Great for both single and couple play

Takes a bit of practice to find the right spot. Great on the clit, but a bit of a let down on the g spot. I do like it, and when I orgasm it is very intense. But it does take me a while to get off with it.
Very pricy for what it is. Constantly loses connection to the app even if in close proximity. Also gutted it cannot be controlled from long distance which was one of the main reasons we decided to spend so much. Its good overall, but if in 5 years it broke, I wouldn't buy another one. Definitely not worth the money when there are better products for a fraction of the price.

I have difficulty achieving an orgasm without just the right stimulation and have tried and discarded a whole host of toys including bullets and rabbits! However, having found another Lelo product with wave motion that works for me every time, I decided to give this one a try too. Yes, they are expensive, but for me they work, and as a very mature woman I am at last getting regular pleasure. Shame there’s not a handsome man on the other end.
The texture of the silicon is soft and the part your insert is surprisingly small and flexible but it hits the spot. The part that nestles onto your clit covers a good area and you can increase pressure easily. Great vibes here.
It connects easily to the Lelo app. You need to do this or you have no choice of patterns or intensity. I use the ‘boring’ setting (odd choice of phrase) which means I select settings by touch. You could shake the phone instead.
There are a good range of patterns and excellent vibe strength. Only problem is if you’re watching something on your phone you have to come out of it to alter vibes which is a distraction. Other than that an excellent product as usual from Lelo. Small and compact. Ideal for hand luggage.

Like all lelo products the quality is of the highest standards. The silicone is beautifully smooth and the colour is vibrant and eye catching.
The idea of the ida wave is great but the dual motors not having independent control on the app is really disappointing. I find the external motor is over powering to the point that i dont really feel the internal movement all that much. It would have been great if you could have set the internal motor to strong and the external to weaker.
Im going to keep experimenting with it but i cant see me picking this up instead of my soraya 2 which is mindbendingly outstanding

I got this toy years ago and I was NOT disappointed. I was curious on the dual stimulation and it definitely was impressive! This was one of the first toys I had of this type and it was my go-to toy.

The finger motion is what made my buy this toy. I had no idea I would like it so much. Dual stimulation can be overwhelming sometimes. Isn''t that what we want from time to time? There is an app too. Very easy to use. If you want to reach a climax fast, then I recommend using it without the app. However, if you want to go on a long journey and experiment, the app is an excellent guide.
The Most Amazing Hands-free Pleasure
Ida Wave, I’m in love with the way you move! This toy feels so luxurious and if you’ve read any of my other reviews, you’ll know I’m a sucker for dual stimulation, which this toy takes to the next level.
The packaging is the standard Lelo packaging with a black box and clear window which shows the toy. Included in the box is the warranty info, charging cable, storage bag and sachet of lube. It feels really sleek and the luxury nature of the brand shines through. Lelo’s storage bags are my absolute favourite – they feel so fancy and I love the style of them, particularly as they are exactly the right size for the toy.
The actual toy has a gorgeously silky feel silicone, which is smooth to the touch. It also has a gold panel on the outer section which gives it a really stylish look. The shape of the Ida Wave is one of my favourite things about it – it is so unique and means hands-free orgasms are easy to achieve! What more could you want?! It is actually hands-free too – the toy doesn’t fall out and means I can use it in a range of positions. This helps with both solo and parterned play. With partnered play, this has become my go-to toy to pleasure myself if I’m giving oral to a partner. With solo play, I love having the ability to sit up and having my hands free to explore other areas of my body.
The internal arm is perfectly shaped for my body – it has a dip on the top side of the internal arm, which feels like it almost hugs my g-spot. It took me a little while on my first use to get the position exactly right, but oh my goodness, when I did it felt game changing! The internal arm also has Lelo’s WaveMotion technology, which is where the “Wave” part comes in, and mimics the come-hither motion which simulates a g-spot massage and honestly feels so glorious. I would describe the power as moderate-strong rumbly vibes – there was times when I wanted to increase the power more but had reached the maximum, but I think this is mostly due to enjoying the sensations and it still brought me to orgasm without fail! This toy really helps to build up my orgasm, and every time I’ve used this toy I have multiple orgasms which increase in intensity each time which I love. Whilst everyone’s bodies respond differently, I really think this is a toy which helps you feel connected to your body and really feel the pleasure.
The toy can be controlled via the button on the side of the toy, or via the Lelo app. This was the first time I have used the Lelo app, and my other Lelo toys aren’t compatible, and I was so pleasantly surprised at how intuitive it was to connect. It feels so simple and connects super quickly – I’ve had no connectivity issues and the toy has remained connected throughout play. There are 10 different settings which control the vibrations of the two separate motors and you can increase the intensity by three different options, either shaking your phone, rotating it or simply by using + and – symbols. For me, the simple up or down buttons were the easiest to control, but I think the other two options would be great to use during partnered play with edging. I really like using the app to control this toy and it’s a feature I use a lot more than usual with this toy.
The toy feels like it has a really good battery life – it’s advertised as providing up to two hours of play and I’ve definitely got around this before needing to re-charge. My one annoyance (which is the same for all Lelo toys) is that the charging point is exposed and so I’m always a bit more worried about fluids getting in! I’ve never had any issues with any of my Lelo toys, so it’s probably more my own worry, but it would also look slightly sleeker if it was a hidden one.
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend the Ida Wave. I’m absolutely in love with it and although it is a real luxury toy, with the price tag to match, I’d repurchase in a heartbeat if this one broke (luckily the warranty offer would help me out on that one!). It’s a unique shape, provides hands-free dual stimulation, and has such a sleek and stylish look. Thank you Ida Wave, you’ve provided (and will continue to provide!) so much pleasure.
