My partner loved the w500 but found it uncomfortable to hold. She especially likes to have sex while using it and found it got in the way. We thought the shape of the enhance may be easier for this.
Having tried them one after the other she tells me the air pulse on the enhance feels even better. It is more comfortable to hold and easier to keep in the right spot during sex (although it is still a bit in the way if I am honest). The second time we tried she found it easier to get in place and results were the same.

Reading the instructions I unfurled the charging cable and have to admit I was a little dismayed with the magnetic charging points as the new cable kept detaching due to the cable wishing to stay in the stowed packaged position – however, this minor issue will no doubt improve over time and with use, albeit frustrating upon receipt.

Practice Makes Perfect
The packaging for the toy is beautiful— the box feels velvety and everything is arranged inside in an aesthetically pleasing manner. It’s easy to find everything within the box, including a charger, manuals for the toy, and a bag to store the toy in. The toy itself is lightweight, smooth, and easy to hold.
The toy has two vertical plus and minus buttons (the upper plus button being what you hold to turn the toy on, and the lower button being what you hold to turn it off) which, when pressed once, take you up or down a level of air intensity. Horizontally, there are two buttons to turn up or down the vibrations (which won’t be on initially until you press the up button) . With this setup, you can have only air, or only vibrations, which was a level of control I really enjoyed. The buttons are all close together with only small indents to recognise what each button does, which makes them a little easy to confuse, but I believe it’s not too difficult to navigate. There is a smaller button far away at the bottom which cycles through the patterns— as someone who doesn’t enjoy patterns particularly, this button being further away meant I never accidentally pressed it, which makes this a very good design choice!
The positioning of the hole was difficult for me— several times I believed it to be in the right place only to feel nothing. It was stressful to try and get the right position, and a couple times it felt like the toy broke its air consistency randomly, without having been moved, as if it were positioned incorrectly. This was frustrating, as when it would start to feel properly suctioned over my clit, suddenly the pulses would go strange and I’d have to rearrange the toy and go up and down the levels before it worked again. It just seemed like it was never placed right, and the sensations felt lacking even when I could feel it was correctly over my clit. Fortunately, after a few orgasms, this problem seemed to become less apparent, and did start to mimic the feeling of oral sex to a surprising degree! This effect only really kicked in for me after the previous lukewarm orgasms, however.
With the way the toy is designed so your clit sits within the hole, it feels like the vibrations are being sent around your clit rather than on it, as there’s not full contact between your clit and all the walls of the hole at the same time. This was really enjoyable for me, as it made it possible to circle the toy around my clit to press the vibrations to different parts.
It took a long time for the toy to bring me to orgasm, and I’m not sure if it was worth the payoff. For me, it hurt to keep the toy on after orgasm, so I would take a small break and then try for the next one. With each orgasm, the sensations did get better. It took a long time to get there, but the simulated feeling of oral was incredible and mind-breaking. It’s unfortunate that it takes a while to get to that point, though.
Attempting usage with vaginal penetration is difficult due to the toy’s large head getting in the way. It took a while to figure out how to keep the toy appropriately positioned while also managing to reach my g-spot, but it is manageable.

The Womanizer is easy to charge by connecting the lead to the magnetic charging pins and plugging into a USB port.
Pressing the larger '+' button for 2 seconds turns the toy on and starts the air control. Pressing it again briefly increases the intensity, and this can be done over 10 intensity levels. Pressing the larger '-' button decreases the intensity or turns the power off when held for 2 seconds.
The smaller '+' and '-' buttons on each side of the larger buttons starts/increases the vibration intensity, or decreases the vibration intensity respectively, and this also has 10 levels of intensity.

I would recommend choosing your preferred intensity levels before starting to use the toy if possible. Unfortunately, I attempted to adjust the settings whilst using the toy.
