Takes some getting used to
My wife and I have been experimenting with various enhancers now for a few months and we were originally excited to try this one. In principle the open ended section allowing for more sensation and easy ejaculation is a good idea. As with most you have to use some lube to get these on but during sex this caused the sleeve to slide back to the base of the shaft and bunch up. Perhaps there's a knack to stopping it from doing this but I haven't quite yet worked it out. The material is soft and stretchy and probably gives a more realistic feel than a lot of enhancers on the market which is a plus. Perhaps we'll get the hang of it soon!
So close, and yet so far.
I was really excited to try this after wife and I really its brother, the Mega Mighty Silicone Extender. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations.
To the basics, everything arrived from LH just fine, shipped discreetly, etc. The product materials, quality, all good: soft silicone, nice texture inside the sleeve, good stretch.
In practice, however, it left much to be desired. Because it is open-ended one must be quite intentional when approaching PIV to ensure the sleeve is accompanying in penetration or else it gets pushed down and functions more as a bumper than as a girth enhancer. With care and attention to get it fully in, it doesn’t move quite as much as the wearer moves within. Finally, wifey’s primary complaint was that while it did add a nice squishy girth it also acted as an interior bumper and prevented my head from hitting the spots she wanted. In the best use she enjoyed being on top and finishing with toy assistance but, again, really missed the sensation of my head hitting the right spots.
Even so, this toy won’t be binned - we’ll keep playing with it and I enjoy the sensation of wearing it so can be used in scenes where it’s all about me. I believe there’s also a use case for it as a “push-up bra for the penis” - I think I could wear it for a sexy date night with an enhanced bulge and as it’s open wouldn’t need to worry about bathroom issues.
All in all, this one is a bit form over function. I don’t know if it could be redesigned - maybe with a tighter constriction band at the base or the end to help it stay during penetration. But I highly recommend the other closed-tip extender.

I don't normally write reviews but Not sure what they were thinking when they made this. It is useless. The only thing this is good for is if you want to give yourself a wet wank.
Mega but not so Mighty
Upon receiving the Mega Mighty Penis Sleeve we had high hopes for this one but the reality was far from that and we ended up slightly disappointed.
On opening the penis sleeve is soft and silky to the touch, made of a soft silicone with smooth outer and ribbed inner for the man's pleasure.
When we looked at the ball loop we thought it was never going to be easy to put on but the material is sooo stretchy and went over the balls easily.
Once on it felt good but just didn't look right as sleeve is too thick (approx a full 10-15mm thickness) so it makes the head of the penis look tiny and ineffective when PIV and doesn't really let the head touch the inside walls of the vagina.
During sex we both found the sleeve wasn't really doing anything for us because it was too thick that it took away most of the sensation to the penis for myself and for the OH she loves to feel real penis in her so this just didn't feel natural at all.
We actually took it off mid sex not because it was uncomfortable as it wasn't just purely for the fact it was taking all the sensation away.
This is just our personal view on it and if you like a cock sleeves and want some extra girth then give it a go but just not for us on this occasion disappointingly.
Girth AND Feeling
We were sent this to give a review.
We have tried sleeves in the past, and had mixed feelings from them. Some have been holding plastic, making you a human dildo, and some are soft and feel like youre having sex with it, rather tha ln your partner. This one though was the best we've used.
It is super soft and "jelly" like- easy to put on, didnt need to use lube to get into it.
It adds to my girth, but still open ended, so my penis still comes through the end of it, meaning that I still get all the feeling, while adding extra girth for my wife to enjoy.
All in all, my wife and I really enjoyed it and will be using again.
Down with the thickness

I have always wondered about these as who doesn’t want a little extra? First off the packaging is as always, very nice, simple and high quality. The toy itself is much like a stroker in terms of tough and feel. Soft and very stretchy. A tiny bit of lube gets it on with ease and your balls pop through the other hole. Ribs inside give you sensation still and it’s quite pleasant to use! You’ll want a lot more lube on the outside and make your partner more prepared as there is quite a difference. But once you are going it’s great fun. The head of the penis is exposed so orgasm is no different and washing is as simple as it gets!
