Very comfortable
I bought this set for a photoshoot and as soon as it arrived I tried it on and the cuffs are very comfortable and easy to fasten by yourself and take off as well. With a little practice you can reach and open the clip as well. First time using the ball and it did what it needed to, but just not for me. Whip is light and soft.
Excellent way to bring back the spark
I ordered this set for myself and OH we have been married for over 20 years and although sex is still good I wanted to spice things up a little and to also allow for me to be less in control and more submissive it totally did the trick. The hand and ankle cuffs are super soft so made being restrained comfortable, wearing the blind fold meant I wasnt able to see what was coming so added to the excitement. Missus and I were going through a bit of a tougher period in the bedroom. This kit sparked exactly the conversations that lead to having our best sex.
We're not heavy into BDSM, but we discovered that we both like restrains and that lovely sentiment of letting go and just enjoy the moment.
She got a few ideas from 50 shades, despite not rating that. Those restrains got attached to plenty of things and they work as advertised. Using velcro straps is definitely beginner friendly and the softness makes it easy to avoid injury.
The blindfold makes a regular appearance in our bedroom, despite having some blindfolds that I'd usually use for flying. Not sure I'd show up at the airport with this one rocking the BB logo, so it's safe to say that it shall not leave the bedroom.
That flogger is quasi-useless for impact play i.e it doesn't sting at all. Definitely beginner friendly. We're not into giving/receiving pain, so this isn't a problem. Basically it's a massage tool.

Best Intro Kit
My Husband and I got this as we wanted to see what bondage would be like and through this looked like the best intro kit for us. The hand and ankle restraints they padded and comfy we like the fact they had clip hooks so you can attach them to each other or other items around the house!. Blindfold is perfect for beginners however it does move up easily. Mouth Ball Gag again perfect for beginners (I personally find it too small) it does get tangled up with itself. Folger never really used it as too flimsy.

So I ordered this as I've wanted to get into bondage for a while but found it's usually quite expensive, when I saw this I immediately ordered it. It came on time and I started playing around with it straight away. I am very happy with the amount of positions you can get in with it and the velcro is nice and strong, I have not been able to get out by struggling. Great little intro kit
This is a great kit for beginners wanting to explore some light bondage and get a feel for some basics without a huge investment. The mask seems a bit flimsy at first glance but fits both our faces snugly and well around the head and is very comfortable. The ball gag is very small and firm, i found it a bit too small in fact, but this is personal preference, strap was very comfty albeit a tad loose at times. Cuffs are also comfty as and quiet, to the point we bought a seperate set in case these get ruined. Clips in and out easily and into eachother or D/O rings of other toys. Strap is good quality and holds fast to people and furniture. Let's start with the mask. This one hides the eyes well. The elastic surrounds the head well and therefore the mask does not fall off. It remains well fixed and flattened in the eyes. Thanks to its fairly soft material, it is very comfortable to wear and does not hurt, even after having worn it for 1 hour. When you look at the person wearing it, the red and black edges make it very aesthetic and much more exciting. Then we have the gag. First disappointing LH purchase
Quite a lot to get through on this one as it's got a fair few items. I will add I got it half price and if you owned nothing at all it might be an ok start point but it just isn't quite there for us. The cuffs are fine. Adjustable Velcro always a good idea on these, they are ok for comfort and the easy clips make them versatile for use with themselves or other things. The blindfold isn't great but its fine. Because it's on an elastic band not an adjustable strap if you use it on someone with a big head it's done for anyone else. Comfort wise the material is a bit scratchy for use with eyes for me. The flogger is really nice, it is soft enough to tickle with and just hard enough to use for light flogging. Out if this kit this is the saving grace. The gag is like a stone. Honestly I'd be worried about using it in earnest as dental work isn't cheap. The strap is effective for getting just the right size. It's also tiny so an introductory gag at best. The adjustable restraint joiner was the worst part for me though. Zero resistance to being pulled apart, honestly it may as well not be there.

Love this little bondage bundle the flogger is my favourite makes a great sound and isn’t to painful just right . The tuffs are good and doesn’t become loose the Velcro is tough. However the blindfold is thick and doesn’t cover the eyes probably and looks abit basic and I notice the rope comes on the handle after a few times of using but for a beginner bondage set I definitely recommend this.

Your you new to the Bondage, then this would be an amazing kit for you and your partner!! My partner & I had a few kit that we have tired now. The flogger is a good one for a beginner, it doesn't sting like some do but you do get a nice feeling from it. I like ball gages but I disliked this one, was to hard for my liking and wasn't really a fan of the staple either. Blindfold was okay but I do prefer a silk one. I did like that the wrest and ankle restraints are velcro.
Great for first time bondage play
Package arrived quickly and very discreet always with Lovehoney. We couldn’t wait to get started with this and test it out. The flogger is amazing for first timers just gives a little sting although if you give it enough whack can leave a good bruise too which we enjoyed. The blindfold isn’t great as you can still see a little however just keep your eyes closed too and this isn’t a problem. We used the restraints first on my hands which was great during foreplay giving my other half total control over me. They’re great to tease and build up the foreplay. We then used them on my ankles a couple of times later and did end up breaking them ha so for more experienced bondage play these may not be recommended however they did their job. Found the ball gag a little difficult with a pierced tongue and couldn’t keep it in for long as was uncomfortable but can’t see this being a problem for those who don’t have a piercing. Overall found this a great starter product and definitely gets your juices flowing. Great for foreplay and for use during sex too. Would 100% recommend but think we need something stronger next time.
Perfect set for beginners
Had this set a little while now. Must say it's a firm favourite between me and the other half. Great for a gentle introduction to the world of bondage especially coupled with the price at 50% off! The cuffs are super soft and comfortable. (Was not expecting that for the price) they can be clipped together to provide a restraint or even attatched to the strap that comes with the set. I bought this as it was on offer and wanted to test the waters with the other half and thought if it wasn't something for us then not too much money wasted. Luckily no waste at all. This kit was delivered swiftly and in plain packaging, as all LH orders are. We set too using it straight away and enjoyed it very much. The cuffs don't rub, even when on tight and the mask is silky soft. Neither of us really like the ball gag and that was something we discovered. And the flog, while making a good noise is something I describe as soft play. You can feel it especially when you really put some effort into it but it doesn't sting. So its good to be used as a starter to ease you into this. I will be buying something with a little bit more of a sting but that's a personal preference. Ball gag: when I first saw it I thought it was too small but when you actually put it on and the ball is in your mouth you realise it’s actually the perfect size. It’s connected on a strap which is easily adjusted to size. The ball isn’t hard so it doesn’t hurt your teeth in any way. Your able to bite down on it and it’s soft. The best way to describe the ball is it’s like a bouncy ball you can get from £1 machines. Eye mask: really comfy mask and does exactly what it needs to do. Good for beginners
When I moved to a new country I left behind most of my restraints (literally), so I thought this kit would be practical for me to have. The blindfold is soft, comfortable and fits well. The velcro fastening on the wrist and ankle cuffs might not look the kinkiest, but it certainly makes it easy to adjust them for a comfortable fit. What I loved the most was the adjustable strap. It lets you position your sub in almost any way you want. The ball gag is way too simple for my taste, so I use one of the buckle-fastened ones I have instead. The only item that was somewhat disappointing was the rope flogger. It might work great for introducing whipping into your bedroom fun, but it was way too soft and gentle both for me and my partner. We'll stick to my leather and plastic whips. ;) It's worth mentioning that all items are easy to clean - just hand wash them! Overall there's nothing too extreme in this kit, so it is ideal for bondage beginners!
Great when starting out
After me and my OH had discussed trying out bondage for the first time we came across this set and thought it was the best way to try out a bit of everything. When the set arrived and we unboxed it, it wasn't too intimidating which is great, particularly as my partner was still a bit on the cautious side with trying it. We used all the items in the set and still years odd bits a couple years on. The gag is very small but was great to see whether we liked it. The blindfold is great and we still use this now. The rope flogger is good and we still use this now, doesn't hurt too much but you still know it's been used!! The handcuffs and ankle cuffs were very comfortable and although you can escape from them quite easily, they were good to dip our toes into being tied up.
Cheap and cheerful
This kit is definitely worth the money. It's fun, It's affordable, and durable. This kit consists of a ball gag wrist and ankle restraints a flogger and blindfold. Oh and last but not least a strap of nylon with some d rings on it (this was very useful) Everything does what it says on the tin and does it well! This kit is a bit on the cheap side being made of nylon but its seriously durable. If it can withstand the bearish blokes I've had in them they can withstand anyone. The one thing I will say is the flogger is not too intimidating being made of nylon string. so if your looking for something with more of a sting I'd look elsewhere. But it was perfect for me and my partner we were just looking to explore something new. Can't recommend this enough it was a great spring board into the world of bondage for me and I'm sure it will be for you too.
Amazing
My partner and I decided to buy this kit as a way of venturing into light BDSM. The wrist and ankle restraints are easy to use and comfortable. The same applies to the blindfold. The flogger is brilliant and really got both me and my partner excited when used. We haven’t used the bondage strap yet but we will be soon. The ball gag is great too but it would be better if it were a little bigger. All in all it’s a rest starter kit and has both my partner and I wanting to experiment even more with BDSM
Bondage Boutique Kit
Bought this a while back to try something new with my partner. Since then we have used it regularly and it is great to add a bit of variety. The cuffs are soft and well padded and can be used for extended periods of time with no discomfort. The clasps on the cuffs are metal and very sturdy so there is little chance of them breaking.
Great for getting started
I have never used any sort of bondage gear before and wanted to try it out. My boyfriend got the kit for fun and really enjoyed the products. The hand and leg restraints were very comfortable and fit really well, additionally the whip wasn't intimidating. We weren't sure how to use the adjustable strap, as this was our first time using a bondage kit. Other than that, we really enjoyed the product. Additionally, the ball gag was small and comfortable, which is great for my small mouth. It was super easy to get started with and I would recommend it to others who are just starting out with bondage gear.
Versatile and Exciting
My girlfriend and I are not strangers to bondage but had always relied on tape and our underbed restraints before (both from LH of course!) They were useful but we were finding there was too much "wiggle room" so we decided to invest in this set. So- the build quality is excellent. Every piece feels well thoughout out and seems sturdy without comprimising the comfort of the wearer. The clips and velcro fastenings are strong and seem like they will not easily break or become weakened. We were really impressed with the quality overall. Each individial piece was excellent. The cuffs are all fully adjustable, comfortable and breathable, and the strap allows you to be very creative with your restraints. We also purchased the matching collar and lead which allowed us to get even more creative. The whip does not deliver a very sharp sting at all, so would be perfect for beginners. It is still very effective at delivering surprising or pleasant sensations, I'd say. The blindfold blocks about 90% of vision and is very comfortable. The ball gag is very small and I'd say ideal for beginners- I had never used one before and found I didn't like it, but it was quick and easy to remove and I think a good place to start as I was able to identify that I was uncomfortable without panicking. My girlfriend remarked that she liked how matchy everything was, and I felt fantastic- the whole matching aspect gives your BDSM a more "professional" finish and ramped up the sexiness. Overall- can't recommend this kit enough. Great value, too.
Beginner's bondage
Nice little set,cuffs were stronger than I thought they would be and can be used in multiple restraint positions when used with the strap. O/h wasn't keen on the ball gag so that doesn't get used, but don't let that put you off everyone is different. Flogger isn't harsh at all hence the 'soft bondage kit title' but for us it's absolutely fine just enough to get the excitment going. This is obviously a beginner's set so if you wanted something to inflict a bit more pain look at another item but like I said before this is a soft kit and was ideal for us for a bit of fun.

amazing. she wantes to try something like this for awhile so we got this set and went to work with it. i didnt think the restraints would be so good as they are only velcro but they are great. the 'whip' is great. the feeling of it even when hit hard is soft enough to not feel to hard for beginners. the gag is something else <3 perfect for people new to bondage.
Great starter kit
We wanted to explore this more softer bondage style as beginners. This was an affordable and not to intimidating looking starter pack. I’m not to fond of the soft handcuffs and my wrists are too small and slip out, however they are great on him. I love all the other items and find us using them outside of bdsm style play. Great for his and hers alike!

Our first bondage kit
I have always had a thing for bondage but wasn’t sure if my partner was in to it so I bought the beginner kit as shown. It gets used very regular and is excellent! The price for what is included is great also. The Velcro cuffs are stronger than expected, they have been put through there paces! And the still stay fastened. The whip is very tame however good if your just having a little bit of fun as it isn’t going to hurt you as the material is very soft

This kit has everything you need to start your bondage adventure. Me and my partner bought this as our experiments with dressingown belts needed updating! We love this kit however feel as though we could soon be progressing to something a little more... Hardcore. Kit is great for beginners however seems a little cheap?... But deffenatly good for starting out.
Versatile fun
This is our first purchase from the bondage range and we were both pleased, the set is all that's required to start you out and is very versatile with the clips and d-rings allowing you to restrain limbs in various combinations. The material is soft and comfortable and I was able to keep the set on for quite some time. The ball gag is a little small (or maybe I just have a big mouth!) but was comfortable to wear and certainly serves the purpose! Overall pleased with our purchase and will definitely be adding to our collection now!
Feels amazing
The wrist and ankle straps and the face mask on this wonderful set feel so soft. They are such wonderful quality material. With the entire set I never had any issues with worries of snapping no matter how rough things got. I especially love the fact it comes with the strap to turn these normal ankle and wrist restraints into hog ties! I found that part very exciting.
Bondage kit
This product is fun and easy to use the only issues I had with these is the straps could have been longer other than that I had good fun with this product. It's a grate way to restrain your partner in different ways. This was cofterbal and soft so your not left with marks. If you want to have it right around your wrist and feet u can adjust them to what suits you and your partner

It's a comfy fit
This product I have to say is even softer then my bed which not many things are.You also get quite a lot for your money which either means you're saving or spending on extra stuff. It's all very simple and easy to use so you don't need to worry if you're not a pro at all that stuff.
A Great Starter Kit
Wasn't expecting a great deal from this starter bondage kit, but I was pleasantly surprised. There is no need to worry about the cuffs coming loose, as I've had a good tug on these and the velcro will go nowhere. the connectors are strong and everything seems to be made fairly well. The flogger is great, and even if you really give a hard slap there's no chance of causing any damage, great for a beginner. The ball gag is quite small, so if you're looking for something that will have a bit more of effect (or if you just have a big mouth) then I would look for another. Unfortunately, the blindfold is comfortable and thick, but you can still peek out regardless of where you have it. The only downside to this great value kit!
Great for first-timers
Me and my boyfriend bought this to try something new and we had such a fun night.. the kit in full is yet to be tried but the hand and ankle cuffs are soft and nice to wear and do not come undone easily (unfortunately the clasps on them to attach are a little too small for my bed frame so we had to improvise). The flogger is firm enough to be disciplined with without hurting and the eyemask is soft.. have yet to try the black strap but I'm sure we'll have a good few fun nights with that. Only slight gripe is that the ballgag tends to slip off my head but think we'll put it under my hair next time and that may solve the problem. All in all, this gave us a lot of fun and is a worthy investment for the bedroom. Perfect for couples wanting to try bondage for the first time as well as (i'm guessing) more experienced couples who want a go-to kit. 10/10!
Great starter kit!
This was my first purchase from Love Honey and I was a bit unsure at first. I had been toying with the idea of bondage for a while, but after finding out the person I'm dating was open to the idea, I decided to surprise him and go for it. I didn't want the ball gag, but the rest of the kit looked great and it was a good price. I sent him a picture when it arrived (along with some sexy underwear also from LH) and he got very excited! The restraints are very comfortable and easy to put on yourself, you just need someone else to tie you up! ;) The blindfold was great too, couldn't see a thing! First he restrained me and then I restrained him, so it's great fun for everyone and I enjoyed switching roles. I was worried about the whip at first, but it was very soft and enjoyable. I haven't used the ankle restraints yet, but look forward to trying them next! My only issue is that it would have been better if it came with more straps to attach the restraints to the bed.
Everyone should have one of these kits
Myself & my OH tried this out last night, he had me this way/that way & every other way all just by attaching the cuffs in different positions on the strap. It normally takes my partner an extremely long time to reach climax, when we tried this he had to keep stopping just so he could keep it going for as long as possible. All the while I'm blindfolded & wearing the ball gag which I had to keep biting down on as I was extremely excited myself. This kit shall see a lot of usage guaranteed.
Bondage Boutique Soft Bondage Kit
A very nice arrangement of products, suitable for beginners to bondage. Could have done with some instructions especially as it's not obvious how the wrist / ankle restraints are intended to attach to the extension strap. Blindfold was good, unlike similar blindfolds it was not possible to see around or through it and the materials used were nice.
A great set for beginners
It was received super-fast after i ordered this kit, discretely packaged and i was glad I had gone for red. Its such a vibrant colour and looks good against a black background. It adds a whole new level of excitement to bedroom play, I particularly liked the ball gag, as it adds to the feeling of helplessness when bound up. and it has certainly been used on numerous occasions now. The best beginner bondage kit we've found so far.
Hand cuffs, ankle cuffs, blindfold, ball gag, a rope whipe and an extra strap to tie you all together. Really, there isn't much we weren't pleased with in this kit. If you're looking for a soft kit as a beginner, or even just for play, look no further. The Soft Bondage Kit is indeed that, soft. It was perfect for more teasing than rough action, as while we think it could hold up to quite a bit, its clearly not as strong as some of the more expensive leather products. That is ok, though, as we weren't looking for anything too 'hardcore'. These items make for a more comfortable trusting feeling that those new to bondage would probably prefer. As said before, the kit is 6 pieces. It comes with hand and ankle cuffs, a blindfold, gag, rope whip, but also comes with a strap. The strap is perfect for use between the two different type of cuffs, and really allows your imagination run wild! All together, we loved this kit with very little to complain about. I would suggest getting the addon bag for a small charge to store it in, as we did and are SO glad we did. If you're looking for a good place to start experimenting with bondage, want to add a soft kit to your collection, or just want to have a romantic night your partner will never forget, this is the kit for you. It is absolutely worth every bit of the price, and more.
Great bondage kit for first-timers
This bondage kit is great for beginners and all the items are comfortable and well made. We both love how the handcuffs and leg restraints can be clipped to each other or around a bed post, they are also very comfortable and can fit anyone with easy adjustment. I was worried the gag would be slightly intimidating, however both my boyfriend and I enjoyed using it and found it very comfortable. The flogger is also great fun however slightly softer than I imagined and doesn't make for hard spanking. However, if spanking is new to couples it makes a great first product. Overall, a really great bondage set for beginners which has made my boyfriend and my first experience of it really comfortable and fun. Would recommend for young couples looking to spice up their sex life!

Absolutely so so so happy with this product I bought!! I have not been more excited and ecstatic about an item from Lovehoney than this! The wrist cuffs and ankle cuffs are so comfortable and you can tighten or loosen them to your liking. The ball gag is small (you can get some big ones and I have quite a small mouth) so it fits perfectly! And the flogger is to die for, that is my favourite out of the kit. It came beautifully wrapped and they honestly do look fantasic. I would highly recommend this! Overall rating: 5/5

Surprisingly good quality
to be quite honest i wasn't expecting to be blown away by this set, it seemed like a bargain bondage bucket to just try stuff out, but the quality is outstanding. the packaging is just a plastic bag, nothing special but this isn't a luxury item so i wasn't expecting much it terms of packaging. firstly the cuffs all fit me well, although the ankle cuffs struggled to fit round my mans ankles. they are extremely comfortable, the padding feels more restrictive than the leather alternatives i own while being so much more comfortable. the Velcro fastens easily but stays put despite struggling, it is possible to use the same hand to unfasten it but it isn't easy and it has to be well positioned. the rope flogger is really strong and i feel it will last a while before fraying, there are a few ways to use it and it hurts but not too much, less than a paddle but enough to give you a shock. the gag is the perfect size, most are miles too big even as an experienced player, i find the restriction most important and large gags become uncomfortable quickly. you wont forget you're wearing this but it wont distract you from whats happening, the strap isn't the best, it fastens OK at the back but it just goes through two holes in the ball making that area not too comfortable, more so than others I've tried but it would be better if there was a way to protect skin from the gap between the ball and strap. the length of strap is the only part i felt really let down with, i have no idea what you could use it for besides trying someones ankles or wrists to something, it really should have some suggestions included or designed with a more clear purpose, a hog tie for example. the mask was also a little of a let down, as it's so thick it isn't as flexible at needs to be, there's a substantial gap at the nose, although i find this useless it may be great for beginners who want to feel blindfolded but are nervous about being totally blind. all in all a brilliant selection for beginners and more experienced players, the gag and flogger were certainly my favorite items.
Perfect for a submissive
This bondage kit is perfect for new-to-bondage couples. I love bondage play, and this was a great purchase to add to the collection! The wrist and ankle restraints are soft and comfortable- much better than the police style handcuffs. They clip together easily and quickly. The flogger is so sexy, but can be tricky to get the wrist action right! The blindfold is great, a bit tight (maybe I've got a big head!) but does its function. Below, you find each category that we would consider relevant for a purchase – so please go ahead and read whatever’s important for you or enjoy every detail! Package Bondage Boutique Experts might already know, but for all you Newbies out there: as all the products from this series, it comes just simply packed in a plastic bag with a tag attached to it. It is safely wrapped, yet produces very little waste. Due to its size, there is also hardly any of this filling material necessary if shipped in those usual brown boxes. If you decide to give this to someone as a present, you might consider to invest a few bucks in one of Lovehoney’s gift boxes or simple wrap it in some paper! Flogger The first item is already a real hit! Being new to floggers, it was easy to use and I could even produce a cool “whip sound” (yes, I am proud of that!). It feels great on the skin, especially on the bum it gives you a sweet tingly sensation; the soft ends really caress you. If you want a bit more skin in the game, try it on your back – that is a bit tougher but still a whole lot of fun. I wanna point out its quality as it seems to last for a lot of play time. Moreover, the sturdy build could easily take my hard pulls and pushes. Also the handle/string at the end can come in handy, either during bedroom play or while storing it in your red room à la Grey. Mask Using a sleeping mask every night, I tried out quite a couple of them already and I can say that this one is indeed a high quality one. Due to the firmer neoprene it doesn’t fully sink on your eyes which makes it even possible to open them under the mask! Thumbs up! The red and black design make it look classy and the inner black side wraps you up in nearly complete darkness – as there is only very very little light coming through the gap between the mask and your nose. The only little minus point might be the strap, as it is not adjustable. When you get your mask, the elastic band is quite tough but I am sure that will loosen up over time (or you let a watermelon wear the mask overnight if it is way too tight for you :D ) Cuffs As well as the Mask, those Cuffs are made of super sturdy neoprene. It feels absolutely great to wear them and you can be sure that they won’t cut in your ankles or legs. The Velcro Strap make it easy to fasten and open which comes in very handy during play sessions. The attached karabiners make it easy to mix those Cuffs with your existing or yet to be built bondage collection. There is only things I would criticise: I gotta say that I am not a huge fan of the design: The Cuffs look a bit sturdy and bulky – not particularly sexy. Again, no big deal – you might wear the Mask anyways! Connector Strap To be honest, this item left me a bit confused: I wasn’t quite sure what to do with this adjustable strap with two loops one side and one of the other. So we decided to try it to connect the hand or ankle cuffs and moreover use it as an improvised hog tie. I gotta tell you: it all works! Just be a little bit creative and try to use it in different ways (…collar…just sayin’…) Ball Gag Finally, there is also a little Ball Gag included. It looks quite cute and not intimidating at all! The red ball is moveable on the black strap, which is fastened by simply slipping it through the two metal rings and back through one of them. That can easily be done by the person wearing it or by a partner – but it is quite tricky with hands full of lube. Though, this method of closing doesn’t hurt the back of your head if you lie on it, therefore I can understand why they used this method instead of e.g. a clip-in one. Make sure to give the ball a good rinse before using it first as it carries quite a smell (unfortunately it doesn’t tell you what it’s made of) but that should go away soon. Once in use, this little ball does everything you expect it to and is a great feature to your bedroom. Why the Bondage Boutique Soft Bondage Kit? First of all, the obvious: so many things for a little amount of money! You get the best of the bondage world delivered to you in one box! Yey! Lovely soft starter kit
First off I am a complete beginner to bondage so this was a fab way to get a feel for things. LH sent this to me in exchange for an honest review and I was super excited to test it all out. First glance: when it arrived all the pieces of the set come in a neat plastic baggie. I adored the colour!! The red and black is so extra and I loved it immediately!! I was quite surprised how compact it was, so it was easy to store. I opened it up and the wrist and ankle cuffs are paired up so it easy to see what is what. I loved just placing them on to explore how they felt. As well as the 4 cuffs (2 wrist and 2 ankle) you get the ball gag, the neoprene mask, the lovely soft flogger and the strap. The strap I actually to start with couldn't figure out how to use it. As a beginners set it would be handy to have a run down of the items and possible uses in a small guidance pamphlet as many toys come with these days. Other than that I was very keen to try them all out properly. In use: the cuffs (both lots) are easy to put on, the velcro is great and for a starter kit, I liked I could be easily released. Using them with the strap adds to the fun. I was hesitant to use the strap on/around my headboard as its antique but other places have proved great fun too ;). The mask is so soft and comfy on - wonder if it would double as a long haul flight mask too ;) we will see. It is easy to slide on and because of the material it's made of it stays put and lets minimal light in. I liked that I could hear but not see what was going on (the man really loved this too) Makes each touch all the more interesting. The flogger is non threatening and I love the feel of it on my skin. The only thing I wasnt a huge fan of was the ball gag, mainly as I probably need to warm up to it somewhat but we are working on that. Softly, Softly Bondage Gear
Me and my partner were quite excited to find out what we were getting in out bondage kit that was sent from Lovehoney. The package itself was super quick getting to us thanks to Lovehoney’s speedy delivery service. Our order came in a plain sturdy brown box. Inside the box was enough tissue paper to stop the bits inside from moving around the box and kept everything together. When we took the tissue paper away from the box there was a see-through plastic bag with our bondage gear inside. It wasn’t the best of bags as everything inside it was squashed together and we couldn’t see everything that was inside clearly. On the label that is attached to a blindfold it shows a picture of everything that bondage boutique offer. It is slightly misleading as not everything that is pictured was in the pack. Inside our goodie bag we had a blindfold, a pair of wrist restraints, a pair of ankle restraints, a ball gag, a rope spanker/whip and a long black strap. Now me and the other half are not experts in bondage we have dabbled in it before but it isn’t something that we regularly do. So the black strap was a little confusing for us as we are not quite sure what it is supposed to be used for. It isn’t on the picture that is attached to the blindfold either so it made it a little more confusing. But after looking on the Lovehoney website we found that this is to actually connect the wrist restraints to the ankle restraints. This is one thing the we liked as we both like to be domineering towards each other. The blindfold is quite thin, both of us tried it on to see how comfortable it was. We both found that to make it feel ok on our nose we had to make sure it wasn’t resting on the bridge, which then we could see out of the bottom of the blindfold. The elastic was ok after we had sorted out the position of the blindfold. Now onto the wrist straps, they are not very padded and are a little too thin for us. We put them in and had a tug on them to see how good the Velcro was. To our surprise it was very strong and stayed stuck together when pulling them. On the side of each restraint there is a loop to connect the two together and this then meant that our hands were even more restricted. The ankle restraints are pretty much the same but are a little bigger to make sure they fit. Again we found that these weren’t amazingly padded and did fell a little uncomfortable after being on for a little while. These again have the loop to connect the two restraints together to make it more restricting. The ball gag is something that we have never tried before, so this was something we were eager to give a go. Putting it on was a little fiddly, as it has D rings that the straps slide through to secure it behind your head. The strap moves in-between the ball to make it much easier to slide into a comfortable position. The ball itself isn’t too big and is very soft. It is really good to bite down on and feels fine in the mouth. The only thing that I could really find a little uncomfortable was the straps at the side of my mouth. Where the straps come out of the ball and put a little pressure on the side of my mouth it does make it feel a bit sore after it being there for a short period of time. There is also a rope whip. This is one of our favourite things that came in our pack. The rope is very soft and is quite long do you don’t have to be too close to your partner for them to be able to feel the whip. The handle is faux leather, this is wrapped around the rope to keep it all together. There is also a handle on the end. This is handy as if you want to stop and do something else then you can keep it on your wrist and it will be ready and waiting to spring back into action. The only niggle we had with this is the end of the long pieces of rope look like they haven been finished off properly and are frayed and some of them are a little scratchy. The whip doesn’t just have to be used as a whip we used it to tease each other by tracing the end of the rope along each others body parts. Overall we think that this is a good starter pack for beginners. It is really basic and is something that would be ideal if you want to start your journey into soft bondage, slowly. We would of used all of the item in the pack quite a bit if it wasn’t for the fact that we have already got our beloved Fifty Shades Of Grey luxury restraints and blindfold. The whip and the gag will be used quite a bit as these are things we hadn’t tried before now.
A brilliant entry level bondage kit
This kit has everything you need for a kinky evening of bondage. There are cuffs for all limbs with an adjustable strap to connect them, a flogger, a blind fold and a ball gag. The cuffs and blind fold are made from red neoprene with black trim. The cuffs fasten with Velcro and have a snap clip for attaching to things. They are comfortable but strong enough to hold firm. The blind fold is elasticated and is simple but effective. I was excited about the gag as have never tried one before. It is not too intimidating or big so is ideal for beginners but I think it was the only part of the kit I would replace rapidly as I felt it could have been bigger. Perhaps that is just because I had built its expectations too high though. The flogger is different to others i have seen in that it is rope with a leather bound handle. My OH is sometimes a reluctant Dominatrix at first but not with this! Suffice it to say that the ends of the rope are now a little frayed and the gag came in very handy to sink my teeth into! This is not a luxury kit but it does everything needed from a bondage kit and so is a great buy for anyone giving it a go.
