I have quite a few penis extenders and girth sleeves in the toybox so I was excited to try this one out. The red and black is a little more aggressive than I might naturally opt for, but I prefer it over something bright green or yellow.
The view from thirty thousand feet is that I'm not exactly sure what the best use is for this bad boy. It's described as a sleeve and ball-stretcher. The ball ring does stretch, squeeze, and lift nicely as described, but the "knot" sleeve is so bulbous and girthy that it doesn't really penetrate easily.
The sleeve channel is quite small in its resting shape, but it stretches nicely and I had no problem applying even when only semi-erect. As such, it rests tightly around and functions almost like a very large cockring, turning even a semi into a rather turgid tool for penetration.
Because it has a lot of stretch and squish, in most positions it is more of a umper, but with intention can be used to provide a little extra stretch, oomph, and friction at the end of a thrust. The quality is very poor. There were spots that have imperfections that were glued/filled with clear silicone. Showing that the pour quality was low. There were rips and tears after one single use. Chemical smell even after airing out for several days. It fit. Did it work? I wouldn't know because it basically now torn after one use and it was just a fitting/practice run. Worried about it shedding and disintegrating while inside someone.

Awkward deaign
