You need to plan for this!
So there are a lot of variables that make this a success or a complete failure. The water needs to be the correct volume (22 fl oz) & at 90 degs F (best to put water in a bowl a little too warm & cool it down with a can or bottle of something from the fridge). The powder (which is in a vacuum packed bag & needs scissors to open) needs to be added to the water & mixed smoothly for 45 secs (a metal whisk works best) & then immediately poured into the tube (which needs tailoring beforehand with a box cutter & tape to fit properly, also tape on the black end-cap!) before plunging his erect lordship into the tube for good 2 mins. All this faffing about plays havoc with his rigidity! So my advice is prepare everything the night before and get into it first thing in the morning (when testosterone levels are at their highest!). This whole process works best with some ‘intimate’ assistance from a friend/partner to keep him standing to attention. Also the spillage of the casting powder is much reduced by taping an inch across the bottom of the ball cup. I let the casting cure for about 4 hours, then slowly added the mixed silicone which set overnight. I didn’t use the vibration unit that was supplied as the wires that extend to the control unit spoiled the overall effect. The result was an amazing life-like replica, that was fun to do as a couple, but it is a proper project, not just an ‘unpack & go’ event.

I followed the instructions down to the T, watched multiple videos over the course of a week to make sure I'd get it right. Unfortunately the casting didn't work out. I had the water to the correct temp, measured out the water, mixed for 45 secs, did everything right and the mould would not hold it's shape. I purchased this for my girlfriend, and the first thing she said was, "This is not as big as yours". Don't get me wrong, she is enjoying it; however, something that I noticed too is that once the mould was done, I measured if the size was close to the actual dimension of my penis (it was), but once the silicone hardened "I lost" almost 3cm". We read all the reviews, took notes, watched all the videos, took notes, created a process to go straight from stove to mixing bowl to mould, and it still didn't work the first time (it set too quickly, it says 45s, that's a lie, it's more like 20s). The box comes with enough powder for a 2nd try, we were super thorough with our research and nailed it on the 2nd try - but i would recommend getting extra powder just in case the 2nd try fails as well.
Needs a better mold ingredient. It works pretty good but the mold is too lumpy which the instruction says it will be but then when you pour the silicone in and it hardens it comes out not smooth and has imperfections. If they came out with a better mold making process I would give it a five star

Was fun moulding but quite awkward, took 2 goes to get mould as temp accuracy was difficult and 1st attempt hardened before we could use it. 2nd attempt still not perfect so some cracks in mould and balls were not covered so silicone mix leaked out and did not give anywhere near true likeness.

Replacement for the original clone-a-willy
My partner and I decided to try to do this before I leave again for college. After reading the reviews for the clone-a-willy and seeing that a lot of people with bigger penises struggled with enough moulding powder (after making mistakes) and the amount of silicon provided, we decided it would be the smarter move to buy the +balls version of this product and simply not mould the balls. This proved to be better really fast. The first attempt we did the moulding powder firmed up way too quickly (since I mixed it for too long and took too long to pour it into the plastic sleeve) and my partner couldn't put their willy in. Good thing the package came with 2 packs of moulding powder!!! We tried again with the second powder pack and it went much better and created a phenomenal mould (it got so much detail?!?!?!). We were basically doing *it* to keep my s/o hard while we kept an eye on the water temperature, did the mixing really fast (no more than 30 seconds you just have to GO), and poured it into the plastic sleeve. I didn't like the silicon colour that this kit came with so I just got some gold mica pigment powder at a crafts store and coloured it rose gold, it seems to be fine that way! I got a separate vibrator with this because the one that was included in the package is connected to something externally and I didn't want that. So after I put the vibrator in the silicon (for structure),there was just barley enough silicone left to make a good flared base (make safe sex toys!!). This product came out great and very detailed! It’s handy that you are provided with two moulding sachets as the first one went a little wrong (most of it spilled out). I’d definitely recommend taping a couple inches at the bottom of the ball container as shown in the instructions, it seems a lot of people don’t do this. Definitely do this in a bathroom or somewhere without carpet as you still get spillage. Also tape the black lid at the bottom of the tube on too, as it seemed like it could easily come off. We bought duct tape to use instead of the tape provided as you’ll need more and duct tape is much more reliable.
Also, use a cockring or some form of viagra if you can - and you need someone else to mix the mould so you get the timing right, whilst the dick-haver gets prepped (cover dick in oil and fully shave before or else you’ll struggle to get out of the mould) this is definitely a two-person job.
The vibrator is fairly weak and quite loud so we contemplated not adding it, however we read that if you don’t add the vibrator there wouldn’t be enough silicon to fill the cast.
My SO has a curved penis, and so made it difficult to properly align in the tube, however we found that if you leave it in until the mould starts to get more firm, start to push/realign the dick so it moves away from the side of the tube and it’ll hold it there.

This idea has been cleverly put together and comes with pretty good quality parts and ingredients and clear instructions. I am sure that when it works it creates a good replica however after two unfortunate events in the first part of the process I do feel that the instructions need an extra step to ensure a successful outcome and avoiding turning this potentially fun experience into a total disappointment and waste of money. My tuppence-worth on this whole thing would be to suggest that at the point in the instructions where tape has to be applied between the top of the tube and the ball cup to secure them together, that tape is also applied around the black plastic stopper at the bottom end of the tube to secure it in place. TWICE we lost all the moulding mixture because the weight of it in the tube, combined with the force of insterting an erect penis, pushed out the black stopper and we lost the entire contents. Also, as they suggest, this procedure really must be done in a bathroom, or room with a hard floor, which will be much easier to clean up than if any of the mix seeps out and lands on a carpet/bath mat etc. Yes it sets into a firm rubber which can be peeled of however there was still residue and “bits” to pick out. This was our second clone willy purchase. Compared to the one without ball extension we found this one to be far superior because it is easier to clone your junk to actual size and it was actually less messy this time around! Though you shouldn’t expect not having to spend time cleaning yourself after the mold is done. Thus don’t expect to just be able to jump in to sex straight after. Making the mold is simple enough but requires almost precision timing so you don’t screw up the molding process by it solidifying too early. Awful, not for average size
Unless you're packing a horse cock and giant balls, this thing is not average size friendly. It is also not easy to adjust and maneuver. The ball cup is entirely too large for the average size penis, and the tube is way too small to put your penis into, without having it touch the sides, which makes it even more difficult to properly mold in the short amount of time given to do so. This is also rather difficult to do at all, considering the directions are quite confusing (see step 7 in packaging) and it takes so little time to place everything just right before the mold sets. The kit has almost everything that you will need in order to create the Clone A Willy. I would advise to have some duct tape, a disposable container. The instructions are clear and are easy to follow, but I find that the outcome is not as great as it should be despite following the instructions perfectly. I also found that the instructions provided some false information to create a perfect replica. The instructions do not specify what type of tape you should use. We used brown parcel tape the first time around. Pouring the silicone into the mould, and inserting the vibrator is very easy and straightforward. The silicone takes 24 hours to set, being a very impatient person this felt such a long time.
