Issue with product - lovehoney refunded though
Unsure whether something had gone wrong during manufacture or whether during transit but there was something wrong with the gag/dildo, I don’t know what it’s supposed to be made from whether silicon or something cheaper but it arrived and had a tacky feeling and horrible taste so I was really concerned it wasn’t body safe, it’s the only time I’ve ever been too concerned to use a toy before, lovehoney where great but I would be wary with the brand overall following the experience because I have no idea what was wrong there. The tackiness persisted after attempts to wash in case it was a residue but something I think had degraded the material.

Good idea poor implementation
The metal clasps on the back of this gag are too small, (of were the straps too big?) either way putting this on is difficult. The gag is only kept in place by flimsy elastic straps enabling the insertable part of the gag to move around at times uncontrollably. This led to the gag hitting me in the gums and teeth while attempting to use it.

This toy does not work well. It holds really uncomfortably.
The design is that the ball gag is not fixed tightly to the rest. You can see in the pictures further along.

Not great as ball not fixed to gag
The ball is not fixed to the base of the gag like the dildo is, so the wearer has no control of where it sits and it often just slides off the face to the side or down the chin. The ball is quite large which caused pain after a while and also it's attached by 2 thick elasticated strings which are actually pretty uncomfortable in the mouth too.

Dildo yay - gag nay
The dildo part of this toy is fantastic. I love the shape and it's the perfect length for straddling over a submissives face.
The ball gag however is slightly too large which isn't ideal as it leaves my sub with a sore/aching jaw and induces the 'gag' reflex a little too much.
Also the ball gag isn't actually attached by anything other than a small amount of elastic - which isn't very clear in the pictures. On the plus side, this does allow for a smaller ball gag to be used separately underneath and the larger ball to be tucked down under the chin.

Love the concept
I've been in search of the perfect toy in this realm, but they're exceptionally hard to come by. I now have three items trying to fulfill this void, with this one coming in second place. The first place one is a piece of real leather not available here, and you can put your choice of dildo in. That one however doesn't have a gag, which is somewhat the problem with this. The ball gag itself is of nice size and pretty comfortable, coming from a person who has issues at the dentist holding their mouth open. The issue is that the ball gag is separate from the dildo piece, so they move independently of each other which causes friction on your face. The dildo itself is just okay. Sometimes she wears it for a up close pegging facial session. So as the male reviewer here, I too do get the sensation of insertion. It has gotten her close to squirting, but comes just short. I think that for both G and P spot stimulation it needs just a little more hook to hit those spots. The harness itself works pretty well.

Disappointing design
Was really keen to try this after reading the positive reviews but sadly this fell far short of what I'd hoped for. As the ball gag is attached to the main strap by a couple of strips of elastic it's not fixed firmly enough to either support the weight of the dildo when one is vertical so it dips pulling the strap away from the ball, and when one is horizontal the dildo will inevitably move back and forth off of the gag, again not staying in place. As another reviewer mentions briefly is that this also makes it rather uncomfortable to wear as each of the elastic straps cut into the side of the mouth, and the gag and dildo is going to move when used so it's all a bit awkward. I also thought the dildo's 5 inches would be enough but it's surprisingly thin and small; I'm guessing because any more would mean it would dip even more when vertical. Thinking now that I may cut off the ball and use it instead as a toy attached to a thigh or something as this won't be used again, there are better alternatives elsewhere online anyway.
