Okay for a wet afternoon
This prostate massager comes with a nice storage bag and a novel remote that works by pivoting it to adjust the vibration strength. The massager has a good build and is of a half-decent size. It has a number of patterns that can be controlled from the device button or from the remote. Vibrations are fairly strong and angled to hit the spot, although these felt more intense if I sat on something like a rolled towel to increase the pressure a bit. The charging port has a flimsy rubber cover that would make it splash proof, but I wouldn't use it in water, and I was a bit worried about washing it carefully. It's not my favourite prostate massager, but I use it occasionally. There are better ones (think "Vector+").

The remote is waaaaaay over-engineered. Its features are kinda fun for having your partner control strength and pattern or use the motion sensor, while you JO or penetrate them, but most dudes who are veterans of buttplay will progress quickly to the strongest constant setting. The remote is probably what makes the unit so expensive; Lelo could sell a lot more units with an identical but remote-less option at a lower pricepoint.
It's probably the strongest prostate vibrator available. But for guys who struggle to achieve orgasm due to psychiatric meds (or whatever reason), expect to have to supplement with another, more powerful massage device not necessarily intended for "sexual health," especially during solo sessions.
Hopefully a bigger, more bulbous, more powerful version of the Hugo is in the works for those of us who like it FULL.

99% Perfect Prostate Power

The buzz feeling is okay. My orgasm was significantly decreased in sensation when using this toy.

Very nice construction, deep powerful vibrations, silicone is so perfect. Only one small'ish complaint and one wish. I wish it was just slightly smaller diameter, it has quite a bulbous end. For me, the product just didn’t hit the right spot. I bet for some, it will knock your socks off. The lack of adjustability is my reason for the 3 stars. It just didn’t fit me personally. Lelo Hugo...Good, But Not Lifechanging
I have sort of been on a tear trying out new prostate toys over the last few months. I have been exploring the wonders of the P-spot for several years, but recently decided to up my game. I read this is the best one on the market, so when I saw it was on sale I decided to splurge.
It comes in incredibly luxurious packaging, and unboxing it was a joy. For something at this price-point however, I would expect nothing less. I knew from past experience I like these kind of toys to run a little larger for a feeling of fullness, and I checked the measurements on this ahead of time and compared it to other vibrators I was considering before purchase. However, on opening it, it did run a little smaller than I imagined it would be. Lelo makes another one called Bruno that is larger, but doesn't come with the SenseMotion remote control and isn't as advanced. The silicone is incredibly soft and silky, which definitely aids comfort. I have tried it for a few weeks now, and it is noticeably stronger than the lower priced vibrators I have bought previously. I found the remote difficult to use at first, and am still getting used to it. I'm not sure if having a remote that changes the vibration power by movement is really all that necessary, and the thing seems a little difficult to manipulate the way I think it is going to adjust at times. Nevertheless, it is still a unique feature of this toy that no competitor to my knowledge has, and does distinguish it. The preset modes/pulses are pretty standard for a vibrator, and I would have liked there to be more for how much it cost. I haven't had sex with my partner with it in yet, but I have heard from someone I know who also has one that it can be difficult to keep in while romping around in bed. All in all it was worth trying out when it was on sale, but it's not as wonderful as I had expected it to be, and I would like to try out some other higher end ones to compare it against.

Powerful prostate massager
Wanted this for a while and bit the bullet after seeing this on sale. It's a powerful vibrator that has given me some decent prostate orgasms. Has had an issue with slipping out on the highest vibrations, but clenching extra hard on the highest vibes feels terrific. The remote takes some getting used to - there aren't great instructions. I do like the motion sensing setting whereby the intensity of the vibration depends on how you move the remote. The remote does vibrate so can be good for mutual play. Not sure if you can turn off vibrations in the remote.

I have just purchased a Lelo Hugo from Love Honey. It came beautifully packaged and I was exited to try it. The unit is wonderfully smooth to the touch. It was pretty much fully charged and even came with a sachet of lube so that I could have fun straight away.
The big questions are is it easy to fit? and oh boy yes, it is much slimmer than some of my toys so even an absolute beginner should be able to enjoy with ease. Perhaps I was lucky, but it pretty much hit the spot straight away.
Does it hit the spot? Well a big yes again in fact with twin motors it can hit two spots at once. You wear the outside lobe against your taint and when both motors are working you get a wow massage internally and externally at the same time. I have tried a few different seating and lying positions and different programs work for me in different positions. But hey isn’t that the joy of a great toy. You don’t get bored.
How does it fit? It is really comfortable and you can easily wear for long periods of time it’s not too large, you’re not stretched, it is all about the vibrations.
So there’s a whole host of programs and you can really vary the intensity from a tickle to Wow Wow Wow! I passed control to my partner who loved the settings where she could get feedback from vibration in the handset so she knew exactly how much she was pleasuring, or teasing me.

A bit disappointing.
There is a lot of hype surrounding this toy and I bought it on the strength of such. The product looks good, feels good and potentially is good. A written instruction leaflet specifically on how to use the remote controller would be a useful addition. My main problem with the massager is that while it is very pleasurable to use I find it impossible to prevent it from slipping out especially at the worst possible time. I'm constantly having to keep pushing it back in or clenching my bum so hard to a point of almost getting cramp. Unless I sit on it I ain't going to keep it in place. It has a hefty price tag and I don't think such a problem is acceptable at that price.

Great Vibration Settings and Just the Right Size
I got this toy a few months ago and have loved it ever since! It's just the right size and shape to press against my prostate without being too large. It took a few uses to get used to at first as it's slightly larger than the other toys I've used, but after that it's been great. There's a nice range of vibration patterns and intensities, which allows you to start slow and build up using the remote. The toy can also be used without the remote, but defaults to a steady vibration at its strongest intensity. A few of the vibration modes even allow you to change intensity based on the angle of the remote or based on its shaking, which can be interesting to experiment with. So far, I've loved using the toy both on my own and with my partner. The vibrations are strong enough that she can feel them if I wear the toy while penetrating her, which drives her wild! She's also able to use the remote to help control the vibrations which adds a fun aspect to the play. For the most part, the toy is shaped well enough for me to keep it in while still being able to move around. The toy also mentions that it can be used for G-Spot stimulation, but as of yet we haven't tried it on her.

Delightful quality
This product is the first prostate specific product I have ever owned and explored with! Prior to this my partner had used her finger and a small soft cheap butt plug. Third eye-opening experience

Great Quality, Minor Drawbacks
First things first, Lelo's packaging absolutely makes this feel like a luxury toy before you even open it. The quality of the massager is fantastic. The silicon has a really nice feel to it. I've never had a full fledged P spot orgasm with it, but it has increased the strength and intensity of my regular orgasm. The remote is okay at best. Product arrives in great packaging - more akin to an iphone than a sex toy! I was keen to try with my OH but had to wait two hours for fully charged play. Pop it in slowly with some lube, very easy to do, turn it on, choose your mode and hey presto, start masturbating and you orgasm reallly powerfully, very quickly. I dont really have the words for this toy to be honest!!! Before the First time of use i was a little unsure which is why i left it a while to leave a review, this toy fits very nicely in my ass to put it politely. It could be a little bit longer if im honest but to be fair to it i love sitting on a hard surface and rocking backwards and forwards on it anyway. It really hits the spot. Unfortunately for me i cant seem to orgasm from the “no touch method” like others can but with this thing in i have the most intense and long lasting orgasms from masturbation that i have EVER had. Good quality but has a fundamental design flaw
With so many other reviews covering functions, texture etc, I will skip to why this toy is over priced and only worthy of one star. The design of the Hugo is flawed, the profile of the toy is such that it will not stay inserted and will slip out unless held in place. Hands free, it ain’t. I also found the Hugo despite it’s size, missed my prostrate and therefore any stimulation was indirect. I accept that each person has unique anatomy and I am sure it hits the spot for many. After half a dozen uses it ended up in the bin.
My one week review
After trying this toy for a week on my own and with my wife I have come to love this compact powerful toy after the first orgasm with this toy, I knew it was a keeper the vibrations are strong but I found I had to squees my legs together or push very hard on the bottom of the toy for it to hit my p spot and make me orgasm. I was hoping for a hands-free orgasm I haven't been able to do that mainly because the toy is slightly too small for me and almost slipping out, but the extra arm is very good to hold onto for that extra presser. The remote is a bit fiddly sometimes not connecting to the toy, but the remote vibrates so it is fun to put in my wife's panties so we can both feel the vibrations. The noise is not loud, but I would say that it is not a public play toy unless you work at a retirement home for the hard of hearing or don't mind being caught.

The Hugo is presented in a luxurious black cardboard box that is very sturdy. The box can be opened without tearing open the packaging, so is perfect for storage of the product after use. There is a transparent window covering the front of the box that reveals the product without having to open it to see what is inside. On the back of the box is some useful information about the product, and a description on what the products intended use is. Inside the box embedded in a foam material is the Hugo along with the remote control. Underneath the foam lies a satin storage bag, a sachet of LELO’s Personal Moisturiser (lubricant), a USB charging lead, warranty card, instruction booklet as well as two AAA batteries for the remote control as well as a key to open the battery compartment of the remote control. LELO really do include absolutely everything you will need in order to have a great experience with the product. The Hugo is made out of a luxurious silicone material that feels very soft, and velvety to the touch. Despite being made out of silicone the material does not pick up any lint or dust, which is excellent as it saves washing the product again before use. Everything about the product, and its packaging looks and feels of impeccable quality. The Hugo has 6 different functions that can be turned on by pressing the button located on the base of the vibrator. In order to change functions you simply keep pressing the button until you have reached the function that you wish to use. In order to turn off the vibrator you press and hold the button. Not only can you use the button on the vibrator to control the toy, but you can also use the remote control that is provided. In order to use the remote control you need to turn both the remote and toy on, once you have done so they will both vibrate. One of the SenseMotion functions is to change the vibrations. In order to do this you need to tilt the remote. When the remote is flat it will be on its first vibration setting and by the remote it will change the function. Once at 90 degrees the toy will be on its last setting. The second function can be activated by pressing the middle button on the remote control. This is the shake function, it controls the intensity of the vibrations the more you shake the more intense the vibrations become. As my partner works away, and was not at home when I received the Hugo I decided to try it out by myself first vaginally. I find it really difficult to find g spot vibrators that are perfect in length and have the correct curve to stimulate my g spot. I found the length to be just perfect and found it very satisfying. The vibrator has two motors, one located in the shaft of the toy and one in the perineum massager. The perineum massager reached my clitoris perfectly, and provided very strong pleasing vibrations. Despite the fact that I found the curve, and length perfect my partner did not feel the same way. The length was perfect for him, however he did not feel that it was curved enough to add enough pressure onto his prostate. Rather than giving him the satisfaction of a mind blowing orgasm it was a huge tease. As well as teasing him from denying him of a prostate orgasm the perineum massager also added to the tease. The perineum massager sat comfortably on his perineum, as well as this the end of the massager gently massaged his testicles as the vibrations are quite powerful. We both loved the addition of the remote as it made it much easier to change the function of the toy, and turns it into a perfect hands free toy. The Hugo was very easy to clean. I washed the toy with sex toy cleaner and warm water. No reside was left on the toy at all, which can often be the case with other silicone products. It look so sleek and elegant but also so practical. The Hugo is made out of Lelo’s signature, silky smooth silicone. It's a type of silicone that is near-indescribable in many ways. You really do have to feel it to believe it. Needless to say, I think it is the level of finish that I think all companies should aspire towards. Being made out of silicone and ABS plastic also means that the Hugo is non-porous, phthalate-free and completely body-safe. In terms of firmness the Hugo is pretty much rigid and very firm. There’s some bend in the neck of the base but that is about it. This makes it easy to insert and gives it a very prominent feel, but it might not be to everyone’s liking. For Mr. Peaches this can be too firm at times so it’s certainly something to keep in mind. The vibrations in the Hugo are excellent. So much so that I even tried using this toy on myself. I thought this was a very clever idea—especially if such forms of masturbation are your go-to style, but it can get weary after a while. Hugo's a Go-Go
Firstly, I will say a massive thank you to the Lovehoney sex toy fairy for sending me the Lelo Hugo in exchange for an honest review. It made my day, and has been making my day over and over, ever since it arrived. I won’t go into detail about toy build, materials, sizes and functions here, because there are other reviews – as well as the product page – that give this info, and I don’t want to bore people by repeating things that are readily available for those who want to know. So, aside from the obvious (ie, penis sleeves) we don’t really have toys “for men” in our house, and we don’t have toys “for women” either. We have toys for orgasms, and whichever of us a toy works for is the one who uses it. There was a lot of talk on the Lovehoney forum when the Lelo Hugo and Bruno prostate massagers appeared on the tester list, and a lot of that talk was from women asking, would that work for me? I was one of those women. I got lucky enough to receive the toy, and I didn’t waste any time in finding out. The first thing I wanted to know is, are the vibes strong enough to get me off? To that end, we did what we do to get me all excited, and on went the Hugo as a clit stim. Wow. Can't fault the product
I got selected to test this product and it was really looking forward to as anal play isn't something I'd really tried before so it was going to be interesting..... Firstly the product.... well it's Lelo and for those who don't know, Lelo make some of the finest toys out there, my wife already has their Large Wand, a vibrator and Luna Beads. Lelo start with the packaging, always high quality, good inserts, clear instructions and a storage bag. The build of Hugo and the remote are seamless and perfect, you really cannot fault the Lelo design and build. The vibrations ranges from light to good and strong, for those who like patterns there are 6 here to keep you entertained. The double motor really helps to give this massager it's power at the 2 tips. The Sense Motion remote is a really cool idea, it can let you control it easily or let your partner take control. Now I'm going to be honest, I really tried with this toy, i warmed up and used of lube and it really took some work for me to be able to take this, my partner help and over a few attempts I finally had success, however for me i just didn't enjoy it, I tried positions, I tried rocking it, I googled ideas and I just didn't enjoy it.... I've promised myself I'll keep trying it but I have found myself nearly dreading the idea of using it. As it's so well made and following a good cleaning my wife decided to give it a try and in fact she's really liked it as she finds it give a good vibration to her G-Spot and Clit at the same time and with the remote I can really make her squirm... so maybe not such a let down, Really as a product the massager is excellent, well made and powerful.... if anything it's me who let this product down, and with such other excellent reviews from members I think it would be unfair to rate this low.
A worthy investment - excellent
I was really lucky to be sent this item as a tester, I was so surprised when I got the email and could not wait to give it a try. I’ve used other vibrating toys for prostate stimulation before but the only specific prostate massagers I’ve tried are the Aneros Helix and Progasm. They are great but I thought it would be fun to try a massager that does some of the work for you. The presentation box the Hugo comes in is as classy as you’d hope for a premium toy like this. Details like the snakeskin texture of the sturdy cardboard outer and the precisely cut foam inner make it clear that this is a luxury item. The way it’s all presented would make it an amazing gift, I know I enjoyed unwrapping it. The Hugo itself if excellently formed. It’s so smooth, the silky silicone is perfectly finished with no seams at all. The SenseMotion remote it comes with is just as well made – it comes with its own opening tool to change the batteries so you don’t damage the shiny finish of the metallic plastic upper. I thought that was a nicely thought out little touch. The rest of the remote is covered in the same high quality silicone as the Hugo itself. Charging the Hugo was easy and it took no time to work out how to sync it with the remote. I was using the Lovehoney Delight lube with this toy and getting it in was easy. You can tell a lot of time has been spent working on the best shape of this massager. It fit so snugly with the inner tip positioned right against my prostate and the external motor firmly pressed against my perineum. On switching on the remote, the Hugo buzzed into life. The first couple of modes make use of the SenseMotion. In mode 1, a gentle tilting of the remote ramps up the intensity of the vibrations. It’s really surprising quite how strong the vibrations this toy kicks out are, I kept thinking I’d got it going as high as it would go and it still gave more. In mode two, the intensity is controlled by rhythmically shaking the remote at different speeds. These are both really fun to play around with on your own but I found that they were ideal when playing with my OH. She took control of the remote and had great fun teasing me with gentle tilts of the remote until I was begging her to ramp up the intensity. The pre-set modes are spot on with different rhythmic pulses that really do the job. Hugo may have been in my hands, but his firm yet silken silicone was caressing my palms expertly. We love all the options, but probably the easiest is the tilty/angle one. We have found that the Hugo responds not quite instantly, but as quick as your TV would change channel at the press of a button. To our delight, the relationship between Hugo and the remote is solid, strong and dependable. No amount of body, wall or material seems to stop them from communicating with each other. The perinium massager definitely adds to the experience, but it's only the icing on top, this is all about the internal vibrations. Now, I really must warn you, Hugo is great fun, Hugo and remote is off the scale fun. So, I'm wondering around home, just doing some chores, lets say loading the washing machine, but I am accompanied by Hugo, he's just still not doing anything, suddenly, my OH decides to turn him and ramp up the power. So, to aid you in your decision, ensuring that it was thoroughly cleansed between each use, we have also tried it as a G spot toy. Many of the benefits I have already covered; power, quietness, lovely soft feel, remote control. So I'll cut to the chase and just say that, for my power-hungry OH, it just wasn't quite the job. It looked like it fit her perfectly, with the external motor just sitting on her clit, and the internal arm inside, the powerful motors soon got her most of the way to orgasm, but that's mainly thanks to the effect on the clit. The internal part is just a half inch too short to hit her g-spot, even with an added bit of pressure from myself it wasn't quite enough. So, Hugo and me, best buds, Hugo and remote are OHs best buds, for a male toy it is ideal, for a female it's a little short. This perhaps leads me to advise if you know your P-spot is reasonably far inside, it's probably not long enough for you. All things being equal though, this is the best prostate toy I've used. Lelo Hugo
This thing is amazing. The feel of it is very smooth silicone, and the size is pretty manageable. I didn't need any warm up, just lots of lube and take some time. The vibrations with the remote range from subtle but very nice up to extremely powerful almost numbing after a time. The patterns are great for when you start to get desensitized, and I was a big fan of the wave pattern. The dual motors is a whole other level of good. It felt a little awkward to sit with it, like too much pressure on the perenium for me, but maybe that'll just take some getting used to. Using it while laying on your back gets some of those vibrations through to the underside of the balls, and that was pretty great too. It was super easy to get going, just pop the batteries in the remote, insert the toy and hit the buttons to get started. The remote is easy to use, with up and down intensity buttons as well as a centre pattern change button, that double as switching between the sensemotion options. Its great to have a remote so you're not fumbling between your legs trying to hit a button to change things, instead you can concentrate on the amazing sensations. Being a waterproof toy (as long as you ensure the cap for the charger port is on properly) makes the clean up super simple, while also opening up some other options for use. Only thing I can think of as a negative is that the gentle taper makes it feel like it is going to slip out, though that hasn't happened yet because I've been worried about it.
One amazing toy for all
The Lelo Hugo isn't my first prostate massager, but it certainly is a big step up compared to the other one I have. The box the toy comes in is very nice with a clear window, and has space for the toy and remote which is great, because even though there Is a nice pouch included I always like to store my toys back in the box so that they stay clean and with the Hugo you can do it easily. In the box you get the toy, remote, pouch, USB cable, key thing for removing battery cover from the remote, and finally a manual. The Hugo is made of smooth silicone and in the hand it feels really rather nice. On the outside of the massager you find one button to turn the toy on/off, and to switch between the various modes it has to offer along with the cover for the USB port. The vocer for this means it's waterproof. Within the toy you will get 2 vibration motors, one on the tip for standard prostate stimulation and another which handles perineum stimulation. The remote included with the toy features some of the nice smooth silicone material and 3 buttons for remote play (mode switching and vibration strength increase/decrease). Also a feature is Sense Motion which I'll go into detail further on in the review. I first read the manual to get an idea of how the remote + massager worked together but TBH it's fairly straight forward and easy to use. The remote and massager are turned on and they instantly work together without fuss. When it came to using the toy for the first time I lubed myself and it up well before slipping it in me which was easy enough. The toy isn't small but neither is it big so would definitely agree that it can be used by all levels (I'm intermediate). Having got the Hugo in me I was greeted with the first of 2 Sense Motion modes. The first mode increases and decreases the vibration strength based on the angle of the remote where as the second mode increases and decrease the vibration strength bases on how fast you move the remote. These are nice bonuses but I really feel like these are suited for couples rather than solo play. Pressing the middle button on the remote cycles through the 6 modes and the plus/minus buttons increase and decrease strength respectively. The incrementation of these strength levels is great so if you want powerful, low or anything in between then you can get it. On the lowest strength the vibration is tame but a good starting point to which you can build up as you go through your session of fun to the intense powerful high strength setting but for me was powerful enough but didn't go ott. The Hugo can be used on it's own but sadly you are limited to one strength level (High) on all the modes, although if that's what your after then great but for me I wanted to have control over things so I had to use the remote not that it's a bad thing. My first use of the Hugo wasn't great because I was soo excited that I jumped in to using it when I wasn't quite in the mood. On my second attempt I took a hot shower, relaxed on the bed drying and after some pre-Hugo fun I got down to using the toy. I put the toy into constant vibration mode and switched to a medium strength vibration and lay back letting it vibrate away which felt amazing. I writhed and wriggled about making the toy touch me in various areas along with ensuring I had great perineum stimulation. Eventually I couldn't take no more and had to sit up whilst I had one of the best climaxes ever. Further uses of the toy have been just as amazing as my second attempt and I've now found out which combination of patterns, speeds and positioning work best for me to get the most out of this toy. This has now become my go to anal toy and is definitely my number one, taking that honour away from my lovely glass butt plug.
Powerful, Versatile and Great for Solo/Couple Play
I have been fortunate enough to experience all three of the new LELO prostate toys and HUGO is definitely my favourite by far. First Impressions Packaged in a gorgeous presentation box with a clear window, allowing you to see inside, the HUGO truly does look and feel every bit the luxury toy it is. Coated in gorgeous, silky smooth silicone, it's an absolute delight to hold. There are 2 motors, one in the tip for direct prostate stimulation, and an external motor to tease and tickle the perineum. The motors are powerful, providing deep and rumbly vibrations - just the way I like them. There is a remote control for hands free play and features innovative 'SenseMotion' technology (more on that later). In Use LELO says that this is ideal for anyone of any experience level - so I tested that theory by using it from a 'cold start'. With a good coating of lube, I slipped the HUGO inside. I met a little resistance, but with a few deeps breaths, it soon popped inside with minimal fuss and was sat flush against the body. Despite not being the largest toy, it still provided a nice full feeling. Turning on the remote and the HUGO puts it into the first SenseMotion mode. I decided to by pass these and just experience the vibrations - so pressing the middle remote button a further 2 times puts it into pattern mode. Each subsequent press changes the pattern, whilst the plus and minus buttons change the intensity. There are 6 patterns with 10 levels of intensity. On it's lowest speed on the first constant pattern, it provides a nice gentle sensation to get things started. As you move it up to the fastest speed, the sensation is intensified and after an hour of just playing around with the settings and speeds, I was on the cusp of a very satisfying orgasm. You can use the HUGO without the remote, but you can only experience the 6 patterns on one speed - and that's the fastest. If you crave power straight away, then fine - but if you like the slow build up - best stick to the remote. The SenseMotion mode adds a new level of fun. Using it on the first mode, as you tilt the remote, this increases the speed. When it's turned 90 degrees, it's at full power. This means you can twirl the remote around and get some interesting pulsing and wave sensations. The second SenseMotion setting is a 'shake' mode. The faster and more vigorous you shake the remote, the more intense the speed is. Try sticking the remote to your hand with an elastic bad during a solo masturbation setting... I won't spoil it, but it's definitely worth trying! I got the MR to try out the HUGO and as he lay there, I utilised the SenseMotion to have him writhing and wriggling all over the bed.
