For starters, this is the second item by Lovehoney that I have tried and tested and am writing a review for. The prior was a butt plug by themselves. we received this toy from lovehoney and we were both really excited to try it out. Upon getting it out of the box we were both taken back by the shear size and girth of it... I ordered this dildo as my first realistic dildo even though other reviews have stated it is very large. The packing box is very discreet and it arrived in good time. The packaging itself is the Lovehoney pink packaging that I think is so nice and not cheesy or tacky. This dildo is large! As I was out earlier in the week I came home yesterday to a missed delivery card from the Royal Mail so had to pop down to the collection depot this morning. I have then had to wait all day at work with the anticipation of playing with this beast of a dildo. Almost as soon as I came through the front door I had the discreet outer box opened. As with all my dildos I intend using this primarily with my Monkey Rocker sex stool and was a little dubious if it would attach well but the stool comes with an elasticated band system for attaching flared base toys and this was easily looped over the balls and held the toy really strongly. Since the base of the toy is slopped a few degrees relative to the shaft the dildo sits at an interesting angle. Because of the width of this toy I had to take the first insertion really quiet slowly but after a couple of minutes I had it in and was gently rocking away. Insert this toy feels huge, sorry that's probably and understatement, it feels massive. I would describe this dildo as being a medium firmness, there is sufficient rigidity to allow it to be ridden without being so hard that it becomes painful. It has a soft feel but sturdy enough to give it a good well made feeling. Now came its first trial run. Due to its sheer size and girth make sure it is fully lubed up before use. This is where its design came into its own, Its rimmed head is also slightly tapered meant easy insertion. Immediately you can feel the raised textured veins which to me heightens the experience. Once taken the full length gives you incredible full feeling. The toy is flexible enough so using it is very easy. If you are new to these kind of toys perhaps a smaller one would be better for beginners. If you do find it a challenge then start out with a smaller one and work your way up. To me nothing beats the intense feeling that this gives. I got this in time for the weekend, so its been having a work out already. The base of the bottom acts like a sucker, It works well when stuck to a flat surface such as a shower floor etc In terms of going hands free it can only really be used with the balls stuck onto a flat surface as the weight causes it to become unstuck when used in any other way. Good for the price
Was sent this as a review product, arrived promptly in the usual discreet packaging. Packaging was fine - not at all sleazy or embarassing, as usual with Lovehoney'd own brand products. Also it was easy to open, no knives or scissors or swearing needed, always a plus. The product itself does have a strong scent - sort of rubbery/plasticy, but it's not too strong and I have only had it for 5 days and already it has faded. This is a solidly made dildo, it has a flat base and is free standing. I'd say in real life it looks a lot more lifelike than in the pictures, but it has a slight sheen. This is the first fleshtoned realistic toy I have had and it definitely adds an extra naughty factor to proceedings (just don't tell my husband ok?) It is definitely more impressive size wise in real life, and will probably make your husband or boyfriend a little jealous. It is very firm, with very little give in it - and I have to say that in my hand it doesn't feel very realistic - but because of this you can really feel the veins and ridges - unlike on softer toys. For the same reason though I would suggest beginners work their way up to this. I'm pleased to confirm as other reviews have said, this dildo is 'rideable' as it is firm and weighty enough, it doesn't feel like it's going to go AWOL on you. The Lovehoney BASICS 7 Inch Extra Girthy Dildo is my very first dildo. I have experience with a variety of vibrators and clit stimulaters, but I only became interested in penetration toys very recently. One of the main reasons I wanted a dildo was to spice up the solo home videos I make for my OH, so realism was a major deciding factor. This dildo does not disappoint in that department! The shape, colouring, texture, and firmness are all remarkably realistic. I particularly love the realistic head. Even after these steps, I could only insert the full length when straddling the toy (which produced the most pleasant sensation). When this product first arrived, it came very well packaged (boxed with tissue). Upon opening, I found the product packaging to be very straight forward: the outer front writing was easy to read and the dildo was encased in transparent plastic, so everything was on display. The outer back packaging was also clear, with specs and instructions on how to use. The plastic casing was easy to open so off I went (have to admit, I was surprised at the size and weight of the dildo, both in and out of the packaging). I was quite overwhelmed by the sheer size of this dildo; I wasn't really sure if it was considered a novelty or a sex toy. The realistic look is spot on, with an accurately shaped helmet head, along with deep textured veins running along the shaft. The balls are also veined, solid and tight (not loose); they are also the foundation of the suction cup, which does the trick and needs a good tug to remove. The firm and flexible PVC "skin" material is very durable and does feel nice to touch; just be aware when storing that dust/fluff can cling to this material so always clean before and after use! I had trouble inserting this dildo at first as it is literally enormous. I eased it in (with lube, as instructed on the back packaging) and found that it did reach quite deep inside me; the sensation was pretty filling, to say the least! However I felt a bit nervous about penetrating myself with the toy, and to be honest I haven't tried; at the moment the filling feeling is enough for me.

Nothing basic about this big boy
I was surprised to get an email from lh to undertake a secret mission.... If I choose to accept ( I sure there was a bit about if caught, they would disenvow me... Me...loved it!😊 on opening it up, the only negative thing that struck me...was the initial smell. It was very strong plastic smell( this does abate somewhat after washing it though). The next experience was far more positive... The actual feel of it. This dildo arrived quickly and discreetly - no red faces for the postie! The packaging of the toy is basic, it comes in a plastic packet, so an extra toy bag or box would be needed to store this toy. When I first opened the packaging I noticed that the toy has sweated a little in the packaging, which is always off-putting. I was looking forward to receiving the Lovehoney BASICS 7 Inch Extra Girthy Realistic Dildo for plenty of reasons. Firstly i love realistic toys, i love the stretching feeling thick toys give you and i also love a challenge when it comes to trying out a big toy and this toy definitely didnt let me down if not surprising me at the same time! It comes in hard plastic packaging to protect the toy with details on the best way to use the toy and other useful information, This is the first PVC toy ive ever owned, i wasn't even fully aware there were toys like this made out of PVC on the market. To be expected it does have a strong smell but that has started to fade slightly after a few uses. I also love the texture of the toy its slightly squidgy but still firm and has a slight shine to it due to the PVC. Also worth mentioning is the flexibility of the toy you can curve it whilst its inside you to hit your sweet spots perfectly, that really did help build up to orgasm a lot for me! Its worth thinking about where you store this toy though as after i cleaned it i went over it with a dry towel and some of the fibres from the towel stuck to the toy and certain materials will probably damage or discolour it over time.
