Decent once going
Powerful and quiet vibrator with the fun of being remote controlled. This was a fun play once we figured it out. Took what seemed an eternity to charge with the worst magnetic charger ever. It has less magnetism than a penny and will not stay in place.
Once finally charged we initially thought it was broken as we later discovered the power button on the controller doesn't actually turn it on until the power button is pressed on the vibrator. This is also difficult to activate with bigger fingers.
The toy is flexible but strong enough to stay in any position you shape it which was fantastic for simultaneous internal and external stimulation. Carry case was a bonus too.

Nice toy that has a lovely design, easy to use, the remote is great and would be fun with a partner, the bend is very flexible to reach the angles you want, and the variety of settings are great. However for me I didn’t see much point to the love egg part, it didn’t do much for me. If used during sex I can image it being great though.

Avoid. The charging solution is awful. 2 tiny dots that magnetically connects to 2 other tiny dots. Doesn't stay attached and takes an age to charge. Not even very good once it is charged.

Although comfortable and bendable the length of the item meant that the vibrating end did not align properly with my body. Therefore, the vibrations did not hit the sweet spot. The pattern of vibrations, although varied again were not what suited me and so I don’t think I will use this. I wouldn’t have dared used it outside the house as it was quite loud if a quiet environment.

I was happy as soon as I opened the box up. The toy itself is velvet soft and seemed very flexible. It is easy to tell it is a good quality toy, not something that will brake after a few uses.
As soon as my husband and I started to explore the various speeds and vibration patterns I knew this was going to be a new favorite for us. This toy has two different stimulators that are both so powerful and equally as wonderful!! The remote control is easy to use and can control one or both of the stimulators at the same time. It worked up close and from the next room which is a problem we have had in the past with remote toys where they only worked if you were literally right next to the toy and that kinda defeated the point of having a remote for me. It is a little noisy?? But I'm not sure if it's possible to be any quieter with this much power?!! Other then that absolutely no complaints. I will be honest, I wasnt expecting much from this when I got it but once charged I gave it a try and was impressed by the level of rumble this small toy is able to produce in both the main body and the "arm", while it may not be "the finisher" for most people it will work very well for teasing.

On opening the box of the Desire remote control dual stimulation love egg, I was impressed to find a smart black storage case inside. I unzipped this to find the love egg, remote control and charging cable in individual plastic sleeves, together with a Pleasure Guide and Safety Guide.
Both the love egg and the remote control needed charging before use, so it was a bit annoying that there was only one charger cable, meaning they had to be charged separately – taking two hours for the toy alone.
Once both were fully charged, I was finally able to try out my new toy.
The on/off button is located on the ‘tail’ of the toy, just below the charging points, and is very hard to spot if you haven’t got perfect eyesight. The first press of the button for a couple of seconds turns on the toy, and an indicator light appears, together with a short buzz. You then need to press the button again to start the vibration before the remote control can be used to change the settings. I found that this is much easier to do before applying lube and inserting the love egg! The toy can be bent into shape to your own requirements, so the ‘tail’ sits comfortably against your clit. It is still possible to change the vibration settings directly whilst using the toy at home if you prefer, but I found it a lot easier to use the remote control once the toy is ‘in situ’. There are three speeds and a selection of vibration patterns.
For anyone who may want to use the toy whilst out and about, it is fairly comfortable to walk or sit with it in position. The sound of the vibration on the lowest setting is fairly quiet, so would be unlikely to be noticed in a busy restaurant with background noise or whilst walking past people outside. Standing or sitting somewhere quiet, however, and the sound would be easily detectable. As mentioned before, you have to physically turn the toy on to vibrate before you can use the remote control, and a full charge lasts for less than an hour. Hence, if you wanted to give your partner control of the settings by using the remote, for example during a meal out or at a club, you would probably need to visit the bathroom to turn the toy on to start vibrating when you arrive rather than before leaving home, or you may find it cuts out before you are ready for it to stop! On the plus side, the remote control works well from a distance of several metres and through clothing. It is also quite small and discrete at around 6 x 3 cm, so can easily fit in a pocket or the palm of your hand.

Easy to insert and very comfortable. The bendy part between the g-spot vibe and the clit vibe part allows the toy to be bent to give a good contact on my clit. However as soon as the vibrations were turned on the 2 parts of the egg drifted apart. Had to put on a fairly tight pair of jeans to stop that happening. The result was very very good. Hubby had control which was amazing as I didn't know when the vibrations would start/stop. I loved the continuous vibration turned up high, it was a shame that when the egg was turned off it didn't restart on the last setting. That having been said though this is the first time I've had an orgasm from using an egg vibe. The huge plus is that it is so quiet while in use nobody around you would have any idea that it was Vibrating.

The Desire Remote Control Dual Simulator Love Egg arrived in Lovehoney's usual discreet, brown plain box. Always a positive and great to be able to rely on - especially when it gets delivered to your neighbours if you are out! It was packaged up safely with brown paper to protect it - easily recyclable.
The Egg itself is in a smart purple box and when opening it we were surprised to find all the contents in a smart faux leather black pouch - almost like a purse. It is quite discreet with just the Desire logo stamped in - so could easily be left out without arousing suspicion to its contents!
Inside is the toy, the remote, USB magnetic charging cable (but no plug - not unusual), instructions book and safety information. There is plenty of space so really easy to re-store the toy and accessories inside - this is a great feature and we wish it was more common with other toys.
The Egg is made with a beautifully soft body-safe silicone. Initial impressions are good; it's well made and should last a long time. The Egg has a main part for insertion with a smaller vibe end on a flexible arm or tail. The arm is both easy to flex but strong enough to hold its position. It is waterproof with a IPX7 rating - but the remote isn't - so best involve a partner to control it for you if you want to use it in the bath!
We popped it onto charge with the included magnetic charge cable. We have used quite a few toys with this type of charger and while not the worst, it's not the best either. If you hold the toy up with the cable attached, it falls off. So you need to attach it with the toy lying down where it can stay to charge. This is a minor point though and should work fine for the majority of people. There is a bright LED that shows when the Egg is charging/charged.
The Egg takes about 2 hrs to charge, lasting up to 60 mins of use. We can confirm the former but not the latter as it was too good at its job! The remote needs 180 mins to charge - using the same mag cable - but is then good for 180 minutes of use.
Operating the Egg is really easy, helped by the simple informative instructions. Pressing the button on the Egg for 3 seconds turns it on, then with some water based lube you can insert the toy. Pressing the remote starts the vibrations, then cycles through the 3 speeds then 5 patterns in the Egg and tail, then in the Egg only. Pressing and holding the buttons on the remote and Egg respectively stops the vibes and turns the toy off. There is also a simple travel lock.
The Egg has a huge number of combinations which we have so far barely scratched the surface of, but will definitely get through! The 6 patterns are on steadily (with 3 levels of intensity), high/low variations, slower high/low variations, rise/fall, high/low with varying lengths, and rising then off repeats.
We were really surprised with the power of this Egg - it packs a punch! Obviously the vibrations are more buzzy than rumbly, but that is to be expected from a toy of its size. While no powerful vibe is whisper quiet it is not loud so could work well for folk who share living accomodation and need to cum under the radar! The tail was particularly surprising; having used toys of this type where you can barely tell the 2nd smaller vibration motor is on. Not a problem here, and the arm is strong enough to bend towards your clit for some glorious internal and external stimulation. We didn't need 60 minutes to orgasm with it, and that was for both of us - while clearly designed around a vagina, g-spot and clit it, like any vibe really, can be used with a penis too. While we like to keep our anal toys separate we see no reason why the Egg couldn't be used for backdoor fun. The remote works really well too, very responsive and discreet so it is a great toy for use during BDSM play or cheeky fun out and about.
Overall it is a great toy; good value for money, really wonderful vibes and great orgasms. It could be improved with app integration and Bluetooth control but only at a much higher price point. Well worth a purchase.
