i've tried 4 glass dildos and this is by far the best one! perfect girth, perfect length. i prefer deep penetration, at least 8 inches but most dildos of that length are too wide for my taste. i wouldn't say this one is slim but you don't have to prep mush beforehand. i love using the realistic end of this to grind up against my cervix, while feeling the spirals internally near my entrance. 10/10.

Quality feel and not too big
My partner already has an NJOY Pure Wand and a Gläs Wand. This is not as big as the big NJOY ball, but it’s also thicker in the middle. The corona on the penis end gives a nice bump going in and hitting the G-Spot. The smaller, textured end adds a different sensation and is a nice size and shape for anal.
Good single side
This is a nice single sided dildo. The twisted side just does not have a good feel when inserted. The head on the other side works great in the pussy. I'm a beginner when its comes to Dildos and honestly, this is a big for me. It was very difficult to insert into. I think I would have ordered the smaller circumference one, probably Icicles No 8 Wavy Glass Dildo. Although big for virgins and beginners, it is a great quality dildo. First Impressions: Like all the others in the icicles range, you are presented with a tastefully designed keepsake box, which has a magnetic flap on the front. As you lift it up to have a peek at what it’s hiding, you’ll see the No. 57 behind it’s little window, nestled in a bed of white foam. Once you’ve taken this gorgeous piece of glass out of it’s packaging, your are presented with a solid dildo that is 9.5 inches of insertable length (240mm) and has a circumference of 4.5 inches (114mm) at it’s widest point at the tip, 3.5 inches (89mm) along the shaft and 4 inches (101mm) at it’s widest point on the twisted end. The ‘realistic’ end features a somewhat realistic ‘glans’ and has pronounced ridges. The ‘Twisted’ end is an orgasmic spiral of glass that aims to tease as you slide it in an out. So how does this dildo feel in use? Well, in short – pretty damn good! The ‘realistic’ end is really easy to insert, and the pronounced ridges around the ‘glans’ feel really nice and as it’s glass, the weight of the dildo leaves you feeling really nice and full, and this is enhanced as you thrust with it. The curve meant that as I thrusted, it was hitting all the right spots and it had me trembling at the knees in no time. The twisted end was no doubt, my favourite. The spiral adds a nice kick as you insert, but I actually found (in an really odd way) that twisting the dildo around sent me into a frenzy. I’m not quite sure why, but it just felt really good! It was at this point I wished that the spiral texture actually went further up the shaft. This is where I prefer the No. 55 – as this is textured through the WHOLE dildo. Whilst this dildo doesn’t feel unpleasant – the lack of texture in the middle does just feel a little bit boring. But it’s length and weight kind of makes me think it’s not so much of an issue, as it does leave me feeling full and it’s got enough length to really thrust without fear of going to far and losing it! Clean-up and Maintenance: Glass is totally non-porous, you can use ANY lube with it, and you can clean it anyway you like – soap and water in the sink? Check! Toy cleaner and a soft cloth? Check! In the Dishwasher? Check! (Yes, you really can clean these in the dishwasher – just perhaps don’t wash them along with your crockery?). These can be comfortably stored in just a little storage bag – but for added piece of mind, you can always keep the foam padding – but I have a few of these floating around a box in just storage bags for a while now, and nothing has chipped/cracked/smashed – so I think you’ll be fine! Summary: So yeah, I really love glass dildo’s. Based on the ones that I have, I think this one sits somewhere in the middle. It’s got a great length but the texture is a bit boring after a while. The other double-ended dildo I have is far more exciting – the texture and curves are much more pronounced. However, I do know there are a fair few people out there who aren’t really big on ‘texture’ so I think this would be a decent compromise. My one minor complaint, is that it’s not quite the colour they make it look on the box. Don’t get me wrong, against a white background, there is a more pronounced ‘pink colour’ but it doesn’t look anywhere as deep as vibrant as the packaging makes it looks. Is that really a problem? Well I guess not, I think the subtle pink works well enough – but some people may be a bit… ‘funny’… about that – so it’s at least worth a mention.
Oh Em Gee
So this lovely discreet package was left behind my plant pot by my the wonderful postman and I couldn't wait to open it! The box is absolutely stunning for a start and the glass dildo really looks beautiful on its own. It's a stunning pale pink and was heavier than I actually expected. This was my first ever glass dildo and was quite unsure whether I actually wanted to go for this one after reading the reviews. (Even though there's only 2.) But wow, I made the best decision of my life! After trying this product out, it has gave me the most intense and mind-blowing orgasms of my life! The curve is perfect to hit your g-spot and I love how there's two different ends. I always use the realistic side just to start things off then use the swirly end to finish things off. I found this toy a perfect size for me and if it was any bigger it would start to hurt me. Others may seek bigger however. Looks pretty, but doesn't do much for me
Lovehoney sent this to me for free due to having a bad experience with another toy. This toy does not really do very much for me I'm afraid. It looks very nice and it a high quality product but I feel like it's too thin and just doesn't excite me. I was hoping the swirly end would give me a new sensation but I couldn't really feel the difference. I doubt I'll use this very much, which is disappointing because I was hoping I would love it
A work of pleasure
As per usual it arrived very quickly in the discrete, plain brown box typical of all Lovehoney orders. The product packaging is equally tasteful with a thick foam padding insert holding the product snugly in place. Unfortunately this product does not come with one of the black velvet bags some other glass toys come in but as this isn't a problem with the actual product and storage bags aren't difficult to come by (available on here in black or purple) I wasn't too disappointed. After all glass toys don’t pick up dust and fluff unlike other materials and re super easy to clean. If you haven’t tried one already I highly recommend you do. The Icicles 57 is a little longer than the other glass dildo I own as this is a double ended one but is not at all intimidating. it is a suitable girth for both vaginal and intermediate anal use. The pink is not usually something I would like but I think for the realistic design it works well. The realistic end is beautifully crafted and very accurate. Whilst both ends feel great, due to the smoothness of the glass eliminating any friction (especially when a drop of lube is added) my favourite has to be the slightly slimmer twisted end. I was a little worried the ridges would be too harsh and uncomfortable, like I have found with other designs, but they are just right. The curve makes it easy to hold and with the twisted end inserted it could possibly be used as a strap on/ be shared. As with all glass toys, cleaning is really easy, spay with sex toy cleaner or rinse in warm water and wipe clean. If cleaned properly it can be shared as glass is non pours. I get the feeling this toy will be a favourite.
