Penis pumping is something I am new to. Not out of any medical reason, but just curiousity. This penis pump is perfect for a beginner to give it a go. It gives a stronger erection and definitely increases your length and girth slightly. It is very easy to use, you pop it in and squeeze to create the pressure desired. My advice is to start slow and don't go into it thinking you'll keep it on for ages. Don't keep it on for longer than 30 minutes at maximum or you may experience discomfort. I originally bought this as a first try to see what the fuss was about. The data on actually getting permanent “growth” is pretty clear in that these devices doesn’t work if that’s what your looking for.
Personally, I was looking for a device where I could fit a cock ring, blow myself up, then get to work. It has been somewhat successful, but the base ring is so tight, that even with a bit of lube, removing yourself after depressurising is a bit of a challenge and kills the moment a little, but still helps me get started.

Waste of money
After reading reviews I decided to give this a try to add some extra girth. Had only used it a couple of times and the rubber started to split. I always wanted to try one of these so I thought would give it ago. Firstly arrived quickly and discretely as always. It's about 8 inch in length and has hand held pump and a safety pressure relief valve on the side. Penis pump opening is way too small. So unable to use it to it's full potential. This product needs to have different constriction ring sizes. As I struggled like mad to force my penis through hole. Due to how tight this is it is uncomfortable and hurts when applying the pressure.
Very average
I bought this product, completely new to the idea of pumps, never had one before and I had no idea what to expect. It came nice and discrete as always, and I was eager to try it, so I rushed up, used a bit of lube and went for it. I learnt you should always hold down the pressure release as you enter to avoid pressure build up, and once in, and you start pumping it, it’s a strange sensation, quite nice, however I did wish that there was something more, I wanted to be able to thrust or for there to be another sensation, I think as a starter into the world of pumps it’s good, however I would be far more interested in buying one with a vibrating attachment or seeing what else there is. The positive is you can see what’s going on in there due to being clear which is great for safety!

Decent starter pump
Penis pumps had intrigued me for a while so I decided I would take the plunge, I did have my eyes set on more expensive devices but I settled on this as a starter to see if I liked it or got on with pumping in general. I can’t praise this pump enough as a starter pump, easy to use, lube up, slide in, a couple gentle pumps and away you go. It’s comfortable and easy to use you can’t fault it. Be careful though you should do your research on pumping safely before attempting, it’s far easier to do damage to yourself by over pumping than you’d think. Think about how long you have it on and how much pressure your exerting on your prized possession! Just cause you can keep squeezing the bulb and it keeps working doesn’t mean you should be doing it! Without a gauge it isn’t easy to tell exactly what you’re doing but it’s easy to stay within your own limits, it shouldn’t hurt at any time for example. Now I went in not expecting an overnight/permanent gain which is a good mindset to have in this area, patience and dedication is the key. I’m on the average size of things but for those that may be convinced whether this works by sizes, I was measuring myself at 6” long and 4.75 girth, so I’m just looking for an extra boost for the Mrs. All in all with 6 months behind me after using this pump a few times a week I am thicker and marginally longer. It’s a temporary enhancement but with continuing use I am 6.25” long and 5.0” I’m happy with these gains but I have recently upgraded to the Bathmate hydromax7 due to the advantages of a hydraulic pump, so I’ll let you know how I get on. Pump-less?
I had been intrigued by a penis pump, especially after my wife had used a clitoral pump. The reviews were promising, as was the comment about masturbating with it. Once I got it though, it was uncomfortable to put on - there's a rubber 'seal' with a hole it in, but that was painful to slide on to either a soft or hard penis with the seal attached to the tube ; so I had to remove the seal and stretch it around my penis first, then reattach the tube ; likewise, trying it without the seal meant the vacuum wasn't perfect. With the seal in place the vacuum was fine, and it was indeed a novelty seeing in effect a 'forced erection', but that was pretty much about it, and it was too awkward and cumbersome to use as a masturbator, sorry. I bought this product out of curiosity, as I had never used a penis pump before. Need to use a fair amount of lube to get through rubber ring. With 4 or 5 pumps am fully erect. Unlike some reviewers cannot reach top of pump. Does give a satisfying feeling when fully pumped. However I find it difficult to remove penis when valve is released without losing erection. Haven't noticed much increase in girth. Use for about 15 mins 2-3 times a week.
Amazing addition to the toy collection
I bought this because I had seen the pleasure that a pussy pump gave my partner and was feeling a bit jealous. Worth every penny. It is as simple to use as the description says. After seeing another review and always wanting to try a pump out I thought this was most likely the best place to start. Cheap and great quality
Never used a pump before so this was a totally new experience for me. After applying plenty of lube and not quite fully errect I pushed my penis into the rubber seal and into the the chamber, I gave the bulb 3-4 pumps and instantly became errect my size started to increase! I have used this product around 20-30 times. It does help in crease length and girth for a good few hours and it has increased the overall size. The only down sides I have is that you have to get it perfect or little bits of air come out at the bottom of the shaft. Also the pump ball has split so I need to get a new one.
Great results

I bought this pump because of its simplicity and neutral appearance. Pump is suitable for smaller and medium sized penises. The cuff of the pump is of good material and the size is also satisfactory. Simple and easy to use
The materials seem sturdy. Was expecting something worse for this price range. The suction is good and forms a tight seal. Does exactly what it's advertised to. Even though you release the vacuum be sure to press down on the release valve until your penis is completely out of the rubber. It makes it much easier to remove. Very underwhelmed
Let me start off with saying this has been a purchase i always wanted but never really knew how to shop for one. So i chose this one for the price since i didnt really know what to expect. Hard Pumping

First timer
Bought this more out of interest than anything else as I had never used a penis pump before. I have to remove the plastic base as it was too difficult to get on and off. I’m around 7/8” and reached the limit of this after a few pumps. There was a slight increase in girth but nothing major. The product was built well and field quality. It was good fun, however, if you 7” or above is recomend going for a pump with a bigger tube.
Good for the money
I got this a while back just to see what the hype was about and although not noticed a great difference in penis size it has certainly increased the size of the head and that is just with sporadic use so used on a routine could probably be very beneficial for growth. I would imagine you would see a better increase in girth than you would length. I would certainly entertain trying a more top of the range that does the work for you and vibrates.

Feeling pumped

No frills pump

Not sure if this works or not. Had it a couple of weeks and used it every day for 30 mins as indicated. Use lots of lube.
