a semi throughout the day is frequent.
*I think it improves overall penis health because of the increased blood flow stretching your veins and improved oxygenation, and I am ejaculating further. I was surprised when I masturbated recently and from laying down my ejaculate hit my neck... it went way further than before... usually it reaches my stomach area. I believe the improvement in ejaculation force is, at least in significant part, down to this device.
*It does stretch your penis skin and your body responds by growing more skin. I noticed more skin on my shaft which when pulled down results in my foreskin looking maybe half a centimeter longer. If you would like to make your foreskin longer, or would like to stretch shaft skin if you are circumcised, this device can and does help.
*I have gained 1 centimeter in BPEL. Now at 18.5 centimeters bone pressed, or 17 centimeters NON bone pressed. This is up 1 centimeter on where I measured before starting use of this pump.
*I can see a mild outwards curve forming on each side of my shaft. I believe this is a slight increase in girth focussed mid shaft.
I look forward to further use. I do recommend the pump especially when it is on sale. I recommend the following:
*use it laying down, with your legs spread wide apart so your balls can be less in the way.
*lubricate the entrance and base of the device before use.
*if you have a foreskin, ensure it is pulled back, and you are flaccid.
*lubricate your entire penis and gently put the device to the head of your penis.
*use slow, and even partial compressions of the hand pump.
*wait several seconds between successive pumps. if you pump faster than your veins can handle, you risk a rupture. It takes several seconds after each pump for the blood encouraged by that pump to fully reveal its effect. GO SLOW.
*As you're approaching a full erect state, use small partial pumps until you are feeling engorged, pulled, but not discomfort.
*It is best to shave or trim beforehand. If it is losing vacuum you may need to gently press the pump down and hold it there while doing some slow partial pumps.
*Once you get to a comfortable vacuum, lay back and maintain that vacuum for 10 minutes. Use a stopwatch on your phone's time app.
*When 10 minutes are up, SLOWLY release the pressure for a second at a time - DON'T RELEASE ALL THE PRESSURE AT ONCE! - you need to reduce the pressure sequentially over the course of a minute or so.
*Moisturise you penis, scrotum and pubic base after use, and allow the moisturiser to absorb before dressing.
*It is best to do all this when you have privacy and won't be disturbed for a good half hour.
If used properly as I described above, then there is no reason why you should not see improvements as I have done.

Overall it works well as a penis pump. I got this as I was curious what result I would get after reading the reviews.
First the design and build. The materials so far have lasted well and are durable. The size fits well though a lot of lube is required as the sleeve is very tight and you will go in easily but getting out can be very difficult and painful (So lots of lube). The pressure itself is very good though I have added a word of caution later with the use of cock rings.
So first results. When inside you can visibly see a change in size (easily shown by the measurement indicator). Once out I did not really notice any real change, maybe a bit more sensitivity.
I originally bought this with the recommended adjustable stamina ring. I followed the instructions as stated but as I used them in combination I found the pump wasn't able to make a tight seal as there was now a ring at the base. This lead to significantly less pressure, and hence not as good results. I'm yet to try it with other rings. This was a tad disappointing as by the time you have removed everything and put the cock ring on, the additional blood has been able to escape, thus reduce any benefit gained.
Okay, but not great
Economy pump and you get what you pay for. It works, but as there is one size opening I find if I pump to much it starts pulling my testicles in. Happened once. It works good but I find I lose the erection when I take it off. Good for general exercise.

I've used this sporadically over the past 12 months and found that when I was consistent that my flaccid size was definitely thicker and my erections were harder
The pump can create a strong vacuum and if your over-zealous with it you can cause some significant capillary bursting, otherwise if you take you time adding to the vacuum slowly you can get some great results and if your like me it feels good to have your penis engorged with so much blood.
I found you need a good amount of lube on your self prior to entry and when removing you just need to add a little bit of water assist in sliding the silicone ring off.
The only detraction I have with the pump is the colour of the plastic.

Works great and good quality
I've had this for quite a long time now and use it to get around ED caused by medical treatment. I was unable to get hard at all and viagra only produced a semi but this product gives me a great hard on every time. I was previously quite well endowed but am now even longer and thicker than before.

I have only used this twice so far - for a few minutes each time, over the course of one day. I will write a follow up review after longer term use, but wanted to share some initial thoughts.
Firstly, before I spend a longer time describing the positive results I am beginning to see after only a single day use, let's get some negatives out of the way..
* The Colour of the tube doesn't lend well to seeing your penis clearly. It would be improved if the material was uncoloured clear.
* From pumping, my penis did not actually get any longer than what I can achieve from edging masturbation alone.
*The rubber insertion end is quite narrow and when you go to remove the pump the narrow rubber largely reduces your erection trying to pull it through (this is with the quick release button and operating it properly).
*So if you think you are going to add inches in length from this pump, even temporarily, my initial experience would not support this.
!!! HOWEVER...
What I am finding this pump DOES achieve, is a noticeable increase up to about a day after use, of FLACCID HANG.
For hours, even up to a day after use, I from time to time feel a kind of squirting feel throughout my penis, and when I look I see I have quite a thick and heavy big flaccid. I have not noticed any disrupted blood vessels and have experienced no noticeable bleeding or anything like that. But for many hours after use, my initial experience is that the penis keeps getting sent extra blood (which you can feel entering your penis at an increased rate) and the result of this is a quite long lasting larger state of flaccid. I have not measured it yet but the long lasting increase in flaccid length and thickness is significant and my flaccid penis looks and feels full and heavy for many hours after some light pumping for a few minutes. Also, when hard, it does feel a little harder, orgasms are a little more powerful, and morning wood has returned. I believe all this must be from temporarily stretching the penis tissues enabling more blood to enter. From my initial use, I am happy with the product solely for its benefit in giving me a long lasting larger flaccid penis for locker room and urinal scenarios. It is like a far more frequent state of semi-erect, replacing the normal flaccid. I am normally 7 inches long when erect and 3 to 4 inches long when flaccid, but the effect of the pump, even after one days use, provides a longer lasting flaccid size of at least 5 inches, possibly a bit longer than that. So I did not buy it to alter my erect size, I purchased it on reports of its affect to enhance and provide flaccid hang, and my initial use has confirmed that is indeed the success of this pump and it is true, it will enhance your flaccid hang for hours, perhaps a day, after each modest use. In fact it seems to take more effect following several hours after use, as I notice a squirting feeling of more blood rushing to my penis on and off for a day following use. It is especially apparent that flaccid thickness has increased and my flaccid penis has a heavy feeling.
Lube is essential, and remember to pull your foreskin back fully if you have one before entering, otherwise the vacuum can stretch your foreskin to much and risk a tear!
If you use plenty of lube, use it for only a few minutes every other day, don't go crazy on the pressure, pump slowly, keep your foreskin back upon entering, and moisturise yourself after, then it very much is a success for improving flaccid hang.
For that result, I give it 4 stars. I will write a follow up review in a few months after extended use.
If you are wanting to enhance your flaccid hang in length and thickness, this is a good product.

Works very well, had it for a week and I can already notice the difference. One thing I do wish is that the rubber cup had different sizes as I find it very hard to push my dick through and even harder to remove it after use. Maybe I need to use more lubrication. Not as great as it looked
The pump was functional and easy to clean. It does work. However if you aren’t the girthiest you might not make a good seal. And then the pump will make super “fun” sounds while trying to do it’s job. It did help to put something at the base of the shaft that was also silicone (we used a ring) but I was hopeful that I wouldn’t need any accessories to use this. I think if you’re clean shaven and have more girth than a quarter it might work better for you.

I had contemplated buying a penis pump before but had always chickened out. This time I took the plunge and bought this to try. It was well packaged and the product itself felt good quality. The plastic 'sleeve' seems thick and sturdy as does the pump mechanism.This was my first time with a penis pump so nerves were high. I am not the biggest of guys so thought a pump may help give me a little extra boost. Before you start make sure you have lubed the rim of the pump and your penis. I entered the pump flaccid although I would probably recommend that you are at least semi erect before entering and maybe (if not circumcised like me) you pull back your foreskin as when you start pumping you can go from 0-60 very quickly and cause yourself a bit of a shock (and pain!). Once you are comfy then start SLOWLY pressing the pump. The pressure increases as you let the pump go so go slowly and one pump at a time .... it's not a race. Once you are happy with that pressure move on. Slowly does it until you reach a full erection; which to my surprise took me from completely flaccid to fully erect (6 inches) within 4 pumps. Hold this for 20 seconds before releasing the pressure using the valve. There is a handy measurer on the side of the gauge so you can see how you are 'measuring up'!If you are using it to gain an erection before sex then you will also need a 'lasso' type cock ring to keep you hard as once you release the pressure you will soon return to your normal flaccid size. I have had a few penis pumps over the years, but this one is definately the best quality for the money! I have been using this on and off but you can definately see the difference if I use it every day for a week. It is a well made product and of good quality. However, having a chipolata rather than a sausage, the sleeve is to wide, so not a full vacuum occurs. I am waiting for smaller sleeves to arrive from Asia as they need smaller sleeves. Hopefully they will work. It is a great product, just not for the lesser built. As you can see from my title this was my first penis pump to try and see if they work. First of all, packaging was spot on, so no embarrassing looks from mr postie ;-)Quality of the pump is good and keeps a good vacuum to extract all the air out and the blood into the penis.So, the reason for me buying one was to see if I could do the usual 'enlarging my penis'.Did it work:Well, as many have said these type of penis pumps are good for ED and not so much for enlarging your penis. Don't expect instant results. I'm usually between 6.5-7" and can pump it to 8" but the results aren't permanent but that is maybe because I haven't used it for long enough ;-). I tried it with a cock ring to see if I could keep the results for longer but I found it uncomfortable as when you pump, it gets closer to your body and if the cock ring is there at the same time it pushes against it causing a bit of discomfort but again its maybe because I'm not using it properly. I did however find that it does make your penis look slightly bigger flaccid which is a benefit. Near perfect, good results
Had this for two years, it's definitely worked as I need a bigger one now due to filling the whole thing in length and girth after a few pumps. 100% worth the money, would definitely recommend to a beginner. Would be nice if they made the same one but 10 or 11" and a little wider.
Basic and easy
I’d previously tried a more expensive pump that didn’t quite work for me, and one that I struggled to get the pressure right with the way it worked. This is much more straightforward and easy to use. The pump is strong and you can see the growth straight away. The instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The tube does get steamy so it can be hard to see what’s going on inside the entire time, but I found (at least during pumping time) that this feels like stronger pressure inside than the Hydromax pump.

How have I managed to get to 34 years old and never had one of these things?? Always been sceptical that they didn't work or just a waste of money; absolutely not the case! Worked well but I find that the balls can get sucked in as well through the hole. Ouch. Also the bulb connection to the valve goes bad, the rubber bulb has softened and does not pump anymore. I have ED following prostate cancer treatment and can only get semi erect with viagra which only allows a hand job. Okay. I've been using it for about a week now and have already swapped out the vacuum-bulb with a Metal Hand Pump from an old pump I had (tube broke). The fact that it has a standard air hose and not a Big Gulp Straw from the 90's was a main selling point. In addition to the shape of the tube. The hose could be a bit longer for ease of use. Hi. I always wanted to try one of these. I'm 7 inch anyway and this takes 8. The problem is my penis even though just 5.75 inch girth, it bends upward a lot. So when pumped and it does make me longer and thicker, the head of my shaft pushes too hard against the top front side of the pump. So it can cause some uncomfort for me but with lube not so bad. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and I can confirm it does what it says on the tin, my erections have become stronger and larger. Way overpriced pump
I had a pump like this a while back but was a lot less to buy and did the same job. Compared to the bathmate I purchased recently there isn't any comparison to quality. This let me down
I used pump before the cheaper one and it was great, unfortunately had to buy a new one. Decided to get this one as the reviews were great! Unfortunately I am not able to use it. It is quite wide in diameter with soft silicone sleeve. Ok, the silicone feels very skin friendly and slides in easily but.... 7cm in diameter pump with very soft silicone sleeve sucks everything in, and I mean everything - pubic area skin, testicles.... it’s not possible to use it. Disappointed, as now I have to find replacement sleeve that is strong and would fit this 7cm O pump.

Ok so this is the second time I bought one of these and to be honest I'm glad I own one again (I broke the first one by getting water in the pump). The suction on this pump is incredible. I also own a bathmate x30 and to be honest the suction is not that different. This pump is very easy to use just lube yourself and the entrance to the pump pop it on your cock and pump away. The second thing I've learnt is that to get a good seal you need to put some lube around the base of your cock so that the seal is pretty airtight, being shaved or close cropped is a good idea too. Lubing the inside of the gasket makes inserting easier and more comfortable too although then some lube does get inside the main tube which requires removing at least periodically. Pumping and releasing is very straightforward and obvious and I would say that regularly using this pump a few times a week does improve the quality and consistency of this healthy 50 something's erections. Have had a lesser pump before that was pretty lame and broke after several uses . This product is well built and the suction bulb is a quality unit , similar to sphignamometers use . Lube the entrance up and I also lather a little over my member . I find it works best if I start out without a bunch of suction to start with and then release and go a little stronger . Thick Results
This is my second pump. I wanted to step up pump quality so I wanted to try the Tracey Cox Edge. First thing, the pump is very easy to put together, take apart, and clean. The pump has very good suction. The sleeve however is not quite rigid enough and sometimes pulls a little too much scrotum skin but that's fixed with a stretchy cock ring if only one came included. A good, low cost pump
I have previously bought a cheaper pump and found it too short/ narrow once pumping (the lovehoney basics one). This pump has both a larger internal length and diameter, which is essential for getting a pump on. The pump can reach very low pressures easily, and the rubber o-ring you slide into is very strong, allowing you to maintain the vacuum well. Lube is an essential! A nice note is the size guide along the edge of the pump, so you can see how much you've shot up.
Big changes
I like this toy so much. I made sure I bought this toy because of its extra size. I spoke to a member of the LH team and after giving my penis dimension I was told this would suit just fine, however my penis is really pushed up against the top of the pump so I'll probably have to buy another to accommodate. Three months in review
I bought this pump 3 months ago and have been using it often as was recommended in the instructions, it says for best results use 4 times a week at 10 mins a time, I have used it a little bit more than that to try and see if I can get some good results. Il break down my review into different key points to make an easier read. The pump is good quality, not had an issues using it, I read some people having issues with getting a good seal but I am well trimmed and use a good amount of lube. The rubber end (where you put your penis through) has quite a small hole so can be quite hard to get on and off and after using it for 3 months, it doesn't have a tight fit around the outside diameter of the pump but doesn't affect how it works. Size. If you are looking at buying this pump, I'd say you prob don't want a penis longer than 7 inches, mine is 7.5 and when pumping mine touches the top and after using the pump, the tip takes the shape of the top of the pump. Did I get any long term gains? No, but does give you temporary extra girth which is noticeable, it also makes it much more sensitive just after using it (some might think that's good, other might think it's bad as performance isn't as long) the sensitivity goes back to normal a little after while still having the gains in girth. Bad points. The biggest issue I have with it is with regular use my penis turns abit purple around the middle of the shaft (didn't do it much at the start) it starts as purple dots which get bigger, it does make it look like it is badly bruised, it doesn't hurt though. Watch your balls
As some of the other reviews have said, the rubber seal is far too tight. After the first nightmare attempt I also had to use without the seal and used lube skin on skin. First attempt I somehow sucked up my right testicle into the tube and then spent the next ten minutes getting to back out, that hurt like hell. OH has never seen anything so funny in her life. Not a very sexy start to our first attempt. 2nd time went a lot better and it had the desired effects (after making sure my balls were well clear). Only used it a couple of times so far, so can't really comment on the overall effects.

Beware Risks of Pumping
The plastic cylinder measures eight and three-quarter inches long with graduations in imperial and also metric units up to eight inches and/or 20cm. The cylinder diameter is two and a quarter inches or six centimetres. The product description states that the cylinder is transparent, however I would be inclined to call it translucent since the plastic has a brownish colouring which renders it a little more difficult to view the inserted penis and also to read the graduated measurements up the side of the tube. I can’t help feeling that a clear cylinder would have been an improvement. I started by applying a generous amount of lube to the silicon sleeve and the head of my semi erect penis. I then introduced the penis head into the sleeve and began to pump slowly. The pumping bulb when depressed forces air through the one-way valve but does not begin to create a vacuum until the bulb is released. Air from the cylinder then enters the bulb, thereby reducing the pressure within the cylinder, and so on until a near vacuum is created. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the penis became engorged with blood, changing colour to a reddish purple and expanded rapidly from six inches to six and a half inches in length and from a diameter of one and a half inches to one and three-quarter inches. On the down side I notice that as my penis expands it touches the top side of the cylinder which tends to impede its progress up the tube, however if well lubricated it then slides up touching the top rather than passing centrally. Also with the pump creating the maximum possible vacuum, the silicon sleeve tends to be pulled hard against my body around the base of the penis. This results in the rim of the cylinder pressing hard against the testicle sac, thus squeezing the testicles into an ever-diminishing space. This is somewhat uncomfortable but bearable for a ten or fifteen-minute session. To end the session and when operating the quick release valve I have found that the penis tends to reduce in length almost as much as it grew at the start. The result of this is that the silicon sleeve tends to be reluctant to release its grip on my penis and requires some pulling and tugging to force it to let go. After removing the pump I found a large swelling at the base of the penis rather like a very large blister full of fluid which was approximately one and a quarter inches long by three eighths of an inch wide. I found this rather alarming, but after a couple of hours the swelling had diminished and by the following morning my penis had returned to normal. Could be more comfortable
So I just had this replaced on warranty because the valve stopped working so it wouldn't hold a vacuum. Firstly, the rubber seal it comes with is a real strangler being considerably smaller than I need to use this effectively. Luckily it is removable. A bit of lube, and you have yourself a skin seal that holds a vacuum quite well, if not a little uncomfortable due to the thin rounded edge. Pumping is easy, 15 minute intervals with some shakes and rubs inbetween result in a flubber that lasts for hours. Cleaning is fairly easy with a wet wipe on a spoon. This penis pump does not suck
I have noticed over the last few months of involuntary celibacy that little Darth has not been standing as tall and proud as he used to so decided to do something about it. After some research I opted for the larger sized Tracey Cox pump not knowing what gains to expect, based on a previous max size of six and a half inches. Suck it up
The EDGE Ultimate Performance Stamina Enhancing Penis Pump (ok I'm just going to call it the EDGE - it's good enough for U2!) is comprised of three pieces - the tube, the bulb/hose and the gasket at the bottom. Assembly is easy. Stick the gasket on the bottom and the hose on the top! Make sure you apply lube before sliding your penis in - or it will get very painful very quickly. I bought this pump a while back and used it alot the pump don't come with a cock ring which it advises to use so I suggest you buy a cock ring separately. Good first buy

Does what it says on tin
This was my very first purchase from love honey. Although never having any complaints from the wife I as many other men have always wondered what it would be like to be bigger. Thought I would buy this item to increase erections. Turned up as usual before the delivery date. Interesting feeling and a visual experience

First off AMAZING. So why did I buy this? Rush of blood
I was curious of pumps to try with my wife so we purchased this one in a sale few months back to give it ago. Sceptical until proven otherwise
Just like most guys who look at these i though ' does it really work?'. Disappointing
Don't really find this toy great for 2 reasons: 1) If you have pubes its hard for the toy to create a vacuum to work effectively. 2) Not as effective if you have a curved penis. Mine curves up and was touching the side of the pump, providing resistance to the erection.
Worth every penny

Pump it up
Never owned a penis pump before and was curious to give it a try and to see the results. It's simple to use and as soon as you get going you instantly see a difference. You get a bigger and stronger instant erection in seconds. Make sure you use a little lube and put some around the rim to help seal a suction when using. Powerful and effective
I purchased this with some scepticism as a scientist I didn't believe a pump could enlarge a penis. After using this I can confirm that it does give some slight permanent enlargement and a significant temporary enlargement. I increased from 6 to 7.5 inches temporarily and after 2 weeks use the permanent increase is about 0.5 inches length and 0.75 inches girth. I hope regular use will increase this further. If you use a cock ring you can retain most of the temporary increase :) It is easy to use needs just a little water based lube to aid entry through the tight seal and to stop the glans sticking to the sides as it swells. Trimming or shaving is needed for the more hirsute to maintain a good seal. Washing is easy. It is more effective than the basics model as that was rather too small for me to expand into. Good, but could be better
I received this pump today and was really excited to use it. As soon as I tried to use it I faced a fairly big problem. The hole for your ding dong really isn't very large, and although there is a decent amount of give in the entrance, it was still very tight (and somewhat painful to push in). I certainly don't consider myself to have a long penis, but I am aware that it is much fatter than most, so this may not be a problem for everyone. Once my cock was actually inside it was fairly comfortable, but the more I pumped the tighter the skin around my balls got till they started to squeeze. At this point the comfort levels had dropped. The issue with this is that I could definitely carry on pumping for the benefit of my cock, but my balls wouldn't forgive me if I did. Tracey Cox EDGE Ultimate Performance Stamina Enhancing Penis Pump
This is a solid and sturdy device, that you are meant to enter your penis through the rubber base. I found the opening too small and tight, so removed it and used without. Once assembled (which was easy), i put my penis inside and began to pump. I was amazed that this really does make the blood flow and add that extra inch or so. The first time i used it i didn't use lube and my foreskin caught on the side. I didn't realise this until the suction pulled it free. It was a shock to see a very deep black bruise about the size of a 50p, where it got caught. I persevered and continued using (but with lube this time) and have not had any repercussions of this incident. So definitely use lube! Strong Pump

Didn't really do much
Purchased this little (or big hehe) thing a while ago so I thought I'd add my own opinion to this, the size of its length is all fine and well and will suit a lot of people. The reason I bought this is that my size tends to fluctuate between 7.5 inches to 9.2 inches depending on how erect I am. I bought this to aid in my erection and it by god really does, however I noticed another slight problem with it. The hole where you put your man thing into is okay initially but as you get erect it literally becomes too small to the point it becomes unbareable. My man thing is quite thick and when I took this off I noticed that my penis looked quite unbalanced around the pelvis area. Pump going to the dump
We ordered following purchasing a pussy pump that was great funa nd though why not give the male equivalent a go. Not bad!
This is something that I've wanted to try for a while.. this is my first pump..and with the Tracy Cox rep being so high, I didn't need too much convincing to get this. It is, I hope fairly self explanatory. You will need to apply a little lube to yourself before you present yourself to the toy. Pump gently to encourage yourself in, then keep going and start getting used to the sensations..which are really good. You may need to hold the toy down a little to get a good seal, but once its there it will stay. If you want to get the toy off quickly, release the vacuum and remove the rubber seal from the toy while its still on you, you can remove this later. The ruler up the toy is useful, and the size you get wile under a vacuum is quite incredible!! Small niggle...is that colour of the plastic makes it quite hard to see exactly whats going on inside. All in all, a great first pump for guys.
Really good pumping fun

I ordered this product as a replacement for my Tracy cox penis pump that broke. And boy was this product a challenge, getting my penis into the vagina shaped entry was so hard I had to pull it and stretch it over which gave such a tight fit it hurt my penis as I pumped it, I had used a lot of lube to reduce the pain or its tightness but it didnt help.i believe after more use it would have ripped the entry point on the pump as the material was soft. Very impressed - it has changed my opinion about pumps
I got this pump as part of a mystery bundle and I'm so glad I did. I would never usually contemplate using a pump, I have only ever bought one as a joke present for a friend. A nice extra to the collection
I wasn't too sure about adding one of these to my wife and I's collection but after looking around LH and reading the reviews decided to give it a try. Not having ever used one before I wasn't sure what to expect but the instruction guide is excellent and I was very impressed with how it worked. Diabetics solution

We found that the silicone opening had to be increased, with a scalpel, as it was far too tight even with an advised lube. The medical-style bulb pump is easy to use, with a cautionary note, single staged squeezes and wait for the vacuum to kick in. Everyones pain threshold differs, mine is very high, and after 3 or 4 uses as per instructions spread over an afternoon, some minor bruising did appear which were obviously minor blood vessel ruptures. That all cleared, from dispersion and massage, after 24 hours . . be warned. It's primary purpose for us was to fill the tissue and this product does a good snug job . . not for size increase, that would mean a bigger product. Better than I imagined
Well you are obviously contemplating getting one of these and old say if it's your first then look no further. The pump for me
So if you are reading this then you are obviously considering buying a penis pump - you may be looking at ones other than this, but first please, please, take the time to measure yourself: Be sure to measure your length along the top of your penis (from the pubic BONE, to the tip, you may need to press into your pubic area to get this measurement but the pump will too, so make sure you get it right!), also measure your diameter, and girth at the widest point. With a choice of Tracey Cox toys to review, I could hardly pick anything but the Austin Powers-endorsed penis pump, now could I? Overall, it's a good product, but be careful with it (unless Danger really IS your middle name...) So the pump arrived and I unboxed it and put the bits together. Not much to do there. Eager to try it out and without much regard for the instructions, I gave it an introductory whirl without any lube. Putting my limp pecker at the entrance, I gave the bulb a few squeezes and watched in amazement as it was greedily sucked in, bit by bit. It stuck uncomfortably to the walls of the pump as it went in. When it was all inside, the vacuum action started enlarging it in a funny, artificial sort of way. It got up to a good semi but, with the lack of the vacuum seal that lube provides, the air steadily crept back in and not much happened. Pump up the volume
As in the title it certainly pumped up the volume on 2 counts pumped up the volume or size of my weener added1/2 to length and considerably more to the girth the wifes volume or screams were certainly pumped up lol! Quality product
The item itself is well made and well presented. The plastic tube is thick and feels sturdy while the seal and pump part are high quality and feel comfortable. All the other reviews have said it but I'll repeat it: take your time and remember your lube. Quality pump

Perfect Pump For Beginners
The pump everything i expected and more, the sleeve is very soft and stretchy and I imagine would fit most men, while the pump delivers a decent amount of pressure (i.e., enough to work without doing damage!). As far as the cylinder is concerned I was expecting something thin and fragile, but it turns out to be surprisingly sturdy, and also very big! As soon as I started pumping he quickly started growing. After a few pumps, my penis was doing his best to fill the cylinder, his head turning purple and veins bulging along his length, the short-term improvements seem incredible to me. The pump does take a bit of getting used to, particularly in making sure you get a good seal at the bottom. I've been using this for a week and can't say that I've seen any long term improvements. It's difficult to tell as the scale on the pump is hard to read as it depends on what angle you are looking at it from. Overall, I think the kit is very good value for money. Let's talk about this
I've acquired the product because I wanted to try to give some extra size to my "mate" ... the wife always said she was happy with his work but I felt some extra would be positive. After a couple of weeks using the product: I don't notice any increase in length (probably I have to wait a little bit longer for the results) but ... Right after the first uses the diameter have a significant increase (unexpected), I'm guessing some inner cavities weren't being used and the pump restored the blood flux to them. In this aspect, now I have another problem (hehehe), the bottom rubber became a little bit tight for the current "mate". The plastics are good quality, so the rubber with the hole. Use quality lubricant to the insertion. In my experience is better to avoid using it right before intercourse because when removing it, most of the times the penis looses the erection. Recommended!

I'm just below 6 inches in length, a little more would be nice, and I'm getting on in years, so performance tuning is my main requirement. Being older, my penis is less sensitive than most younger ones will be. I began, as per instructions, making sure I didn't get "competitive" and cause damage. Keep to the timings, at least for a week or so, after which, in my experience, my Penis "fitness" improved and I was able to take it further in terms of vacuum pressure, time periods with full pressure, and more like 30 mins per day. It's about finding what works best for you and avoiding the wrong kind of pain. Yep, I said pain! We're all different there. The basic sensation in my penis feels great. Towards the end of my 30 mins it can feel just a bit much, but I am using the pump to the max, and for me the pump at max is spot-on perfect. A stronger pump might tempt me to go too far! Time-wise, I go on till I just begin to feel it's uncomfortable. Dangers. They are mentioned in the enclosed instructions, so read them. Beyond that, it's important to understand that the effects of the pump work in two ways. First, the vacuum will engorge the penis, swelling its firth and length - the head swelling will be very noticeable, and pleasurable. The danger here is doing it too often, too long per session and too long per max pressure (actually min pressure if we're being accurate re the vacuum!). All of that "can" tear internal tissues. However, it's a balance as stressing the tissues is what it's about. Go too easy and you'll not get the benefit. There's "Ouch! Mmmm!" and "Ouch! F***!" In the second case, instantly hit the release valve for relief, and next time ease up a bit. The second way this system works is stretching out the penis. A lot of the penis is inside your pelvis, so it's this pulling effect rather than the vacuum engorgement that mainly lengthens your penis in the tube. The danger here is pulling it too much, i.e., straining it like you might do with any other muscle. If that happens recovery time is needed, and again, care to ease up a bit. Feeling a little sensation from the pulling effect is normal - you need to judge your safe limits here. The third "danger" is getting balls suck in there! More of a big "Ouch!" than a danger, and easily rectified with the release valve. You'll quickly get used to how to position the base and avoid this :) Effective. Yes, most definitely! My just under 6 inches was just over 6 1/2 inches straight away. After 6 weeks it's just reached 7 inches. Don't get too excited... that's me measuring it when pumped up in the pump!! The improvement is from first using it to now, working the pump hard (safely) and from regular use. Girth too seems significantly better, though not been measuring that. Most of all, I get more easily hard, and more fully hard, and it lasts longer - my performance is better by 30%-50%+. I think if your penis is honestly much past 7 inches already, this may be too small for you. There is space at the end as is said in the product sizing here, but I think the pump loses power when the air pocket at the end is filled. Good lube, not too much, really helps. I personally use a dab of coconut oil, spread also around where the base contacts my pelvic area. I find shaving or trimming helps a bit too. If you're wanting to maintain the erection created, of course you need a good cock ring - I've never tried, maybe I should! I should also try it in the bath sometime. As a starter pump, this is superb value. It feels solid and can see it lasting well. It's comfy, stylish, and it's my friend!
A penis Hercules would be scared of
I've never had complaints about size or girth but I have always been curious about penis pumps and how they work. After trying a few and not seeing what the fuss was about I stumbled up on this and what a surprise that was. It work perfectly, the pump in general is easy to use, all I would say is make sure your hand isn't too luby as you pump otherwise it may become a bit slidy. It simple and easy to put on the base of my penis and with a little water based lube it became a perfect seal. After you start pumping you obviously see the immediate results. The only negative for me is that it only goes up to 8inches which left not much room for growth but nonetheless worked brilliantly. I would definitely recommend this for those who are looking for permanent results also as after using it for a long period of time I have seen a permanent increase in length and girth. Altogether this is a great product. Made for anyone who's intrigued or looking for results. Would definitely recommend it.

Caution if you want permanent results then I recomend using it for a longer period of time as it initially gives a great result, however after using it for a month or so you can definitely see an increase in length and growth

I was delighted to have been selected to try out the Tracey Cox Penis Pump and wanted to do it justice before writing my review. I have long since associated the name Tracey Cox with the highest quality of sexual happiness products and this proved to be no exception. As ever the package arrived quickly and in good order with no give always as to what was inside, something which is key for me living in a flatshare. I removed the product from the package and after a few simple steps the pump was assembled and ready to go. I was slightly surprised as there didn't seem to be much in the way of instructions, but the guides on LH more than make up for this. The stretchy (silicone) opening fitting snugly around my parts (after applying a small amount of lubricant - not included) was ready to start. The pump is easy to use and you can see and feel the effects from pump one. The bulb works without a lot of effort and you are fully in control and can watch with delight as you grow and grow. I was cautious in my first attempt, but the emergency release quickly comes to the rescue and eases your mind. You can stop the suction instantly and start when you are comfortable. It's hard (pun intended) to comment on whether the claims off increasing your size by up to 30% can be substantiated at this juncture, but the clear markings allow you to track your progress. I would say that the quality of arousal is much better and performance is improving. I'm also excited to use this in tandem with the Trcy Cox EDGE app to build up my performance more and more. If you are thinking of starting with a penis pump this is one of the highest quality and a must have for any man.
Surprisingly good results
I have been using this now for just under a month and I have to say I am very surprised and impressed. I received this under the tester scheme and as such thought I should give it a proper test before writing my review. First of all the pump comes well packaged and is easy to assemble - push pipe onto end of tube... The pump also come with a little manual that includes a suggested 'exercise routine' therefore I felt in order to give it justice I would follow this routine: Use for 10 minutes 4 times a week and during use pump to full erection (just before it gets painful) hold for 20 seconds, then release and repeat. First time using I found it very easy to use having never tried anything like this before. Simply apply a bit of lube, insert and begin pumping. I started slowly and cautiously to start with and realised it didn't take much to reach full pressure - 4-5 full pumps. It doesn't take long before you work out a sequence of pumps and releases in order to meet the routine. The pump and realise mechanism are excellent and work very well - nice and easy to release the pressure if you go too far. In use this pump provides both excellent temporary results and long term results too. The temporary results are about 3/4" for a few minutes (enough to show off to the OH - and probably longer with a cock ring). With the long term results giving about a 1/4" permanent increase from what I can tell so far. In summary I am plesantly surprised with how good this is and I will continue to use it.
Sucked in
Before you give in to the excitement of using this product it is worthwhile to note that the packaging looks really nice, classy even, so I took a moment to admire it before tearing it open and getting stuck in, literally. There is a handy little set of instructions too that are a welcome addition and you can tell that care has been taken with this to inform and advise you on usage and benefits. Putting it together is easy enough, just push the tube down onto the tip and you're good to go. I used a little amount of water based lube first off and for the life of me I couldn't get in through the opening, it was far too small and just wouldn't go down so I started again with plenty of the slippy stuff and managed to eventually get myself all in. I found that the bulb was a little smaller than ones I've used before which annoyed me initially as I had to pump more to achieve the same result but then I realised that it was actually a plus point as it makes it easier not to over pump. If you do though there is the quick-release valve, my friend on a few occasions now! With the sleeve it maintains a good pressure and I hardly had to top it up at all and could see that I was holding a steady size thanks to the inches and centimetres measurements on the side which weren't too difficult to see. Trying to extricate myself from this though, especially when engorged, was something of a struggle, even as well lubed as I was. It was just far to tight for me and I couldn't get on with it at all. And, thanks to being well lubed up at one point, I somehow managed to get a testicle sucked in and invented a few new swearwords in the process. Trying to get this sleeve off my penis was bad enough but with Mr Lefticle trapped in there as well was a test of manhood. I think I passed the test, I hope so as I wouldn't like to take it again. I tried the pump without the sleeve and, although less comfortable pressed against the skin, it worked much better for me. I could use less lube and it held safely enough that I wasn't worried about testicular slippage. The instructions are helpful, even if you are used to pumps anyway, and they give you a timely reminder not to overdo things. Specifically, don't use this for more than 20 minutes at a time. It also introduced me to a new method of using it, I normally tend to leave it on for 15 minutes, once a day. The method suggested is to use for 10 minutes, at least four times a week, holding the pump in place with a full erection for 20 seconds then releasing the pressure and repeating until the 10 minutes are up. Will be giving that a go. It does have a quality feel to it all and you can feel confident that when used correctly it can indeed improve erectile health and sexual performance. Used regularly it will increase your girth more than it will your length. Worth the money? I'd say possibly. Other reviewers have been fine with the sleeve but for me it was a mini disaster.

Well to begin with this pump, all I need to say is Tracey Cox EDGE is simply some of the best equipment that you can get. After contemplating on whether or not to introduce myself and my partner to a pump I thought I may as well give one a go. But easy enough to solve all you need to do is try and get enough of the lube off before using the bulb. A good starter pump
This is the first penis pump that I’ve tried, I bought it to try something a bit different as part of a 3 for £75 offer. I’m happy with my size but, if you can make it a bit bigger whilst having fun why not have a go? When the pump arrived, it was packaged quite simply but looked good. The cylinder, comport pad thing and pump/tubing all felt well made which is reassuring with something you’re going to use to make a strong vacuum. The instructions are all pretty straight forward. You need to apply a good amount of lube to prevent irritation but it’s best to keep this away from your balls as it makes them more likely to get sucked into the tube. Once I had the pump properly in place, it was easy to create a good vacuum using the pumping bulb. It was quite fun seeing my penis pumped up to a bigger size than usual though this would be easier if the colour of the plastic was a little less dark. I did have a bit of trouble with my balls being pulled into the tube on a number of occasions and I think that this is, in part, down to how wide the tube is. I’ve read on some forums that, ideally, you want the cylinder to be just a bit wider than your erect penis. My penis is 5” in circumference and I did think that this cylinder was a fair bit too wide for me. I’ve since upgraded from this to the Bathmate Hydromax X30 and that is a much better fit. That aside, this is a well-made item and a well-priced way for someone to dabble with penis pumps so I still think it’s worth a recommendation. When I managed to keep my balls away from the cylinder, it was comfortable and worked really well – it was quite a surprise with how big my penis looked for an hour or so after using the pump. I won’t know for a while but apparently these gains can become permanent when you use the pump alongside some jelqing. I’m looking forward to finding out.
Amazing suction power, don't ignore the instructions
First thing first... The tube feels far less plastic than others I've used - feels a good quality, even when you tap it. The seal also feels like it's a much higher quality rubber, as is the pump bit itself - which is far easier/softer to pump than others, making this so easy to use. Others required a bit of force and felt exhausting after a few minutes use. The pumping is pretty quiet too - no louder than a whisper. At first, I followed the small instruction manual and while I wasn't impressed, I thought it was a decent pump. It was losing a lot of suction quite quickly, requiring frequent topping up. I felt it wasn't right, so I done the unthinkable and shaved my man-mane. Good move, especially during these hot months, plus it just generally looks much neater and better kept. Get it done lads, it just makes sense! Anyway, this made a masssssive difference. Instantly I felt it, the suction was incredible and at its peak after just 4-5 pumps. I loved the intensity and even after several minutes none of the suction was lost... It was a perfect seal. I left it there for a minute, hit the release valve, then repeated the cycle. I done this every 2nd night for 15-20min at a time and after about 3 weeks I saw a size difference in my soldier - both erect (about 0.5" difference) and flaccid (about 0.75" difference, but 1" thicker!) which is a real confidence boost, even if you're not showing it off you know it's there! And then the bad bit... I had to go and ignore the instruction manual didn't I? I loved the intensity so much that I kicked it up a notch. I whacked on a pretty restrictive cock ring, applied only a tiny bit of lube (enough to slide in... not enough to slide back out it seems), and the pumping session lasted about 45min - long story short I done short term damage. Not only did my sausage look diseased, peeing was painful and I couldn't get erect for over a week. All back to 100% now though, thank god. Don't ignore the instructions - if you do that, you'll avoid any damage. This applies to *all* penis pumps. PROTIP: Shave your mane if you can't get a good seal that lasts more than a few seconds. To Pump or not to Pump
I received this pump to test nearly a month ago and wanted to give it a full testing before reviewing so here goes. The parcel arrived a day after my email super delivery times as always, now onto the review. I opened the parcel and was greeted with a pleasant looking box a lot better than some of the packaging toys come in, There is also a little booklet in the box. I took it out and right away you can tell the product quality is way better than cheaper pumps feels as it will last a life time. it also looks a lot better than the cheaper pumps I have had in the past. I started to put the pump together which takes a matter of 2 seconds. I had shaven myself prior to this as I would recommend or at least trimming as the pumps in the past can tend to pull your hairs. I lubed up ( which I also recommend plenty of it to make it painless and comfortable ) I struggled to get myself into the pump and then realised it is easier if you do not attach the tube and squeeze ball until you are inside as when you push in the air pressure can escape through the hole in the top of the canister. Once I was in I never felt the width of the rubber canister hole was squishing me like the cheaper pumps I have used, The canister also seems a great size with plenty of room to suite all, There is also a measuring gauge on the canister which is a great little bonus for fun. I started with my first squeeze of the ball and wow the suction grabs a hold of you and straight away you can see yourself growing, I carried on with the squeezing until I could not squeeze no more I maybe over done it on the first use as I had to press the release button cos it was hurting ( I recommend taking it slow ) I started the Pumping for the second time and took it slow and there was no pain what so ever, I pumped as far as I felt comfortable and left it there I Topped the pumping up now and again when I felt I had got used to it. ( if your pump is not gripping properly air may be escaping between you and the canister bottom a little bit of lube can help on the base to stick ) I only pumped for five minutes on my first use as I never wanted to push myself or hurt myself. Once you have finished pumping I suggest you remove the squeeze ball and tube before you try to pull yourself out as once again its a struggle due to air pressure. When I removed myself the first time I could see my Penis Bulging Reddy Purply colour that's normal. I have used this pump nearly every day for the past month and now I pump for up to 20 minutes I use it with the misses as she thinks it is great. She says you can definitely tell that I have been using it. I feel i can sustain a longer harder erection since using this on a regular basis. You can see results if you keep it up but don't expect and extra 5" in length and girth it is just a slight increase which is still great. To sum up I would definitely recommend this pump to anyone looking at a beginner pump I know it is a little more expensive than cheaper pumps but I feel it is well worth the money and you can tell the difference in quality. Which is a good tune for it because receiving this product to test, really "... Make my day..." At first sight, in what it can be, it is a very inconspicuous packaging, nothing too extreme, with claims that you will have the next 14 inch penis that will turn you into the next porn superstar.. It simply states what it can help you with with a picture of the product in turn of the mega ench guy with a huge member photoshopped on t as other brands usually do. So on that point, well done Tracey! As you open the box, the product comes in three sections, but, it is very simple and intuitive to put together. You look at the picture and Voila, you just assembled it with no effort what so ever. Of a sturdy and quality build, if you look after it, it will last years and years. By then, you might as well have the 14 inch penis, who knows!? Although i wouldn't recommend you aim for that. To counter that, It comes supplied with instructions and techniques for usage which is a good bonus. As far as using it, well, it is very simple. Apply some lube to your penis, insert it into the pump and start pumping. I recommend you start very light, get used to it and do not over do it! I cant stress this enough, read the instructions. read them well and do follow them. I set myself a workout routine (cue Technotronic again!) that 5 days over 7 I use it 10 minutes per day in intervals of 20 seconds. That is, 20 seconds pumped, let the air go out and your penis to normal size, rest, and pump again. Very simple and you can add this to any other penile routine you might have. As what it can do for you, well, the results are noticeable! It has a measure bar on the side so you can see for your self. But again, do take it slow. Stretching My Muscle
Having owned this product for around 20 days. I have been using the pump regularly, as instructed by the manual that came with the product (which is important). The key to this product working, is having a regime and making sure you use it almost everyday. Me and my partner have definitely notices that I can sustain erections for longer since using the pump & I have actually measured myself and my penis size has increased (only slightly), but as I mentioned before, give the product time & be patient.
All you could ever need
I was lucky enough to be able to test one of these out for LoveHoney, and i'm SO glad i was chosen. Arrived quickly and in plain packaging, as usual with LoveHoney. On inspection, i thought WOW i'm never going to fill this up, but once i'd put it in place, and started pumping i quickly realised that i was wrong. I've owned a penis pump before, and honestly, i didn't see any results, and it just felt uncomfortable. However, this one is completely the opposite, the rubber entrance fits so comfortably, and no marks or bruises are left afterwards. I've only tried it a couple of times, so i cant see any permanent results, but when using a cock ring at the same time, you can definitely notice a considerable length and girth increase. All in all, great product, is very well built and extremely comfortable and does everything you want it to.
A workout with a difference
I added this product to my wishlist out of curiosity, when I received the product the first thing I noticed upon opening the parcel was the box was sleek & not at all offensive, with just a picture of the product on the side, when I opened the box containing the product it was nice to see it was securely nestled in a plastic casing, the pump itself is constructed of 3 separate components, the silicone sleeve for insertion, the hard plastic tubular sleeve, which is a nice tinted colour has numbers on the side so you can track your progress & the hand bulb pump for air removal, when you first receive the product you will find the hand bulb & thin hose are placed inside the plastic sleeve, I removed the silicone sleeve at the bottom of the plastic tubular sleeve & removed the hand bulb pump, I then placed the silicone sleeve back at the bottom of the tubular sleeve & attached the hand bulb pump securely at the top of the device, I then applied a little water based lube to my penis & the silicone insertion sleeve, I then carefully placed the plastic sleeve over my penis & inserted it carefully through the silicone sleeve at the bottom of the hard plastic tubular sleeve & then squeezed the hand bulb pump to remove the air from the hard plastic tubular sleeve, the sensation felt upon on the first pump doesn't take long to get used to. When you squeeze the hand bulb & reach a point when you feel comfortably erect (I looked at the pump & could see inside the tubular sleeve it looked huge & the erection was very strong) then stop squeezing the hand bulb, I didn't mind the sensation caused by the vacuum at all, you then release some pressure by pressing the button on the side of the hand bulb, I did this for 10 mins to begin with & shall continue to do so, I'm very impressed with this product I feel it is well made & the tint gives it a bit of sophistication, I shall look forward to using it more in the future.
Bigger is always better

Well constructed penis pump
As usual the item arrived quickly and in plain packaging. Order was dispatched Friday and delivered Monday. The packaging is in the form of a largish rectangular box which is blue and silver in color with a picture of the pump on front. This is definitely aimed at the male end of the market. Opening the packaging, we find a plastic tray with the product and an instructional leaflet sitting inside. The product itself is made of a smoked effect plastic cylinder with a removable rubber section around the bottom to insert the penis through. The rubber section comes away from the main body to reveal the pump and pipe section housed inside. These are removed and the piping is attached to the top of the cylinder. The cylinder is quite large so it can accommodate an erect penis. It has a measurement scale along the length of one side so you can "measure" progress. The cylinder seems to be made of pretty sturdy plastic that doesn't look like it would break easily. The instructions are of good quality and tell you how to use the pump although I did struggle to find if you are supposed to use the pump with an erection beforehand. So, onto its use. If found it easier if I was at least semi-erect to use the pump properly. A little lubricant is required to allow the penis to ease through the rubber ring at the bottom and to assist in creating a seal. The air is then pumped out using the hand powered bulb. The suction produced is quite high and my penis immediately looked erect. Care must be taken not to of over pump as this can cause permanent injury. I used the product for twenty minutes on the first go and felt hard inside the cylinder but on removal it went soft almost straight away. I did find that the head of my penis got sucked and therefore stuck onto the side of the cylinder and it was a little uncomfortable. I do understand the concept behind a penis pump but felt for me the product just didn't deliver.
Great for first time users
Used this device three times now since receiving it from the lovely lady herself and I can say right away that it has made a difference. Recently I've noticed erections have not been as strong or as a common as before. I've out it down to stress, tiredness and age - the usual things that affect men throughout their lives, but from the first try, there was a noticeable chage - a return of arousal and strength. Pump to inflate
The penis pump arrived in the usual lovehoney plain brown box. The packaging for the Tracey Cox penis pump wasn't intimidating. Infact it made quite a refreshing change from how most products are packaged today. The quality is great on this penis pump. It feels like it could take a hammering and survive. I have tried a few penis pumps from cheap to expensive. This for me sits in the cheaper bracket but has more of a middle range feel to it. The pump comes in 3 parts. The chamber, pump and connector and the sleeve. Now the first thing I liked about this was the silicone sleeve. As soon as I saw this I immediately thought this is 10x better than the sleeves you get in the cheaper pumps. It looked like it would be comfy to wear for 20 minutes. Secondly it has a good size chamber. The chamber also has an ergonomic shape, visually great. Most of the chamber sizes are too small. Being 7 inches this chamber gave me that room to grow. Also the size guide on the side is obviously a great addition. Now this is the best way I find to use a pump:- fit the sleeve to the chamber but do not fit the pump. Slightly lube the hole on the sleeve so you can push your penis inside. Once you have got the sleeve opening right to the base of your penis then fit the pump at the top of the chamber. This just pushes onto the little raised fitting at the top. Away you go. Pump slowly and you will feel your penis being sucked up the chamber. Pump slowly and watch your penis grow. Be carful how much you pump. Once you feel strain on your penis then it's time to stop. If it starts to hurt then press the pressure relief button which you will find on the pump connector. If you hear air escaping and your penis isn't being sucked up the chamber then 2 things you can try 1, add a little more lube around the sleeve opening 2, trim your pubes. Once pumped then leave for 20 minutes. You may find you need a few top up pumps as your penis gets used to the pressure or a little air has escaped. That is something you will gauge the more you use and get used to it. After 20 minutes press the pressure release button. Pull the pump off. You should notice a nicely swollen penis. Now we aren't talking if you have a 5 inch penis you will gain an 8 inch penis. These pumps are designed to train your penis. You will probably feel a little extra girth and a little extra length. Probably around half an inch. After about 30 minutes this will go back to normal. Continuous use of pumps will make a difference but you suddenly aren't going to have a monster sized penis. One thing for certain is if you have sex with your partner straight after use they should be able to feel the difference. But long term difference requires dedication and long term use of a penis pump. For me this isn't the best pump I have but for the price I would certainly rank it very highly. Great for those wanting to try a pump.
Day One here in the “Big Member“ house
Ok where to start! A little about me, married two kids and mid forties I’m not what you’d call “blessed” in the trouser department but I get by! I have been sent this for testing, and, if I am totally honest, to say I was a little unsure to start with would be an understatement. Parcel arrived and after a quick discussion with my better half, I said “well all the toys I have to use and abuse you with, this one will be yours to use and abuse me with!” To which she happily agreed, much to my surprise! First impressions - Well this thing looks huge! I mean massive! Assembled it, which was very simple and got to work, the lube is a very good idea and a must have, both for getting the member in place in the pump, and for helping with a seal which is much needed To try and describe it, well looking down see my little man laying in the bottom of the pump like a small raw sausage , was a bit ….. underwhelming, but once the pumping starts , well its certainly bulked up ! And to say it was a pleasant feeling wouldn’t come close, up and down sucking then releasing, All told it was a very very nice sensation and one I hope to have a lot of!! While inside the pump my little man looked like a tool from a porn movie! Big bulging and angry, it looked like it wanted a fight! I could see this fitting in very well with any bondage play as well! Down side, but I think this will be common on most pump, first the bulb could do with being stronger. I felt like I could do with more suction, but this maybe correct as to much might do damage! Secondly as you start to pump, if you don’t have enough lube, the tip of your member sticks to the inside of the pump pulling at the sensitive skin and can be a bit uncomfortable, but this soon passes Thirdly the plastic tube is dark, almost smoked effect it does make seeing what going on inside a bit difficult in dimly lit room and I think the measurements on the side are a nice touch but pointless. My only other gripe is in the instruction it mentions use of the stamina ring, this is not included, maybe it should be! Now the important question - does it work?? Well while I was still in the pump MY GOD yes! I looked huge! Once removed mmm, yes it felt heavier, yes it looked longer when flaccid, but only time will tell if in will truly increase length but holding it in my hand it did feel bigger, thicker. Standing up it seemed to have more weight to it and moving around you can really feel it! All told at the price it was a good piece of kit well made it had a certain amount of quality feel to it Will I use it much? NO! why not you ask, well I’m hoping the wife uses it on me as a part of foreplay a lot !
Beginners Pump
I've used a fair few penis pumps in my time. Standard ones like this, fancy ones with electric pumps and even the Hydromax water based pumps. The Tracey Cox Edge is one I would advise beginners or first timers. Its a very simple design. Nice thick, tight sleeve made of good quality material. The cylinder is probably a bit short for the more well endowed man. The tube to the pumping bulb is a little short, it can make it harder to find a comfortable position. The bulb itself is also a little small, if you need to be squeezing it a lot it can leave your hand tired. What this all adds up to, for me, was a travel pump. When you open the simple, masculine box it comes in the bulb and tube are stored inside the cylinder and held there by the sleeve. It really was a very compact package. The tube was very easy to attach to the cylinder, its push fit. It comes with instructions, always a plus, although they do refer to needing a specific cock ring in the same set, sold separately, which is a bit cheeky.
Great results - even if they are temporary
So I was sent this to try along with the Tracey Cox EDGE vibrating cock ring. This again was a type of toy that I have never tried before - and i'll admit, I was extremely apprehensive. I have often had doubts about my penis size (and lets be honest, what man hasn't?) but never enough to make me actually want to something about it. So here we are with the Tracey Cox EDGE Ultimate Performance Stamina Pump. Like the EDGE Vibrating cock ring, the packaging is very simple and plain, yet masculine. Inside, the pump sits in a clear plastic tray, with the bulb inside the tube. There is a simple leaflet inside detailing how to use. The leaflet says this should be used in conjuction with the Tracy Cox EDGE Stamina adjustable cock ring (which I didn't have) - so we had to experiment a little bit. Simply attach the inflating tube and bulb to the top of the pump and you are ready to go. To use, you simply need to apply some lube to your penis, and some to the entrance of the pump (this is important to help create a vacuum seal). Slide the pump over the penis, and press against your groin. When you are ready, slowly begin to squeeze the bulb. With each squeeze, the vacuum will begin to engorge your penis. Take it slowly. If at any point you feel pain, you should stop (and thankfully, this particular pump does have a quick release button on the bulb - so should you panic or suffer any pain, you can quickly get out!). You should be able to keep going, for as long as you feel comfortable. The tube is made from a slightly smoky clear plastic, so you can see what's going on inside - which is important as you need to check for any unusual bulging of blood vessels or discoloration! So we were able to use this a couple of ways. Firstly, with my husband who sometimes has a problem getting it up (or at least maintaining it). With a bit of lube, we slip it over his flaccid penis and begun to pump. Slowly, with each pump - it enlarged his penis to an almost erect state. It also increased the girth by about half an inch. After he was happy/comfortable with the size, we removed the pump and tried to place the cock ring we did have to try and maintain it, but unfortunately, the result was extremely temporary and we were back to zero. So this says to me, it's extremely important to make sure you have a cock ring applied before use - so you can very quickly adjust the tightness of the ring once you've pumped to ensure you keep the size. So for the sake of science I tried it myself, but this time I applied the EDGE cock ring we had on, and then tried to pump. This was a little tricky as the vibrating EDGE ring is bigger than the suggested ring to use, so trying to get it flush was tricky - but we managed, and began to pump. It's a really strange sensation initially - and if you've never used a pump before, nothing can really prepare you for the sensation. But it was actually really pleasurable - I pumped slowly, and with each pump, I could feel myself getting bigger, and each time my cock twitched, it was sending pleasurable feelings up and down the shaft. After pumping, I pulled out, and the cock ring helped maintain my newly engorged member - which had gained an extra half inch girth and length on the first use.
