Great product/how long will it last
Im not sure that it will last longer than a year. Everytime I use the release value it feels like the plastic trigger will break(it hasnt). Also the I bought it for ed and it deffinatly does the job and it has intensified when I cum which is great but I only use it 3 times a week for 15 min each time. Bought this on behalf of a friend but will review the one that l purchased for myself several months ago. Harder and fuller
I have owned a bathmate for about 1 year now and used it fairly regularly throughout that time. It was purchased as my erections weren't as full as they were in years gone by. My length was about 6.5inch and girth was 4.5 inch which increased to 7x5.5 with regular use.
I dont think my erectiond were bigger because I gained tissue, it just helped me get the fulness I had in the past which really boosted my confidence in the bedroom!
What you will notice for about 30 mins to 1h after use, your erection will be thicker and potentially longer. My other half certainly notices if I have pumped before being intimate.
I think the only problem is the directions are a bit too aggressive. I had to build up to maximum pump pressure and the full 9 minutes over about 8 weeks or so, so it may take longer than you'd expect to use as advised and to get the most benefit. It's relatively straight forward to use and I definitely recommend getting the support strap with it so that you can do other things such as actually bathing whilst showering and pumping
I think motivation will also dim rapidly, so be sure you are committed to using it in the longer term because otherwise you might not benefit from it. This is a costly investment in terms of time - more than the price tag attached. But for me, it was worth it to get that fulness back.
Vacuum Too Strong, Smaller Than Advertised
As per instructions, I used the pump until the bellows were completely compressed. This resulted in a vacuum strong enough to cause me to turn purple (I immediately stopped after this, naturally). I tried several times since and still get the same results.
Also, and I'm not saying this to try and inflate my own ego, but I am within the size that the product says it is for, and the width of the opening is much too small (perhaps this is part of the reason why I lose circulation when using the product).
It does effectively create a vacuum, as advertised, however.

As you have to pump it against your pelvis it is quite painful to use. I thought it was an automated one so my bad for not reading it thoroughly. It's pumps pe is up quick but not any larger than normal. The toggle switch is small and finicky and hardtop engage.
Extensive Review - (3 years usage)
This is the third time I’ve bought a Bathmate product and I’ve been using them for almost 3 years. Got it on sale for nearly 50%, I’d recommend waiting for it to go on sale as it’s overpriced for what it is.
Sizing:
Make sure you get the right size pump, it may seem logical to purchase the biggest one and assume you’ll grow into it but it doesn’t work like that.
Design/Longevity:
Overall the design is fairly solid, although you’d need to be careful with the valve at the top as it’s not very sturdy. If anything was to break it would most likely be the valve. If you were careful with the pump, it could easily last well over 3+ years. Unfortunately I drop it and throw it around, so it only lasted just over 2.5 years. I’d also recommend the clear one over any coloured ones as it’s harder to see your penis in the coloured ones.
Results:
I was 18 when I started using a Bathmate and was still in puberty (late bloomer) so some growth may have been from that. These results are all bone press length and the girth (circumference) is measured at the biggest part of the penis, which for me is the middle. This is also measured after the effects are gone, so it’s not the temporary size you get post pump.

Personal Routine:
My routine was no way near efficient enough, I was only using it around 3 days a week. I didn’t implement any other exercises such as jelqing or stretching. I use it 2 days a week and have maintained 90% of my gains for the past 11 months.
Tips:
- You gain your results very quick within the first 3 months
- You will not have any permanent gains if you use the pump for 6 months or under.
- Start slow, you make your gains during your rest days not the days you use it
- Moisturise after using. I cannot stress this enough, please moisturise otherwise the skin wont maintain elasticity and will result in stretch marks or possibly discolouring. If you want to go overboard get hyaluronic acid serum (not with Vit C), and use aloe Vera gel for inflammation and recovery.
- Aim for 5 days a week but I think a 3 day on 1 day off cycle would be the most efficient.
- Implement other exercises for length as it’s primarily a girth device. It’s much easier to get permanent length gains as you’re stretching the ligament at the top of the penis and doesn’t require any days off to heal.

This pump is unlike any other. It had a decent learning curve to make it work, but when I figured it out... WOW. You have to be trimmed well, and the initial position of the device when beginning to pump is key. Also I don't like the comfort sleeve. Without it the pressure is so much better and you get much better results.

It did work atiny bit I think for me after using it for acouple weeks, however you need to keep your genital hair trimmed and you have to be careful of the skin of the underside of the base of the phallus and make sure its pulled abit into the device before you start pumping or else it will hurt because the skin is being pulled downwards.

Great Marketing
This pump is a total failure for several reasons. The billows material is super stiff and hard to pump. The hard plastic bruises and cuts into your pelvic area. The instructions say neatly trimmed (I am) and they also sell a shower strap for use in the shower. You almost need to be completely shaved and submerged to make a seal. Even the “comfort ring” is stiff and uncomfortable. I am around 6 1/2 long and 5 1/4 in diameter so it has nothing to do with being the wrong size. I am not over weight, maybe if you hold more fat in that area it would seal better, but the billow is made of hard ridged plastic like one of those hard black toilet plungers. I tried finding reputable reviews, but most web searches return the obviously positive marketing reviews. The tube is of good quality and the concept seems solid, but this thing hurts, leaks, and just plain doesn’t work for me. I’ve checked instructions it’s nothing I’m doing. I used the basic air pump lovehoney sells and it worked much better, but you do have to be careful not to over pump with it. That was the biggest appeal to this thing. I’m pretty disappointed

I bought this Bathmate, not knowing what to expect but hoping for something good. Ill tell you right now. It did not disappoint. Curious and a little unsure...
I stumbled across the Bathmate range whilst browsing the Love Honey site and was somewhat curious as to how effective these penis pumps actually are. I already owned a very basic penis pump which came as part of a set from LH but this rarely gets used as it has no real effect. My flaccid size is around 3 inches, but when fully erect I’m around 6 - 6.5 inches in length; could the Bathmate give me more? I was curious. If anything, I wanted a little more girth. I set out my stall to do some research on these penis pumps and the reviews were positive. So, after 3 weeks of researching, I took the plunge and placed my order. Delivery was swift and packaging very discreet as always from LH.
Upon opening, the pump looks and feels like a good quality product - a good start.
First use: my first use of the Bathmate was not without issues. I opted for the shower and had already shaved my pubic region in preparation as many reviews state this is a must to ensure good suction, especially when using in the shower. However, despite following the instructions, I just couldn’t get any decent suction. I even tried without the comfort pad, but alas, nothing. After 15 minutes of trying, I gave up and went back to the drawing board.
The next day I opted to try using it in the bath. Now, this was a different experience. I guess the clue is in the name really, but using it in the bath was much easier. Suction was a little problematic still with the comfort pad, but without I was able to gain good suction and could feel my penis expanding with each pump. I did 3x 5 minute pumps with a few mins between each, going in flaccid each time. Upon finishing, there was a noticeable change in my penis size, both flaccid and erect. It wasn’t a huge difference, but it looked a tad longer and definitely thicker - especially around the base and the head. Usage of the pump caused a little pre-cum, so it felt only natural to masturbate after use and test out the feelings of my size changes. Erection was strong and it felt like a bigger cock. These changes were however temporary and after about 8 hours my size had returned to normal.
Over the next week I attempted using the Bathmate in the shower again. One online tip suggested closing the valve after each pump to ensure suction. I tried this and it definitely does the trick. One thing I’ve noticed with this pump is that the suction is strong and on a few occasions, especially when using in the shower, it can be a tad painful around the pubic bone so I’ve need to release the vacuum. The good thing about this pump is that the valve on the end can be pressed to release just a small bit of pressure if needed.
I’m now able to use in both the bath and shower - although I much prefer the bath!
Results wise after two weeks - not much. There’s definitely a change in my length and girth immediately after using, but it doesn’t last. After two weeks, I haven’t noticed any more permanent changes other than my flaccid length looks a tad longer, although to be honest I wasn’t expecting anything permanent after such short time of use.
I’m going to stick with it and keep using over the next few months or so as I’m interested to see how things go. This was more of a curiosity purchase, but let’s face it, at the end of the day, any extra size is a good thing. I’m enjoying the temporary effect after use, although I’m yet to have intercourse in the hours after to see if the OH notices the difference.
Would I buy again? Probably, yes. Don’t get me wrong, it’s expensive and possibly not worth the £99.99 price tag, but it is a premium product and if other reviews are to go by then I’m sure more gains will come.

As a 1st time buyer myself I was a bit sceptical over the cost of the product and the final outcome, so I’ll breakdown as best as I can my experience with this product.
1. Delivery completely discreet packaging as far as the postman was concerned it could of been anything.
2. Initial thoughts after opening, product is sturdy and feels like it’s made from good quality material, definitely made me feel better about the cost after getting hands on with it.
3. Bit pricey but worth every penny
Having previously only tried an air pump without any real results and after reading some good reviews on this product, I was looking forward to giving it a go and was not disappointed! The pump is very easy to use during a shower or bath, I’ve been doing 3x reps of 5mins pumped followed by 3mins massaging which seems to have worked wonders! Incredibly frustrating
I think I've spent thousands of dollars on this site, but this is the first issue I've had with a product. I will preface by saying I am not an idiot, I am not too fat, too skinny, or too hairy for this to work, but every day I have tried to use this has been a lesson in futility. Over a course of two weeks I have only gotten a 'good seal' once or twice with dozens of attempts ending in failure as air gets in and water drains out. There are no obvious leaks, I have tried different angles and positions, but I am ready to smash the thing against the wall. The troubleshooting tips basically tell me to just keep trying. No thanks. Not worth the frustration.
It works but has issues
Been using this for 3 months. Started having some really nice results however I had an issue where valve was coming loose when pumping. Replaced the valve for £20 and it worked as new for another week. Then same thing happened again regardless of which valve was used Emailed bathmate support 3 times over the last month for some advice and has nothing back. Awful customer service from bathmate
Great product and gains
I’ve used this product a while now. First thing i’ll say is it definitely works but takes time. Mistake I maybe made is wrong size so I would really check that before buying as it is an expensive thing to buy on a gamble..... well in my mind. I really should have bought that size up but I still managed use it although after three 10min pumps I’m too thick & beyond any actual measurement... I can guess tho. Basically you’ll never be able to measure the gains you make within the internal gauge if you order the wrong size....(added by the wife). After use it is noticeable thicker especially at the head. I would say that is the main gain with this device immediately after use. (Also added by wife moistures after use). #dryhead However I have noticed gain length. After around 5-6 weeks of use with some breaks/broken periods I noticed that on 2nd/3rd day of a new week after break of use that I was back at where I finished on the last use..... & it would go thicker quicker. You will experience some discomfort & bruising but it will pass. Take a viagra after use..... leave an hour for viagra to kick in & wowwww it’s a different dick 😂 I’ve really not used this to the full potential party cause I’ve got the wrong size however I honestly think I could have better gains from this....... Not for me
I had to return this item, as the switch on the end was faulty. I found this difficult to use, as suction was often lost when using. I’d highly recommend buying the strap if using in the shower, as it can be awkward otherwise. When pumping, it was difficult for me to know when to stop, as pumping once to often led to losing suction and having to start over. I think the product is good and well designed, and maybe mine was completely faulty. But it is clear to see how it works and that you will get results.
Opinions After 1 month
So far I have used my bath mate 5 times a week for the past 4 weeks and have to admit that I am thoroughly pleased with how it has performed. The bath mate arrived in very nice packaging which indicated to me straight away this product wasn’t just some cheap piece of plastic but rather an engineering master class. I opened it straight up and got into my first pump. My initial thoughts were that it was a well constructed piece of equipment it felt as if it would last a long time. The instruction booklet showed exactly how to use it and after a minute of fiddling around it was on and working. You can instantly feel it’s power, it creates a strong suction all around and you can feel the increased blood flow to your penis. As for my results over the 4 week I’ve been using it 5 times a week in the shower or bath for 3 sets of 10 minutes (first week 3 sets of 5 minutes to get used to it) i have been feeling much stronger in my erections which has been the biggest benefit for myself, I have been feeling Rock hard during sex or masturbation since about week 2 of use. In terms of size gains my girth has gone from 5.1 to 5.4 inches and length has gone from 6.5 to 6.7. Which for just 4 weeks of use I think is a great improvement. I picked up a Hydromax a few years back. While I haven’t been as disciplined as I would like, the results are there when I use it. I’m longer, thicker, and hang lower for hours after use. If used on a regular basis, you will definitely see lasting results. My one recommendation: Don’t use for too long at a time. There can be some swelling from overuse that lasts as long as the extra size (and not the good swelling, either.) 10-15 minutes at a time, max.

Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but it does work. Easy to use in the bathtub and its not too uncomfortable. For the shower use make sure you get the strap or it becomes difficult. Long-Term Review
OK, so there is always the question of does penis enlargement work? If it does work, are the gains permanent? I will explain my findings as best I can. The answer isn't so straight forward. I grew up with an average sized penis, but after being introduced to porn... false standards get placed by none other than yourself. Anyway, over the years I tried the miracle creams and super pills like the naïve fool I was. I made about 1/2 inch gains over a lot of years to stand me at 6in with around a 5in girth. (mainly using suction pumps to get that growth) After hitting a dead spot I thought hell, everyone raves about these bathmate things.... they're not cheap either so maybe its worth a try. To start with it's a little odd to get used to, you need to watch your nuts... make sure you massage your member in the breaks to keep blood flow and you have to deal with a little water retention after sessions(goes away just fine). In the first few weeks is when you see the biggest and quickest improvements as you're basically opening up the chambers in your penis and stretching them to their FULL capacity. This is where you think in 2 weeks you've gained 1/2 an inch everywhere and the job is done. All you have done at that point is done the ground work. Now is the long game, at that point every time you use it, you're actually stretching the cells and inspiring growth. it can take several months to see another half inch, but at that point, after a rest period of a week or 2 your chambers shrink in elastic range again but that inch you grew is now only half an inch... but that half inch is yours permanently. I also use the Max Out Serum for a little jelqing and the actually effects it claims to assist with, I use a really general elastic all day stretcher for an hour after sessions to stop immediate turtling of the penis and I sometimes throw in some Jai stretches while I watch some TV. Doing a full routine can be a real pain in the neck I'll be honest, but if you actually want real gains that stay it is not a short process, If you try to rush and take silly risks you can destroy your penis, if you're serious take it slow and be committed. No numbers? When I started using the BMHM7 on it's own measuring (which ends up a BPEL measurement due to suction, before you ask bone pressed erection length) system I was a little under 6 and 1/2 inches fully expanded, I am now a little under 7inch. What I can't say is whether it's down to the BM on it's own, or with my other parts of the routine. I can say that using it has had the most positive effect on my routine and I would genuinely recommend it to any guy who is willing to make the effort in trying to make gains. Honest opinion
So I ended up getting the hydromax 7 after being unsure what one to get due to having a 7 inch pipe. Anyway I'm glad I did because its actually longer than 7 inch and luckily so because I'm pumping 7 1/2 inch at the moment. It will probably go to just over 8 inch before ur pipe gets sucked out the end. Girth wise I've still got a small amount of space but I'm guessing that my pipes not gonna get alot bigger in girth. Even if it doesnt give u a bigger pipe it will stretch it to its maximum size so it's a confidence boost for example I'd always say I have a 7 incher but 7 and half sounds much better lol

Never had any issues with it not staying on properly. Shower strap could possible handy as it tends to be a bit weighty if not supported by a hand. Don"t waste your money like I did
This pump was a total disappointment for me. No suction, no growth. Followed all of the directions. I also tried different angles/positions.I tried to use it lubed and unlubed. I was shaved down, of course. Result, got partial suction erection once, before the suction seal came undone again--very frustrating. Now I have a premium pump that I can't use (at $160). Save yourself some time, frustration, and a lot of money, and just get a hand pump (air). They work.
Fantastic
After much deliberation, I decided that I'd take a gamble on this and hope that it would actually work after reading some positive reviews. As always it arrived on time and in discreet packaging. (Thank you Lovehoney) When I opened the box I was surprised at the size of the pump,it was larger than I thought it would have been....it came with clear instructions on who to use and clean it, the pump itself is really well made and feels solid and sturdy. I use the pump most days for 15 minutes as instructed and also do 5/10 minutes of jelq/stretching exercises to help aid my growth, which instructions on how to do this is also included. I found that the pump was uncomfortable for me with the comfort insert attached but it can be removed and used without this I've only ever used it in the shower and purchasing the strap would be advised as it will free up your hands. Results- I 1st used the pump on the 29 Sept and writing this on the 18 Nov I'm absolutely Astonished by the results and growth I've already achieved. Before use I measured flaccid 4.5" length and 4.2" girth and erect 6.1"length and 5.0" and now After using the pump for less than 3 month's, when flaccid I measure 5.1"L 4.5"G and and erect 6.8"L 5.2G. My partner has already commented on how it feels and looks bigger. This definitely takes dedication and is not a quick fix despite my gains. First off it is very important to stress this is not a toy and needs to be handled with total respect when using it. The reason I stress this is because you are going to be very tempted to go harder or spend longer using this then what is recommended why? Because the results are very quick and very impressive. I would strongly recommend you measure your Penis Length and girth correctly both hard and flacid, and record them, so you can ensure you purchase the correct model and so you can keep a record of your progress, let’s make something clear, you are going to see size gains by the very nature of this product, not saying these are in anyway permanent as I have no evidence that this is or will be the case but very useable I suspect with a good cock ring if that’s your aim. When using the pump I sit in a nice hot bath and soak my penis for a good 10 mins before pumping, you need to warm up, google stretches for the Penis and get in the habit so your totally happy what you are doing this will help prepare your Penis and hopefully prevent injury. Absolutely satisfied with my purchase. Great packacking, and product it self. I will just share quick one saying that, when I got into using Pumps I hesitated to spend over £20 pounds, regular pumps are not bad dont get me wrong, but there is so much hustle involved in getting acceptable results, from cleaning to making sure its luved just perfect and nothing extra gets sucked in. Plus the time spend on sessions. Bathmate is used in water so cleaning is very convenient straight after session, plus session are shorter and lot more effective, what gives me more time a day. Dont know if worth mentioning but on long run you save on lube.
I regret wasting money
When I made a purchase I was eagerly waiting to try it but I was disappointed when I start using it it’s uncomfortable and painful every time I tried using it hurts I have other cheap pumps which does the job without any pain I cannot believe I wasted awful amount of Money on this I wished I could return it but some products are not returnable I could have brought 10 of the cheaper pumps for the same price I regret wasting my money the main thing for causing pain is the rigid material used at the base when you have to push the pump against your pelvic muscle to create vacuum hence increasing the size of your penis but because of the hard material used when you repeatedly pushing it against your pelvic muscles which become very sensitive it hurts like crazy after couple of attempts I’m scared to try it again the pain is unbearable
Exciting excercises
I only received the bathmate yesterday. I couldnt wait to start using it. So far I'm very happy with it. I've used the conventional air pumps before but this blows them out the water (excuse the pun!). The build quality of the device is exceptional compared to pumps I've used in the past. The bellows at the bottom are robust and the comfort insert is a nice addition. Suction is strong but not too overbearing compared with some air pumps that can cause some discomfort if overpumped. I've never really stuck to a routine with the air pumps before but I'm going to stick to it religiously with the bathmate. Hoping to get some good gains over the coming months. The comfort, quality and suction are top notch. If you're looking to enhance yourself I don't believe there is a better pump out there. Don't be put off with the price because as they say "you get what you pay for!" And if you are serious about what you want to achieve it will not bother you. Week long review
So far so good. I’ve always been interested in getting a bigger member. I’m a grower not a shower and I’ve always been a little self conscious with it. No complaints from the Mrs but let’s be honest. Bigger is better. So I’m 4 days in to a month long beginners program which has a day of bathmate then a day of Jelqing then a days rest. So far as much as the results are temporary it’s certainly leaves you you with a nice thick cock after use. I bought the X40 at first due to the measurement size but I realised I needed the X30 to start. I fill the X30 nicely and have been advised by more experienced users to keep the X40 when this one gets our grown (so that pampered my ego a bit ha ha). Much better to use in the bath than the shower as it’s not bouncing around, the shower strap doesn’t really help too much. And make sure you have 10 min warming up! I intend to report results after a month, 3 months, 6 months then 12 months. If you’re expecting it to grow over night you’ll be dissapointed. Just like going to the gym to get bigger muscles, it takes months and years. Looking forward to next January!

Every Little Helps
It's very easy to be sceptical about there sorts of products and I was very wary of giving it a go especially that it's not cheap. I'm not a small guy at just over 7" but it's human nature to always want a bit more I think. As always it arrived discreetly and as an experiment I started to use it without telling the OH just in the shower following the clear instructions that came with it. The feeling is slightly uncomfortable when you first start and those 5 minutes feel like the longest 5 minutes of your life but you soon get used to it. Personally I found that the comfort ring reduced the suction substantially so after the first set I removed it and got a much tighter fit (although I personally had to hold my balls whilst pumping to keep them from being sucked in) I continued for 3 or 4 times a week for 2 weeks and the OH began mentioning to me that I felt bigger without any prompt from me which gave me a big boost of confidence in the product. I know from research that I did before I bought this that a lot of people found immediate temporary gains but for me there were no immediate gains straight after use except the feeling of being a bit 'pumped up' however, after the initial 2 weeks I had surprisingly gained 1/4 inch in length but also 1/4 inch in girth which was more important to me and this made me continue with gusto. I'm going to assume anyone reading these reviews has already decided to buy a penis pump for whatever reason and the choice is which one. The answer is this one. I bought this about a year ago, so have 12 months worth of user experience to reiterate and confirm what many reviews have said. This works. The pump is made from plastic with rubber (I guess) bellows that allow you to pump. The Comfort ring is useful but not essential. I wouldn't say that it was particularly high quality material, ie I didn't open and think this was the best plastic I have ever seen, just regular material put together well. Where the pump excels is in its design/engineering It is straight forward to use. Fill with water, insert penis, and pump. Water comes out the top and your penis expands. Et Voila. 3 sets of 5 minutes is about right, although you may find reviews online about various complex routines people have developed, but those are usually accompanied by tales of injury and other stretches that sound time consuming . It is virtually impossible to hurt yourself with this so long as you listen to your body (if it hurts, stop) and don't leave it on for an hour. Shower vs bath. For me bath is best. I tried using in the shower but could never get the water seal to hold, just continual pressure drop. No such trouble in a relaxing warm bath at the end of the day. There is a useful measuring line on the front to give you an indication of what you are achieving. Results, Drum roll please.... There is length vs girth, and short term (right after pump use) vs permanent . Permanent Length gain is about 1cm flaccid, 1.5cm erect, and girth about 1cm both flaccid and erect. Short term length is same as long term, but its the girth that is out of this world. I regularly achieve an extra 2.5cm to 3cm girth increase lasting for 2 to 4 hours if not longer, and this was within the first few weeks. When you take the pump off you almost can't believe what is hanging between your legs. In addition my erections have felt fuller and orgasms more intense. My user experience. Takes time but first impressions are good
After the first use I was shocked, this thing truly makes my penis bigger in girth. After a month of use, I’ve certainly gained fuller and harder erections and have even gained about 1cm in length which is amazing. I do a routine of 3 days on 1 day rest, doing a 5 min pump to warm up and 15 after that. Slow and steady wins the race
I had been reading about these (and watching some online video reviews) for quite sometime before deciding to spend the money and give this a go. It arrived very quickly and although eager it took a few weeks before I was in the shower giving it a go. First few tries I failed miserably, it kept falling off and wasn't so easy to stand in the shower or lay in the bath just holding onto it. So I purchased the neck strap, this has made it so much better. Once filled with water and pumped the neck strap keeps it perfectly in place which I continue with the shower. Ill be honest, its not perfect, but its pretty close. I do find that I get a little pain after using it mainly in my pelvic area where it has been pressed against to pump it up but it definitely gives a good visual increase minutes after using it. I stopped using it for a while so I cant really say what the long term use of it achieves, but I have recently just started again and hopefully I can come back here in 30+ days with a revised review.
Great even for a novice
Honestly, when i had first seen this product online i thought this product was to good to be true, but I was soon wrong. This product can and does works! Im not small but everyone man probably would be happy with a extra inch and this is the way. My Bathmate - So Far So Good
Having used a penis pump in the past and done some jelqing in the shower, I decided to finally go for the hydromax. Also since I think my parents threw out the air pump to my old one:) I ordered both the x30 and x40 since I was unsure what to go with because I am 6.5 to 7 inches erect normally. I've been starting off with the x30 in the bath since the x40 was much larger than I imagined. The product came with a shower strap but it was difficult to learn so I poured myself a bath and have been using it this way since. I'm on my 3rd day of exercises in the tub and have been doing 3 sets of 5 minute pumps with about a minute in between, This thing works like no other. I've pretty much maxed out in this thing as it suctions me to about 9" inside the pump. When I'm done with my set I'm seeing gains to 7-7.5" in length and my girth has increased from 5 to 5.25" after 3 days. My only issue with the product is that it is very uncomfortable on your pelvis when you use it. It has really great suction and after I softened up my dick looked like a cauliflower for a bit, but the swelling has come down some.. If you've ever seen what a labia looks like after it's been pumped then you'll know what I mean. I'm going to take a 2 or 3 days break before I get back into it, but I can see myself moving on to the x40 soon after a few weeks.
Amazing
I bought the hydromax as previously I was using a Love Honey basics pump and felt I needed an upgrade. Upon receiving the hydromax, I was fearful on first use I had wasted my money as it was quite uncomfortable to use at first when pumping and really struggled with it. However I decided I was going to perserve and when I had opportunities I placed it on the shelf behind the bath and pumped it on a surface to wear it in and I’m pleased to tell any of you that may had the same experience as myself it has worked. I have found it works better in the shower because of keeping it slightly elevated to pump the water out, it does mean your time in the shower takes longer than usual which isn’t always possible if running late etc. Because of this I’ve decided to use my old pump every other day as well and done so today an realised from this how much the hydromax has worked. Previously I had reached a point where it would pump my member up and stretch it to about an inch away from the end of the tube and would make my girth touch the side, using it today it stretched to about the same length but didn’t hurt so much to keep pumping and when I was touching the side now the rubber insert’s bumps leaves imprints all over my penis. The hydromax has made a noticeable difference when I’m not hard and I’m warm I am longer when flaccid and when erect I have noticed a slight difference in length and obviously made quite abit of difference in my girth. Bathmate X30
Used the Bathmate X30 for the first time today, arrived a day early with very discreet packaging for 100% privacy, which was nice. Come with good instruction manual and had also come with lubricant to do some stretching with as well. So first use it recommend taking it slow. I’m not one to usually write reviews period, but had to put down something for the record, as this pump although a little expensive is just amazing. If I was making a comparison it would be like comparing a skateboard to a Mercedes AMG. The design and the build quality are really high and it does what it was on the tin as you might say. After suffering a major accident in my twenties I have tried several pumps all air / vacuum and this one is so much better. But have to say read the instructions, like most males I thought its fine, it’s not, read understand the little switch and enjoy what the product delivers.

If you're undecided whether to buy one of these suckers but you're not convinced that it'll actually do anything, just ask yourself whether you can spare the money. If you've got a hundred quid to spunk this month then you might as well, because it's better than nothing. It's not going to write a letter to the almighty containing schematics on how you want your dong to look, nor will it alter your genetic code, but it does have an effect: I bought mine about nine weeks ago. I bought it along with the bag (I think that was free with the pump?) and the shower strap. Quality: Good quality. It looks like it was made well by people who'd had a think about what they were doing. The top valve bust within a week. I'm sure this was because initially I couldn't figure out how to work the valve properly, and I was attempting to release the suction by pressing down on the little black switch on the end of the valve. This broke the valve in such a way that with the valve switch in the open/pump position, it would let air back in during pumping, rendering the whole thing useless. I eventually worked out that in order to release suction you have to press down on the whole valve assembly which sits on a spring, instead of putting pressure on the end of the little black switch which is fragile. This allowed me to use the pump despite the broken valve by leaving the valve switch in the closed position and working the valve release manually during pumping. Miraculously, after a week or so I tried the switch again and the valve worked normally. It hasn't malfunctioned since. Work that out with a pencil. Operation: Close the valve switch - Fill it with warm water - Stick your John Thomas in it until it's firm against your crotch - Open the valve switch - Pull it in towards you to compress the rubber gaiter and expel excess water - Give it a minute - Pull it in again and so on - In order to get it off, press down on the circular valve cover at the end to let air in. The first thing I noticed when using the X30 was that the shower strap is utterly suplus to requirements. The pump simply isn't heavy enough to break its own seal. That's how I found it anyway so if you're asking me, save yourself a tenner and don't buy the strap. The X40 might be different, but I doubt it. The second thing I noticed is that you don't actually require that grey "comfort ring" that fits around the opening. For me it's comfortable enough without it and it even seems to have a slightly stronger pull when you don't use the comfort ring. The third thing I noticed was that it takes time to use it properly. Logically, three reps of five minutes should take fifteen minutes right? Wrong. Somehow I can leave it on throughout my shower on a normal work day and get only minimal results. If you want this thing to work to its capacity then you really need to a good five minutes plus on each rep, and you need to force the fucker down as hard as you can every thirty seconds or so to keep taking up the slack that the pump slowly pulls out of your old boy. It seems in order to get maximum results from this device, you either need to take daily half-hour showers or use it while you're eating your Golden Grahams too. If you've got the time though, it really works quite well. Results: Initially I was a bit let down by this product. It didn't seem to live up to the hype. That was until I realised that I wasn't doing it for long enough or aggressively enough. Once I got the hang of squeezing every last drop of water out of the thing the results got better. So what does it actually do to your little friend? Well you know that craze all the kids were doing a couple of months back where they'd suck on cups and make their lips all swollen up like that oxygen thieving glue factory candidate Kylie Jenner? That. It pulls a load of blood into your wedding tackle and makes it swell up. It's pretty impressive, I've gotta say. If you use it directly before sex you'll both notice the difference. It does however make your foreskin all swollen. If you've got a girlfriend who can see past the comedy donut around the base of your bell to the impressive size of your chopper then crack on, but if you've gone home with some tart you met down the dive on a Saturday night and you slink off to the khazi for half an hour to pump yourself up then she might think there's something wrong with you. That having been said, the comedy donut effect only lasts an hour or so, whilst the overall benefit from the pump will last four or five hours. So if you pump before going out on the prowl you'll likely be in good shape by the time you get your leg over. Unfortunately this effect doesn't last forever. The next day you'll wake up and your todger will be back to normal. After nine weeks of continuous use, I've found no permanent increase in erect size. I have noticed an increase in pumped size, though. That is to say my fully pumped size is now bigger than it was to start with. I have however noticed a lasting increase in flaccid size. A significant increase, actually. I'm now having to do things like choose underwear based on dick room, and pick a trouser leg to sling it down when I pull my drawers up. It's also a lot more veiny. That alone is worth buying this thing if you ask me. I've caught several people copping an eyeful of the outline in my trousers. I overheard one bloke in the bog at the pub say "did you see the size of that guy's dick?" to his mate as he walked out. A part of me is concerned though about what it's doing to me over time. I don't know whether I'd recommend it from a medical standpoint. I think the reason for the increase in flaccid size is due to internal scarring. I'm no physician, but I think the pumping ruptures capillaries and forces blood into places it normally wouldn't go, causing scarring and ruining the elasticity of the tissue in your master of ceremonies. I don't know whether over time this might have some dangerous affect. At the moment though, I'm still perfectly capable of taking a piss and getting and losing a boner. Girth is an issue. Here's something they don't tell you in the product description. I actually emailed LoveHoney to ask for the internal diameters of the X30 and the X40. The X30 is 2.20 inches wide and the X40 is 2.50 inches wide on the inside. My tonsil tickler, whilst only average length, is naturally about 2 inches across. I went for the X30 based on my length but in retrospect I think I should have gone for the X40 after all because I instantly fill up the width of the tube when I start pumping. I can't help but wonder how much more I could gain width-wise if I had the X40. I also think that colliding with the sides of the tube contributes to the comedy donut foreskin effect, and I'm also left with ridges around the base of my plonker where the rubber gaiter has been pressed. Luckily LoveHoney offer a no moaning returns policy up to a year so I might swap mine for the X40 some time soon. Overview: This product is good quality and it will make your tallywhacker bigger, although it works best under particular conditions. I say that it's not a waste of money if you persevere and don't expect too much. I took a run at my girlfriend the other day, I combined pumping, viagra and a cock ring. She loved it. Normally she says she feels sore after. This time she said she was numb. There's no denying that I'm bigger now than when I started.
Marvellous
It may cost a pretty penny but it is certainly worth. The pump can be incorporated into your normal bath/ shower routine which is really helpful. The quality of the pump is also really good, it has a solid feeling and does not feel cheap at all. As for gains, it seems to do wonders for girth. I've gained nearly half an inch since using it. Just make sure you follow the workout instructions and do not pump too much.
That's quite a vacuum
Only received my Bathmate Hydromax X30 5 days ago, used it for 5 sessions so far. Easy to use, though the toggle for the valve can be a bit confusing as which position it's in while you're using it and can't see the top. Creates quite a vacuum in the water and even after the short time I've been using it, I have noticed a slight difference. One major word of warning though. If, like me, you're uncircumcised and have a tight foreskin, you might find yourself in a bit of a panic after the second session. Basically, the vacuum pulls your penis out and expands it, but your skin doesn't follow with it. Result, though you don't really notice while the Bathmate's in use and with the warm water, your foreskin will stretch to let the head of your penis pull through. It did freak me out a bit to see it when I took the Bathmate off and to see the head of my penis half fully exposed for the very first time, but it does recover, eventually, after a few hours. But it does leave the very tip exposed until you recover, so it can make wearing clothes, or even walking a little tender. Today I used it for the 5th time and this time my foreskin was pulled all the way back, but I did recover a bit sooner than the previous time. So it's got an added side benefit in that it can loosen your foreskin.
There is no such thing as permanent
Today I am finally taking the time to review the Bathmate Hydromax X30 penis pump. I have tested cheaper pumps before and no matter how you do it with them they are not the same as the Hydromax X30. You can feel that the suction from this pump is coming from all directions around your penis and not just at the head. I have on and off tried the Hydromax X30 for a bit more than a year. I first used it for 4 months averaging about 5.5 times a week for about 15-30 minutes/session. When I started using it I was really hoping for results so even did it both morning and evening at a time. However, as summer came I was much less interested in pumping and taking the time so I didn’t use it for a few weeks. What I noticed was that I quickly lost all the gains and then started to use it about once a week just to try and maintain some gains. However, in august I started regularly using it again and have continued up until now. I manage the same 5.5 times/week now and am now on the 8th straight month and 15 -25 minute sessions. Now as for gains, well when used on a regular basis you will be larger when you have sex, especially if you use a cock ring during sex. Immediately after you will be at your biggest and be able to last the longest since some of the feeling is numbed for a few hours after a pumping session. At first when you start using it the "pumped size" will increase. But about 2 week without pumping will result in you dropping back to normal size. I have not yet seen any "permanent results" but the "pumped size" has continued to increase ever so slightly, mostly in terms of girth. This could be due to me reaching almost to the end of the X30 and thus lowering the pull in that direction. But remember this is the pumped size that remains some 1-2 days after a session and then continue to be larger for about 4 more days, so to keep it at that size you need to pump about every second day. The gains the past 8 months have been very little. So I guess there is a maximum size that one can reach but this remains to see. However, you will notice that you get a very hard erection when using the Hydromax X30 on a regular basis. Somehow I think it will also keep you from shrinking when you get older. The hydromax pump is very easy to use. If you have doubts about buying the Hydromax X30 because you do not shower every day, think no more. The pump can be used at a sink if needed to, just fill it up to almost full and pump away until the suction makes it stay put. However, when used this way you really want to use some water based lubricant between the pump and your skin to keep air from leaking in. There have been no signs of wear and tear during this 1 year and 3 month of use so the quality is excellent. The pull is strong and I would not recommend trying to get faster gains by extending the time/day usage. The measuring on the pump goes up to 7,5 inches but after that there is about 1 more inch before you would hit the end of it. If you have never before used a penis pump I would estimate that you grow 1-1,5 inches very fast so if you are already at 7 inches long go for the x40 model. If you think you have the dedication to go at it every second day for the rest of your sexual life you will get some nice size increase and a very hard erection. But if you are out to get some fast size gains and then stop using the pump thinking they are permanent. Well then there is really no point in buying this product since from my testing there are no such thing as permanent none pumped size increase.
Best use after arousal
I have previously reviewed this product, it is amazing, still works as good as new nothing wrong with the product, just a tip for future users as i would recommended, don't worry about little red dots it is only bloody coming to the surface proving it is actually pulling and stretching making you bigger. Also i find then when i am aroused guys you know how i mean that you manage to stretch it further in the 15 minute recommenced time allowance :)

again bought this product off amazon through lovehoney. This product is great, this product is levels above a normal penis pump. the suction is just on another level that this product is incomparable to on the market ! i would recommend anyone to get this product, it is very solid and very very easy to use all you do is pump or release and flick a small black switch to lock the suction !
Lost mine
hey, i used to own this but recently lost it and i would recomend this to every1 looking for a penis pump. within 4 weeks i seen changes and i didnt feel any pain just the pressure plus you can sit in the bath whilst its working and get washed. i really enjoyed using this and i will be surely buying another. i would give this 10 outta 10 because it does exactly what its meant to do and its painless.

Unbelievable
i bought this just for some fun with my partners but was surprised to see my member become 0.5" longer and 0.5" thicker in circumference in the first day but it was temporary. A great bit of kit
I bought the Bathmate Hydromax X30 as an upgrade to a standard air pump that I had tried out. I wanted something that was a better fit and liked the idea of using warm water instead of air. The Bathmate was well packaged and feels really well made. This is quite an expensive pump but the plastic and rubber used feel good quality and it looks like Bathmate (not to mention Lovehoney) are very good with product support. I’m pretty confident that this pump will last me quite some time. I tried this first in the bath after a bit of a trim to make sure I could get a good vacuum. It took some time working out the best position to keep my balls out of the picture (I didn’t want them getting sucked up into the cylinder) but once I had figured it out, it was really easy to do. I bought the clear version which is great because you can see what’s going on in there really well. The Bathmate kept a good vacuum throughout the time I used it with just a quick pump every now and again to keep it topped up. I have tried this laying in the bath and standing in the shower and, whilst it does work in the shower, I find this much more easy and comfortable in the bath. Either way, I think the feel of warm water rather than air during pumping is much nicer. What did take a bit of getting used to was pumping by pressing the pump down towards you, the rubber gator is quite stiff so it can feel a bit sore after a while if you’re not careful. On removing the pump, my penis was much bigger than usual and stayed bigger (although not as big as when I first removed the pump) throughout the day. I am using the pump alongside doing some jelqing as I’ve read this helps make permanent any temporary gains. I’ve been using the pump for about a week now and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is really convenient as it has no trailing air tube, is easy to clean and works really well. Now I’m just looking forward to see what permanent gains this gives me over time.
This will get ya bigger
I consider myself now something of a Bathmate veteran. I first got the hercules out of curiosity. Then when the bellows began to dig into the sides of my shaft and i went past the end of the scale i upgraded to the x40. Although wider n longer i found it harder to get an adequate pump due to much larger amount of water in tube with me. As the x30 is similar to herculese yet marginally wider i thought i give it a go. Yes it still digs in and also i have passed end of scale i am happy with it. Wont change till i hit end of tube. The downside would be to not overuse it. Pumping too hard too often for too long can and will cause water retentive "donut" effect and bruising/discolouration. In terms of results i have added about an inch in length and girthwise i touching sides of tube.
It does work
I've been buying from LoveHoney for years, but I've never felt I could add much by reviewing a product until now. So, does it work? In my experience, yes. First thing to mention is that the enclosed instructions are pretty poor. I had problems with air leaking through the valve at first. Apparently this was due to a dodgy set of valves, and a replacement solved the issue (top marks to LoveHoney!). I'd recommend shaving down below as an airtight seal is difficult to achieve if you don't. After a weeks re growth I find air can start leaking into the device. Frustrating, but it shows the extent of the pressure difference it creates. When you first use it you'll find it hard to create a seal. I had issues with my balls getting sucked towards/into the device when creating the vacuum. If you experiment a bit you'll find a position that works for you. Take it easy for the first week or two to let your body get used to it. I get some redness/burst blood vessels on the top side of my foreskin, but it'll heal 100% if you don't use the Bathmate for a couple of days. It is quite uncomfortable when you first create the vacuum, but you get used to it. I've been using the Bathmate for about 6 weeks, 4 or 5 days a week and using the Bathmate measure I've gone from 6.50" to 7.25" in length and (measuring myself) 5.00" to just over 5.25" circumference. I don't know if any of these gains will be permanent as I am still using my Bathmate, but I am amazed with the results I have achieved. I am in a LDR and haven't mentioned the Bathmate to my OH as I am curious to see if she notices the difference. Overall I highly recommend the Bathmate, it takes patience and some getting used to, but there is no denying the results.
Pleasant surprise
Having used 'conventional' pumps before with no joy, I was keen to give this style a blast. I got this product a month ago and have been using it religiously since it arrived, literally couldn't wait to use it. It's not rocket science, you fill it with water, pump the water out to create a good vacuum pressure and leave it there. As it suggests, you can use it in the shower or bath but I'd highly recommend getting the shower strap if you plan to use it there, otherwise you're going to be left trying to balance the pump with one hand for 10 mins while cleaning yourself with the other. I personally prefer to use it in the bath, simply because it's hands free that way. Due to the design and the use of water, it creates a brilliant seal around the base of the penis every time. This helps create the brilliantly strong vacuum but yet it has never been uncomfortable or sore, so once again, thumbs up for that. Now down to the big question… does it work!? I guess these products are different for everyone, but both my fiancée and I agree that it has definitely improved my girth and made my head bigger. It also seems to be lengthening my penis but I think it will take more than a month. Overall though, I'm very happy with this pump and would never consider going back to a hand pumped enlarger. It's also the only pump that I've seen results with.
Dramatic results from a comfortable pump
Before I go into our experiences, I need to point out that I tested the Hydromax pump with two men. (Not at the same time. That would be weird for them.) The reason this was necessary was because, unfortunately, the Hydromax x30 was just not suitable for my partner. He has severe phimosis (Very tight foreskin, which does not retract over the head of his penis.) Now, we did not think this would be a factor or a consideration when using a penis pump, but it really did affect his ability to use the Hydromax x30. As he made his first couple of pumps, and the blood was pulled into his penis, it began to swell more than when he gets a standard erection. This swelling caused a lot of stretching to his foreskin, to the point that it felt like his skin would begin to tear if he pumped any more. It became quite uncomfortable and this hindered his ability to use the pump to its full potential. I also assume this will apply to any man with a tight foreskin. So we passed along the Hydromax to a willing and curious friend, who supplied us with great feedback. My friend had a fantastic experience with the Hydromax x30, reporting that it was comfortable to use and worked much better than he expected. During pumping, he described the sensation as being similar to a pulling, or stretching sensation. He found the pump easy to handle, only experiencing discomfort once by pumping a little too far, but the quick release valve let off the pressure immediately. It is also worth noting that the Hydromax uses water, rather than air, to create and maintain a vacuum. Water seems to work much better than air for this job, as leaks are less likely. On top of this, warm water adds a relaxing effect on the penis, and the blood vessels, potentially allowing it to be pumped that little bit further than air pumps. Plus, it just feels nicer. My friend has used this pump on five different occasions and reports that on each subsequent use, he has managed to pump a little further into the tube. As well as length, the pump drastically effects the girth of the penis and I was surprised to hear that at one point, my friend managed to fill up the entire tube (Girth wise) This is not a narrow tube, but the Hydromax gives huge results while managing to remain comfortable throughout. The vast majority of the swelling goes down within an hour, but some minimal swelling can last for up to 24 hours. Within the first hour after pumping, he reported that the size of his penis was much larger than usual, and actually felt a lot more sensitive to touch (But not uncomfortable) which heightened the sensations of orgasm. Having a larger penis during intimacy is also an ego boost and can also provide extra stimulation for his partner too. Downsides: Because the suction is quite strong, it does mean that occasionally, after an intense session, you can be left feeling a little bruised around your pubic area, where the pump rests up against the body. It is also worth noting that if you have high testicles, you need to hold onto them and gently pull them downwards when you initially start building up your seal, because on one occasion, my friend said one of his testicles got sucked up into the tube and the same thing happened with my partner at first too. This sensation is not nice but can be avoided with a little practice when you first use it. After you get the hang of it, this stops happening. Another thing to bear in mind is that at a certain point in the pumping, it gets much harder to pump anymore. Although my friend said he still felt like he could go a bit further, there was no more pressure left inside the tubing after a certain point, to allow him to go further. His penis is slightly above average, (around 6.5 to 7 inches) so large guys, either girth or length, may find the Hydromax x40 more productive. Please note that this does not mean you won't get drastic results, you will, but it just means sometimes you cannot go that extra few pumps, if you are larger than average. If you suffer with phimosis or any kind of penis pain, especially when erect, you may not get your full potential from the Hydromax x30 and could hurt yourself. Another thing to consider is that the Hydromax can only really be used in the bath or shower (Water squirts out of the end as you pump.) so this will limit your experiences to those occasions, although in our opinion, it really is worth it. Water really does work so well. Cleaning and Care: Being fully submersible, the Hydromax x30 is very easy to clean with soapy water and a good rinse afterwards, however, you may need a sponge or a brush of some kind, to fully reach into the end of the tubing to clean there. It also comes with a spare valve and valve cap (Basically, you can replace the whole valve section, should it fail.) which extends the life of this pump two times over. Brilliant. Summary: The Hydromax x30 is an extremely good penis pump. It has been designed well and you get what you pay for, in this case, high quality materials and workmanship. It provided quite dramatic changes in both the length and the girth of his penis, as well as giving a stronger erection and heightened sensitivity after use. I cannot say for sure whether it has any long term effect on size, and the swelling goes back down within 24 hours (Most of it goes within a few hours.) However, whether due to confidence or the Hydromax working its magic, my friend was able to see small increases daily, in how far he could pump his penis. He consistently checked the measurements on the side of the pump and noticed small increases each time (Although we have only used the pump 5 times before writing this review and I doubt that increase would continue forever, of course.) The results are very, very noticeable. I was not expecting SUCH a difference. Overall, this pump really impressed me and it certainly impressed my friend, who felt a little unsure at first, but now wishes to use it most days. All three of us had never experienced a penis pump before, but the Hydromax has impressed each one of us.
X30 pump
I ordered this yesterday and received it today. It's a bit too early to give an accurate review, but there are a few things I can mention. First of all the instructional videos say if you're 7" or less, go for this and not the X40. I'd recommend measuring yourself first which, to my wife's disbelief, I've never done. I always assumed I was about average size (6") and got a shock when I first used it and filled it to 7 & 1/4". Maybe I need the X40 instead! Second, the instructions state something that the online description doesn't. If you suffer from/have suffered from any of the following, consult a doctor before use: Heart or lung disease High blood pressure Stroke Epilepsy or convulsant disorder Genital-urinary disorders Uncontrolled diabetes If you're taking anti-coagulants Have sickle cell anaemia A bleeding disorder Leukaemia Or lack pain sensation in the genitals That may seem like common sense, but it never crossed my mind. Overall it's a well made & comfortable pump (first one I've ever used) that's easy to use and I saw an immediate change in girth, although it did take me a few attempts to get the hang of it! If you're thinking about buying one, stop thinking and do it. You won't regret it!
Very High Quality
I have used several penis pumps in the past that used air and hand pumps. This water based system is entirely different and you really get what you pay for. The pump comes in a very nice box which slides open to reveal the pump and some spare parts. The first issue then arose, no instructions. Now i know its not rocket science but without watching a tutorial video you are liable to make a mess. It took me several tries to get the hang of and you really must do it in the shower or bath. With that said it then became a far superior experience to a standard pump. Highly recommend to those looking for a superior pump experience.
Hydromax Powers
I've had this for nearly a month now so I thought I would share a few of my thoughts. First Impressions are its really well made. The plastic is good quality and it has a solid feel to it, this is no tacky "swveeedish penish enlarger". The box is well designed and upmarket, it feels like you get what you paid for. There are instructions on how to use inside and they are fairly clear, though they do have a website you can visit for more information. There is a parts diagram, induvidual components can be replaced if they wear out, which seems like a sensible idea. Right actual usage... You really need to do this in a bath, shower or wet room because you will get water all over the place otherwise. Forget using it in air because its just not going to work. You fill it up with warm water (or cold if that's your thing!) and insert your penis into it, given the thing is full of water and you will need to nearly turn it horizontal to do this you will spill a bit, which won't matter if your in a shower or bath, but will if your in the living room! You then with one hand press down on the valve at the end, and with the other push down on the pump, compressing the bellows and building up suction. Water will shoot out the end when you do this, another reason to do it in a bath or shower! Once you've built up comfortable suction they recommend you don't use it for longer than 15 minutes. It is slightly uncomfortable when pumping it, because you are putting a lot of pressure on your groin, but you don't have to do that for too long. I found that wearing it is quite a pleasurable sensation. I used it in the shower because I rarely take baths, if you don't support it with one hand and pump every now and then it will slowly lose suction, though I found that was perfectly manageable, you can buy a strap as well. I was concerned that myself being unshaven would cause issues with the suction being maintained but it did not cause a serious problem. It has a measuring scale which you can use to track your progress, or you can turn it around if you would rather not know. As for the reason a lot of people will buy this? I don't think I've used it enough to see a major improvement, though it does give you long lasting erections after you are finished.
Really sucks
First impressions on receiving this were quite good, the box seems nice and sturdy (always a good sign of quality) and once I got it out the packaging the pump itself feels really sturdy. The pump works by filling with water, inserting your penis then pulling the body of the pump towards yourself, this pushes water out the valve at the end and creates a lot of suction, repeating this until it's at the desired pressure. While using it the gain in size seems reasonably good though I can't comment on any permanent long term gains as I've only used it a couple of weeks so far. When it is pumped up while in use I found that the grey comfort pad bit is still quite uncomfortable even with the slight squishy softness to it, unfortunately I don't think there would be a good way to make this more comfortable without sacrificing suction power. Once the pump is all on and pumped up it stays in place really well and until you press on the end to release the pressure is next to impossible to take off. Cleaning is a bit of a challenge as there is no cleaning kit included, not an enormous issue but a sponge cleaning doohickey of some kind would've been nice to make it easier to reach right in to the end. Another issue I have come across is it's a bit more cumbersome to store than a lot of other toys though the fact that the valve is built into the pump does save some room. The manual for the pump also stares that it can be used in air as well as water though I have found that it seems a lot harder to get enough of a vacuum to do more than one or two pumps without it getting air inside and losing pressure when you try using it without water.
