The perfect prostate electrode
Through much research and trying different (very expensive) options I found this Quadri-Polar silicone electrode to be the best. Silicone makes it less zappy, the 4 separate electrode sections provide many combinations especially with additional electrodes, and the bendable arm removes doubt of the perfect fit. If I have one criticism it would be the vertical-oriented plugs. If you want to sit on it you will need special angled pin adapters that are only found on specialty sites. If you're looking for an e-stim prostate orgasm you won't find a better option.
Good product
This is a well executed e stim prostate device. The dual output is very effective. I use it for pain management rather than for sexual stimulation but I think it’s pretty great for both.
If I had a gripe it’s common to this style of device. The external leads stick out so that sitting or even moving around is difficult. The leads tend to be pulled out far too easily. Don’t know why nobody does angled leads or side entry ports

Hits the spot, but doesn't stay there
Only tried with two probes, but you can also get away with 1 probe in the device and another on the pad. When you get it to stimulate the right spot it's amazing but something about the shape make it want to slide out, and you can't sit on it to keep it in because the probes come out directly from the top.

The shape of this toy is excellent for prostate stimulation, but I've not yet had much success with the electrical part. I got a 2-channel power unit (the 4-channel one was about £200 vs £50!) and it definitely delivers a current when you put your hand over it. But when "using" it for real, the effects are slim to none. Might be me using it wrong; maybe this problem goes away when using the recommended 4-channel unit. Or maybe I'm just a funny shape...

Brilliant Toy
Absolutely brilliant toy!! My partner bought this toy for both of us to use and we’ve both had a lot of fun. It comes safely packaged, there is no elaborate, unnecessary wrapping which I personally like. However it does come with a nice storage bag. When we first opened it we played around with wiring the toy in different configurations to figure out where to connect to get the best results. It was disappointing to discover that there was no conductive material at the very tip where it would sit against the prostate. It’s not noticeable at first but when you look closely you can see the difference between the conductive material and the rest of the surface. There is a patch of conductive material on either side of the long inserted section and two small patches on the top of the section which sits on the perineum. We’ve used this toy in a few different ways: on him as a prostrate massager whilst giving a BJ, as a dildo on me and as a butt plug for each of us during sex. When used as a prostate massager it was easy enough to hold, the wires got in the way a bit as they stick out from the bottom and my fingers slipped around a couple of times and got a shock from the external points. However I figured out a way to hold it that made it comfortable to hold but could still easily rock it back and forth. My partner really has said that he really loved it. As a dildo, it was great. We only connected the insertable conductive patches to make it easier for my partner to hold and bent the bottom section down so that it was straight. It felt amazing and worked pretty well for hitting the G-spot. We have both used this as a butt plug during sex and it is BRILLIANT!! The e stim unit had a wave setting and it felt like slow rhythmic sex. When paired with sex it was like being double penetrated. The toy sat comfortably and stayed in well. Unfortunately, we did come across a couple off issues when using it in this way. Firstly, we had to take care when switching positions due to the wires (I appreciate this is unavoidable) and also the positioning of the connection pins. Since the pins stick straight out we had to be careful not to sit on them and bend them. The second issue was that the pins did not always stay in very well. Of course with anything anal it’s important to be liberal with the lube which led to lube getting behind the toy and, I believe, into one of the connection holes. When connecting the toy I found that I could not get one of the pins to stay in, when my partner moved slightly it would simply pop out which led to my partner getting a bit of a nasty shock when it touched his thigh. Overall an incredibly fun toy which we will continue to have fun experimenting with!!
ElectraStim silicone noir prostate massager
Received delivery two days ago. Today I finally had an opportunity to try it out. I used it in conjunction with my TENS 3000 (two channel) and liberal amounts of conduction jelly as a lubricant. Insertion was amazing easy in a kneeling position. The end slipped right in, however the bulbous bump mid shaft took a bit of pushing to get past and have it fully inserted. I used a liberal amount of conductive jelly on the entire miserable portion. I chose a kneeling position for my first session with it. Once fully inserted (which felt very good in and of itself), I began to explore sensations using different combinations of pulse width, mode, and power level. I found using a "burst" mode, medium pulse width to the.prostate (internal part) at mid power felt very good. And very likely all that is needed to enjoy the deep prostate "massage". If you have a single channel power unit, I am very confident you will enjoy this device immensely. With respect to the part pressed against my perineum, again using liberal amount of conductive jelly, using the same mode and pulse width settings as the internal part, I could not tolerate a very high power setting with out feeling the pins & needle sensation. Now, for the good part of the review, the part of most interest - this thing is simply amazing. The sensations were mindblowing. Never have I experiences such deep, pleasurable sensations in my prostate gland. While i did require some (not very much) manual penile stimulation to reach orgasm. After an hour of enjoying the incredible stimulation of my prostate and perineum (also a very mild, tingling sensation along the entire length of my erect penis), I was more than ready to climax. As I ever so slowly, gently masturbated, the sensations increased. In very short time (much shorter than normal masturbation) I reached a very intense, longer, slower orgasm and a surprisingly copious ejaculation. To summarize, my very first time using it was incredible. I can only image how much fun it is going to be as I experiment more with it. With two channels, varying pilse widths, three different mode settings, and power settings, all that and the fact this toy is bendable for a "custom fit", I h am very confident I will easily enjoy hands free orgasms. Amazing toy
I have enjoyed e-stimming for a couple of years now. So far only used on my genitals nd have enjoyed many hands free orgasms that way. Being a man who has always enjoyed anal stimulation and prostate play, I purchased the Nior silicone prostate massager to expand my masturbation. I received it yesterday, but was to try it until today. I will not address packaging since no one really cares, other than it is delivered in a very innoculous, plain package. The directions were somewhat vague, but... what really needs to be explained with a device like this? I have a TENS 3000, two channel power unit that I planned to use with this prostate massager. Connectors are the same size. I also use conductive gel when e-stimming. Since the massager's connectors are on the bottom, which prevents using in a sitting position, I chose to be on my knees for my first time. I found the prostate massager to be easy to insert with liberal amount of conductive gel. The silicone material does create some friction upon insertion if not lubricated. The tip went in very easily, however despite generous lubricant on the entire shaft of the massager, the bulbous protrusion on the shaft itself required a bit more effort to insert. I also applied more conductive gel to the part that presses against the perineum before full insertion was complete. Once fully inserted, the size and shape are perfect. This massager is not too big that in creates discomfort while inserting, or when fully inserted. Rather it simply feels good. Good enough to the point that I would think some may find pleasure using it even without connecting it. I did connect both channel wiring to the massager before I inserted it. Not sure one could manage that once it was inserted. I began with turning on the channel that was connected to the internal part of the massager, the part pressing against my prostate gland. I started out with a low power setting, mode set to "burst", and a medium pulse width. As soon as I started increasing the power output, it felt good, very good. I dialed in the same settings for the channel connected to the part that presses against the perineum. I slowly turned the power up until I could feel a pulsing tingle there too. After some experimenting with power output levels, I found that I liked much more power (more than half, but less than three quarters of output power setting) to the channel connected to the internal part of the massager, and much less to the part against my perineum. However the combination of the two is extraordinarily exquisite and very arousing. I could also feel a tingling sensation along the entire length of my penis, which was a very pleasant surprise to me. I refrained from stimulating my penis and to concentrate entire on the sensations I was experiencing. I was amazed at what this little thing is capable of. Depending on the settings I experimented with, it felt at times, like a very delicate finger massaging my prostate gland gently. Higher settings felt more like a large, strong finger, forcefully probing my anus and prostate gland. At one point, while increasing power to the perineum stimulation, I started to feel a "pins & needles" sensation. While neither pleasant, nor unpleasant, I find that to be distracting. A simple bending of the massager so that it was tighter against my perineum remedied that matter. I spent a completely blissful hour enjoying the e-stimulation to my perineum and prostate gland, but... a hands free orgasm did not feel imminent. At last estim for the prostate
At first glance this product was a step up from what i have tried previously, i own a prostate massager and a butt electrode but neither of these really hit the mark together This product gives you the best of both worlds, this will hit your prostate and deliver stimulation right across it Simply all you have to do is use plenty of lube especially on the two contacts that sit outside your butt and you will need to find a way to keep the contacts there which is tricky This is due to the way the pins attach - it is directly at the base which can be inconvenient for something you need to keep in place However a redeeming feature is the fact that you can remold the toys angles to a degree which helps you hit that spot and the toy stays like it till you change it My experience has not quite been perfect thus far but this is more due to trial and error - as with all toys of this sort you have to find that sweet spot and when you do the experience is always mind blowing Would recommend to non beginners - not so much a beginners toy
A wonderful well-built quadrapole prostate E-Stim toy
Having used prostate massagers from most of the main suppliers and used an electrostimulation system for a couple of years I was very interested in the Electrastim Sirius Silicone Noir. When was contacted by LoveHoney and asked if I was interested in reviewing it I very eagerly accepted their offer and waited a delivery with anticipation. A couple of days later a discrete package arrived containing the retail box for this product which is smart and professional. Inside the box the Sirius is held in an expanded foam block which whilst it does a good job of protecting the stimulator is not as neat for subsequent storage as those provided with other premium quality toys. The only other item in the box is an instruction leaflet in six languages giving some advice on electrostimulation and the care of the stimulator. Extracting the Sirius from the packaging it is revealed to a matt black silicon toy with a velvety finish. The insertable portion which is approximately 4.25” long and a 3.5” circumference around the widest point, which is midway along the shaft. The external base section of the toy is 3.5” long and a fairly bulky 3.5” circumference. The bottom of the external section contains 4 holes which accept 2mm pins from the electrostimulation power unit. The first pair of holes, nearest the main shaft connect to the conductive contacts in the shaft of the toy whist another pair near the front of the external section connect contact points on the top of the external section which can be used to stimulate the perineum. The body of the toy is firm but flexible and contains elements allow it to retain the position it has been flexed too. My previous electrostimulation electrodes have all used 4mm pins so I had a few days delay whilst I obtained alternative wires for my power box. This meant that my first test with this toy was using it as an non electrostimulation prostate massager. I found it performed this admirably giving a lot of pleasurable sensation without being too aggressive on the perineum, which I have found with some of the hard polymer massagers in the past. Clean up of the toy following the session was easy with a quick flush under warm water and allowing to air dry worked for me. Having obtained new leads for my control box my and after a quick bit of personal preparation with conductive lube, I use a few ml internally from a lube shooter with all prostate stimulators and a generous smear between the perineum and the toy in this instance and I was ready for the next test. Connecting the prostate contacts to channel A on the control box and channel B to the perineum contact I was ready to test it as a quadrapole toy. At this point I should point out that due to the positioning of the wires it would be difficult to use the Sirius in a seated position and that doing this would put strain on the connections, which looks like it could potentially damage the toy. Starting the session with a stimulation program with a basic on/off pulsing mode, used on the simples control boxes, it became apparent that I needed significantly higher power settings on the prostate contacts than with some of my previous electrodes but still well within the working range of my control box. I found the perineum most stimulating at relatively low power levels and switched from pleasurable to uncomfortable at correspondingly low levels. During this session I also tried most of the other program modes on my control box and found some of the more complex patterns made the toy feel like it was deliciously dancing inside me. In my now favourite mode it felt incredibly like someone had a finger inside massaging me manually but with the added tingling sensation in the perineum was incredible. If you only have a single channel control box I would still consider buying this toy as even without the perineum stimulation I think this toy would be wonderful.
