Huge bummer
This toy is very big and heavy. Annoying to hold with one hand. It also doesn’t even fit in a standard nightstand drawer due to its length. The power is actually quite weak compared to other brands and it decreases intensity with pressure despite what it says. There are a lot of settings, but none of them powerful. The only pros are that it is easy to clean and very quiet. I’m definitely disappointed in the product, especially given the price tag.

With Lelo you always know that you're going to get a very premium product, but it does come with a premium price tag too. For us, this is more than worth it. This wand is absolutely beautiful and it's clearly built to last, we've had this for a quite a few years now and it looks brand new. The wand comes beautifully packaged, so would make a great, spicy gift for your partner. On top of this it comes with a storage bag that is made out of the softest material ever, to keep your toy looking its best. Usually I'm not bothered by these, but this one deserves a mention.
The whole wand just looks classy. Sleek, tactile silicone and a curved handle that fits into your hand comfortably. The slight curve makes it absolutely perfect for solo play, but we usually end up using this as a couple anyway.
The vibrations are very rumbly, especially at the lower settings, so if that's what you're after then you won't be disappointed. Being waterproof is a big deal for us too, mostly for how easy it makes cleaning it afterwards but it's also something you could use totally submerged in the bath.
While the wand is pretty quiet, I wouldn't say that it is silent on the higher settings but this is to be expected from such a big powerful toy. The battery holds incredibly well, so we'll in fact that I often misplace the charger and have to go hunting for it when it's time to recharge.
Overall this is a brilliant wand, and I would definitely recommend it.

Wanted to get a new toy for my wife, she has a few so wanted to get something that she didn't already have something similar. Looked at the wands and wasn't sure, but they sounded so good and she loves a massarge. Ordered in and put it in her draw, she spots it and was like wow what is that? It's a massage wand. Oh ok! When this product was new, I would have given it probably 5 stars. She really liked the smart mode, where more pressure equates to more power. The only would have been accidentally pressing the wrong button changing vibe pattern, and many more presses to get back to the one you want, it im sure some people like the options. We have had the wand for a few years now, and it just doesn't have the power it used to, and it's quite noticeable. It also seems to run out of juice a little faster or maybe we just charge it more often seeking the high power it once had. The smart mode doesn't work as well anymore either, press harder and less power now. So now we will be looking for a new and different wand to satisfy the need for more power, and hopefully power that lasts for more years. This one was quite pricey for only a few years of high quality use.
Not worth the hype or the money!
I purchased directly from lelo in a sale earlier in the year, honestly worst thing ive spent a large amount on. The buttons are so faffy they turn off or dont like to turn on despite a full charge. Massive mood killer when it doesn't want to turn on or is a nightmare to get to the right setting. When i do use it, it doesn't give me a oh WOW orgasm its more like a meh which i never got with cheaper wands. Only pro is it looks expensive.

The Lelo Large Smart Wand was delivered in luxury packaging along with the charger, a smart neoprene storage pouch and a small booklet showing the other Lelo products of desire. Right from the start, the packaging and product visually looked beautiful and, well, just special! Clearly this is no cheap one-shot-and-break product and I couldn't wait to try it out..
As I took the Lelo out of the box, I was struck by the wand's soft-touch feel. The velvety surface, complemented beautifully by a curving gold swoosh, fitted my hand perfectly and though it was relatively heavy, the balance of the wand made it super-easy to hold.
I used the concealed buttons to turn the wand on, and was delighted to find that the product had come pre-charged so I didn't have to wait to try it out (Note: it's recommended to charge it for 2 hours before use, but hey!). As I cycled through the settings, I was struck by the power of the toy....WOW!!!! I've used many vibrators, but the rumble of this big boy has to be felt to be believed and brought me to a super-strong climax in no time!!
Since its' first use, the Lelo has seen lots action both when I'm on my own and during playtime with J-he. It lasts for hours (if you can take it!!....) between charges, is 100% waterproof so you can play in the bath or shower as well as the usual (and unusual?!) and cleans down easily.
At the price you pay, it SHOULD be good. But boy is it!! Both J-he and I agree that this is one of our favourites. The wand's size means no penetration (well, not for us anyway!), but if you're looking for something that at this festive time fits the mantra of "a sex toy is for life, not just for Christmas...." we'd encourage you to give the Lelo Large a try!! x

Kinky Requrement
Every kinky weirdo should own a wand. You can use it on yourself, you can use it on others (guys there's nothing more surprising and welcomed than pulling one of these out whilst going down on someone), and if you can't use it by itself you can get attachments that make it work better. Oh, and it has endless options for use in bondage.
I will say, this one is definitely a high end product. it's well built, powerful, aesthetically pleasing and has enough grunt to give that shockingly strong vibration people expect out of a wand. I will say that the vibrations are more towards the grumbly side, this does mean they penetrate deeper (which is good) but if you're coming from 'the' wand you'll find the speed of the vibration is slightly lower than that one. Not a problem, just different.
Only thing that annoys me is the controls. I like having the option to immediately switch toys off and on. This one will immediately switch on, but off requires a press and hold as it ramps down. This does mean you can't attach it to a body part and edge someone with it. You have to hold it. Of course, if you don't want to turn it off no matter how much they protest, this isn't an issue, but it is something to keep in mind.
Overall though it's earned a place in the box of stuff, well done.

It is beautifully designed and has a really strong vibrating motor, giving deep pulsing sensations.

If you’re wondering whether it’s worth the money, the answer is YES!!! Am I the only one that doesn’t like the experience ? Monstrous size. Short lived orgasm and irritates my nether regions with all that vibration because the intensity is too much for me… too low and it does nothing … couldn’t find the right balance … can only hold it on the flat side because the round sides have less pressure … the number one rated vibrator is apparently not for me.
Only lasted 14 months
This only lasted 14 months before it stopped working. I’ve just enquired with Lovehoney about it and apparently the warranty is only 12 months, so they refuse to give me a refund or a replacement. This seems quite unfair to me as it’s only 2 months outside the warranty. It doesn’t seem to be worth £150 for only 14 months use. That’s more than £10 a month! It’s not *that* good.

Halfway between two worlds - neither one thing nor the other
I have other Lelo vibrators like the Isla and Soraya, and I have an original (cordless) magic wand. This is halfway between the two and actually for me that's a negative. It has the luxury feel, the myriad patterns, and the whisper quietness of a Lelo but in a magic wand form factor.
I prefer my magic wand. I prefer my Isla and Soraya.
Although the other toys listed are also quiet expensive, my advice would be if you know which you prefer then buy that one. This is a GOOD magic wand but not as show stealing as THE magic wand. It's as high-end as all Lelo products but when reaching for a Lelo toy, this is rarely chosen over the others.
I'd say it would be a good introduction, and less intimidating than, an actual magic wand, but then cost comes in to it. This isn't cheap. You're getting a good vibrator and a greatly designed product but it just doesn't do it as well as the dedicated toys; for me.
A jackhammer and not in a good way
This thing is insanely powerful, like a power tool. It’s really heavy, hard, and it’s enormous — like, the size of a small child’s arm. I have carpal tunnel so it was uncomfortable trying to hold it just because of the angle and the weight alone, but add the vibrations which are basically a bottled earthquake of shake, and it began to hurt my wrist. On top of that, it was doing nothing for me. Even at the lowest setting, it was just pounding against my most sensitive parts, to the point where they were beginning to numb. The material is soft to the touch, but it’s thinly covering a rock solid piece of equipment that I just feel like it lacks subtlety no matter how close or far you hold it from yourself. It’s my first wand so maybe I am not using it like other people but for the cost, I wish I’d just gotten a normal cl*toral stimulator. Finally, it’s loud as all get out.

This is the first toy I’ve splurged on and I’m so glad I did. 100% Worth It
I decided to treat myself with an expensive toy for once, and wow! It was 100% worth the money I spent. The controls are easy to use, it's comfortable to hold, and the vibration options are great. The vibration strength is also amazing. I have been using vibrators for years and I don't even need the higher half of the strength settings. I can imagine the higher settings would be for if you were to use this as a regular body massager.

Having read the reviews I was very keen to add this to my collection! One of the key selling points was that it’s whisper quiet, sadly, it’s actually very noisy. I’ve got quite a few toys - for use on my own, and with my husband. It’s my first wand purchase - I’d decided to get what I thought would be the best. The box it comes it is professional and sleek, comes with a luxury black satin bag to store the wand in. we immediatly unpacked the wand and started charging it which took around 2 hour. the wand comes with 10 different patterns, intensity can be controlled on the wand. We found that the position of the buttons while using this could cause your fingers to slip and either turn off the wand of change pattern / intensity. Wand felt comfortable in her hands and could be used for long periods of time. I also found it pretty easy and comfy to use on her! She really enjoyed using this and cummed in no time at all. I am not normally too worried about what a sex toy looks like, as long as it performs well but this wand really is something to behold and I'm not sure the picture fully does it justice. The wand is really easy to hold and the curve makes it really comfortable to position and keep in place when using it intimately or as a muscle massager. However, compared to some other wands at a similar price point, it is a little lacking in special feature. This isn't a huge issue, and personally I tend to prefer wands that just focus on delivering plenty of power, but it may be something to consider.
