The design is beautiful. The colours really pop and the details are really nice, such as the twists of the tenticle and the suckers that go all the way up and around.
When it comes to using it, well, thats quite self explanatory. I have only tested this vaginally but due to the large flared base, anal use would be fine.
Personally for me, it has taken quite a while to get used to it. Due to it being quite nobbly and bobbly, it feels so different, especially if you're only used to smoother shaped dildos. Persistence (and plenty of lube) is the key though as I can now take it all and it feels great. I find working up to it helps as well, so i will use smaller, more traditional, or glass dildos before using this one. What helps I think, is that it is also quite flexible which I liked as a lot of my didldos are fairly rigid. I was worried that with quite a pointed tip it would feel like it was sticking into me but it doesn't at all and it really does give me that 'full' feeling that I crave from a dildo.
As its so textured I found that it was great for rubbing my g spot with every move no matter how shallow or deep its inserted which lead to mind blowing orgasms!

Fantastic fantasy
We got the Lovehoney Fantasy Twisted Tentacle Dildo to use together and overall it has been a really good. As a man I prefer to look at and use non-anatomical dildos with my wife when I can, and the increase in fantasy designs stocked by Lovehoney is intriguing. The design of this is really interesting to look at without being over the top, and my wife says it feels just as interesting in use as it does visually. It stands out and the tentacle is one of the classic fantasy shapes.
Size wise it is very manageable. It is not too large, which made my wife says it feels approachable and is comfortable to use, especially if you are not looking for something extreme as some fantasy toys can tend to be a bit intimidating. The shape gradually becomes more girthy toward the base, which makes it feel well balanced and helps it fit nicely without being overwhelming.
The twists and nodules add extra girth at random intervals and are one of the best parts. They add variety to the sensation, though my wife said it does take a little getting used to at first. My wife found that slightly twisting it during use works best and helps make the most of the design rather than just inserting it straight.
The material feels really nice, firm enough to feel substantial but with enough give to stay comfortable. It feels reasonably weighty and well made and good quality, and it is easy to clean afterward. As expected, lube is essential and makes a big difference to comfort and overall feel.
The suction cup base is very strong and sticks well to smooth surfaces. Because the base is flared and textured, and the overall size is not too large, my wife has found her preferred way to use it solo is to grind against the base when fully inserted. The suction holds securely and does not feel flimsy.

That said, if someone wanted to display it rather than store it away, brighter colour options might be nicer ( we aren't at the display stage yet ourselves). When the toy arrived we both had different ideas, as a couple I had a fantasy of watching my partner with a large toy (7inches in length and 6 inches of girth!) and her vision was a fantasy of a large monster thrusting into her like most of her books she reads. So we were both under different expectations.
We took the toy from the box and it was a beautiful and monstrous sight to behold. After we finished she said it was a great experience but two things didn’t work for her, the toy it’s self was quite “pointy” which would be ideal for anal but for her vaginallu it didn’t feel as good as it could of been with a wider tip. The other thing was the toy was flexible which again would be fantastic for some positions, but it was also quite difficult to use in certain situations.
Overall we did enjoy the toy and the experience the size was great and gave a nice “full” feeling with a good stretch with each thrust. We would recommend the toy for people who want something different and maybe if you’re looking for a toy which isn’t penis shaped. The roleplay ideas are endless and its base is absolutely perfect, you can easily stick it to any flat surface
That all being said, The quality of the toy is outstanding and a small amount of lube goes a super long way! You only need a small amount and it slides with ease.
7/10 it was a fantastic toy and have great orgasms but for my partners body it was just a little too flexy.
