Can't fault it
To start, every single thing this product says it does, it does. And it does it well and seamlessly. It's incredibly user friendly and the only thing about it that isn't intuitive is the fact that you can't feel exactly what settings you're fiddling with until it's connected to your body. The batteries last a long long time when in use even at higher powers (don't go too high, i tried to see how high I could go out of curiosity and I didn't even get close to the max power of 100 before I had to tap out) and the mains power is just as good (though the cable could be longer). Some of the technology is very outdated like the CD tutorial and the MP3 compatibility but they do all work. I was surprised by the quality of the input on the microphone provided and it does provide shocks in tone with your voice well. My only improvement would be an ability to change power more easily without multiple wheel rotations, for example a + or - 10 button to rapidly turn it down or up if needed (down especially if required for safewording situations).

Best E-stim box I have owned
I took the leap on this as i have owned many variations of e-stim box over the years, two sets of standard tens machines, one digital and a zeus 6 channel machine Of all of these the only ones that really did the job were the small tens machines with the manual dials - the first digital one - a mystim was useless it went from 0 to extreme in one unit The zeus 6 channel was the same you would just goto extreme pain in one go But this unit is amazing, the units are 1 - 100 and they are staggered out properly you don't get to 50 and scream at 51, the dial for intensity has the same fine tuning The box it comes in is excellent and all the bits and pieces complement this device - I have to say i haven't used the sound input nor do i feel comfortable when on the programs - I use this setting one with the power controls and well I have had huge usage out of this without messing with battery's or breaking something this is the power box for all e-stim users as i can assure you the investment is worth it
Worth every penny
I heard about e-stim via some online forums and I found the whole subject rather fascinating. At first the concept didn't really appeal but that was because I assumed that this was about getting electric shocks. I was wrong. After a lot of reading and my desire to find masturbation devices that can get you off "hands free" I decided to take the plunge. The EM 140 appealed because it also had the audio input which would mean you could have a "program" of pulses than would be somewhat unknown. I often hook this up to my MP3 player with a massive song list on random, it really takes away any sense of control and you never know quite what is coming next. Despite my reading up on the subject I still had a few questions when I got the device. Mainly as a result of me being nervous because "it was electric". I emailed a couple of questions to the manufacturer and they responded quickly and gave some excellent added advice on top of answering my questions. Basically the manufacturers give excellent customer service. I briefly tried the microphone and it certainly works, but between the built in settings and the MP3 giving surprising results I don't have much use for it. The unit comes with a mains adapter and a battery. I tend to use it on the battery and found a suitable supply of high power 9v batteries in bulk from Amazon that work best in this (the manual warns against using cheap 9v batteries, they won't do any harm but they'll die on you and probably at a crucial moment). It doesn't come with any electrodes (just the cables to connect it to them) and so you need to order some of these to go with it. I ordered with a set of electra loops, some square pads and some electro conductive gel (a must have for the loops). I first experimented with the loops placing one at the base of my penis and the other under the tip just below the head. When you switch the unit on it always resets so there is no output by default. This means you can't suddenly zap yourself and is a really well thought out feature of the device. With just the loops on and testing out the settings and experimenting the output I found it was a strange but pleasurable experience just as had been reported by other e-stim users. But I found it didn't keep me hard. Not that it mattered, even getting this stimulation on a flaccid penis is enjoyable. I then added two pads on the other channel, one on each cheek of my bottom. WOW did that make a difference! I also found that adjusting the loops so that the bottom loop went right over my balls gave a far better sensation. After a long initial session I was super teased but couldn't see how this could achieve the hands free orgasm that I was looking for, but the forums all reported that would take time and experience anyway. I ordered a set of the bands that are wider than loops and have an elastic look to them, I have found that using one of them around the scrotum and base of the penis and the electra loop under the head of the penis gives the perfect sensation. Also the position of the pads makes a massive difference. So experimenting is really the key. One of the emails from the manufacturer suggested that if a hands free orgasm is the aim then rather than using pads I should consider trying the anal plug. I had never experimented with anal before but was open to giving it a try. By using the ElectraStim Pure Vibes Anal Probe and the loops/bands on the penis I was blown away by the effect it had on me and after a few experiments it did give me that hands free experience. The one thing new users of e-stimulation products need to be aware of is you have to take your time, it's like rediscovering yourself as the stimulation is very different from any toys you would have tried before. The CD that is supplied with the unit is OK for testing purposes but you probably won't use it after the first play through. You are far better off with random tracks going into it to make it more of a surprise. The unit all packs into a nice discreet black carry case made from hard plastic. It looks like the sort of thing you'd keep a rechargable screw driver in. It does have the electra stim logo on it but it's on a removable sticker. About a month ago I purchased The Electrastim Sensavox Em 140. This was to replace a P.E.S. powerbox I'd been using for 8 or 9 years. I am, therefore, in a position to make a few constructive comparisons of the 2 devices. My faithful PES electrosex box and accessories have served me very well indeed and I've enjoyed innumerable hours of stimulating pleasure. Really the only niggle I had was the fact that there is only one power adjustment (OK there is also a knob for very fine adjustments) which means that if you turn the power up or down on one channel it does precisely the same for the second channel. This means that one channel may be providing just the right stimulation from one accessory but the stimulation from the second accessory is likely to be too weak or too strong. Very difficult to get the right balance. Perhaps it is my lack of skill. However with the Sensavox each channel can be adjusted separately and consequently the level of stimulation from each channel can be set at pleasurable levels. The preset programmes in the device are all extremely good and, I guess, each user will have a particular favourite. The microphone works perfectly - with the level of stimulation directly related to the volume and 'type' of the sound. What I find to be an absolutely amazing feature is the line in for live music/speech from radio and the line in for signals from the CDrom supplied with the Sensavox. This means that the user has no idea what type of stimulation will be delivered - it will vary in intensity and frequency. I think it's comparable to being stimulated by a partner when you're blindfold. You've no idea what will happen next. FANTASTIC. The best toy I've ever bought! Well worth the cost and it's made in England - with a 3 year warranty. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
A toy that gives very intense and prolonged pleasure
This is the first time I have ever experienced electro stimulation. I have to say it is really fantastic. When I got the box it took a little while to figure out how to use it even though it is very simple and intuitive to use.
