Even with generous amounts of lube.. the opening is tight and often unpleasant when inserting. The lube can get underneath the silicone opening and cause it to easily cave in and pop off.. causing several usage issues..

The pump itself works as intended but the base ring is made of very light material and gets sucked into the tube, rendering a loss of suction. I have removed the base ring and just positioned the tube to get an airtight seal. The compression rings work ok but had to use the smallest of the 4 rings to stop venous leakage.

Painful and extremely difficult to insert flaccid penis. Due to not being able to get any of the shaft inside the small, spongy insertion hole at the end there wasn’t enough penis inside the pump to create a vacuum. A total waste of £39!
What I Wanted and Easy to Use
Overall this is exactly what I wanted and it's very easy to use as well as clean.
Have used the pump a few times since receiving it for assisting with erection and have been satisfied each time with results.
I did not purchase for self pleasure, but after some use can see how it could work well. Have not used the included rings yet wanting to try them for comfort and size first.
As for cost, it was a little more than I had hoped to spend, this was definitely worth the little extra money for me anyway.

New to all this kind of stuff but ive been using it everyday for 2 weeks and not sure on any improvement as of yet but.. everytime im using it the silicone bottom keeps getting sucked up inside? Not sure why or if im using it wrong but ive tried everything to keep the silicone bottom from getting pulled in but no luck! This pump is a great design and looks great. Unfortunately I didn’t read the internal measurements before purchase.
Give a couple of pumps and I’m hard up against the end of the cylinder. Which is quite painful.
The entrance ring is very small also and has no elasticity. Which was also very painful to get it back out of. I had to remove the whole cylinder from the entrance.
Real shame it’s just not bigger because it gives a good pump.
If they brought out a bigger one I would buy this one again.
Pump ok but seal is poor
After only a couple of pumps the seal sucks in and releases the vacuum also seal hole is too small and hurts when trying to get in and my erection is bending at the top after two pumps.

this product is very easy to use. the first time you have to be careful to not over pump, which is difficult to resist if you haven't been fully hard in a long time. the rings that come with this are the most effective i've ever used.
Good first pump
Had this pump for four months and use it for 10 minutes daily. For a first timer this was great. Not too pricey and does the job. I never expected any increase in length but was surprised at gaining a small bit (1/4 inch?). Only downside I'm notice is it seems to take more pumps to get the same pressure now than it did when I first got it.

Quality of product
Just got this after my previous one broke and I must say that I am sooo impressed with it.
Firstly, the quality of the pump overall is very good, clean and simple. With the tube itself being transparent, which makes it easier to see your progress. As well as this the measurements are very clear.
It comes with additional constriction rings which I found to be quite helpful.
The packaging is very useful as it's delivered in a durable cardboard box, which I think is very important for me as my last one broke 😒.
Finally, what sold it for me was the fact that it's design is so simple, no tubes and handheld pumps like the other products. I was extremely disappointed with the Lovehoney Health Penis Pump and Ring Set. The pump itself felt cheaply made and didn't work as well as I was hoping. But the biggest issue I had was with the size of the hole - it was far too tight for comfortable use. I tried using lubricant to make it easier, but it didn't help much. The ring that comes with the set was also not very good quality - it was uncomfortable to wear and didn't stay in place during use.
Additionally, the instructions provided were not clear and didn't provide enough information to properly use the product. I had to do additional research online just to figure out how to use it correctly.
Overall, I would not recommend the Lovehoney Health Penis Pump and Ring Set to anyone, especially if you have a larger size. The tight hole makes it difficult and uncomfortable to use, and the overall quality of the product is poor. Save your money and invest in a better quality pump and ring set.
NO GOOD FOR ME
I have given this item 3 stars, (although I was not able to make any use of it) because of the quality of it's construction and robust appearance.
However, I fail to understand how other reviewers were able to successfully use it. The aperture through which you are expected to insert your penis is TINY.
i am probably a little smaller than average in this department but could not penetrate the opening. The instructions stated you should get a semi erection first but despite using lots of lube and lots of effort I only JUST managed to get the penis head through this hole and then had major issues getting it off again, causing minor injury to the skin. I gave up after 3 attempts aand contacted Lovehoney to arrange its return. Customer services were FANTASTIC! and arranged a total refund. As a matter of interest, I tried inserting my wife's "basic realistic 6 inch dildo" into the tube but no way

What a pile of junk. The pump system is awkward to use. The adaptors are useless. I hate everything about it. Worse £40.00 spent in my life. The Edge PP is better and cheaper - although it does like sucking in your nuts (painful).
Way too tight
Great suction, but the main rubbery insert was way too tight around the base! It really hurt when i tried to take it off, and takes far too long to take it off. Of course i release the air, and used plenty of lube, but that rubber dries up far too quick.
Nifty Pump
This isn't my first penis pump, my last one broke so thought to replace it and considered one that didn't have an external pump.
I had some reluctance about it simply due to the entry of the pump for my penis to go through. I didn't realise how tight it would fit, I get it that it needs to be secure so as not to lose pressure but it is a little uncomfortable to get on. It took me two initial tries on two on separate occasions and lots of lube. The instructions are simple enough to follow.
It advises that you get partially erect to use it; you'll want to do so then let yourself calm down a bit to properly get it completely down the shaft of your penis. Once on was a dream. Could see how well it worked right away. Need more time to use it but overall was a nice choice to make when getting a pump.
Not for me I’m afraid
As ever, we were both grateful and excited to be chosen to test and review an item for Lovehoney and thought that this penis pump set could be really useful.
It arrived quickly and discreetly as we’ve come to expect and the box and packaging gave it the impression of a very high quality bit of kit.
Instructions are short and precise but in my case, promised much more than they delivered.
The heart of the pump is obviously it’s ability to create a vacuum to draw blood into the penis and therefore give an election which can be maintained by use of the appropriate sized ring.
Yes it creates a strong vacuum but weirdly, without the benefit of a good erection. It seems more intent on sucking the rest of your body into the fairly tight tube whilst stretching my penis to the point where it bottoms out against the valve and quickly becomes uncomfortable at both ends and leaves what can only be described as a halo shaped ‘love bite’ around the base.
I’ve followed the instructions, tried using less vacuum, more lube and other possible techniques but it’s still like an instrument of torture.
I already own one of the Doc Johnson pumps and that works fine every time so I know it’s the Lovehoney pump and not me or the way I’m using it.
I’ve read reviews from others who rave about this particular pump but it didn’t work for me I’m afraid.

I was sent this pump in return for a fair and honest review.
I have been looking at pumps recently due to medication taking it’s toll on my sexual health.
I was normally someone who would get an erection just hearing Kelly Brooks name, let alone any stimulation, but recent health status resulted in medication that has not only made getting an erection a bit more of a pain but has also shrunk my penis.

Pump Up the Volume
I've never used a penis pump before and have been intrigued about the possible enhancements. I found this was a smart, straightforward pump which was easy to use and did give some immediate benefit.
Design & Build: This pump has a clean, simple design. Some of the old-school devices with separate hand pump can look like comedy props! But this one resembles a streamlined masturbator or similar toy. The plastic barrel is good thick material, and the silicone feels strong. The pump mechanism itself is very robust, and the overall quality of the product seems high.
Using the Pump: The process of using the product is very simple. A basic pump action creates the suction and a single button is used to break the seal. Most pumps I've seen online are either old-fashioned hand-pumped ones, or expensive electric ones. This item has the mechanical pump neatly built in, which makes it much easier to use.
My only slight issue was getting my penis in and out of the pump. As the seal needs to be absolutely tight to create suction, it's not the most comfortable feeling to insert or remove yourself from it. However, I did get the hang of it. I found holding the release button and starting semi-flaccid worked best.

I’ve been intrigued but penis pump’s for a while now so when this arrived I was very excited to try it and put it to the test.
Upon opening the box, I was greeted by a smart looking penis pump which had penis rings included as well as a small manual book for tips and advice.
Initial review: Good.
It’s always really important to remember that when you’re using a pump, you need to use plenty (lots and lots!) of lube.
I layered on the lube and got to work - the size of the entry hole was initially quite tight so please make sure to lube the whole of your penis to help guide it right down.
The pump system is very easy to use with a simple pump action as if your using a traditional football pump (only bigger of course!) with an air release button which is in perfect position for your thumb to press.
Now for me, the pump was a tad too short. As soon as I had pumped once, the tip of my penis was touching the top so this pump is for anyone below 6 inches whilst erect. I’m not going to mark the pump down for that though as it’s my fault for not checking.
I was still able to use the pump if I held it slightly away from the base of my penis and whilst using a ring.
After one good pump, my penis started to grow and after the second pump it was booming so I allowed myself a few attempts of the next few days to help myself ease my way into it which I highly suggest.
I can’t really fault this product. It’s designed with ease of use in mind, and the feel and quality of the product is top notch.
My only criticism is that after pumping, trying to get the pump off was very tricky because of my aforementioned point that the entry hole was quite small.
