Incredible weight
I've previously used this type of toy but they were silicone and far lighter. I liked them but couldn't feel them moving when I walked around so went on the hunt for something more substantial and came across these.
They're super easy to insert with just a tiny bit of lube and the sensation of them 'popping' in was incredible. I loved to use them ice cold!
Once in, they're they warm up and give the most delightful sensation whilst moving around. It's not very intense but you're definitely aware they're there! I absolutely loved the heavy sensation! They also give an amazing feeling if you sit or lay and do kegel exercises with them in, because they're so heavy you can feel them moving inside.

The Perfect Weight
I received my shipment 2 days earlier than expected, which was great! I could not wait to get the 50 shades 7. 8 ounce pleasure balls because my other ones were way too light. Based on the reviews of the heaviest ones, I knew these were the ones I needed, and they are the perfect weight. I have been using them, and they are not as heavy as other reviews made them seem. I do have to "hold" them in, but if I relax, they do not come flying out. I understand what other reviewers said about the metal at the end of the pull string, but I adjust it so it is comfortable. I will definitely be wearing these while I am out and about. These are my favorite so far and are the perfect weight for me.

Heavy balls
I've had other kegel balls but wanted to try something heavier and different material. The quality metal balls and silicone cord make cleaning super easy. These are heavy! I saw these first in 50 shades of grey and was fascinated by the concept. I actually bought them for a non sexual reason- hoped to tone my aging pelvic floor.
The weight is good- but there's no pleasure to be had from them as you walk around that I could claim.

I've had three kids and I do a lot of fitness stuff, so my pelvic floor muscles have had some abuse but are reasonably strong. I got these primarily as a tool to continue to train my pelvic floor. I don't want to be a mum who's scared of going on a trampoline or even sneezing because of the risks of leaks!! I had a set of kegel balls that were 70g and they just weren't a challenge to keep in, so it was time to up my game.
These guys, they are a different story. Being quite a small diameter and being metal and smooth, keeping them in is more of a challenge for sure. The longer I keep them in the wetter I get too, so the challenge increases. It's not so much using the lower part of your pelvic floor to hold them, I find I'm using muscles really quite far up, deep inside me, which one day with a partner is gonna feel amazing for both of us.....
I definitely get excited with these in, after about 30-40 minutes I'm well ready for a play. Being single I've not used them with a partner yet but I've certainly have had fun using them with my rabbit. Putting them in straight from the fridge or back in after a rinse under the cold tap is also a delicious feeling.

Very easy to insert. I purchased these to strengthen my muscles. I'd mostly like to strengthen my bladder as I wee too often. If they increase the intensity of an orgasm well that'll b an added bonus. I couldn't walk around in them for long before one wanted to fall out so they'll make me work. Ben Wa Balls
I was so intrigued reading the reviews on these and really wanted to try as they are some of the heaviest I have seen. Loves using these I like the cold feeling and the weight provides a great challenge! I find the usual duo/Ben wa balls easy to keep in so I think that I have to concentrate on these ones. Definitely not beginner balls but fantastic all the same.
Look and feel great
So I bought these for my partner as she can comfortably hold the 78g balls and gets now feeling from them any more. She loves the look and feel of this set however she struggles with the weight of these so us to limit her self to short bursts throughout the day. This can only be a good thing as she is really getting a workout out from these and strengthening her pelvic floor muscles.
Fantastic for my kegel exercises
I really needed to get some kegel balls as even though I do kegel exercises I did not yet own any balls to help the exercises to be more effective.
I was initially a little worried that with the weight of these balls they may be slightly too large for me. But I did find them to be the perfect size for me.
I did not notice that they made me feel more in the mood or horny and they did slip out one or two times so it is not something I'd feel comfortable wearing in public.
I like that it comes with a silicone tail which is helpful in removing the balls. The large 50 shades of grey tag is removable.
I did not find that these balls hit or stimulated my g-spot even with the exercises and I did try various positions.
Something that I really did not like is that cleaning the balls was a really tedious task. I usually like to just spray with my love honey toy cleaner and give my toys a good scrub with water and it's squeaky clean again. But with this one, lube get's stuck around the silicone string which is attached to the balls. So you have to use your nails to make sure that there is no lube stuck within those crevasses. The last thing I want is bacteria getting stuck in small areas, especially for something that I am using internally.
For me, as a sex toy this is a miss. But as for my intended use as an exerciser it's fantastic. The weight is perfect for me and challenging enough to help strengthen the area.

I bough these to strengten my pelvic floor muscles, and these are effective, these are heaviest balls I have found! Its good that there are string too - when you pull it, its easy to squeeze even more. I use this to strenghten my pelvic floor with vaginal weight lifting. I put weights from the string, stand up with balls inside, and squeeze strongly to keep balls inside. These are good for that too! That have been the most effective method to strenghten pelvic floor much!
I have not orgasmed with these, but after pelvic floor training my orgasms are SO MUCH stronger!

Let me just say from the offset that for me these feel incredible.
The product itself it quite sleek and I enjoy the feel of the metal. Slightly tricky to clean so do take extra care with this.
I found these small enough to insert without lube but worth trying with for a first go to see how you feel. I immediately felt a full and warming sensation. I’ve tried lighter larger balls which didn’t really have much, if any effect.
So far I do have trouble keeping these in and so I’m trying in regular small bursts and also doing kegels without to build up my strength. I purchased the 50 Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Silver Pleasure balls 221 grams Feb 2022. The shipment was delayed for several days. So the anticipation was great. I have several "silicone pleasure balls" the heaviest one is less than half the Goddess. Got the e-mail that the package had been delivered so put on something warm & drove out to the mail box. My partner has been using this as a punishment for me for several years now so we have gotten to know these balls quite well.
They are brilliant for punishment and only need a pinch of lube to get them in….the only bad thing is…when they become very wet (which is going to happen as I get aroused) they do have a tendency to slide out. Now I have a very tight lady down there and am still in my early 20s and have spoken several ladies who have had similar problems.

Discreet packaging as always. These are significantly heavier than the other kegel balls that I have and I am going to need to practice some more with these as I struggle to keep them in for more than 5 minutes. But they are more of a workout than my other sets.
As they are smaller and made of metal you do get a cold sensation when you first put them in and once wet they do slip out easily so you have to use your pelvic muscles from the first second.

I could not wait to try this out after ordering them. It's the first time I've tried any kind of toys, I was going to wait until the kids were back at school to start working my way through the box of goodies I ordered but just couldn't wait. Fit for purpose
Having brought some lighter kegels that didn't do anything (had them in for hours and with exercise) I thought I would upgrade to these. Admittedly, some effort was required to keep them in but I was able to exercise (cycling and spinning) with them in for a good 30 minutes. They don't require a lot of effort to maintain and I didn't get any sensations from them being inside. However, I'm tempted to try with some toys to see how the orgasm intensity is. I'd prefer something heavier to really give a toning exercise. They are easy to insert and stay perfectly in place. I didn't find the tag a problem, actually, if you place it correctly you can use it to stimulate your clit.
Training in progress
As someone who struggles to orgasm I have tried various things to help. I have other Kegal trainers and pleasure balls but they do nothing for me at all - I don’t even have to work to keep them in. Therefore I decided to go for these as their were metal and substantially heavier than my others. Well the weight of them is quite something when inside! I struggle to keep them in so I can safely say that they will make me do my exercises. I don’t get much pleasure from them at the moment as it’s too much like hard work but I can already feel the benefit. The big fifty shade tag needs to be removed as it’s quite uncomfortable, but that’s easy to do.

Take the tag off so that doesn’t get uncomfortable in your undies and then slide them in with or without lube.Im not brave enough to wear these outside of the house just yet for fear of them slipping out after my muscles get fatigued but they’re great for at home and I’m increasing my time gradually.These are nice and comfortable and easy to slide in with a good weight behind them. Great Kegel weight for pelvic floor strengthening
I bought these because they are the heaviest I could find.I have been doing kegel exercises for a few months and had purchased a silicone trio set of 3 balls at different weights to give a bit more resistance.They weren’t heavy enough and even when I was inserting all 3 at once the total weight was just over 100 grams. I could hold them in easily for a great length of time but I didn’t enjoy having 3 balls stuffed inside and wanted heavier, hence my purchase of these 221 gram balls.These are great, they look nice, feel nice to touch and insert easily. They are a decent weight and a great pelvic floor trainer.Once I insert them I can leave them in comfortably for approximately half an hour at the moment and then they will start to slip out when my muscles get fatigued. I hope to increase my time eventually but I don’t think I’ll be leaving them in all day and I use them every second day.While I want to strengthen my pelvic floor I also don’t want to cause problems with constant pelvic floor tension which can be painful and a difficult and lengthy process to treat and reverse.These are comfortable and insert easily but I don’t feel any internal stimulation as is marketed unfortunately....well not yet anyway...fingers crossed.I don’t understand people who have commented about the silver tag that is attached and how it is painful when left sitting in their underwear for a while. They went right in without a problem. I suggest use lots of lube, especially your first time. I used them do things around the house, or go out with them in me.They feel very good inside, and I started to feel a sensation through my whole body. I started feel moist and hot. Now so wet
These are amazing! Have never used anything like this before but have a good pelvic floor, which you definitely need as these are heavy. Slid in easily managed to keep them in for about 20 Minutes before they slid out as I was so wet so I think I need more practice! Great weight
I’ve tried the lighter weights but quickly decided I needed something with a little more. These weights are great and make me work to hold on to them. When I read other reviews a few stated about feeling them jingle inside, unfortunately I don’t and they don’t bring me any pleasure. However I have already noticed my pelvic floor is stronger.
The Name Says it All
Got these for my lady so it is written from a man's perspective. These are the perfect balance between size and weight to give you the perfect workout. If you haven't done kegels before or are not that toned down there then you might want to start a little larger and definitely lighter. These are quite weighty, but also the perfect size to give you a terrific workout and make you ohhhh so toned. Thought my girl was toned until she tried these. All I can say is WOW 😍. Awesome but painful ring handle
They are pretty heavy. It’s great to feel them inside. Cleaning this toy however is terrible. Have to clean very carefully around each ball where the rubber is. My biggest complaint is the ring handle is very uncomfortable! If I want to wear this for long periods of time I have to either stick it out of my panties or the ring will just hurt my lady bits!
Second Kegel balls

A must for any couple
I've had these for quite some time now so I think that I can give them a fair review. I have quite a few sets of balls and for pleasure these are by far the best.These are definitely not for beginners as they are solid smooth balls so I would recommend a lighter set if you have never tried before. Keep these dry, or they will rust
even if you go thru the PITA process to get the rope out of the balls to get them properly clean, they are chrome plated, not stainless steel, so, if any moisture remains, and gets trapped, they will rust internally, as mine did. They have a nice chrome plating, and a nice weight, just wish they were made of a more body friendly material, and not carbon steel. buyer beware, you better make sure you keep these dry, and probably stored in a bag with desiccant beads if you live in a humid or moisture prone area. Perfection
Was so looking forward to this parcel from LH, tracked it every step of the way. Was also nervous about the weight of these gorgeous balls, after having three vaginal births! Not for the faint-hearted
I have used other varieties of balls before but these are something else. You need to work up to them, they are heavy little buggers and it will come as no surprise that there was some “operator error” when using these for the first couple times. Ladies these weigh 221g - yes 221g! Slightly disappointing
I’m a bit sad reading all these amazing reviews, because for some reason I just cannot get any pleasure out of these things. They either sit deep inside me where I can’t feel them at all, or they start to slide out (which is really uncomfortable - sort of like when your tampon becomes displaced, except your tampon is suddenly a kettlebell) and I have to go rushing off to the bathroom to adjust them. I have to assume I’m doing something wrong because they are a very high-quality product - heavy and sturdy and beautifully packaged. Not for Beginners

Heavy balls
I brought these balls after purchasing some lighter ones which I found to light for me. My pelvic floor muscles are very weak, after having 3 kids plus numerous surgeries down below. I bought these lovely balls a coupe of weeks ago.They come packaged in a nice silky bag and box for storage. The size is just as I expected. I used to have bigger and lighter ball so these are just a good upgrade. Easy to clean and discrete. At first you really need to make effort to keep them in so it keeps you exercising so that's good. It is a bit weird if you don't wear underwear as the end is heavy as well so I would recommend wearing your panties when you use them.

I don’t understand level balls. Maybe that’s why I’m leaving a bad review. I just find these are heavy, sure. But too big so it’s just no effort whatsoever to keep them in. Also that huge metal ring loop is super uncomfortable to have in your underwear.

Very heavy but I love them
These kegel balls are for the advanced user. I haven’t been doing my kegels regularly so when I put them in this morning they wouldn’t stay inside me due to the weight. That’s one con. But if you’re serious about building up that pelvic floor strength I suggest using them laying down for kegels before trying to walk around with them. I just started using them again and I do 15seconds of tightening/tensing and then 15 seconds of rest repeatedly for 10 minutes a day.

I would actually like something even heavier now but the perfectly smooth cold metal and heavy weight are a massive turn on and do give you a workout! So these balls are heavy!! And small. They fell right out and hit myankles. Now my ankles are bruised...ouch! Other than the size, thetexture felt nice. But the size was an issue. This product perhaps is not for new users due to their small size and heavyweight, however, for those who can use them, they are great! This was the first fifty shades product that I have bought so I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging that these come in. They come in a beautiful storage box and with a nice little grey drawstring pouch for you to keep them in, a lovely touch! This would also make them a beautiful gift for a lucky someone. The product itself is definitely weighty and I would not recommend for a newbie as you may struggle to be able to hold these. Fifty shades of worth it
These are beautiful. These are delivered in a beautiful box with a soft fabric bag to put them in. The balls themselves are metal . This means they can get very cold which makes them feel absolutely amazing when your inserting them. I was concerned that they would be really heavy but they actually very nice. My only quibble is that they are marketed as 50 shades. I love the franchise but feel it makes them look a little tacky.
Heavy duty
I bought the Basics LH jiggle balls and found them a bit too easy to keep up, didn't have to do any squeezing at all. I love the feel of my jiggle balls but these are a different story and a different sensation altogether. They are heavy, I took them out of their case and was like "have I made a mistake here?" but I managed to keep them up fine once inserted. They take a while to warm up whilst inside you, are very well made and smooth to insert, did use a dot of lubricant as directed but you might not even need to. The feeling when you laugh or move about is incredibly pleasurable, I often catch myself blushing when I have these in. You do have to develop a new way of sitting down and getting back up again without letting them slip, but it is all part of a good kegel workout. Can wear these all day whilst sat doing revision, or popping out to the shops/ doing housework. Definitely makes all of the above a lot more bearable! Then by the time they come out I am incredibly turned on and ready for more. Takes some getting used to

Bought these for my wife at her request and we are both very impressed! Everything about this product is sexy. The beautiful packaging, the small box and the fabric case are all of very high quality. The balls themselves are a good weight and whilst I was a little concerned that the silicone string might snap; it shows no sign of doing so. My wife is very strong down there even after 3 kids, so once in she found they didn’t move at all even when out for a walk and so provide no real pleasure. However she thinks they are great for toning pelvic floor muscles and we are definitely going to try them out as a play toy!
Weird but good
I was really nervous about this, but brought them! It feels really weird when they're first in, and for about 15 minutes I was confused as to why I wasn't feeling anything. And then my friend made me laugh and it all started from there! Highly recommend driving over speed bumps in these! I can wear them for about 3 hours, they're fantastic to masturbate with them in or as soon as they're out! Never been so turned on in my life! Finally, a challenging set of balls
I have a few PV weights and this was my first set of balls. They ARE heavy and even though I can wear my 110g weights all day with no problem, I did find these escaped when I coughed and don't even TRY walking the dog with them and no knickers! I don't like the tag, it's irritatingly placed and may be removed pretty soon. Though other half likes the 'oversized ring pull' and thinks it's funny. So why buy these: if you have been using weights for a while and find they are not a challenge these will definitely be a challenge. If you have slight bladder weakness these will help. Sexy silver pleasers
I've never tried pleasure balls before but went for these as they sounded perfect. They are quite heavy and perhaps not suitable for everyone but I wanted a challenge and found them easy to insert and once you get used to this heavy they feel, they are amazing, with added bonus of giving your pelvic floor muscles a good workout. A weight on my mind
As usual the parcel was delivered quickly and discreetly. They come in a nice presentation box although no little pouch that other people have received but this is not a problem as the box is nice. They are a really nice weight to them and i wondered if I would be able to manage to hold them in. As they are small and so smooth they popped straight in with no lube. Product Review: As with all products the balls were delivered in a discreet and plain package which no one would recognise, Me and my partner knew exactly what this was and we ran to the kitchen to open the box up. We have received quite a lot of the "Fifty shades" collection and we have found the quality of the products to be excellent each time and this was another excellent item. Gorgeous but heavy
I brought these balls to improve my pelvic floor. Although previous reviews have said that they are for experienced users I thought I would be able to manage them. Wrong! I had this balls in for about a minute before they fell out even with all my concentration. I totally agree with the other reviews that you need to start small and work up to these. On the plus side, they are gorgeous little things and I am looking forward to the day when I can get these back out their box.
Drives her crazy
We were cautious to try these as didn't believe the hype & how much pleasure they could bring. Well, How wrong we were! These are certainly not for the faint hearted-a serious step up from a lighter kegel exercise. First off, lets talk packaging-classy and non intimidating, it's easy to see why the Fifty shades of Grey line has been a complete winner globally. I very much like the sturdy box these guys come in for storage, and that you get a little satin bag to keep them in, included as part of the set. The Silver pleasure balls, being metal are quite heavy, and are attached by a heavy duty silicone cord along with what almost looks like a silver bottle opener at the end to make removal easy to do. I'm going to be honest, this thing made the product a little bit irritating, but there was no doubt in my mind as to how to get them out. Application.. Well! One could be forgiven for going about their usual daily practices and forgetting to clench-because these will fall out otherwise!! You absolutely must focus and not forget. It's intense and tiring if you're not used to it, but gets easier over time. This tool is excellent at getting the internal juices flowing to prepare you for intimacy-and certainly does the trick! Heavy balls but fun
Truthfully i bit off moe than I could chew with these lol. I liked the fact they were metal, which would mean cold & heavy, but having hardly ever (and i mean hardly) used other balls I most definiltey dived head first into advanced mode!! That said, honeslty you can still have lots of fun with them, i'm not brave enough to wander outside becasue I just know they would fall out in the middle of the supermarket or something, but I / we have had plenty of fun at home. Love these balls
These arrived this morning. I'm a regular user of the Lelo Luna beads (which I love because of the 'jingle' effect) so my muscle strength is reasonable and I had no trouble keeping these (much) heavier balls in. I have a new, favourite game with these FSOG balls - whilst squatting tug on the silver ring whilst trying to keep the balls inside - only pull so that the ball just makes an appearance before pulling back up. I'm very happy with my purchase of the Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Silver Pleasure Balls. They're the heaviest kegel balls I could find. I don't know if transgender women can use kegel balls, but this review is from a cisgender woman for cisgender women (or partners of cisgender women). I don't have enough experience with/knowledge of MtF anatomy post-surgery to give any kind of review for this item that might pertain to you. Sorry. * I'd like to say that the "Did it Work for Him:" rating should really be N/A as I did not have a partner to try this with. I think that it should be "Did it Work for Your Partner:" and then select the appropriate gender, but that's just my opinion. Description: The Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Silver Pleasure Balls product is a 7.8 oz (221 g) kegel ball set of two chrome-plated balls (with a carbon steel core) on a thick, silicone "string" with a metal ring at the end for easy removal. These are not jiggle balls, meaning that there isn't a loose weight inside either ball. There's nothing bouncing around for you to feel with every movement you make. The balls themselves are the heavy weight. Function: This product is supposed to help with strengthening your pelvic floor (PC) muscles. A step up in pleasure balls
After owning a smaller, lighter set of pleasure balls for a while, I decided I was due an upgrade! They are very well presented and would make a great gift for a lucky lady. On using, I found these difficult to keep in - gravity takes hold much easier due to the notable weight of the balls so be sure to test in a safe enviroment before heading out in a skirt and crotchless panties. These balls are a challenge and even as a previous user of other balls, some may find that they need to preserve and train your pelvic floor muscles before these can be confidently worn. The feel of the balls inside is good - the dragging weight reminds me of the 'ache' I get when I'm in the mood so for that purpose, they are great. In summary, I love the look and feel but needed time to train muscle to keep them in place.
Delightful challenge
I wanted to get these pleasure balls for quite some time, but I was a bit afraid they were too heavy. I had used a lighter one before and didn't notice any difference at all and that was too easy. After reading the reviews, I decided to get it and boy I'm so glad I did. The storage box and bag are lovely and the quality is second to none. The balls are very easy to put in and remove and also to clean. I'm a bit of a fitness fanatic and I love the fact that when I'm wearing them I need to squeeze my pc muscles all the time, without even thinking about. After a while, this is quite automatic and I do get pleasure when I do that. Bear in mind I do loads of squats and glutes bridges which makes me do loads of kegels at the same time, but this feeling of sexual pleasure doesn't happen without my inner goddess balls. Having suffered from vaginal dryness in the past, I can say that I no longer have any of those symptoms at all. The use of these balls get me naturally very wet and whenever I use them, I'm ready to go chasing my big O. Amazing
I have tried Ben Wa balls in the past but I have to say these will be my go to from here on out. Right when you take them out of the box you can see how well made they are. They come in a beautiful box with a little velvet bag to keep them in. The next thing you will notice is the weight. Most ben wa balls are half as heavy as these so they don't give you that yummy heavy feeling that these ones do. They go in very simply with a little lube. They don't feel like much laying down.Get up and walk around for awhile and you will see what all the fuss is about. Because of the weight you have to constantly keep your vaginal muscles flexed. This creates a awesome rubbing friction. Gets you all worked up and ready to go. And the string attached makes it so simple to remove them when you are done. If you have never tried something like this before give these babies a go.
Okay but not for beginners
Bought this for my GF just for fun to try it off, but tu use this and enjoy you have to heve littlebut of experiece first... the reason why is that sometimes when you not concretrating they like to fall out because they quite heavy so you have to be realy carefull when taking this outside to public places. Heavy, cold, and kinky
Ive never been interested in the fifty shades thing, so I wouldn't have even looked at these, but I received them as a gift from my partner, after our previous pleasure balls weren't quite as good as hoped. Nice balls
I have had these balls a while and not used them as much as I thought I would until I adapted them. I have had children and wanted to work my pelvic muscles, as well as being intrigued when I saw them having read the books. Firstly I was impressed with the look and feel of the balls and the silicone string is excellent and easy to clean. I don't have issue with the tag and it doesn't bother me. As an added bonus they come with their own satin storage bag. Occasionally one of the balls comes out while walking, but this could be due to their weight and gravity coupled with having children. I do enjoy these balls and the warm sensation when they are removed is incredible. For me I found the balls too small to hold in for the weight and I prefer jingle balls. I bought the fifty shades Delicious Pleasure Silicone Ben Wa Balls after these and I actually remove the individual balls from their silicone case and put this product inside the silicone casing. This allows me to hold them in better while still feeling the weight, the downside to this is you don't get that wow! of warmth of the metal on removal using the silicone. If fifty shades could make this weight product a little larger and make them jingle I would be one of the first to buy. But I am glad I bought them and do enjoy using them they look great feel great when, I can keep them in.
Advanced Kegel balls
I have been training my PC muscles very consistantly for a long time and felt I was ready for something advanced. These kegel balls are the heavies and smalles ones I have found on the market, and they are relatively bodysafe so I purchased them. They come in a pretty box with a nice Silver satin bag for storage. I washed them and inserted them in my vagina one ball at a time with a tiny bit on water based lube. (Water based because the drawstring is silicone). Thje instantly felt heavy and challenging! They felt like the most advanced ones I own right of the bat, even though I own several stainless steel, silicone and crystal kegel excersizers. 221g is no joke for my pc muscles, they really stuggle to hold on, which is amazing! I usually use my kege balls in my vagina when I go for walks but also just during the day when ever where ever. I like to tuck the silicone string upwards between my labia and let the tag rest at my mons mound. The tag feels fine, but at some points I have to reajust the tag so it doesn´t feel uncomfortable, no big deal really. These are so heavy and small (=advanced) the balls often slide out at some point. I just pop the balls back in with clean fingers and return to what I was doing. But I have noticed my kegels getting stronger and the balls gradually staying in for longer periods of time without the need to readjust! Also if you want the workout to be even more challenging, you can tie weights to the tag (a little bag with small stones/rice... anything that has some weight to it). This will be even more challeging and fun to play around with. Clean up is easy, but I like to be precise. There are crevices between the silicone cord and the metal balls, and holes that run through the balls with the silicone cord going throug them. So streaching the coard, boiling the balls and just being careful with clean up is important! All in all, I love these! I woiuld buy them again and have recommended them to friends!
Hefty balls of steel
I've had these kegel balls for some time, having purchased them from Lovehoney in May 2016. It’s taken me until now to review them as I feel like for me, they are the pelvic floor equivalent of lifting a 200lb barbell, when I haven't lifted anything much heavier than my toddler daughter who is only about a 10th of that weight! The kegel balls are packaged in a lovely sturdy black box, embossed with Fifty Shades of Grey on the lid. Included in the box are a leaflet with instructions and a silver satin drawstring bag. The pleasure balls themselves are two carbon steel balls interconnected by a sturdy silicone retrieval cord with a large chrome-plated 'tag' engraved with 'Fifty shades of Grey'. Despite the weight being stated as 221g on Lovehoney's page, my Salter digital balance weighed these balls in at 189g. Nonetheless, they still feel mighty heavy compared with my other kegel balls, though the circumference of these balls seems about the same as the silicone Beyond Aroused balls from the same range. In use, the balls slide in easily with the help of some water-based lubricant (avoid silicone lube to avoid damaging the retrieval cord), and I can hold them in for about 10 minutes at a time. As this milestone is reached, the lower ball starts to drop and slide out of my vagina. Whether this is due to the weight of the balls or the slipperiness when they're coated with lube, I'm not quite sure, though I suspect at the present time they are simply more weight than my nether regions can handle! They are reasonably straightforward to clean with antibacterial cleaner/ soap and warm water, and then I leave them to air dry. The metal tag is pretty big and may get awkward to hold in underwear, though I cannot really comment on this seeing as I've not worn them much longer than the aforementioned 10 minutes at a time. I plan to persevere with these balls to see how long I can hold them in for, but it will only for when I'm around the house, as I do not feel confident that these slippery spheres will not make an unwelcome appearance. Imagine, also the damage these balls could do were they to land on my toes, (or even worse, someone else's) - ouch! No, far safer to stick with the Beyond Aroused silicone balls for kegel exercise whilst out and about!
Very good
I've never used pleasure balls before but I liked the idea of them so I ordered them. They're heavier than I thought they would be but that just adds to the pleasure and I love the cold feeling inside me. Heavy Duty
Having already tried the Lelo Luna Beads and having not trouble holding in the heaviest ones, I wanted an upgrade and a challenge. I decided on these, looking like they were the smallest, smoothest and heaviest. They arrived quickly, in some disappointing packaging. Small black box, attractive enough, nasty cheap plastic molding holding it place, and nasty cheap satin bag with "Fifty Shades of Grey" emblazoned across it to make it nice and obvious. The balls themselves are extremely high quality stainless steal, silicone cords attaching them to each other and the ring. They slip in easily with a little lube, and feel quite comfortable, and heavy, when inside. The ring however, is very awkward and uncomfortable, and can't really be moved to a place where it can be comfortable. Luckily, it's easily removed, and the loop in the end of cord can be used to remove the balls. Not that I've needed this, because they fall out quite quickly. They really are a challenge! I can hold them in longer and longer each time, but as yet I'm not as good with these, so they're exactly what I needed!
The biggest (ben-wa) balls I've tried yet
I have not read 50 Shades nor have I seen the movie, but I've used numerous Ben Wa/Kegel balls before and none of them really seemed to challenge me enough. So I'm glad I decided to go with this product because these are perhaps the heaviest set of kegel balls I've purchased yet! And I'm not exaggerating when I say that. I really can feel their weight whenever I'm walking around, or even when I'm just lying down. Hubby bought me these for Christmas but it took me a while to give them a go. The balls are a good weight and lovely and shiney. Having just had my 3rd child when I got these I was concerned about my ability to hold them in lol. This is probably what held me back from trying them out. They were slightly cold on insertion but went in easily. Within seconds they'd slipped out lol!! But after reinserting and engaging the correct muscles I then spent the rest of the day with these lovely balls in situ. The flat ring makes for easy removal, but I wasn't entirely sure where to put it while the balls where inside. What a challenge
I bought these as I've been hunting around for heavier balls as I needed an upgrade from my 78g. I just got paid and I loved the idea of these so I got them (and some other treats from this range ;)) The packaging is gorgeous and you get a little bag too which is a nice touch - it's all about the detail. When I opened them I had the same OMG feeling that I had with my first set, they are heavy. You need to work up to these, especially if you have had children like me as you have to really concentrate on your pelvic floor to keep these in. I had to try a couple of times to get these snug as I'm used to the balls which are closer together, I just started again and everything went fine. I did laugh as I didn't warm them beforehand and they were so cold - the postman had left the delivery in the outside porch in very icy weather! It kind of added a little something to the whole experience though, might be worth an experiment with hot/cold sensations at some point :) They are the perfect width so you feel full but not uncomfortable. Removal is also easy and the cord is strong so you don't have to worry about them getting stuck anywhere you don't want them. There's one thing I think is really clever with these, that's the cord. It looks like its string but it isn't. Its a wonderfully elasticated cord with all the knots perfectly moulded around the balls!
Beautiful for advanced kegel training
These silver pleasure balls are beautifully made and designed, and oh my, are they intense! I've used LH jiggle balls before, and having found them to be absolutely no challenge whatsoever, decided that i could handle these babies as it's been commented by most partners that everything is particularly tight and that i'm exceptionally strong down there! I was so excited when they arrived, I couldn't wait to use them, and straight away whipped my clothes off, found the lube and popped them in, and ooohh they were cold! These are pretty weighty and really put you through a workout and you can really feel them working. You defiantly feel like you have achieved something. They may need a little warming up or they can be a bit of a shock. But then again…nothing wrong with cooling them down for an extra sensation. The first time I wore these I had them in place for about 6 hours and afterwards I noticed a significant increase in tightness. More to the point my OH noticed too. After use, I washed and cleaned the balls with sex toy cleaner, paying particular attention to the area where the removal silicon string attached to the balls. So much fun
These are the first kegel balls i've ever bought, and i am so happy with them! I use them all the time now. They were much heavier then i expected which was great, but i got myself in a bet of trouble when i decided to wear them to work and i couldn't keep them in for longer then an hour, i had quite a few bathroom breaks that day. Dinner Delight
The OH and I don't use this in the bedroom. First time I used them was on a night out in a night club! What I forgot was how many stairs were in the club, by the time I reached the top I was struggling to hold back my moans! I like the heaviness of the balls, you defiantly know their in! These arrived today - so I popped them in immediately! I have been told I have quite strong pelvic floor muscles and I was looking for something which would help me strengthen them further - whilst giving me pleasure! These are my third set of balls and also the heaviest and smallest and definitely the most challenging! I love my Tracy cox balls but wanted to try some heavier ones. Being a huge fan of fifty shades and due to the great reviews I bought these little beauties. The come in a lovely little black storage box and they look great, very classy. The string holding them together is quite thick but it is fine once inserted. They feel quite cold once inserted which felt fine to me but you could warm them a little if you wanted. The feel lovely and weighty inside which is very pleasureable and they move around slightly too which again feels very nice. The finger loop is rather large and gets in the way a bit.The are easy to put in because of the small size but for me the tricky part was keeping them in! Nicer than the picture
I have recently purchased bigger and lighter kegel balls, but I wasn't happy with them as I didn't feel like they're doing anything for me at all. So, I did a search for smaller and heavier balls and these were the winning ones. And I'm really glad I found them! I'm not a big fan of Fifty Shades, but if you can get passed that these balls are a really great purchase. When I got them I was impressed with the packaging. You can see straight away that this is a quality product. They come in a very nice box (within the packaging box) for storage and also a little pouch. I was quite surprised with the size and weight of these as the previous ones I had purchased were so much lighter and bigger. I had a feeling these will be a proper challenge for my kegel muscles. And I have to mention that the balls are nicer than on this website picture. These seem to be connected by a tied strap of some sort, but my ones have a rubber strap which in not tied, but seems to be molded so it's a bit thicker on each side of the ball to hold them in place. These thicker bits are so closely connected to the balls, so nothing really comes underneath them and makes them very easy to clean. The part where the pulling out 'pendant' is attached is also not tied like on the picture, but is molded into a nice loop and then the pendant attached on it. I have personally remove this pendant as I found it quite uncomfortable. I could feel it with every step and it was hurting my clit when I was sitting down. I would recommend for it to be detached which leaves you with really nice rubber string with a nice loop big enough to push your finger through so you can pull it out nicely. I wore these around the house for the first couple of days. I have to say that I was mainly sitting down those two days. And since I managed to wear them for most of the day on both days, I got a bit too confident and decided to wear them to work for a full day. This proved to be a bit tricky. FSOG silver pleasure balls
I bought these for the other half despite a distinct lack of interest in fifty shades of grey. They come very well packaged and certainly feel like a luxury item, the OH was indeed delighted. However be aware these are simple (and heavy!) metal balls and don't 'jiggle' at all. Due to the weight and smoothness OH has to work to keep them in, providing good exercise and toning but she far prefers the jiggly ben wa balls, as such these have been boxed up for a while now in favour of her more 'lively ones'

The best ben wa balls I've used
I have tried a lot of ben wa balls, and these are by far the best! If you are young (I'm 23) and childless, I'd recommend skipping all the beginner balls and going straight for heavier ones. These balls come luxuriously packaged in a black cardboard box. They also come with a lovely grey satin storage bag. The balls are solid metal, small, and quite heavy. They are very pretty looking. The cord is silicone, and the knots are actually just bumps. The cord is very strong and the whole product is well made and of high quality. Metal and silicone are both great, long lasting materials, that don't cause irritation. The metal tag part at the end of the retrieval cord can be removed. I just tuck it into the gusset of my knickers though. As it is metal if you're not wearing knickers this pulls the balls out, so if you've gotten to the stage of keeping these in easily then you could try fighting this pull! The metal is cold when inserted which I like the feel of, but you can run them under hot water first if you don't like them cold. I only need to use a little lube with these. Just wearing these passively will strengthen your kegel muscles, and squeezing them will strengthen them even more. I find I need to squeeze my kegel muscles regularly just to keep them in anyways! These are the only ben wa balls I can feel working. After half a day of wearing them I can't seem to hold them in anymore, whereas with lighter balls (my other ones are all 130g or below) I can wear them all day without even noticing them. These balls give me something to work up to which is great! I haven't found any ben wa balls to be arousing in use. These are easy to clean. You can wash them with sex toy cleaner, or soap and water, or, as they are metal and silicone, you can actually boil these to kill any bacteria. My boyfriend says I feel a lot tighter since I've started using these, but they haven't made much difference to my orgasms. I would recommend these to anyone young and childless, or anyone looking to step up their kegel exercises! Because of their weight, if you know your kegel muscles are weak, I would recommend trying lighter ones first. The price is very reasonable for such high quality, luxurious ben wa balls!
My inner goddess cheeky secret
These were my first pleasure balls, and a lover of fifty shades of grey that I am I decided to give them a go, from Ana's love of these within the book changed into my love. They really do give you a sensual feeling when they are inside you, and you can use them anywhere in my opinion. My new silver balls
As I have said previously, I am new to purchasing items like this, and I felt rather adventurous buying these! Only after buying them did I realised its for more 'advanced' uses, but I thought I may as well go along with it! After receiving them, I felt they was rather heavy and the balls were bigger than I expected. However, after warming them up, I inserted them in an upright position and they were great! Easy to keep them placed inside, and also easy to pull out which I like. The Tab to pull them out can be hidden inside your knickers fine, if i'm up to wearing them outside they should be fine... but we'll see how brave I am! Very easy to clean, simply wash them in warm water and dry them softly, and place them in their little bag! I thought because it's my first time buying pleasure balls, I may as well do it properly and I am very glad I did! Great product, Love them!!!
Glad I Saw Past FSOG
Okay, I confess, as an aspiring author I'm jealous as hell that E.L.James has conquered the world with FSOG. Even though I've read them, and didn't totally hate them *hangs head in shame*, So when I was in the market for new kegel balls, and these kept cropping up I repeatedly dismissed them. Then when I really couldn't decide on any of the others I put my childishness aside and bought them. I am so glad I did :) This is an amazing set of pleasure balls. I was looking for something nice and heavy, that would really give me a workout. These really do the job. When I opened my Lovehoney package I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of these items. The packaging is actually pretty classy. They come not only with a storage pouch, but also a little box that is fab for storage. I was concerned about the silver tag on the end being a bit bulky once the balls are inserted. However it could easily be removed, and as suggested by another Lovehoney member in the forum it actually fits perfectly into the little gusset pocket in your knickers. Once the balls are inserted, I can really feel them working. There is no doubt that they will tone very nicely. I know opinion is divided on whether items like this are useful for play as well as their intended function. I think they are perfect though for a pre-sex warm up, they encourage a natural lubrication that is certainly very welcome in the bedroom. Or the lounge. Or the kitchen. You know wherever the fancy takes you ;) These are also super easy to clean, which is another plus point. All in all, this is a brilliant product. The best Kegel balls around
The FSOG range has definitely split opinions right down the middle - some like it, some loathe the idea of buying a product from the range. In my humble opinion, you need to look past the cheesy product name & brand, and look at the actual product you're buying. I own several products from the range now, despite initial hesitations. This product is by far the best, and I would go as far to say that this is the best kegel ball product available to buy. I have tried various jiggle balls & kegel toners before, & always come across the same issue: they do nothing for me. I can keep them in with little to no effort, so the intended effect is lost & I'm left dissatisfied. These balls weigh in at a hefty 221g together. Each ball is small, at 3.75 inches in circumference. These two factors combined made for an interesting first use - I was far too brazen at thinking they would be as easy to hold as previous balls. No such chance - even the slightest cough caused one to fall out, and made me struggle to keep the other one in! They really do get you working those pelvic floor muscles, and are a great challenge. Along with working these muscles they also leave you extremely wet, perfectly warmed up for whatever may come. I do slightly miss the added fun of the jiggle balls, but I can look past that for the size and weight of these. The packaging is typical of the FSOG range. These came nestled in a hard black storage box (emblazoned with the FSOG logo), inside the bog standard cardboard outer box. An instruction manual & storage bag are also included. I personally prefer to keep these balls in the hard black box. There's nothing really to fault on the package side of things. It's luxurious & practical, perfect for the price you pay. Cleaning is very easy with this product. There are no dips or grooves, so nowhere for anything to hide. The cord is made of silicone, so is more hygienic than other materials. I like the colour scheme of this range; everything looks very smart & much more expensive than it actually is. My only fault with this product is the cord. I have an issue with the metal loop at the end in particular, and the size of it. It's just really big, which becomes noticeable when wearing clothes. It's just very difficult to decide where it should lay (and cold!), and is slightly awkward. It does make retrieval very easy, but unless you're wearing nothing, the cord is a pain. Of course, wearing nothing makes the challenge of these balls much more fun. And the end loop is just a small blip on what otherwise is an amazing product. To summarise: these balls are very sleek, feel luxurious & are incredibly weighty. They are possibly (for me), the best kegel balls available to buy at present, and are a must have for an advanced user. I strongly recommend them to anyone. :)
So far - the best of the whole range
I ended up owning probably half of the whole FSOG range, and this is the only product I willingly paid for. The rest of the things that I own from the range were part of some offer or deal here on LH and they came as free gifts. And while the rest of the items from the official line aren't novel at all and have their much cheaper equivalents from the other LH ranges - these balls are unique and remarkable. There are tons of vaginal beads and Kegel balls and exercisers on the market, but what makes these different is their weight! Most vaginal balls range from 60 to 80 g. Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Silver Pleasure Balls weigh 221 g. Finally! I've been looking for some challenge in months! What is different from many other Kegel exercisers is that these are solid beads. There are no smaller inner beads that jiggle when you move. The upside is that these are absolutely silent. Not a sound! And if you think that this isn't important - well, I don't know for you ladies, but I don't like it when people hear something knocking together around my pubic area. It is really audible in a quiet room! Could be my paranoia, but it takes some of the pleasure of secretly wearing beads at work or while running some errands. Well, ain't gonna have this same problem anymore thanks to the Inner Goddess beads! The downside is that the jiggling is super exciting and brings extra pleasure. But the weight definitely makes up for it! Packaging: these are one of the most sleek balls on the market, after the Lelo Luna Beads. They come with an outside product description box, inner: thicker and sexier black box, a storage pouch, and a leaflet in multiple languages. Dashing! The beads themselves look really sexy, I just love metal and glass toys! Cleaning - I found these really easy to clean, compared to other vag balls, because the ones with inner beads have a small cut where the two parts of a single bead meet and close together, which is a b***h to clean! Inserting - don't forget to put some lube. Lying on your back is probably the easiest position to insert them. They are metal, so they will be colder than your body temperature. If you don't like it - put them under some warm running water and you are good to go! Storage - the drawstring bag has some tiny nits and fluffs in it - coming out of the fabric. So I would recommend to wash the cloth first (inside out) or just store them in the box. Or run them under water them before use as well. The loop - it is... weird. I mean - it is super useful for removing them or for some stimulation - if you pull lightly, even with slippery fingers and all, but it is too long, the loop is big, it's metal and honestly - I am not sure where to put it... Keeping it around your labia is uncomfortable, especially if you're wearing tight jeans on pants. One way to go is to slip it along one of your legs - hanging outside of your underwear, or to keep it up on your pubic mound under your panties. Tip: naked or without underwear and wearing a skirt or a dress - when the loop hangs loosely - it makes it even more challenging to keep the balls in, so far: the most enjoyable and intense use of the beads! These have a good look to them although any balls with a string are going to be less hygienic but it does make them more fun taking them in and out. As stated, they are larger than some and by far the heaviest on LH so only suitable for advanced kegel exercises. If you want to feel the balls to add a bit of kink to your daily routine then buy LH's basic ones - these got me the most aroused although all kegel training will increase your wetness and orgasm (for that day at least) If you want a MEDIUM kegel training - buy the magnetic hematite ones If you want a DIFFICULT kegel training - buy these ones
Wonderful
I've been interested in these for a while but after reading the other reviews I was worried that they would be too heavy. So I purchase these with some of love honeys lighter balls with the intention of building up to these. But to be honest the other love honey ones I purchased were too light! I couldn't feel a thing! So i decided to try out these, & they were perfect. Nice weight, good size, beautifully packaged. I definitely recommend them! I use them all the time now. They feel is exquisite.
Interesting feeling
I've learned about these balls from the "Fifty Shades of Grey" book and decided to try them out. They give an interesting feeling but of course you have to keep moving in order to feel them. They come in a very classy black box and are made from top quality material. I was tempted to buy similar balls from a different and cheaper brand but I'm glad I didn't. Many sex toys are, look and feel cheap and sometimes break very soon. Every Fifty Shades of Grey toy I have bought though is always top quality, strong and beautiful to look at! It's good to have brands that always deliver excellent products. It makes it easier to order new stuff frequently, because you know they will always be a success!!

Wow. Just wow! I have been waiting impatiently on these to arrive and damn were they ever worth the wait!! I love the classy black box that they came in! Oh my Goddess
I have a thing for kegel balls. I own a dozen sets now from tiny heavy ones that I can’t keep in for love nor money to big light ones which press gently on my G-spot all day long and have me more than ready for bedroom athletics when the sun goes down. I went about my day, having coffee with a friend, shopping with the OH . . . it was the first time I’d ever remained constantly aware of wearing kegel balls and it also became the first time in my life I had to masturbate in a pub loo. These little delights arrived in such a wonderfully packaged box! It makes them feel so special and exquisite! I also adore the little statin pouch to keep them in! I used the Fifty Shades of Grey Lube as well with them which made them easy to maneuver- I've never used anything like these before. I'm in my mid 20's and have never had children, but the books got me intrigued! I loved the feeling and they provide a bit of a challenge considering the weight, but I loved it! Amaze-balls
Got these for a former partner, she was initially skeptical that two inanimate balls could produce much of an effect so popped them in on a weekend away then headed down to the hotel restaurant for supper. Weighty wonders
I bought these after previously buying the Ben Wa Wiggle Balls and found them fairly light for me. In comparison these are a much better weight (I'm presuming as I haven't had children etc.) and I had to work much harder to keep them in. I found them quite tricky to get in originally as I'm quite tight and it felt like my body was trying to push them out before they were even in, but once they were in far enough they certainly did their job! I certainly knew they were there! The more I tightened my muscles, the more turned on I got, and the more turned on I got, the more I had to tighten my muscles to keep them in! I love that these had like a handle, compared to the Ben Wa's which only had a string loop, as it made it so much more comfortable to remove, and still fairly simple to conceal (although if you wanted to put yourself on show, this may be rather inconvenient). Also I love how cold these balls are, the temperature difference when putting them in feels just amazing! But the Ben Wa's did have 1 thing I would have liked these to have, and that was the ball bearings within the balls - then these would be perfect!
Quite a challenge
I've contemplated purchasing kegel balls for quite a while - I've never had kids and I'm in my early 20s, so I opted for these FSOG Pleasure Balls as an immediate challenge. The packaging is practical, since you get a sturdy storage box and a soft satin storage pouch, both with the Fifty Shades of Grey logo. I keep the balls in the box, and another toy in the satin bag - very handy! Upon first examination, the balls are of great quality - they feel smooth, look sleek and simple, and are heavier than I imagined they would be. The retrieval loop is quite chunky, so if you're sitting down it needs a little adjustment to prevent it from being uncomfortable and digging into places you'd prefer it didn't. I haven't risked wearing it out with a dress yet (occasionally I can't stop them from slipping out!), but I feel like that would be the most comfortable, if you're an advanced user. Despite being one of the most heavy kegel balls on the market, they might be a little big for your liking, so make sure to take note of the circumference. Another negative is the annoying, thick cord. The knot at the tip of the cord feels scratchy and uncomfortable upon insertion - a small positive is that the strong nylon makes the balls easier to remove, but I don't feel as though it outweighs the difficulty when it comes to cleaning and the horrible scratchy feeling. Some lubricant is definitely needed when inserting! The cord isn't thick enough to fill the centre hole of the balls, so that section is even harder to clean! Overall, not the most hygienic material. If you want a challenge, or want to try out kegel balls despite not having kids, these would be a good choice. Just be aware that you might have to spend a little more time cleaning these than kegel balls made with more appropriate materials!
Great balls of fun.
These came in really nice packaging that looks very classy and the girlfriend was excited by the Fifty Shades of Grey theme. Bought these mainly for fun in the bedroom but I'm sure will be used for toning as well. They are very heavy and the girlfriend says they're difficult to keep in when standing up but she hopes it will be easier in time. When used for foreplay they are great, they have a filling feeling and make her moan when gently pulled out. Only negative is the string that holds them together. The knot at the end is quite sharp and the string is quite rough, almost like rope. Hope it settles over time because putting them in can hurt sometimes. Overall though these are a great product and worth the price.
Your very own red room pleasure
After reading the wellknown books I knew I needed to try Mr Grey's sliver balls. These balls come in a cute little grey bag for storing your naughty secret in. Nice and heavy but maybe too heavy for some people. I got all excited as I lubed up my new shiny sliver balls, the moment I slipped them inside I felt the cold metal which was an exciting feeling it itself. However they were slighty too heavy for me if I walked aound, did get me very wet and horny. Great for being naughty at work if you can keep your secret in your pants so to speak. They are a pain to clean, you have to be really careful to clean the string, esp the string going into the balls. The sliver handle does come in handy and feels amazing pulling them out.
Love the weight
The delivery was as fast as always from lovehoney. The packaging of the balls is very tasteful, they come in a high quality box with an additional cute little drawstring bag. I'm and have not given birth, so the balls i tried before were very light, and even tho I could feel them inside, I did not get the feeling that I actually had to "work" to keep them and after a while I even forgot I was wearing them. These ones tho are nearly 3x as heavy and oh they feel wonderful. So nice and smooth and small they pop in very easily and I can feel them much more intense. they make me feel horny, get me wet and most of all i do feel them move when i clench my muscles - I think I found a pair that do the job for me :)
Very heavy - nearly a half-pound
After using the Tracy Cox single toner ball for two weeks every day, all day, and no real result, I upgraded to the duotone balls and, while twice the size and weight, still no noticeable result or challenge keeping them in after daily use for two weeks. So, figuring I needed a REAL challenge, purchased the Inner Goddess ones. When I first held them--wow--were they heavy! About three times heavier at 221 grams than the duotone balls at 79 grams. And smaller, too, therefore harder to keep in. But alas--after daring to wear them all day, including a 90-minute high intensity interval training workout, they never budged. I am even able to keep them in while using the toilet. The only time they ever slip out is when bearing down, and even then only the first ball and not the second. I will say this: they ARE very elegantly packaged and I much prefer the silver and black as opposed to the hot pink and baby blue of the Tracey Cox and Bluebella versions. Not as easy to clean having a nylon, knotted cord that runs through the drilled metal balls--but if you are scrupulous it is not difficult to keep them hygienic. Do they "work?" Well, while I can feel them when inside if I clench, and I can feel the "pull handle" against me (it is comfortable to just place it flat on your underwear so it is flat against your body) there was no "tapping" effect like the other sets as they are solid metal--no inner ball knocking around inside. For me none of the sets provide any real pleasurable effect while wearing but I can tell that when clenching it does tone and exercise the pelvic floor muscles which is the main reason I am using them. I have read that women with a deep pelvic vault (like the "shelf" behind the pubic bone) have an easy time keeping ben wa balls in and it's not necessarily due to being more toned. Or could it be that being athletic helps as well? But I will continue to use them every day--even during training workouts--and will report back on any long-term toning results. BTW I have had one child--by caesarian--and am middle-aged with no problems with incontinence or the like, so am using them to keep everything toned for as long as possible!
Very heavy
These are very heavy as expected I brought these as my cheaper balls are way too light I can hardly notice them unless jumping so did nothing for me but these are a step too far for me. They kept falling out I managed to hold them in uninterrupted for around 15min but then back to pop out every few seconds so gets rather frustrating and sore as the end is rather rough. On the other side of things with some practice and pelvic floor training these do amazing things for tightness. They are great for couple play tho ;-)
One word - wow
Having used previous toner balls (Tracy Cox Super Sex Toner Balls) I felt like I needed something a little heavier. I couldn't wait to open them when they arrived.....And when I did I wasn't disappointed!! They came in a lovely little presentation box and also a wee silver satin pouch too store them in. The look & feel of them is absolutely beautiful! I was pretty surprised by the weight of them too (I'd probably recommend these for advanced users as they are pretty weighty). Within 10 minutes of opening them I popped them in using a little lube. They slid in nice & the coldness of the metal felt good. You defiantly feel them in you and the weight of them. I'm currently away to do my cleaning with them in (See how this goes haha) overall I am VERY happy with my purchase and would defo recommend! :-)
Don't underestimate these
I bought these as I needed a new challenge and that's exactly what I got. I never expected these to be as heavy as they are. Over the past few months I have bought a number of different ones as I kept increasing the weight. After a number of times using these it's getting eaiser. I don't recommend these for beginners because of the weight. These are a great buy and well worth the money. They work like a dream :-)
Great product
These are the "silver pleasure balls" described in the Fifty Shades of Grey series. They are weighted balls that you use for G-spot stimulation and as an exerciser for your pelvic muscles. When I first opened them, I thought they came packaged really well. They came in a black box (which I failed to get a photo of) and I thought that added into the "shimmer" for lack of better word. I have never messed with anything to strengthen my muscles down there, and I would recommend, that if you haven't either, to go with something lighter. These pleasure balls are quite heavy - or heavier than I first imagined they would be to begin with! I measured them, they are around 9 inches long and have a circumference of 4 inches on one of the balls. Below I will list some of the pros & cons I have found with them! Pros; Come with a nice looking box & a container that they fit nicely in so you don't have to worry about them falling out & getting dirty once you have properly cleaned them! If you don't want to keep them in the box that they came in, they did come with a silver bag to keep them in. This is handy, especially if you want to take them with you out & about to have some fun, not in your bedroom! Once you get your pelvic muscles strengthened, they do have some good weight to them. Cons; The black rope that connects them is hard to clean.
Heaviest balls I've ever seen
after training up my pelvic floor with standard jiggle balls i wanted a real challenge. these balls weigh a whopping great deal more than anything else i could find on any market, and so regardless of Price i purchased them. the first time i opened the beautiful box (i still keep them in it!) and held them in my palm and was amazed at their elegance and weight... i promptly slipped them in using some lube and had a feel. they were, no surprise, heavy. filling and sensual and a bit of a Work out. i wouldnt recommend going for a walk in these as you will probably feel like youre laying an egg. they Arent really designed to be worn as normal jiggle balls either...but if youre really strong i reckon you could i LOVE to Wear these during anal and anal play... when i Wear them i like pulling the cord at the end so they come out slightly and then release the cord and due to their weight they drop and roll straight into my g spot, Yum!

Not just for 50 Shades fans
I’m an experienced kegel ball user and I was looking for something heavier when the 50 shades collection launched. At that point I hadn't even read the books so I was a bit confused about all the hype! I’ve had them for a while now and I still enjoy using them. These balls are for advanced users. So if you’re new to pelvic floor exercises I’d recommend starting with a lighter pair and then working up. Treat your pelvic floor as you would with any other muscle that you’re trying to tone: at the gym you wouldn’t run up to the heaviest weight and try and lift it without building up first! So don’t do the same to your pelvic floor. Work at it and you’ll be amazed at the results and control you have down there as well as increasing your orgasm! I find squatting is the best position to pop the balls in. This way you can get them to sit a little deeper in you and they provide a pleasant sensation without being overpowering. Using a lubricant when inserting the balls will help you get them in the right position to hold them in naturally without having to consciously ‘clench’ around them, although do these to get the full benefit of them! Set 10 minutes aside a day as squeezing time. I do squats and pilates with the balls in too to use them to the max. They are easy to heat up or cool down to add further sensation. The only negative I have about this product is the cord which is awkward to clean. Why not pop the balls in and let your partner spank you ;) ? The jiggling of the balls in combination with a firm spank is almost orgasmic for me! Try squeezing your partner whilst he’s inside of you too after a couple of weeks using these you’ll notice your grip get tighter and tighter. Wanted for ages
after reading fifty shades of grey i couldn't wait to gt my hands on some pleasure balls! i had previously brought two cheaper ones to make sure i likes before i spent £25 on something i wasn't sure. i didn't want my others i wanted these ones. They arrives fast and in discreet packaging. The box they actually some in was smart and sophisticated . Plus they looked expensive. So i went straight upstairs and tried them out, i took them out the pretty box which is great for storing them in. I firstly couldn't believe how heavy they was. I struggled to keep them in despite having lots of practise with my other two sets. I couldn't go anywhere with out them falling out after seconds of putting them in. The things which was good was the fulfilling cold feeling and the rope was very strong so i have no problem getting them out. The finger ring at the end was also a little uncomfortable. being hard you cant just hide it in your knickers and ever time you move it gets in the way. The style shame rope and box is brilliant, just need a softer pull ring and slightly lighter. I couldn't feel these move as much as i could some of the cheaper ones.
Kegels for advanced users
I got these balls the other day after attending a Bluebella party which is Lovehoney's sister company I think. They come in a plain black box with 50 shades of grey on the top. The presentation of the balls makes them feel like a luxury item. So they would make a nice gift for someone. The balls also come with a silver satin storage bag. The balls are very heavy they weigh a whopping 221g! They are silver metal connected by a nylon cord. I think that a different material should of been used rather then the nylon cord for hygiene reasons. I guess they will be ok if they are cleaned really well after each use. When I inserted the balls I was instantly very aware that they were there. They are so incredibly heavy. Standing still I felt I could hold them in quite well but once I started walking about I started to feel them slipping a bit. My first try I only managed about 10 mins with them in. I thought that I had good muscles as I normally have no problems with normal weight kegel balls. These balls are going to provide me with a new challenge and I will be using them every day for as long as I can manage. After use I felt my muscles felt a little achey so clearly they are giving my muscles a good work out!
Great for couples or singles
I've always been a fan of kegel exercisers, and these are my favourite. I have had my Inner Goddess Silver Pleasure Balls for a few months now, and I'm still as excited to use them as the first time. My favourite thing about this product is the feel of them, they are pretty heavy as they are solid metal, and I love the cold, icy feel of them. But of course, one could heat them up my rolling them between their hands. I normally use a lighter kegel exerciser and wear them through the day for subtle stimulation, but I find these are too heavy for that which does restrict them to the bedroom. My boyfriend absolutely loves them, he puts them in for me and pulls them gently whilst I tense myself around them. It does make for subtly sexy foreplay, my man is often as excited as I am to get them out! I love the packaging, and the little satin bag to hold them in, it's the little luxury touches that I adore about premium sex toy products. Definitely good value for money, even if you're not a fan of the books. Being metal, it is easy to clean, however it is hard to clean out the rope running through the balls. Hmm... be cautious
Bought these for my girlfriend as she was interested in having some kegel balls and I thought Fifty Shades of Grey ones would guarantee them to be good quality! She said they felt nice at first but after not too long they warm up and its not as pleasurable as when they are still cool. At first they seemed good but whenever she moved she could feel the knots (that hold each ball in place) scratching her and it was so unpleasant that she didn't want to keep them in. She's tried to use them on multiple occasions but its the same problem every time so now they just aren't being used. Maybe some with no string and all plastic would be more comfortable.
Love 'em but can't hold them in very long
I was supper excited when I ordered these. I've read all the books and tried ben wa balls in the past, but they didn't challenge or pleasure me at all. The Inner Goddess balls are great though! The box is beautiful and I love looking at it. The carry bag is great for me as I really like wearing them when I go out and it's so handy to pop them inside when I'm done. I find them supper easy to insert, just lay down on my bed and put 'em in. Sometimes there's a slight pinch or scratch on the way in from the tied end of the rope but only if it's at a bad angle. Nothing a little lube wouldn't solve but I never need to use any. Once they're in you can really feel your muscles working! My only problem is the weight. Now I know they are to help tighten everything up and should be challenging, but I can't hold on to them longer then 10 minutes! I just about made it to my friend's house before I had to rush to the toilet and get them out! Feels like I'm laying an egg, haha! I'm 22, no kids, only had 5 sexual partners in my life and haven't had sex for over a year (my fiancé is in prison), so it's not like there's no tread left on tires if you know what I mean lol but I'm hoping the more I use them, the longer they'll stay put :) Can't wait for my fella to come home so I have a chance to really get some use out of them ;D
