I purchased this as a surprise gift for the mrs, as she’s always wanted a proper wand after having a mini wand for years and really liked it (and subsequently worn it and it’s replacements out 😅)
First off the wand looks and feels fantastic, it definitely looks the part and doesn’t feel cheap at all, it’s very nice to look at and use. Only real issue with it was it was a little bit loud, you definitely know you’re using it when it’s on.
Unfortunately after trying it for a while she found it was way too much for her, it was a bit overkill.
It was however great for the original intended purposes of it and gives a great massage, so it’s definitely getting use in that way.
If you’re looking for a strong wand then I can’t see how you’d go wrong with this, but for us it was just abit too much.
Very powerful… not so waterproof…
Bought this for myself and my partner, she was very happy with the capabilities of this vibrator as well as being a very nice addition to a massage for us both!
However… we had a stay away with a hot tub, were very excited to use this in the hot tub and it worked great, however after that during some activity’s, the vibrator would change the pattern itself or turn itself off and this was very frustrating for us both. We ended up finishing by other means, however during the night we were woken by the sound of a pneumatic drill! The vibrator had turned itself on, I went to the bathroom to see what the bother was and shook it to hear a lot of water inside… I solved this by holding the toy upside down, pulling the vibrator head up to suck air in through the charging port and then squeeze it out and a lot of water came out the charging port. Back to bed, an hour later it did the same thing! More water out of the port. It seems to be okay now after a few days of drying out but I wouldn’t say it was very waterproof, safe to say we will only use this for shower time fun now 😇

Not All That
I was expecting earth shattering orgasms after easing the reviews but in all honesty, it was average and took me a while to get there. The contact is too general for my liking. I prefer direct clitoral contact and deep penetration. I think attachments would be a game changer but can't seem to fond any to fit the head of this wand. Otherwise, it's a great design and the vibrations are extremely strong.

I have a Doxy and I love my Doxy, but honestly, this wand is such a good contender for my regular fave and stands up well in comparison. I actually think it LOOKS and FEELS way nicer to hold too. It's quite big, but then most full-sized wands are, so the weight of it didn't really surprise me - and it's more noisy than I would have liked. Again, this is fairly common on wands in general.
We've used it all over our bodies, but have found it best for clitoral stimulation during power play. It is actually really powerful though, so if you plan to use it the same way, definitely prepare yourself for the intensity of the vibrations it gives off. Even on the lower settings, I found the toy strong to the touch - it made my legs quiver!
It's great for rolling across the back, shoulders and thighs too if you don't want the full on intensity of clitoral stimulation. We did attempt to use it on my partner (male), but he found it too much in general, so I get lucky and it's used on me now way more!

I’ve had the classic mains powered wand for years and when it finally gave up, I ordered this one to try as a replacement, since it was rechargeable.
It looks and feels beautiful, the design is great.
However - I really wanted to love it but….I think I’ll go back and order old faithful. I find it too powerful even on lightest setting, it’s incredibly noisy, and I’m missing the flexibility of the roller type intensity dial on the mains powered model.
This has six different varieties/intensities but it’s difficult to build up when the first setting, for me, is just too full on.
I will “practice” some more with it (what a chore! 🤣) but ultimately, going to go back and buy the mains powered variety.

We were asked to test the Power Play wand by Lovehoney and we're really looking forward to giving it a good going over.
It's a very sleek design, looks and feels very sexy in smooth black silicone. The recharging point is hidden and keeps water out.
It's fairly quiet in use and with 3 speeds and 4 patterns there's enough variety to keep you entertained.
If there is one thing missing it's a consistent low rumble pattern. These are accessed via the simple button scrolling through the various settings. On and off is a press and hold button, all very easy.
All in all this is a great rechargable wand delivering plenty of good vibes.
Game changer
This large wand makes a lot of toys obsolete with the sheer power this provides, if you start with this wand makes sure you finish the job as if it runs out of charge nothing else will quite compare.
