I'm going to start by saying what we found good about this product:
The nature of the charging. You can charge the sleeve and the remote at the same time, the charging cable splits into two. This is convenient. You did not need batteries. It also arrived pre-charged so that we could try it right away. The material felt nice too with lube. The instructions came in many different languages - this is inclusive of various cultures. My partner also said he could feel the vibrations when wearing the sleeve.
Now for everything else:
Initially, this product was difficult to put on for my partner, it was nearly impossible to get his balls through the large loop. It was quite stressful as making a mistake would be very painful for that area - and it nearly was.
When it was on, it was frustrating as the buttons on the remote and the sleeve, itself, merely cycled through the different speeds/rhythms. You had to go through the whole cycle to get back to one that you previously skipped.
I wish that they added stronger vibrations instead of all the patterns. There were only 3 speeds/intensities but there were 7 patterns. I did not need the patterns, I feel like when you are using it with a partner you can create those patterns yourself through movement anyway.
Once we finally got the sleeve on, and the speed to our liking, the sleeve itself wouldn't stay put. It kept moving to the left and it was very distracting. This was more teasing than anything. First impressions when I opened the box was that the penis sleeve was very sleek and compact. There was an on/ off button on the sleeve along with a remote controller. The sleeve and controller were charged via one USB with 2 leads attached with a magnetic end for the controller and a thin plug for the sleeve which was a handy design to charge them both at the same time.

Shape/Material

This item is described as a 'sleeve' but is actually more like two linked constriction rings. There are two vibrating motors. One in the clitoral stimulator and one in the link between the rings. They work in unison all the time. The sleeve itself only has one button. It can be operated manually without the remote. Using a little water based lube the toy slipped on easily even though I was erect at the time.
