Have you ever wondered what sex would be like if you had just a little extra length or girth ? It's a question that has come up with my wife from time to time. The Mega Mighty 1 Extra Inch is actually the 2nd sleeve out of 3 that we have tried, but is by far our favourite and is our usual "go to". We have been using this for over a year now so why do we find it so good ? Let's start with dimensions and fit.
The internal length of the sleeve is around 5.5" so if you are around that size this is going to fit well and per the title is going to add about an inch. The sleeve has an internal circumference just over 4" so fits snugly but due to the silicone material it has a little extra stretch. If you are girthy you will find this is actually more comfortable than the Mega Mighty 3 for example, which I find is tighter. Once fitted I get a girth boost of 0.75" for a 6" total.
Putting on the sleeve takes a little practice. I find the best approach is as follows. Fold the lower half of the sleeve inside out. Apply a little water based lube to the head of the penis and also on the inside of the sleeve. Then squish the sleeve flat to take out the air and then carefully slide in and fold down the sleeve as if rolling on a condom. Once it's on, squeeze from the tip down to ensure no trapped air and a strong suction. The main trick is getting the quantity of lube correct, you need enough to get in, but not too much that is slides around in use.
So what do we like so much about this sleeve ? For her, the main thing is obviously the size. When she is feeling particularly horny, she loves that full feeling. Purchase another sleeve a few months ago, open ended. Wife appeared to enjoy the girth added although was very apprehensive about it. A-maz-ing
This was our second try with an extender. Our first try was with the Fantasy X-tension 2" and we could just never get it to work because the 2" extension at the end kept folding over. Amazing Sounds

Too Small

Realistic feel
This product has given me a real confidence boost simply because I didn't realise that I'm actually a very decent girth and length. I struggled to get right up inside it and once in there it was restrictive on the head of the penis after a while and became a little uncomfortable. The testicle loop is also far too small for me. I did manage to get it over my balls but it is very tight and I took it straight back off my balls. It didn't really matter, I only bought the product to give my other half a little bit extra. Works For A Transgender Man Without Erectile Device!

Plenty of use
Bought this sleeve and the mega mighty 3 inch extender. Whilst I was always keen on the larger size, the wife was less keen and found it uncomfortable. This sleeve has however got plenty of use. It is easy to use and put on whilst still giving some sensation. I don't find the ring comfortable, and the sleeve usually stays on without any issues, unless you use abit too much lube when you put it on. The wife really likes the size and the shape, I think the prominent head adds a fair bit of enjoyment. It can be pretty tight fit, and if you are having an overly vigorous session it can causing abit of pulling on your own old fella, so just be wary, have had a small tear once. Perfect size to give a good seeing-to
We've tried quite a few of the penis extenders that Lovehoney stock and they've made a good edition to our sessions. We've got a couple of the mega mighty models and the extra girth really does it for her but I find I have to go slow so I don't hurt her. Good Feeling but Head Protrudes Too Much
My wife and tried this a couple of times. There were no complaints on the actual size as it did add about 1 inch and a little bit of girth which was nice. The one problem we had was that the glands are much larger than the shaft. Given that they are quite rigid it felt as if it was scraping when pulling out. Going in was smooth. Very pleased wife
I have purchased a couple extenders before but they were all the 'plastic' ones not silicone like this so thought I would give this a go. As always the item came promptly and discreetly packaged. As I had some experience with extenders I thought it would be the same principle to putt his one on. however this is thicker than ones I had used in the past so the process was different. With thinner extenders, I could roll them inside out and then roll them back over me to put them on, but this is a lot thicker so rolling it inside out is a lot harder. Nice extender
Im a big extender fan and liked the look of this. It arrived next day in the usual brown box. I could not wait to try it on. It has no smell and is fairly soft - The tip is solid and the ridge quite pronounced. Im 5'5" long and 5" circumference erect and its a near perfect fit. Its can be turned hard inside out and flipped back onto your shaft after inserting the head of you penis. This made me just over 6.5 and 6" circumference. Which I think is a decent but not ridiculous increase.. Certainly the wife would not have liked it any bigger! I would recommend a very small amount of water based lube on the head of you penis when applying. The ball strap is un necessary and adds nothing as once its on suction will keep it inplace. A little more always helps
