Well Worth The Money

The wand is very pretty with the sparkles. It has a nice weight to it but certainly is not too heavy. It’s easy to maneuver and hold in place. The body is smooth and the silicone head is soft to the touch. The cord is nice and long so you have plenty of moving around room.
One thing to note about this toy is the noise level. It is fairly loud. However, I love the vibrations from it so much that I don’t really care how loud it is. The vibrations are deep and rumbling. I climax EVERY TIME I use this.

Doxy Is The Only Toy I Need
Since purchasing my first Doxy 3-4 years ago, I literally have not used anything else from my big bag of toys. Doxy is soo powerful but when used correctly there are things which set it apart from similar wands. I tried many others over the years but have never looked back after my first Doxy Die Cast. The first time I used one I came in 20 seconds, while wearing denim jeans!! Both sizes are fantastic for guys also! I’ve seen it bring a guy to orgasm in around 10 seconds! I use mine daily (quite often multiple times lol) The modes are pointless for me, but the speeds are very useful. I do find it’s so intense that wearing firm fitting underwear while using it actually helps! I don’t get anything like the desensitisation I used to experience with other wands where I’d need to allow a few days between uses. With the Doxy, I don’t even need to break stride! I can continue to use it for 3 or even 5 continuous orgasms. If I don’t squirt on the first orgasm then guaranteed I will by the 3rd. The Doxy 3 being smaller is great when using during sex as it doesn’t take up too much space. The smaller size doesn’t get a ‘rumbly’ depth of vibration as the full size but don’t let that fool you. A low powered wand with minimum vibration
If you think this is a replacement for the Hitachi, you will be sorely mistaken. This is a low powered device, powered directly with a low voltage and low amperage power supply. Not fit for purpose.

I would love to rate this higher but my second Doxy has now broken. This one broke after a year and a half. I love Doxy wands but I can’t keep spending over £100 on them. Hopefully they make the neck stronger in future models.

Build quality so far is very impressive, it's got a nice heft too it, but not uncomfortably so - it feels solid which is a big plus for any toy which will be used most nights. The body is made from actual metal and the head is firm but not harsh. This is just the beginning of our journey with the Doxy and we will likely be looking into some more attachments. Initial experiences with the Doxy resulted in an eye-rolling, body shaking time for the Mrs and we are both very happy with the purchase.

Strong results
It's got such power - almost too much at first, but it's worth hanging in there and enjoying the benefits. It's almost addictive so occasional confiscation might be necessary!

I bought this toy the other day because I was looking for something new. I wasn't sure at first what to expect. I bought this to use on my partner while I have her tied up. Oh boy, did it work...She is multi orgasmic, and as long as I had it positioned correctly she would just go again and again. She gets uncomfortable after around 6 or 7 though, so we had to stop.I found the settings a little limited, but I tend not to use fancy vibration settings anyway.You’ve got two modes: static and pulse. my OH and i had purchased a few days prior to this the doxy 3r (rechargeable version of this ) and we were both blown away by its power and its build quality for this money we really had high expectations , and the couple days waiting for it to arrive had our hopes raised we was absolutely not disappointed ! I cranked it up to full power.... for research purposes of course but it was a bit too much and I would of cum in 2 seconds flat! I have wanted one of these for soooo long. I decided as a lockdown birthday present to myself i’d finally get it. I’ve owned a rechargeable wand for a while, though these are notoriously not as strong as corded versions. Doxy 3 wands appealed to me because they look more appealing than the bigger ones the original scares me haha.It has one main vibrating setting and one pulsation option if you hold down the power button for a few seconds.I do read reviews before I buy things, I read the 2* review on here that says its not as powerful as the original and it did put me off because that what I wanted... power. I have no Idea how powerful the original is but this is quite enough for me haha.In-fact both me and my partner were very taken a back by how strong it is, i'd even go as far as to say I wouldn’t want it to be any more intense than this because I feel it would just numb me out/ it would be uncomfortable. On its lowest setting this wand is stronger than my old rechargeable on was on its highest, so it’s very easy for you to overstimulate your partner with this toy.I find wands great to use with a partner. I struggle to climax with just penetration and this is great for you or your partner to stimulate other areas during sex.A lot of people worry that it is expensive and I suppose it is, I wouldn’t have bought it a couple of years ago when I was experimenting. Though once you know what you like its a great piece to invest in and you can really tell the difference! the handle is metal rather than plastic and you can buy replacement heads for it so you can keep it clean and looking new. A little disappointed - definitely too pricey
We have the full size Doxy and from the product description expected close to the same power with the added benefits of screw on attachments. The power is not close to full size Doxy and our hope for the attachments was mixed with some good and some just bad but we will review them separately. We took at chance with it being quite a bit higher priced and don't think it is worth paying more for. That said, it does work to give orgasms however we expected more.
Powerful Toy Multiple Orgasms
The wife and I had been considering this toy for a while but baulked at the price. We've probably spent a couple of grand on 20 or more toys over the years We took the plunge eventually and it was worth it. On opening the Doxy Number 3, my first impression was WOW. It looks great in a Glossy Candy Red colour and it feels like a high quality adult toy. It has 2 modes, 1st is constant speed which you can increase and decrease with the buttons. The 2nd mode is variable vibrations which you can also increase and decrease with the buttons. To access the variable speed you have to hold the power button in for 4 seconds. We found this feature great as it meant you don’t accidentally go to this setting while using it.The head of the toy can be removed for cleaning which is also a nice feature and the cord is fairly long (about 3m) so it was easy to plug in and reach us without having to lay in an uncomfortable position.So how did we go, well for my sexy OH, she didn’t get higher than the slowest speed (it is powerful) and enjoyed the pinpoint stimulation. I think I fell in love with this the second I opened the box, it's just so sexy looking and the colour is gorgeous! The packaging itself is very nice and adds to the high end feel of the toy and the lovely white box it comes in is perfect for storage too. This wand is ideal for me because i need very strong powerful vibrations but the larger heads on full size wands don't work for me so I generally stick to my trusty Desire Bullets for more pinpoint accuracy. If I had to be ultra picky, I would say that I could do with the head still being slightly smaller then this one but it's just on the right side of being too big so I can live with that! In use, the wand is very simple, turn it on with the power button then increase or decrease the power with the + and - buttons! Nice and simple, no patterns to scroll through, no wasted time trying to find the right setting, just turn it on, crank it up to your favorite speed then lie back and enjoy! There is a separate pulsing mode you can activate by pressing the power button for a few seconds then you can increase the speed of the pulse. Personally I don't bother with it but it's a nice addition if you like that! Clean up is a breeze, just unscrew the cap, give it a clean then replace for next time and the attachments you can get fit really well too! Its not our first wand, the other being the Mantric rechargeable wand, so it would be interesting to compare the two to see what spending 2.5 times more on a mains powered wand actually does.As with all previous Lovehoney purchases, delivery was easily tracked from the moment it left LH’s premises until it was received at our door including trips through various depots and when it was with the driver. The whole process was overnight so very rapid delivery even across international waters.The packaging is discrete as always with the toy arriving in a plain brown box (nothing suspicious here although I’m sure posties the world over know what a plain brown box “can” mean :)). The packaging of the wand itself is elegant and exudes quality. It comes in its own white heavy-duty glossy cardboard box with a picture of the wand on the outside. Inside there is a rubber foam insert protecting the wand so no chance of it moving around and getting damaged in transit. There is a simple instruction card covering the operation of the toy itself. The toy has 3 soft rubber buttons, an on/off button and a + and – button for increasing or decreasing the strength / speed of the vibrations. There is a pulse mode which you activate by holding down the on/off button for a few seconds and then the + and – buttons increase or decrease the speed of the pulsations. There are no other patterns available. First impressions count and this wand appears beautifully made with a speckled finish that shines. Not too heavy but still a good solid feel in your hand. The first time turning on, the noise did seem loud but the strength of the vibrations was quite breath-taking, and that’s just holding the toy in my hand. Being a mains powered wand, you need to have a power point near where you intend to use it. Oozes sophistication and packs a punch
I was very fortunate to be chosen to test the Doxy wand in exchange for a honest review, thank you Lovehoney. So first impressions, this screams luxury and for the price tag you would absolutely expect this and Doxy doesn’t fail to deliver. Simplicity in presentation oozes sophistication. It comes in a sleeve with the picture of the wand in the front and back. Then in a white box with simple silver writing on it, Doxy Number 3. Inside is a black velvet feel foam insert with the wand and different plug attachments for use in different countries. It also have a card inside with instructions on how to use. This product is super easy with just the three buttons and is fairly self explanatory, however the booklet tells you how to go into escalating pulse mode which I wasn’t aware it had and would of overlooked! The wand itself if a red metallic with glitter throughout, I have to say I am not a fan of glitter, I usually find it tacky looking, however I was actually surprised how nice this looks and how the glitter on the metallic red works. It is very glamorous looking, adding to the feel that this is indeed a high end sex toy. It is fairly light and not at all like other wands I have used in the past, not bulky in the slightest. This has three light up buttons, which are a plus/minus and power, all of which light up. To enter the escalating pulse mood you turn off the unit using the power button, then turn it back on holding the button down for four seconds. I can’t say I was a fan of this setting but that’s just a personal preference as I am not a lover of patterns anyway. The screw off head is actually one of my favourite features of this wand! Its ingenious! I can’t rate this feature enough, I’m sure I could right a whole review of that feature alone, it’s fantastic! So simple but my oh my does it make such a difference, not having that dread of trying to clean after which would always take away from me wanting to use wands in the past. I have a Lovehoney deluxe wand and a couple of battery ones also. As much as I love the deluxe one for the power, it doesn’t come out very often and I do feel it is perhaps going to be made redundant now thanks to Doxy. I do feel Doxy have achieved something no other wand has been able to and that is it will be used regular in my house. This really is in my opinion the only wand you need. So yes while the price tag is high, it’s high for a reason, it has everything going for it and worth every penny. Would I of spent this on a wand, probably not, would I invest in Doxy products in the future, hell yes, it’s mind blowing in results and so sleek in design. I already have my eye on the clitoral attachment as I am intrigued to how that would enhance this product more. This is advertised as a travel toy with the idea it’s ideal to take away on holiday. I would have to argue with that as to me it would depend on where I was going. If you stay in hotel rooms, I would say this would be an absolute no no and if you disagree then you are a lot braver than me! The noise is quite something! This is LOUD, like dentist drilling/ road works loud. It is a lot noisier than any other wand I have used which given its smaller is surprising. I wouldn’t use this at night and I live in a semi detached house, one, it would wake the kids up but two, for the same reason you wouldn’t hoover past a certain time, it’s noisy and your neighbours would complain! I did debate marking it down on the noise, however, I can let it off. It’s a small price to pay for everything else this has to offer and give and besides I’m not exactly quiet when using it anyway. Goodbye classic mains-powered wand
Until a few days ago, I never even considered that the Classic Mains Wand wouldn't be powerful enough for me. Indeed, I may have even joked to the husband about how, um, 'hardened' to vibrations some folk must be to need any wand labelled 'extra powerful'. And yet, well, here I am, ready to admit that this little lovely does indeed pack an extra wallop, and it is very, very more-ish indeed. It may be labelled as 'travel', but to be honest given that is still 11 inches I'm not convinced it is going to save you that much space compared to a 'non-travel' wand, especially when you take into consideration the mighty 3 metres of lead to contend with as well. Yes it might be slightly more compact than others, but given the extra power it possesses, I feel it is almost a negative to label it as a travel version, just makes it sound like you are somehow compromising, which really wasn't the case in my experience of it. Design-wise, it is perfect for me to hold with my tiny paws, and not so heavy that you will get tired holding it in position. The smaller head was a revelation: those who do not enjoy wands massively often site the lack of pin-point stimulation as a reason. Whilst this style is never going to rival a bullet, the smaller head not only made the vibrations feel more targeted, but was also easier to get into more specific positions, which for me would be slightly to the side of my clit. With my previous wand, the head was so big there was no chance of being able to as carefully position exactly where the vibrations needed to go. I'm sure the disco effect on the handle will appeal to some (just reminds me of dark granite worktops in DIY showrooms), but what I did appreciate was the light-up buttons, and what big chunky buttons they are! That the icons are deep-set into each button so you can check just by touch which button you are about to press, without having to look, is again another lovely little touch that just makes using this wand idiot-proof (always a blessing for me when all I want to do is have an orgasm). Ah yes, the orgasm. I think for the first time in my life I had concurrent multiple orgasms, or possibly just one ridiculously long orgasm. Yes it is a minor flaw, but one that made me uncomfortable mid-play, which is never what you want from a toy. Overall though, this is quite the treat: the power, the small size, the long lead. Genuinely, this is a hard review to write because I am struggling to find the right words to describe this wand. The wand itself is much smaller and lighter than its big brothers; the Original and the Die Cast. Unlike the other wands, it only comes in the one colour (at least as the time of writing). The head is made of silicone and unscrews to detach completely from the body of the wand, which is fantastic for cleaning. This is also how the official attachments fit on the wand. The silicone is velvety soft and really smooth. The small size makes it really easy to hold and makes you want to hold it. The wand really looks and feels the part. Like a serious power tool of pleasure but some how not intimidating, something you want to pick up and put near your genitals. Even the buttons lighting up blue when it is on looks cool and carefully thought out.The cord is really long for a wand and makes this toy not only great for use in the bedroom, but great to take away with you. I think we've all been in a hotel room and found the plug socket is nowhere near where we want it to be. With three meters of cord, the Doxy will overcome most of these issues. The controls are really simple. Press the top button to turn on and you'll be immediately greeted with the Doxy's mid speed. You can then use the plus and minus buttons to control the speed. The wand has one pattern. When off, press and hold the power button for three seconds and you'll get a two pulse pattern which you can speed up or down. (If you like torturing someone, put the Doxy on the pattern and turn it right down). Mine does seem to remember the speed it was last on if you turn it on quite quickly after turning it off. So if you accidentally turn it off mid play, you can turn it straight back on without losing your setting, although this only lasts a couple of seconds.So the important bit, the power. All I can say is wow. Seriously. I own a lot of sex toys and it takes a lot of me to say that about a toy. I don't think it has quite as much power as the standard sized Doxys and I also think it isn't quite as rumbly but the amount of power it does have in the much smaller size makes it really explosive. The power also stays in the head really well, you don't feel like your hand is being vibrated off while holding it. On its first outing, I orgasmed in around a minute without being particularly turned on to start with and it was a really powerful orgasm. I could also have another orgasm within minutes of the first and probably could have more if I had decided to continue. So, I bought this after my last wand died. (RIP) But The doxy was the best replacement a gal could have asked for. When I took her out of her box she looked almost magical. I am a long time fan of the Doxy brand having owned an Original wand for 4+ years. It has served me well, but following the release of the long anticipated Doxy 3, I decided it was time for an upgrade. The Doxy 3 is a sexy little toy indeed. From the moment I opened the packaging (the large white cardboard box is perfect for storage) there were "heart eye emojis" all round! While 11 inches in length, which some would consider a "large" toy, it is significantly smaller than a traditional wand/the standard size Doxy Original and Die Cast. As a result you cannot currently use any wand attachments with the Doxy 3, but that is potentially my only niggle. The aluminium/titanium casing is very smart, almost "professional" looking (not out of place in a dungeon, perhaps?). The three large silicone buttons are foolproof and the fact they light up blue when the toy is switched on is a bonus. The screw off silicone cap is another thing that sets this wand apart and allows easy, safe and super thorough cleaning after use. In use, the Doxy 3 is utterly phenomenal. I cannot stress that this is a STRONG vibrator, I'd say as strong as some full sized wand counterparts on the market only I find the smaller size makes it feel more intense. I have incredible, effortless, multiple clitoral orgasms with this toy. Despite being so strong, it somehow doesn't numb me so I am able to "keep going" several times. This started off only happening occasionally on the lower settings which are the rumbly ones, but in the end it would happen every time on every setting until it was unusable. Thankfully Lovehoney were on hand as ever to replace my faulty toy and my new one has yet to misbehave! Overall, I honestly cannot fault this toy. I just love everything about it and should I for what ever reason need to buy another in future I would not hesitate to drop the cash, it is worth every penny.
Powerful and well constructed wand
As a male without a prostate, I have been quite dependent on wand vibrators for many years. The Hitachi Magic Wand set the gold standard many years ago delivering powerful orgasms to men and women alike. Unfortunately, when Hitachi got out of that business and sold their design, the new manufacturer modified the product and it simply did not measure up. I have been through many other wands since then but none delivered on power or longevity. My search continued. After reading every review I could find on the newly designed Doxy 3, I was somewhat concerned that with its smaller size, it would not deliver the power of the larger wands but decided to take a risk and placed an order. I am truly excited by what I received and have just inaugurated. This thing is a powerhouse! After experiencing its big brother, it seems they have packed 90% of the power into this much smaller package. The more compact head seems to concentrate the power much more effectively onto the much improved smaller and firmer silicone head. Trust me, #3 gets the job done and power is not a problem! The new oversized and lighted buttons are easy to operate purely by feel and it is extremely quiet. This vibrator is clearly better built than its predecessor or any of the others I have tried. Based on first hand evaluation of #3, I feel confident it will last but I can tell you that Lovehoney DOES stand by their one-year guarantee.

I recieved the Doxy number 3 wand vibrator as a test and review product. Having already got a couple of other wands in my collection, I was very excited to see how this much smaller wand measured up to its larger cousins. Presented in a shiny white box with Doxy Number 3 printed on the top, the wand is nestled inside shaped padding. This is a much smaller wand than the traditional full size options. At a petite 10.5 inches the Doxy number 3 is almost half the size of the full size Doxy Diecast wand. It is a very stylish brushed aluminium, with a shiny silver ring at the top and at the bottom of the black silicon head. There are three buttons to control the wand with, which are soft and easy to press. The buttons also light up blue so you can still find the buttons even if your playing in the dark or under the duvet. As this is a mains powered toy, there is no need to charge it up before playtime, it really is the essence of plug and play technology. With a three meter long cable you have a good range, and you don't have to be shackled too closely to the socket. Fresh out of the box the aluminium shaft of the wand is cold to the touch, which I like, I love a bit of cold temperature play and just holding it between my breasts was a turn on. There are just three buttons, a power button, a +, and a -. Turning on the wand with just a quick press of the power button and the Doxy bursts into life. Like its full size cousin it starts on the middle setting, so you can go up in intensity of vibration with the + button or down in intensity of vibration with the - button. That's not rocket science. The vibrations are very good, strong and somehow not as numbing as the larger Doxy Diecast wand. There is plenty of power, this smaller wand certainly isn't lacking in power. I found it suprisingly easy to climax, which has not been my experience with the larger wand. Most magic wands are louder than the average sex toy, which is usually negated by the increase in power. The Doxy number 3 is quieter than most, but on the lower settings it's more noisy than on the higher settings. I don't know why, and it's the oposit of most vibrators, but that just the way it is. There is an ascending vibration patern. (Yes just the one vibration patern). To activate the ascending patern press and hold the power button for about three seconds. The + and - buttons then adjust the speed of the ascending vibrations. For example pressing the + means the vibrations go from low to high faster, and similarly pressing the - means the vibrations go from low to high more slowly. The power of the vibrations doesn't change in this mode just the speed of the patern. I do like a vibration patern, but I wasn't too impressed with the ascending patern, I prefer the on/off type of vibration patern personally, and I had thought that by now Doxy might have progressed to more than one vibration patern, but sadly not. Being a smaller size magic wand the Doxy number 3 has a smaller head, with a cercumpherence of about 5.5 inches. This means that your existing magic wand head attachments (like the hummer) will not fit, and if they make them at all you would have to buy a whole new set. The Doxy number 3 as well as being much smaller and easier to handle, is a great deal lighter than the full size wands. My OH commented that it was more like a sex toy and less like a jackhammer. This reduced weight makes for a more fun time because your wrist doesn't get tired. The one main difference the Doxy number 3 has is it has a removable head for easy cleaning. (Well aparantly it has). I have tried everything but can't get the head to unscrew. Now it's supose to work by holding the silver ring at the bottom of the head and turning the silicon piece in an anti-clockwise direction. I can't for the life of me manage it and I really don't want to break the wand, so I have cleaned it with sex toy wipes rather than washing it. It's no hardship to me as you can't remove the head on the full size wands for cleaning. In summary the Doxy number 3 is a very powerful smaller mains powered wand. It's lighter, much more portable, easier to use because of the reduced weight and it looks great too. I really like this wand, I fact for me it's better than its larger cousin the Doxy Diecast wand. I would have liked more vibration paterns but as the only downside that's not bad. I actually enjoy the feel of this more than the larger Doxy (that my OH has claimed as his). This little one is definately mine. The only thing you can't do with it is play in the bath, but no one is daft enough to take a mains powered want into the bath with them are they. . . . .?

I bought this wand after my other doxy broke and I absolutely love it! It is a lot more durable and sturdy than the other wand I had. It was rather small when it arrived which surprised me but it is just as powerful and pleasureable as other wands doxy has to offer so do not underestimate the power because of the smaller size! The buttons light up so they are easy to change in the dark, there’s an on and off button that some wands do not have to offer, as well as the up and down control buttons. It plugs into the mains and the lead is quite long! For the power it holds it is a lot quieter than I expected which is a great bonus! This wand is already my new favourite after just a couple days of use! If you want something small but with a lot of power, i highly recommend this product.
