Great Starter Butt Kit!
After a bad experience with anal a decade ago, my wife has recently been wanting me to touch her butt, so I wanted to try a variety of beginner anal toys with her to see if there was something she would like. We got our little butt kit in the mail and tried everything out right away. She didn’t like the douche. She used lube on the tip of the nozzle and did two rinses, but felt like the tip was scratching her inside. It seems like a quality douche though, the stem attached to the bulb and didn’t leak when using, it’s just that the stem/nozzle are hard plastic. I‘ll probably need to get a new douche with a softer or rounded or silicone tip.
The anal beads are great! I think the beads being oval instead of circular made it easier for her too. The final bead was almost too much for her, but we eased it in after some light thrusting of the medium beads. The silicone really is smooth and soft. The length of the beads was a bit intimidating for her, but it was very soft and flexible, and she took them all in. I like that the loop end make it easy for me to control them. The smaller plug was easy to get in after the beads, and it’s super cute with just the loop grip sticking out. I want to get a jewel plug for her next! The vibrating plug was quite a bit wider, so it took some time to get her used to it. She liked the vibration strength. From the tip to the widest point was perfect length to slowly pull out while she was gripping it and climaxing.
I had a lot of fun being in control of the toys behind her. Since then we’ve used the static plug during vaginal sex, and she liked the feel of squeezing on it. A few things: Make sure you have 1-AAA battery if you order since the battery is not included. Definitely make sure to use lube and have toy cleaner for afterwards. And while the individual items when purchased separately come with a little drawstring bag, this kit doesn’t include any pouches or storage, so they can attract dust/lint when stored. I recommend this kit to anyone thinking about experiencing for the first time with anal toys.

Anal play is not entirely new to me although toys for anal play is. I bought this set after flirting with the idea for quite a while & thought it was a good general play kit for relative newbies plus I've never really engaged in much anal play with my husband so wanted something tried & tested. We haven't used it together yet as I wanted to familiarise myself with it first and I'm glad I did.
The anal douche is easy to use and gentle to insert and does a reasonable job.
The butt plug creates an extreme feeling of fullness and stayed in place perfectly. It was a little awkward even with lots of lube at first but once inserted, the sensation was quite satisfying. It is quite large in diameter & length so a word of warning to other newbies out there...
The anal beads are by far my favourite! Wonderful starter set
My wife and I wanted to try something a bit different and explore anal play so thought we’d give this set a go. Overall we both loved it. We didn’t use the anal beads but these are our thoughts on the rest of the set.
Douche. This was a first for both of us and it was easy to use and gave us the confidence that we were clean. This really helped us to relax and enjoy the experience.
Small butt plug. A nice small size for a first butt plug. My wife enjoyed the unfamiliar but gentle stretching feeling. I went straight to the bigger vibrating one and OMG when the on button was pressed I almost jumped to the ceiling!
Vibrating butt plug. This was our joint favourite. The vibrations are strong and it really does feel amazing when it is switched on.
We skipped the anal beads and just use the butt plugs so can’t comment on how they feel to use.

A great starter kit for anal play

This is a great kit for beginners. Bought this for both my husband and I to use as an introduction to anal play and we weren't disappointed! Good beginner's anal kit
I received this Pleasure Overload Take it Slow Anal Kit from Lovehoney in exchange for a review. I was especially excited to try this as I imagined that the "take it slow" implied smaller and/or easier toys. The kit comes in a lovely dark grey box and contains an anal douche, a small buttplug, a bigger vibrating buttplug and anal beads. I have to say, I was disappointed with the lack of batteries and storage bag. I imagine that this will be a pricey kit and would have liked to see this reflected in the box. In relation to the actual kit, all of the toys are covered in dark grey, almost black, smooth silicone. The small, round-shaped buttplug the perfect size for beginners with a stretchy finger loop. It's a bit slimmer and longer than most beginner's plugs but I prefer this much more than a shorter but wider plug. The bigger vibrating plug is wider, pointy and sharper in shape and has what looks like a wide bullet attached to its bottom. The bullet part of the plug isn't removable and is the only part of the toy that's made out of plastic. This plug was surprisingly powerful but I am not a fan of toys with only one button for both patterns and speeds. I would have also preferred this to be rechargeable as requires 1 AAA battery. The anal beads are the longest I've seen with a large finger loop. As with other anal beads, they start really small, with the last bead about an inch long. This really is a lovely toy and great for anyone who isn't ready for a plug yet. The ball bit of the douche appears to have been made from strong but soft silicone but the plastic tip was quite difficult to remove in order to clean. It managed to hold a lot of water and "douches" with some strength. This is probably my least favourite in the kit as I'm not one for douches generally but imagine that those who are, would like this one. While separately, the toys are great, as a kit I felt it was missing something. I imagine it would feel more like a complete kit if it had come with accessories such as batteries and storage bags. That being said, it's a great starting kit for beginners, those wanting all the basic butt toys in one kit or those that enjoy matching toys.
