Holy heck! There is so much to say about this guy. When I ordered this toy, I was very hesitant because of the pictures, and it looked quite skinny. Not a Fan
This is the second glass dildo I have bought off of Lovehoney. After getting over my initial irrational fear of glass I fell in love with the first one I bought, it hit all the right spots. A nice surprise
Never having used glass toys before I was a little unsure about how the OH might react to this. My worries were unfounded, what a toy! This is a beautiful glass dildo the subtle colours really make it look elegant. I was abit worried about the size if the "head" at first but to my delight it slipped straight in. My first glass dildo
I bought this on a whim when I saw it was on offer. First glass toy
When I decided I wanted a glass toy I looked at a few and decided on this one because the bulb at the top looked wider than some and the swirls looked pretty, I wasn't sure of how functional they would be. First glass toy - I'm hooked

Great toy, but not for beginners
This was my second experience with a glass toy as I used the Tracey Cox Supersex first (that was included in the package as well) and I was really excited about using it as I read the great reviews on here. Firstly, the packaging: The boxing was a plain, solid, brown box and very discreet as always with Lovehoney. The Spiral Sensual Glass Dildo was in the traditional Lovehoney brand white box and inside it was covered in foam with elastic bands on either side to keep the toy from being knocked and scratched while in transit. Secondly, how the toy itself actually looks and feels in person: I was honestly shocked at how gorgeous the toy was as the pictures make it looks quite plain and boring, which it isn't at all. It's sleek, very smooth and has these gorgeous ridges tinged with pink that you can see in certain lights, along the entire shaft of the toy. There was also a cute little Lovehoney heart embossed underneath the base of the toy which I thought was very subtle and more attention to detail. The toy feels really solid so I felt completely safe about using it. Thirdly, the use of the toy: Ok here is where I was quite upset and disheartened to begin with. I'm not experienced with dildos or glass, I'm was a complete novice until a few days ago. But considering that I read the page saying it was ideal for beginners, I didn't think I'd have any problems with it, even though the head is large. But I was wrong. When I tried to insert it, it caused me a lot of pain, so much so that I had to grit my teeth and I had to stop because it was so painful for me. I was really disappointed so I left it for a day and just used the Tracey Cox Set I had instead. The next day I tried again with it and this time it was a lot easier for me to insert the toy. I massaged my vagina and I ended up getting more 'excited' and then "HOLY CRAP WHAT IS GOING ON DOWN THERE?!" The toy felt absolutely amazing and intense with the ridges and the large head. Too painful for a glass toy newbie
I own a number of toys and my boyfriend decided to get this as a treat. It looks and feels good quality. It also comes in a little bag and is wrapped in foam to make sure there are no breakages in transit. However, the head of this toy is just too big. Putting it in is not easy and hurts even with plenty of lube. It's a shame because once it's inside the ridges do feel pretty good, but it's not really something you can enjoy knowing the pain you'll experience when it eventually has to come out. I wouldn't class myself as a newbie to toys either, although it was my first glass one. Definitely not for beginners, and it's probably not for those who've never had a glass toy either. I was excited to try out different temperatures as you can do with a glass toy but haven't done this because of how uncomfortable it is. I've tried to get on with it a few times but unfortunately, it's going straight in the bin!

Spiraling Out Of Control
The Spiral Sensual Glass Dildo was an amazing toy. The head had a nice pointed tip shape that made it easy to slide in once lubed. Very little lube is needed for glass toys, but some say the more lube the better. The shaft had some amazing ridges as well, it made thrusting just that much more pleasurable. Oh my glass
This was my first introduction to glass and what an introduction it was! I'd been eying this up for a while now and when I was lucky enough to receive it, I couldn't wait to try it out! The OH and I have never used glass toys, so we were very excited when we were chosen to test this item. I've always had reservations about glass, thinking they would break or shatter so was pleasantly surprised when the toy was not only extremely well built, but actually very effective! So we left it a few days before trying again. The second time it was used, it blew her away. Well, this is my first glass dildo and I don't think I'm ever going back. I really enjoyed the full feeling. Unlike the rabbit or other vibrators, which can sometimes be awkward, this wasn't at all. It feels really different from other dildos and vibrators as it is completely solid- with no padding you feel everything! It does have a slight curve, and the spirals at first I didn't care for but actually kind of remind me of beads with how it feels inside. The base is extremely helpful as a grip! The only thing I had to get used to was the head. Most vibrators I have don't have a head size that is really different to the rest of the shaft, so this was new to me. Very enjoyable once inserted as the head rubs up against g spot in unison with the spirals working on the rest of you. You can use hot or cold water to change the temperature, but it is naturally cool when you start and quickly warms to body temp.
Mind-blowing work of art
I ordered yesterday lunchtime and it arrived today (Sat) just after lunch, incredibly well packaged. Even if the van this was on had been in a pile-up, I'm confident there would have been no damage to the toy! This is my first (probably of many) glass toy. I'll echo what has already been said about this being a beautiful toy. It looks and feels like a sensual work of art. It doesn't show in the picture, but the spirals actually have a very subtle pink hint to them which I was pleasantly surprised at. The bulbous head is inviting to touch and caress and the whole thing has the subtlest of curves to angle the head perfectly when inside. I love the fact that it can be warmed up/cooled down quickly under a tap. I recommend using lots of lube, and it's great that any kind can be used with this. The bulbous head feels incredible when you first insert it, and pull it almost back out. I found that even with lots of lube I felt a bit raw from the spirals quite quickly when using an in-out motion, though I discovered pressing the head against my g-spot and twisting the toy back and forth was mind blowing without the friction! The combination of the head swivelling on my g-spot and the spirals rotating inside me really did it for me! The flared base gave it a good grip too. I did briefly test a vibe against the base of it, but found the vibrations just weren't strong enough to do anything for me. Maybe a more powerful vibe like a wand is needed. Long, slow, subtle spirals of pleasure
This is my second all-glass dildo, joining the Fifty Shades of Grey Drive Me Crazy dildo in my collection. But they’re very different toys. While the FSOG can take me from zero to orgasm in less time than it takes to reach body temperature, the Lovehoney Spiral is a much more subtle proposition. That’s despite being a much bigger toy. It’s nine inches long, with a flat, wide, grab-able base - which means almost all of it is insertable. At 1.6” in diameter at the bulb’s widest point, it’s quite girthy – and being glass it doesn’t have any give. The spiral is delicately pink and about an eighth of an inch deep with a smooth, rounded, profile. When I first got it, I couldn’t make out whether I was imagining the slight curve to the shaft or not. I resorted to getting my ruler out and checking it against that. It’s there all right, although it’s slight. Could it be good for G-spotting? Er, no. Well, not for me, anyway. The subtlety of the curve means that while the size and shape of the head are ideal, you really need to know which way up it is in use; it took me a while to work out how to hold it to keep the pressure in the right spot. The Lovehoney heart on the base is the right way up when the curve is pointing up, not that you can see this when it’s in use. Of more use is the knowledge that the spiral starts in the dimple of the heart – that is, having that uppermost when you’re lying on your back puts the point of the dildo as far to the front of your vagina as it can be. If this sounds like I’m griping, I’m really not. This dildo is, as I said, a subtle beast. It takes a shift in attitude and approach to really enjoy it. Once I got over the urge to attack my G-spot like there was no tomorrow, and settled in for a long, slow, relaxing session it paid off. The larger head and pronounced spiral texture reward long slow thrusts, deep insertion, and being turned like a corkscrew – so no part of my vaginal walls misses out on the sensation. Using it like this gives rise to the kind of pleasure other textured dildos create in the front wall of my vagina - but *all around it*. The length and rigidity make for a comfortably filling sensation, and once I’m warmed up it’s more than pleasant being able to feel it nudging my cervix. The weight and the texture make up slightly for the diminishing pleasure as the dildo reaches body temperature, but a glass of cold water nearby is all that’s required to refresh the experience. Through the looking glass
Bought this recently for the OH as part of my first LH order and this has not disappointed! The box is very simple and discreet and the product itself comes very well presented and wrapped including it's own drawstring pouch. Firstly I watched on as my OH used the product on herself from cold. She really enjoyed the cold sensation of the glass dildo inside her. A very glassy toy
As per usual the delivery for this item was up to love honey's normal standards, arriving very promptly and safely. The packaging of this product is very nice it comes in a tall and slender love honey box made of laminated card. The design on the front is very pleasant to look at and easy to open. Upon opening the box, I was relieved to see that the toy had been wrapped in protective foam. Given that this product is made of glass, I was a little concerned about how well it would travel. Inside the foam wrapping the toy is contained in a lovely velvet feeling string drawn case. This is a lovely touch to a product that feels premium. When I opened the draw string bag, the first thing I noticed was just how cold the glass got. This is one of the major draws of glass toys but this particular toy really adjusts to the temperature of its surroundings (both hot and cold). The materials used in the toy itself are lovely and the flared base makes it very easy to hold (its also marked with a little love honey logo which adds to the premium feel). When I was using the toy I first noticed that the bulb at the top is significantly wider than the rest of the toy, this creates a slightly odd stretching sensation which is not my favourite feeling. However, once inserted, the ridges along the shaft provide really divine sensations. This toy is a lot firmer than any other dildo that I have used in the past but this adds to the sensations and you can press against all the right parts without having to use too much force. The shaft itself is distinctively curved and I found this significantly helped when playing with the toy. The curve helps the toy to fit ergonomically and helps to ease process making me feel much more comfortable during use. Finally, this toy is extremely easy to clean which just adds to the enjoyment. I really enjoy using this toy and would highly recommend it to anyone contemplating buying it.
Simply fabulous
LH very kindly sent me this product as a secret tester; thank you! Beginning with the packaging, the box is simple with a picture of the dildo and the Lovehoney branding. Inside the box the dildo is packaged safely in it's own velvet pouch, which is then wrapped in foam; ensuring no breakages during transit. I need to add here, that the velvet storage pouch could do with being just teeny bit longer. When in the pouch the dildo *just* fits, but the pouch looks and feels like it is slightly overstretched. Visually this dildo is absolutely stunning, with spirals which twist up and around the shaft (why can't penises look this pretty?!).The spirals have a very subtle pink tinge to them (which is only really noticeable in certain lights), which gives a nice feminine look. The bulbous head looks rather intimidating at first, as it does look big. However, it does taper slightly at the tip. The length may also look intimidating to some but since the spirals are along the whole length of the shaft, you will be able to feel them no matter how little/much of the length you can accommodate. The dildo itself has got a nice bit of weight to it (not too heavy but it definitely feels substantial). It also has a flared base which is perfect for holding on to during use, as the shaft can get very slippery with lube. The base also has the LH logo engraved on the underside. I've had a really hectic couple of weeks and haven't had much time to myself. So after a long day last week I had a long shower and settled down to give this a thorough testing. The head feels wonderful as you slip it in (be sure to use plenty of lube; you can use any type of lube with this as it's glass). Once the head is in, you begin to feel each spiral as you work your way down the length of the shaft. The spirals feel amazing both internally and externally. The gentle curve in the shaft means that this is perfect for g-spot stimulation, the glass and bulbous head enable you to keep constant pressure over your g-spot, leading to some mind blowing orgasms (especially when some vibrations are added, by touching a wand to the base of the dildo). Nice, but rather plain
This Lovehoney Spiral dildo is the 4th piece of glass that my OH and myself own, the other three being the Lovehoney beaded anal dildo, and icicles no5 and no39. This dildo arrives in a lovehoney branded box – simple white packaging with pink lettering and the lovehoney logo. Opening the box and the dildo is wrapped once round in foam, inside which is a satin drawstring pouch containing the dildo. I disposed of the box and foam and hid the dildo under my pillow in its storage pouch. That evening once the kids were in bed, I offered my OH a massage, after a couple of moments of incredulous staring, she accepted, and I lay her down and gently rubbed her back and legs with my hands. Mid way through, I whipped out the new dildo, and used it’s firm texture to trace lines across her back towards her bottom. After a couple of minutes more, she flipped onto her back so she was facing upwards and to see the new dildo. She remarked how big and bulbous the head of it looks, and said she was a little nervous over the size of it. She needn’t have been, the design of the dildo is that it has quite a slim shaft, which makes the head look more imposing than it really is. She also commented on its length, and said “there’s no way you’re getting all that in me”. Again, she needn’t have worried since I had no plans to do such a thing. Using some water based lube (although, being glass, any type of lube is suitable), I slowly inserted the dildo into her. She immediately realised that her initial concerns were unfounded. The tip is nicely tapered, so inserting was no real effort, and once inside, the curve of the dildo helps the tip point up towards the G-spot. With other similarly shaped dildos (including icicles no5), it can be tricky to know if the tip is still pointed in the right direction (i.e. towards the front), however, this dildo has a little lovehoney heart logo printed on the bottom, which is handy for keeping an eye on which way up it is as you move it around during use. To compare it directly to icicles no 5, we found that it was longer, slimmer, with a more bulbous end. The swirly ridges are not as pronounced as on icicles no5, and the curvature is comparable. So which is better? Well, they each have their strengths, the tip of the Lovehoney dildo we found to more effective at internal stimulation, but we found that the smaller girth and less pronounced swirls were less stimulating than icicles no5. We also think the lovehoney one is a little more boring to look at than the icicles one, since it is very plain. So, decide which is more important to you, and you’ve decided which one is right for you. If you’ve not tried glass before, you really should. It doesn’t matter what the shape is, my OH always has loads of really strong orgasms with glass, and that’s without even introducing the temperature play element, which just takes things to a whole other level. I am confident that this dildo would well with an O-ring type strap on, as the base is quite a bit wider than the dildo, there is plenty to keep it in place in the O-ring. We haven't used this anally yet, but I think it would be a really good anal dildo too, the tapered head would make insertion easy, and the slim shaft make it ideal for anal play

Well we got this cheeky product as a secret tester, how lucky we were =D. I had been looking at trying a glass dildo for a while as I had seen so many good reviews for them. It was fate Lovehoney sent us one to road test. Packaging: As with every order all your products are sent out in a wonderfully discreet brown parcel. I could not wait to get the package open it and see the beauty inside. I was not disappointed with what I saw in anyway shape or form. The dildo comes in a nice subtle Lovehoney branded white box and has a protective layer of jiffy foam wrapping around to keep it from getting knocked or scratched in transit. Storage bag: After taking off all the layers that kept the product safe I felt like Father Christmas had come early. The spiral glass dildo was in a black velvet bag, which in our opinion is perfect for storage. The bag could of been a little bigger as it just fits over the dildo, but as it has a tie top all you need to do is pull the strings together and put a knot in the top and it is covered. The bag has a lovely feel to it; also it’s very discreet and doesn't give away what’s hiding inside, which is another plus for us. Glass time: Now onto the Lovehoney Spiral Sensual Glass Dildo itself My Oh My, I cannot stress enough how amazingly well made and beautiful this looks in normal light. With the swirls around the shaft there is a very slight pink tinge to it - which I loved because it made it a little more girly and a little more interesting, rather than just plain glass. I started off with picking it up, as I had never had one before, and the weight was just right. It isn't much heavier than a normal rabbit. It has a very slight curve in the shaft, making it feel a little more like the real thing. Also for me it helped to hit my G-Spot. The glass is wonderfully smooth and is super sleek to the touch, with spirals going all the way down the shaft which gives the dildo extra texture. The spiral dildo nearly replicates the tip of the penis going from a slight point to a smooth curve bulb then going back to a slim shaft. On the bottom of the base it had a Lovehoney heart printed on it, which is a lovely touch. The fact that the heart isn't printed all over the dildo is brilliant, both me and my partner thought it was a great addition and very subtle. As the dildo is glass I thought it may feel a little uncomfortable as there was no give. I was certainly proven wrong with this toy as it has been made to perfection. I think that the rigidness of the toy makes the sensations much more precise. Also as the dildo is glass it means that you can use any lube you have with it. Another point is that because of the material it means that this toy is made to last a life time. You never need to worry about it getting damaged, ripped or falling apart. Fun time: Well going onto using the dildo. I put a little lubricant on the tip of the toy and then with no effort at all it slid right inside. The feeling of the spirals was mind blowing. I thought that having a dildo without vibrations would be boring but, feeling the sensations from the spirals they were so intents and fabulous I didn't even realise there wasn't any vibrations. My partner loves using this toy on me and I did not want him to stop playing. After using the toy for a while I still could not believe how brilliant the sensations were and I didn't get used to the spirals. The toy felt different each time it went in and out of me. The curve is very slight but having it there means that it hits the right spot and was a feeling unlike anything else I have felt before. Simply beautiful
When it comes to dildos, steel and glass are all I use now. Not only are they compatible with almost any lube, they are incredibly versatile - you can experiment with temperature play, or use them for external massage, as well as erotic internal massage. When I was asked if I would like to test this out, I jumped at the chance. First Impressions: As this is a Lovehoney branded product, you know what to expect re: packaging. It's very simply designed, however this is a slightly thicker cardboard compared to other Lovehoney products. Other than that, it's nice and simple, and inviting. Inside, the dildo is inside a black velvet bag, which is wrapped with foam to keep it safe during transit. The first thing I noticed when I took the dildo out of the packaging, was that the supplied storage bag was perhaps just a little bit too small - when the dildo was inside, the tip stuck out ever so slightly, which mean when you tried to tie it up, it slipped down exposing more of the dildo, but also wouldn't stay tight. When inserted into the bag upside down, it was a little better, but the bag still didn't do up. However, it's not a major concern, just something I noticed. The dildo is about 9 inches in length with a girth of about 3.5 inches around the spiral shaft whilst the tapered tip has a girth of about 5 inches at it's widest point. With that in mind, this look like it would be perfect for anal play, due to the bulbous tip and slightly curved shaft. In terms of style, it looks very similar to the Icicle's No.5, which was my first glass purchase, and one of my absolute favourites, so I had high hopes for this! How to use: Due to the slightly larger nature of the tip, instead of going straight in, I got myself warmed up with a plug first. When I was ready, I covered the dildo with a good helping of lube and began insertion. The tip actually went in far easier than I thought it would. I could feel it every so slightly stretching me and it felt wonderful! As I got further in, the spirals around the shaft provided some wonderful feelings outside as well as inside. It felt incredible to just lay there with the dildo inside, and then use my pelvic floor muscles to move the dildo by just 'clenching' or rocking my hips back and forth. The length of the dildo made reaching the prostate a breeze, and the size of the tip ensured that as large an area as possible was getting stimulation. I experimented with different temperatures (straight out the box, after being in the fridge and then warmed up in some warm water) and each gave something a little bit different. When it was colder, it send spine-tingling chills throughout my body. When it was warmer, it felt more 'natural'. The tip of the dildo also makes it great for external massage - running the bulbous head over the back with a little bit of massage oil felt amazing, especially with the coolness of the glass. Clean-up and Maintenance: Glass is super easy to clean - Wipes, under the tap with some toy cleaner - or even in the dishwasher!! It's so easy to maintain, and because it's non-porous, it's not going to trap any nasties inside, and will last you a very long time. Summary: I love this dildo. Good, satisfying length - the bulbous tip is great for some p-spot play - added with the versatility of being able to use ANY lube, and experiment with temperature play - a glass dildo is really a 'must-have' in anyone's toy box.

I've always wanted to try a glass toy.This was my choice,because of the bulbous head and lovely swirls down the shaft.Because of it's size,it is not exactly a beginner's toy,but I decided I can handle it.And,boy,am I glad I did.
