The first impressions you get opening the box is that there is a higher level of quality. Not just from the packaging, the ring is very well made and has a few ni e little extras in the box. Seemed so promising but didn’t deliver results

This product didn't quiet meet my expectations for the cost. Although it is a great product allowing for longer sessions in bed due to the restriction, there were a few things that I didn't care for. Dissapointment
I was hopeful that perhaps investing the extra dollars and having limited success with these style of toys in the cheaper version this might be the key. I should preface I am a difficult orgasmer. My partner is on the small/average side so this toy stealing 1cm or so off him made it so I basically couldn't feel him inside me. It was also too low down to actually hit the spot it needed to be. Uncomfortable
This is the first viberating cock ring I've ever purchased, and purchased it on the fact it has great reviews. It's made out of high quality silicone, but the Lelo variety for some reason is a huge dust magnet. The viberations were fairly strong (as I would typically expect from a LELO product). Superb Quality But Flawed
I purchased this ring after receiving a much cheaper one from Lovehoney as part of a 3 for £10 deal. All in all, I did not get on with this ring at all, and here’s why: Pros It’s a very powerful ring. The vibrations are strong and have a nice rumble It’s extremely well made; the finishing is superb, the silicone feels great, the packaging is pristine. It all feels like the pinnacle of luxury. It’s rechargeable and each charge lasts forever. Cons It’s completely unforgiving. I’m about 6” in circumference, which is average, but this is way too tight. The silicone strap is so strong that the ring just crushes my member. This is the only flaw of the item but unfortunately it makes it completely unusable – after about 5 minutes of sex it actually becomes painful. The strap is also rather wide, which is partly the reason for the lack of stretchiness and also causes the additional issue of lowering the insertable length of the penis. So in summary, a very nicely made item, but fatally flawed.

I have bought a lelo product before and was impressed with the quality both in construction and packaging. The ring arrived and was in a very high quality box and comes with sachet of lube and carry case for the ring along with the charger. The buttons are discretely placed either side of the unit. they are not the easiest buttons to use and they need a firm, concerted press. I charged it and turned it on and was as impressed as i expected. There is simply no comparison to the cheap vibrating cock rings you find everywhere. Now onto the only problem.. The ring is very thick and not very flexible. In my hand it has a satisfying weight to it (30g) and the Lelo name is imprinted onto the ring’s sides (meaning that cleaning is more than a once-over wipe down – you need to be thorough to ensure the tiny letters get cleaned completely). Not being the astute electrician, the metal port unnerves me. Whilst the product information assures me that the ring is waterproof, having the port so openly visible disconcerts me in getting fluids or water over this. If there were a protective cover the overall look of the Tor would be improved as would my paranoia. I don’t know for sure if this is an issue, but if like me you are easily spooked it might put you off. Whilst my partner reports that it is fairly easy to put on and very comfortable to wear, the Tor’s restricted flexibility makes it tricky when removing. My partner pulled some choice facial expressions when we were giving the Tor its initial road test and I would recommend using lube to avoid any unpleasant experiences with trapped hairs if you are considering using it safely without a condom. The vibrations are controlled by two ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons on either side of the Tor’s head which when pressed simultaneously lock the Tor for discrete travelling. The vibrations come in two parts. Firstly there is the continuous mode which is the default starting function by pressing and holding the ‘+’. You then have the option of scrolling through a further 5 continuous vibration speeds each increasing in power. For me, the first three vibrations are quite weak – in relation to something such as the battery-powered bullet I’m used to, the lower-end vibrations are very subtle and gentle. Once I get into the third or fourth speed I tend to get more out of what is said to have ’100% more powerful vibrations of any product of its kind’ – a boast I think is a little over-confident. The final two vibration strengths are the strongest I’ve had from any vibrator – those have all been battery powered. As a direct result, it’s going to be hard going back to relying on anything but mains charged vibrators, I liked it that much. Once you have reached the highest speed, you can then choose to enter the five patterned vibrations by pressing and holding the ‘+’ button for two seconds. These are fairly decent in the high setting you only have the choice of using them in. I would have preferred to have some level of control over the strength of these patterns and if anyone has an aversion to high-powered toys, this then wouldn’t suit you, but at least you have the choice over the continuous vibration as an alternative. But…but…ease of use of the buttons. Gah. I found them fiddly and that I had to exert a fair pressure on them. Put that into the context of using it during sex and it potentially could spoil the mood if you go to press the button and instead of a change in vibration, you crick your thumb… Verdict. I am impressed by the Lelo Tor II. Above the attractive design in its packaging and clear care in appealing to the aesthetically inclined sex toy connoisseur, the product itself is a delight to use for the vibrations alone. Aside from that, the buttons sadly don’t enhance the experience of using the product. The price, at approximately £79, could justify to an extent why Lelo aim their products at a more ‘economically successful’ market, but equally the rechargeable nature of the Tor does mean it is a product you expect to last for years.
