My all time favourite prostate massager
It looks great feels great and wow is fantastic. I just love it. It hits just the right spot for me. I’ve tried several aneros in the past but this is by far my favourite. With plenty of lube it just slides in and then relax. Within minutes my prostate starts tingling and dancing for anything between 2 to 3 hours. This is not something for a quickie you need to take your time but it’s worth it. Only one warning it’s very addictive I can’t get enough of it.
Much better size (deeper and more filling) than the trident MGX, which was starting to feel too small for me.

A surprisingly effective and pleasurable pelvic floor trainer
I reached an age where I realised my pelvic floor needed some attention. While researching ways to strengthen it, I came across information suggesting that prostate massagers can work as a kind of bio-feedback tool. They allow you to sense what your pelvic floor muscles are doing while encouraging you to exercise them properly.
After doing some research, it seemed that Aneros was the brand most people recommended, and I decided on the Progasm Ice.
One thing I cannot stress enough is how important it is to understand how these devices are meant to be used. If you expect instant results without learning the technique, you are likely to end up disappointed. Fortunately there are excellent resources online, including the Aneros forum, the Aneros subreddit, and the Mindgasm tutorials on YouTube. The first three Mindgasm lessons are free and are a great introduction that helped me get started.
Within about a week of using the Progasm I had learned how to identify and exercise different pelvic floor muscle groups, and I began experiencing rolling dry orgasms. In fact I may have overdone it at first — for three mornings in a row I woke up with involuntary muscle contractions that kept triggering orgasm after orgasm. This was without the Progasm inserted; my prostate must have become somewhat overstimulated, and my body seemed able to massage it on its own through the pelvic floor contractions I had been practising.
It’s important to understand that the device is designed to move inside the body. The Aneros works through subtle contractions and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles which cause it to rock and pivot. Because of this, it needs the freedom to move slightly and even slip out a little if necessary. The handle is intentionally shaped to press against two external acupressure points while still allowing the device to rock. For that reason, sitting down while wearing it can be uncomfortable or even painful where the points press in, this also prevents the device from moving the way it was designed to.
Since discovering the Progasm I’ve definitely become more interested in anal toys in general. I’ve since added an Aneros Psy and a b-Vibe Pure Plug 3 to my collection, and I even have an Njoy Pure Large on the way. One thing I’ve found particularly helpful is wearing a plug for a 30-minute walk before an Aneros session. It helps me focus on relaxing the pelvic floor and increases sensitivity, so when I get home I’m warmed up and ready for the Aneros. The first time I tried this routine I discovered what people mean by a “Super-O” — wave after wave of intense pleasure that completely took me by surprise.
If you’re new to anal play, you might want to start with a smaller model in the Aneros range, as the Progasm is one of their larger designs. That said, I jumped straight in with it and found that once you learn to properly relax, it plastic Progasm slips in quite easily.
The material is medical-grade plastic, which gives it a very solid feel. It’s clearly well built and feels like a product that could easily last a lifetime. The smooth plastic surface also makes cleaning extremely easy, and it doesn’t retain odours.
For lubrication, I strongly recommend using a lube applicator (“lube shooter”) to place lubricant just above and around the internal sphincter. This is the area where the device does most of its rocking motion, so making sure it’s well lubricated makes a big difference to comfort and performance. Because the Progasm Ice is plastic, silicone lubricant works particularly well. You need less of it and it lasts much longer than water-based lubricants, meaning there’s less chance of needing to interrupt your session to reapply.
Overall, if you’re willing to take the time to learn the technique, the Progasm Ice can be both an excellent pelvic floor training tool and a device capable of delivering a great deal of pleasure for anyone with a prostate.

We have had this toy for a while and use it fairly regularly. It is a good size which may take a little longer to insert for a beginner but is not too big or uncomfortable at all to insert or use. The size means it is easier to target the prostate for beginners and requires less effort to stimulate it (although some advanced people may find this less stimulating as it will move less when you use your kegels to massage the prostate).
We’ve used this solo and together and gives high levels of stimulation and pleasure. When you orgasm after using the massager for a while, it is more explosive and I cum more. It is especially fun to have in during sex as the size helps keep it in place.
The escalade
I describe the smaller Aneros massagers as a Cadillac, but this thing is the Escalade. It’s big, it’s powerful, and it hits like a truck when it gets going. First time P-spot exploration
This is the first toy we've purchased for the exploration of the P-spot, we are complete beginners in that area and as such we were both nervous and unsure of what to expect. The toy was nicely packaged and presented with a great little user manual that helped us to get started with a bit more confidence.

A good old classic; unfortunately, this means its design is outdated. One size fits all - not like some alternatives that are adjustable to hit the spot better. Harder to use than vibration alternatives. If you are used to BIG anal toys, you may struggle like me - toy is small and because I am stretched it's hard to keep it on P spot without hand-adjusting all the time.

The design or Aneros makes it uniquely capable of producing prostate orgasms (which are unbelievable fun experiences for a penile orgasm experiencing male). I don’t think battery powered prostate devices can achieve this.It’s quite mind blowing what this has he capacity to do. A toy of patience
The Progasm Ice is a very solid, very well cast plastic toy but one which requires quite a lot of patience. It boasts the ability to give us guys that hard sought-after explosive prostate orgasm using the right angles and massage points, but for me it ended up feeling too big and a bit painful before ever getting to the promised feelings. It might be my body, but it felt as though it didn't fit as it should have. I'd probably buy their original, smaller prostate massager if I were to purchase again.

I've tried a few other Aneros toys in the past, and I have to say this one carves out it's own niche.
Being one of the largest aneros toys (or I think maybe the largest) it has a couple of attached pros and cons, and it definitely isn't for everybody. For instance, some people may find that the inflexible plastic material allows for less hands-free movement, and that the size is far too intrusive.
I however found the size to be more of a pro than a con, and in some situations it more than makes up for the fact that it isn't able to achieve as much motion as the others (such as the helix syn). It's size means it stays in well, which is a problem I have had with other aneros toys in the past. I'm also starting to like the shiny hard plastic material since it cleans easier than the soft silicone aneros.
Overall, when I am looking for an aneros with more of an aggressive size and feeling, I have found the progasm a go to, and have found it to be a staple of my aneros collection.

I've ordered quite a few prostate toys over a decade trying to find the right one for the HFO journey, I think i've finally found it with this one.
I wasnt impressed by the original Aneros at all as it was tiny and had a tendency to slip to the side.
Theres no such problem here, it remains secure and gives you a full feeling. Im impressed honestly!
It's shape is methodically effective, also, unlike a lot of other such toys, you dont have to worry about keeping it in place with one hand, like the pure wand for example. Having one less thing to concentrate on is a game changer for me.

Not a bad massager
This is my first prostate massager from Aneros and I think a decent start. The toy is made from a solid translucent smooth plastic and feels of high quality which helps out with cleaning afterwards.
When first inserting, you can feel that the massager sits nicely against your prostate and you can clench to move it about which cases it to sort of "rock" against it. The massager provides a full feeling due to its size, next time I might go for something like a Helix Trident which is a bit smaller for a different sensation.
Overall I think the sensations are nice but quite subtle, I've not been able to get to orgasm just from this alone but I don't think this is Aneros' intent. I think some extra time and concentration could lead to more pleasurable results
The little tabs can also sometimes be a bit uncomfortable in longer sessions as they sit very snug against the perineum.
That being said, when paired with some penis play or my partner helping out, this can still lead to some more intense orgasms. I'd say it is worth checking out if you have tried a little anal play, are looking to explore your prostate further and experience different forms of orgasms but perhaps not if you have tried more intense vibrating massagers.
For older men this may be a way to orgasm when no longer able to have an erection. Should that be the case I would highly recommend.

I have tried plenty of prostate toys trying to explore what feels best for me and this one wins. It hits the spot perfectly. Its not too big however its is a bit bigger than others I have used which give a nice full feeling and with plenty of lube the material its made from and it's shape makes it really comfortable. Amazing anal stimulation
I have an original Aneros massager, which is much thinner but very enjoyable. However this one takes things to a much higher level. Just lie back with very slow subtle muscle contractions, and it the pleasure just keeps building. The 2 probes either side if positioned correctly also add a lot of additional pleasure.

I have been looking for a while for something a little bigger than my current prostate massager and after reading many reviews decided on the Progasm.
When it arrived I was apprehensive to say the least, much bigger than I had experienced it to date so decided that I would need to warm up to it by using my current one more regularly before trying.
First try involved a lot of lube and it wasn't that great of an experience, I think I was nervous.
Continued to give it a go over some solo sessions and whilst I was more relaxed and managed to slide it with little issues, the two tabs were uncomfortable to me.
Despite numerous attempts, I found there was little to no enjoyment due to the uncomfortable tabs so this toy is no longer.
Now on the lookout for something of similar size but more comfort and maybe some vibration!
Feels good, very comfy
This is surprisingly comfortable to insert and remove for it's size. Granted, it's not huge, but it's big enough to be a little intimidating at first glance. It's very smooth, though, so it glides right in and stays where it needs to be. The tab that sits behind the cornhole can be a little aggressive and sometimes feels like it digs in too much, which might be painful for extended wear.
It hits the spot! I'm a larger guy at 6' and 250lb and I found this to be much more targeted than the other aneros model I own, the Helix Syn V. It's MUCH easier to find the good sensations with this and the smooth texture allows it to glide and move around much easier than the silicone texture of the other model.
Most people know that it takes some training to be able to reach a climax with prostate-only stimulation and I haven't achieved this yet. Purchased this product as someone who is keen on exploring prostate play. The shape and material of this product allow a firming and slightly more intense feel, as well as the chance to hit every angle desired. The Progasm ice, plenty lube and some patience
At the larger end of the scale, as far as the Aneros line goes, there's no doubt that this toy makes its presence known. Its undeniable when inserted and in the right spot. It doesn't have the subtlety of the smaller models, which is great if you're a prostate owner who prefers the fuller feeling.
Although it's what some would consider to be larger, its not uncomfortable, even for a beginner like I was when I first tried it, and not a distress to insert. The P-tab (perineum) and K-tab (Kundalini) are round bulbs that sit comfortably above and below. They dont dig in or cause any unwelcome feelings that might interrupted your concentration, even for extended sessions. Actually it's to the contrary. The pressure from both these points can send a lightning bolt of pleasure through your core when things start getting intense.
Using a lube shooter beforehand and lubing the toy before insertion is recommended as the more unimpeded motion it's allowed, the more it will give you in return.
These are not dildos to be operated manually with your hands. It a passive tool that works better when you stay out of it's way and let it do what it does best. That's exactly what I was looking for years ago when I came across the Aneros line. The ability to just lie there and be stimulated, without having to do anything. Like a meditative state. Throughout my journey I've discovered even more that me doing nothing, was still doing too much. I was trying to control it by clenching the muscles involved. Hits Just Right
I bought this thinking it was a vibrating model. While I was disappointed I figured I’d try it because it had such good reviews. Wow. So glad I did. This toy is almost like a match made in heaven for me and my prostate; the tip is the perfect length, with ample protrusion for pressing against the prostate, and isn't too wide or too narrow that it'd slip out or cause massive pain.

Another tool in the aneros arsenal
I didn’t receive the progasm in the picture with the tab, instead, I got the newest 20th anniversary edition when I ordered this from lovehoney. I was a little unsure about ordering the progasm and was between this and the progasm jr for a bigger toy to add to my aneros collection, but I bit the bullet. The new version of the progasm design tweaks have dealt with the gripes I read about in past reviews ie no tab and a narrower neck for better retention. Without having tried earlier models, it seems they have made a very good toy great.
The progasm fills you up, but anyone with intermediate experience of anal penetration shouldn’t have a problem. However, I think you should start with a helix if you don’t already have an aneros. You can very quickly graduate up to a progasm, but the helix will be your go to. The progasm hits all the spots immediately and firmly and you don’t necessarily want a sledge hammer when something more precise will do the trick.
My advice, don’t resist the temptation of buying anything from aneros you will regret it when you give in.

I own the Syn and this one. I prefer the Syn for longer wear, but the Progasm really steps it up a notch! It gives you that fuller feeling. I prefer the texture of the Progasm to the Syn. I haven’t been able to have a Super O from either one, but I feel like I need vibration for that personally. Overall one of the better plugs I own. I enjoy sleeping with it in.

Touches places I never knew existed
I had purchased the aneros syn helix before and found some pleasurable sensations from that, but found it a bit on the small side. I was torn between the progasm and progasm jr as I'm still a beginner, but I'm glad I went for the big option! Its size ensures that each muscular contraction will stimulate something interesting, and the bulbous design keeps it firmly in place.

I’ve tried prostate massagers periodically over the past few years, and even though it has felt pleasurable, they’ve never really caused any intense pleasure, until this one. Perfect P butt plug
I have used progasm a few times solo now and also once inserted into me for sex with my wife.It's the best butt plug I've ever used. Another Strike Out for Me
I've been on the hunt to find the perfect prostate toy, I keep reading about the elusive prostate orgasm and after trying some smaller toys wanted to try something a little bigger. Aneros is an extremely well known name for these types of toys, so I gave the progasm a shot, but still didn't have any luck. After a few years of using dildos to pleasure myself anally, I decided to try my first Aneros design. The price had been a barrier at first, as I could not justify the $70 or so for what appeared to be molded plastic. Now having used the Aneros Progasm Ice for a few years, it still seems a bit excessively priced, but I can say it delivers some pleasing sensations. It does come with a nicely designed discreet cardboard and plastic storage box which I have used to house the toy whenever not in use, fitted with a magnetic fold-over lid. Early on I had tried following the instructions on the Aneros website for manipulating the Progasm Ice using contractions of one's sphincter muscles. While this eventually provides some pleasing sensations, the hands-free manipulation does not quite get me to the fabled "super O." For this, I've found that manually pressing the Progasm Ice forward and into my prostate while it's fully inserted, provides sufficient pressure to elicit an orgasm that feels quite different, more of a gradual ascension to a sort of orgasm plateau, eventually receding as I cease stimulation. I have also enjoyed leaving the Progasm Ice inserted for several hours, manipulating its movement with my sphincter muscles as I carry on the mundane tasks of daily life. I can’t say I’ve had success with this toy in getting to a hands free orgasm (which is extremely difficult for me), but the sensations are still great. Doesn't work
I had it in down there and did everything that the instructions said for 45 minutes or so. I was relaxed and lubed up, yet I felt nothing. Now I have to try and find out how to get my money back somehow. Not recommended. I'll just stick to doing it the old fasioned way. (Fingers.. lol) In my opinion, it's a complete waste of money. Well all I can say it does absolutely nothing at all. And I've also read that you have to not touch your penis and let the massager do the work for you. Even without a super-O, it's super-fun
I'm not a particularly practiced user of my Aneros(es), however they are so much fun when I do use them. After a disappointing experience with the Aneros Helix Syn, i decided to go for something a bit bigger & more solid to really hit the prostate hard and this thing really delivers. I was able to orgasm hands free in 10 minutes flat once this was in, just lying on my front & tensing my PC muscles and feeling this massager hitting hard against the prostate. Nice addition to the others
This product is high quality and solid. Once warmed up and inserted it slipped right in. Comparing this to the helix this is a lot bigger in size and gave a a fullness feeling which felt great, however it didn't always hit the correct spot and took some time to move around to find it, but when it did it was amazing. The tabs weren't uncomfortable and felt better than the design of the helix as that did feel a bit uncomfortable after a while. Overall this is a great addition to the range for having a more full feeling however it didn't always hit the correct spot which was a letdown as the helix felt easier to make the correct contact.

Double the pleasure
This is the first Aneros massager that I've used and I'll say that I'm quite impressed. It takes some getting used to but once you do it's amazing. For beginners it might a little big but for me the size is perfect. The tabs can be a bit uncomfortable if they move out of place but that can be fixed with a simple position adjustment. There's two ways you can use it. You can either insert it and leave it in while masturbating normally or you can insert it and flex the anus muscles to move it and stimulate the prostate. A must-have for every man

Amazing when you know how to use it
Having tried a few various p-spot toys before with no success, I decided to do some research and buy this toy. The Helix is recommended for beginners but i quite like the idea of a bigger toy for a feeling of fullness. After ordering the progasm and receiving it the next day in the usual discrete LH packaging, i was very eager to try it. The product packaging is very nice and the toy itself is located in a little box that flips open. Upon removing the toy from the packaging, I was happy to find that the toy felt very sturdy and in general, a very high quality product. When it came to using the toy, it was very easy to insert with a generous coating of LH’s own lubricant. Once inserted, it immediately feels good, however, it took me a few times to get a feel for the toy. As a beginner, it’s not something that you can pop in and expect it to work straight away. I found that being in a relaxed state, both mentally and physically, is key. Eventually, after a few uses, the toy developed a mind of its own and my PC muscle began to contract automatically which lead to me reaching a “super O”. I would feel a sensation building up in my pelvis that would then explode into very strong waves of pleasure that were very localised to the pelvic region. After the first one, they simply keep on coming. When it comes to cleaning the toy, it’s incredibly easy. All you need to do is wash it with warm soapy water (you can also use sex toy cleaner if you wish) and let it dry. Fantastic Upgrade
I’ve used a Helix for about 8 years in and off and always had fun with it but fancied a fuller feeling so decided to upgrade to this. I wasn’t disappointed! The increased size is immediately noticeable. The ice versions coating seems a bit nice for insertion and cleaning too. Cracking orgasm from this!

A great addition to the Aneros lineup
Full disclosure, this was my first foray into prostate toys. And I've not looked back. However I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. I bought this (clear) product a few years ago when I first discovered prostate toys, based on the name. I had to wait a few years until I got a place of my own but I need not have worried as it arrived discreetly packaged. The product came in the rather upmarket Aneros packaging. Opening the box I was amazed at how good it looked, and how smooth and glasslike it was. Eager to try, I used some silicone lube and attempted insertation. I have experience with anal play so it wasn't too difficult, however this is the largest in the Aneros line, so beginners would be better suited to a smaller one. This was my first anal toy and I spent ages looking at reviews and models from Aneros, Lelo, and Rocks Off before making my mind up and choosing this one and I was really pleased I did. Now my collection has grown a bit I am always really pleased this one was my first. I went shopping with the mindset that whatever toy I bought I wanted it to feel substantial and this definitely fits the bill. This works well if you aren't too into touching your bottom because this toy is so ergonomically shaped that it takes a slow push (and sometimes a pull out and push back in) with lube and you are away. The elegance of this thing is mind blowing, with the one of the kind bubble inside, my bubble looks so cool, I don't want to get rid of it. The different tabs: I could only feel the perenium tab working in place, it's a nice reminder that it's there, and every contraction when you pull the massager in, the tab goes to work even more. After a good couple of weeks of using it: It's not amazing, but it's certainly not basic. This has a lot of potential, I've had multiple orgasms thanks to this beauty, although I've not had a 'super O' as people explain. The massager is quite big, I'd recommend this one to people who have had experience before, and as it's fully rigid, this makes it feel bigger, which is great! All in all, a great massager. Being rather new to prostate play, I would say all of my problems with this are purely down to my technique. Aneros receives glowing reviews about their products, and as for the manufacture quality its perfect. no seams or rough pieces anywhere, and made from solid hard plastic. The size didnt make me bat an eyelid, despite other peoples reviews saying how large they find it.. for me, a little bigger would be good!. the contour of the design allows it to slide perfectly into position with plenty of water based lube, and then the rest is down to you. I will admit that with each session the sensations get a little stronger but I am yet to orgasm from this. I am coming to the conclusion that to use these passive products you have to be of the sort of person who can meditate, take your time, relax and allow those sensations to build gradually. I dont have that much patience, so I've ordered a Nexus Stealth to give a spin. Bought this after a lot of deliberation as I don't often pay this much for a toy but wow it is so worth it. I've noticed a lot of these reviews are from straight men so I will try and put a queer perspective on this. For those like myself that are used to anal sex or anal play, this toy is really not that big and therefore really unintimidating. Even if it were bigger it wouldn't be a problem as the material is so smooth that even with just a small amount of anal lube it slips rights in very easily. Before I bought the toy I did have some reservations about the fact it was rock hard plastic with no give at all but actually it feels incredibly comfortable once in, to the point where if it wasn't making your ass feel amazing, you probably wouldn't notice it was there! Once in it does give a bit of a full feeling but again, for those of us used to anal you would probably want to use something a touch bigger for that proper full feeling - but then that's not what this is for... In terms of P-spot stimulation this is like nothing else I've tried (which so far has been dildos, plugs and er... real men with penises). As soon as it slips into place it gives me a jolt of pleasure as it hits the p spot. And from there it just gets better! I've tried the hands free method that aneros recommend which involves contracting rectal and anal muscles and with patience and practice this can be really great. For those who don't have the patience to go for the hands free method (like me 90% of the time), this works well as what can only be described as a laser guided butt plug. The Progasm Ice won't leave you cold
As far as I can tell, this is a straight upgrade over the Progasm classic. Not only does it look the part more than the classic (unless you're after the medical look), but it's supposedly made from a more durable material too, so you have that extra reassurance. I ordered the clear version and despite being plastic, it looks as good as any glass toy. The picture above is slightly misleading in making it look white, and while Lovehoney's video gives you better idea, even that doesn't do it justice. In person it's absolutely beautiful...You almost want to put it on the mantelpiece. It's just a shame it's not visible during use. If I had a complaint, it'd be that the fin on the base makes it uncomfortable to use sitting up in a chair or a solid surface. However, used lying back or lying down, it works wonderfully. It doesn't rotate or fall out, it's easy to remove after long sessions and it's super easy to clean. I think this would qualify as an intermediate toy. It's large enough to make reliable contact with your p-spot, yet small enough that it can easily move about inside you. The initial insertion can take some perseverance, but after that it slides in nicely. I'd advise any first-timers start with something smaller, but if you're fearless or have prior experience, you really can't go wrong with the Progasm.

I have been having fun exploring anal toys and prostate massage using various toys with mixed results. I have read a lot about the Aneros I was intrigued as you need a different mindset from most sex toys that provide instant gratification. You need to take your time and train the muscles to get the desired results. I am a natural skeptic but decided to try the Aneros, and I'm glad I did. The packaging on the Progasm Ice is very good, it has an outer box with information abut the toy, then an inner box which is great for storage. Progasm Ice itself look great I chose the clear version and it looks really good with the air bubbles in the plastic. I will admit at this point a nagging part of my brain did say I paid a lot for a clear bit of plastic, but this feeling soon vanished once I tried it. I have read online that the K and P tabs can put too much pressure on when you are starting out. This was never a problem I encountered, from first use they applied a firm but comfortable pressure that feels great. I found some time for myself, allowing an hour for play. Insertion was easy plenty of lube, It is quite big, but the rigid plastic makes it slide in reasonably easily. The first session felt good no huge orgasmic feeling, but I wasn't expecting those on the first try. I have had many sessions since and the feeling get stronger and stronger. I now can achieve the orgasmic feeling but really think I have a long way to go unlocking the potential that is in this toy. Grandaddy Aneros
After spending some quality time with the Helix syn and the Progasm jr., this seemed the next step to continue my journey into the rather luxurious world of prostate massage. Ive learned a few things so far, one of the most important being that size and vigor doesn't really help you to get anywhere, and patience and relaxation is everything. That being said I wanted a bigger one.. ..So I made my order and sweatily waited by the mailbox...! One of the things that initially worried me about buying, lets face it, a lifeless lump of plastic for around 40 quid, was that it doesn't have any batteries. Was this just a plug and you need to use or do other things to properly enjoy yourself? Was this a huge scam dreamt up in the local pub where Bill bet John that he couldnt get people to sit quietly with a bit of plastic stuck where the sun doesnt shine awaiting some mystical magic to happen? Anything is possible... I can assure you that whilst you may feel a little silly if this is your first experience with Aneros toys, it wont last long. Im not a urologist, but I can tell you with absolutely no doubt that this thing is engineered to rub bits of you that really like being rubbed, and it rubs them very nicely thank you. Im not going to go into much detail about the product itself, others have done that very well already. A challenging toy for advanced Aneros users
I had previously purchased an Aneros Helix, which was my first prostate massage and stimulation toy. It was absolutely amazing and it got me very curious to try other Aneros products. I'd recommend reading through the Aneros Wiki and forums to learn how to get the most out of your Aneros products! Not much to say besides the fact that the packaging is firm, looks nice and will guarantee your toy to arrive safely in the mail! As I mentioned before, the Progasm is not a beginner-friendly prostate massager. For one, it's much bigger, which will make it harder to insert for those who have little to no experience with anal play. However, with enough lube and patience, this shouldn't be to much of an issue. The toy is made of special ABS Plastic and allows for use with water- and/or silicone based lubes! The Progasm feels different then the Helix and provides sensations that feel noticeably different. However, you'll need to have gotten enough practice and trained your rectum muscles. If not, you'll find the Progasm slips out surprisingly easy. When used correctly though, the experience can be quite mind-blowing! When used correctly, the Aneros Progasm can be used hands-free. Besides from some angle adjusting every now and then, you are free to use your hands to feel yourself up as you please. You can also masturbate with the Aneros inserted, though it requires some practice to successfully manage contractions to keep the toy inside you. Aneros Progasm Ice
Very well packaged this immediately comes across as a quality product. This was my first prostate massager, I'll be honest my first thought was 'whoa that's big'. However with plenty of lube its quite comfortable and certainly applies pressure to all the right places. It requires a bit of an open mind and if you're a newcomer instant gratification isn't on the cards. 6 months down the line and the elusive HFO hasn't arrived but it's been a fun journey! Big but beautiful
I purchased this toy as I had already stepping into the world of prostate massage but it was not quite hitting the right spots for me. Okay, but I prefer the Helix Syn
I bought this product shortly after getting the Helix Syn which I had a great time with. I wanted to try this one as it was a good amount bigger and I thought it would give some different sensations. The toy is really well made and looks great. It was easy to insert with a good amount of lube and, after relaxing for some time I could feel it getting to work. This was all great so far but as soon as I started to enjoy the feelings the toy was generating and starting to get some involuntary contractions, the thing would keep shooting out (not at great speed :-P). I have given it a good number of chances but I have a similar experience each time which is a real shame because it always starts so well. I think it's probably just down to the way it fits me personally but I eventually sent this back as I just couldn't get to grips with it. My Helix Syn, however, is still going strong. I think this toy would still be great for most, I just think I'm a bit unlucky with it not fitting me especially well.

Aneros Progasm Ice Prostate Massager (Clear)

For me it's a great size and shape, a little lube and gentle pressure and it slips right in, snug and gently filling... that's when the fun begins. A bit disappointing
This was my third prostate massager, and I was quite looking forward to it as it was a bit larger than my other two (the Nexus Nero and Titan models). Sadly though, this one just doesn't do it for me. The head isn't curved enough to properly reach the prostate, the front perineum ball doesn't reach forward enough to hit the sweet spot, and the rear 'kundalini' ball I found more irritating than titillating. It does sort of work - after four or five sessions with it I did manage a prostate orgasm by lying on my side and thrusting my hips back and forth quite vigorously; but it took a fair bit of effort. Not really worth the price in my view. If you're looking for a decent prostate massager, my advice would be to have a look at the Nexus range. Sadly, LH don't stock those, so you'll have to search elsewhere.
Ice Prostate Massager an excellent upgrade
This is my second Aneros after spending a few months getting acquainted with the Helix model (with which I've had some success). The first feature of note is obviously its size, which only really hits you when you're sitting there holding it with a furrowed brow. Having never inserted anything bigger than the Helix in my rear end, I was almost afraid to use it. Placing the two side-by-side made the Progasm look immense. With plenty of lube, a relaxed anus and taking my time, I worked it in with no discomfort. (using the 'scoop technique' I'd read about on the aneros forums) The biggest surprise for me was how easy this was to remove afterwards, you can almost just 'poop' it out due to its size, where I find my muscles tend to tense up and grab the Helix back in when I'm trying to take it out. The raw physical sensations compared to the Helix are more intense and in-your-face. I sometimes found myself having to concentrate to keep the Helix going, where the Progasm feels more effortless. If you get distracted with the Helix, you can almost forget it's there and lose the mood, but the Progasm keeps my attention. The P-Tab and K-Tab feel brilliant during a session and are less poky than the Helix due to being sphere-shaped. If you've never used an Aneros before, it can take a lot of sessions before you start to get real satisfaction from it. It's like your anal muscles need to learn what to do and you have to learn where the pleasure is coming from and how to follow it. I've been using Aneros for months and I still haven't experienced the peeks some people describe, but I've had some absolutely amazing and unparalleled orgasmic feelings which have only gotten better and better the more I practice. As a first model, I might recommend the Helix instead, because it really isn't only about size, it's also about mobility. And either way, there's practice/discovery involved. I had no idea what I was going to do with this which I received as a gift from (of all people) an ex-girfriend. She and I have become good friends but I honestly thought at first this was a spiteful birthday gift. Was I ever wrong.
