This was my Christmas surprise from my wife. The basque is very nice (it pushes up my moobs which I expected to be too small for the cups) but I can't do the hooks and eyes on my own. I need to shave before the next time I try the g-string (which still won't fit me - oops), but the back strap is thin enough to be comfortable, which many thongs are not.

The material is good quality and feels nice to touch and sturdy enough you definitely won't rip it off (on accident at least!). My wife is a 12 or 14 depending on the shop and can be very hesitant with lingerie as it often comes up small. In this case though it's exactly as advertised and the L size fits beautifully. The matching g-string is a great bonus too even if it doesn't stay on long. The push up bra section is only a slight push so gives a nice shape without going too excessive or risking boobs falling out without meaning to.

The outfit itself is well made, although the fabric of the cups was a little surprising. The website imagery on the product doesn't really suggest a texture, but it was more like a sponge if anything. Not sure what I expected really, perhaps something a little more luxurious.

First thing first! The push up cups are like a VIP lift service for your boobs- no reservations needed, just instant elevation. They’re also boneless which means no pokey pieces of metal ruining your evening. The boneless cups were a massive drawing point for me, I’m a DD cup so I can’t stand when bras break I’m left with a hurt boob and a bra that now no longer holds anything in place.
Meanwhile, the six plastic bones (not as medieval as they sound, I promise) help sculpt that hourglass silhouette, making you feel as if you’ve just stepped out of a vintage pin up poster. They’re also super flexible, so you’re still be able to get into all those interesting and tricky positions.
Comfort wise, the adjustable hook at the back make it easier to find your perfect fit though, fair warning, fastening them solo might require the flexibility of a contortionist. That being said it’s still wayyy easier than having to lace it up everytime like a traditional corset. The removable suspender straps are a thoughtful touch, giving you the option to style it up with some sexy stockings or keep things simple.

Not practical fastenings
The fastenings are the full back panel of bra type fastenings. When I wear sexy outfits I like to be able to get in them solo. Your partner getting you into the outfit kind of harshes the vibe when you’re both frustrated cause the top ones come undone as you’re fastening the bottom ones. Not practical but gorgeous on.

Top tip for all those fastenings is to do them up before wriggling in. The fabric and design should allow most people to step in and pull up.

The corset I ordered based on size guide was so wrong it's unbelievable as the body was to big and the boning that was supposed to be supportive was like paper as didn't do anything and then you have the cups for bust which needed to be twice as big as didn't get half my chest in the underwire was not very good when the ends constantly trying to turn the other way so would be forcing my breaststroke out of the cups talk about finding a way of making a plus size girl feel gross and cause worse self asteem issues is unbelievable I now actually hate my body more then I did before

it's a super adorable piece, missing underwear wasn't a huge deal since any pair of black panties would look cute with it but even though i measured myself and compared it to their measurements it was way too small in the bust for me. i do have a large bust (e cup) with only a little bit of chub so this is a common problem for me. i will say their customer service is super nice and helpful and gave me a refund since it didn't work out for me, so that was great! all in all it is very nice so hopefully it fits others better :)

Plum not Cherry
My wife chose this item for the first time compared to all previous choices which have been mine. The item she chose was called Plum not Cherry and she liked the thought of the individual clasps to fasten it instead of the usual zip fastenings. The fit is beautiful although we did have to send back the first one as although it was sized the same as previous items we have ordered from Lovehoney this time the size was too small possibly due to the clasp fixings but the next size up fitted much better. I have to help her do up all the little clips but thats always a pleasure anyway getting up close and personal.

One of my favorites! It fits perfectly. I ordered the hot pink one. Wow, it looks so hot on! My OH will love it! I am a 36D and I ordered the 14/16. Easy to get into with all the hooks fastened at tightest setting. I was able to step into it and pull it up. The matching G-string is a little loose on me because I am size 6 or (28) Canadian sizing on the bottom. But it is easy to adjust with a little sewing or just wear a black one that fits. Shipping took longer than usual - ordered on Oct 19th it was suppose to arrive on the 25th but came on the 26th

Honestly this set is so cute, it’s also really comfy and easy to put on and wear. I’m not usually someone who likes pink yet I really like this set, the basque is just great and looks very flattering. Only downside due to the mesh and boning, if your slightly thicker, the basque tends to show your rolls a little bit more than I personally would like but it’s still very cute none the less. I kinda of wish there was an option for different underwear instead of just a thong.

despite being plus size, the body of the basque is so much smaller. the bust fitted but i couldnt get into the rest of it at all. if youve got a plus size large busted basque, logic dictates that you should have a larger body fit too. not designed to fit a size 10

First of this has to be the best piece we have bought to date. It fits my wife perfectly, its straightforwadr for he to put on and she even says it comforatble to wear.
The suspender are able to be removed, which is great as she is not a fan stockings. The quality, for the price, is great and so far there has not been any rips or tears, despite is regular use.

It's a little hard to get on yourself, but that's true with any basque with all the hooks in the back. Also, the stocking clips are hard to manage and one even broke when I tried to use it. I advise getting familiar with the clips before putting the garment on!

Almost perfect
I first got this lovely set in "Black" (fuchsia) and loved it so much I had to get it in pink as well as soon as it went on sale. It's the same wonderful piece with cups that are slightly too large for me and a length that's slightly too short for my torso (which are issues with me, not the product), but I'm a little disappointed with the color. To call this pink is a real stretch -- it's such a pale shade that it's much closer to a light beige skin tone than pink. I have no complaints otherwise!

The quality is there, but this is probably one of those items best tried on before buying, as the fit isn't great for me, and no way to adjust it. The only size option available (maybe because it was on sale) was M/L, it would be nice if the cup sizes of the bra varied.

I'm a size 18 so I ordered up and went for the 22-24.... and it only just goes round me! I was shopping in the plus size section and I was hoping for pieces designed and made for us voluptuous ladies..... this is not it! Most of it is a see through mesh and the flimsy plastic bones just ruck and fold, definitely not up to the job and the weird lumps they make are definitely unsexy.... although nothing compared to the sight of your tum sticking out of the bottom because it's so short. Come on guys, do better!

Belle of the Bedroom
Plum is a colour I didn’t yet have in my lingerie collection until this basque found its way into my wardrobe and has made itself very much at home.
At 5ft6, size 10 on top and 12 on bottom, I found the size Medium fit my body well, although my 36C’s spilled a little around the edges/armpit area.
The colour is beautiful; it’s warm, sensual and very flattering. It pairs wonderfully with the lighter lilac colour of the straps, cups and centre torso (and not forgetting the suspender strap ribbons).
A lot of thought has gone into the detailing of the set; There’s mesh, lace, straps, bows, boning, and a beautiful lace trim that falls over the hips. Despite it being a “busy” piece, it doesn’t clash and all the materials and textures work well together.
I always appreciate detachable suspender straps as I don’t always opt for stockings, however this time I paired the set with black, lace-top stockings and they looked absolutely lovely.
The cups are well padded, underwired, and give plenty of support and uplift, helped by the adjustable shoulder straps which are pleasingly thick and comfortable.
The basque is comfortable throughout despite certainly hugging the figure and being rather firm; I just wouldn’t recommend bending too much due to the plastic boning!
The g-string matches the basque with beautiful lace detailing. Again, comfy and fits well.
A part I did struggle with was getting the actual basque on. While I certainly appreciate the rows of hook and eyes and the adjustability, trying to fasten them while on my own made for a rather comical 10 minutes of putting the basque on back to front, securing, and then attempting to shimmy the basque around my body until it sat where it should. I would absolutely recommend the aid of another person… or plenty of practise (both of which I lacked!)

The basque was very flattering, even for a curvy size 14 like myself. Those reviews which mention it's tricky to put on - I found it easier to fasten it up first then step into it and pull it up over my hips. Husband wholly approved, he said it made me look gorgeous!! So a win there. BUT the plastic boning did dig into me at times so that's the downside.

This is intended for plus size women, who I assume are closer to my body type than the model's. We do not have smooth, flat stomachs. We have flabby, hangy guts. Giving me a tiny triangle the size of my hand does NOT make me feel sexy because my gut is hanging out all over the place.

Ordered on May 8 and it came to my door today (May 13). I ordered a size L, since I wanted to be able to breathe and thank the lingerie gods it does! My boobs fill out the cuffs without overflowing, the straps don't dig in (also nice to see they're a bit wider in the front), and it's great to know I can detach the garter straps if I'm not in the mood for stockings (or to make washing easier). The thong does fit me, though the lacy hem of the basque does cover it up (not a pitfall, just something to know).
The hook-and-eye closure is a bit of a pain though. Not just if your partner wants to rip it off in the heat of the moment, but having to shift it to the proper position on your body. I imagine a zipper would be easier, but then again I dunno if it would go with the burlesque aesthetic of this garment.
I bought this on clearance and it's a shame it will be gone forever, so don't hesitate on buying it!
A lovely piece, but unfortunately mine arrived with only 3 garter straps instead of 4. LH offered to replace but were not able to send just 1 strap, they were going to send the whole piece! That seemed crazy to me so my only other option was a refund. Anyway I do love the piece and the color is really nice. Its hard to put on alone, I'll need to get hubby to help (I'm sure he won't mind). The only downside apart from the missing strap is the horrid g-string that comes with it, like most sets ... please consider ladies that would prefer a matching brief to a flimsy bit of fabric!

Love the style. The fit, the colour the price. I'm a size 20 but sized up to a three and four XL and it fits great. I tiny bit big in the bust but not in a huge way that impacts the look or style. If you're trying to replicate the look in the photos on the website probably don't bother because the garda straps are useless. Just get some normal tights rather than thigh highs.
The Little Mistakes Added Up
The last 2 purchases I made were Large sized and both were extremely snug, so I checked the sizing and since I’m between an L and an XL, decided to go up this time. Definitely a bit too big for me which was disappointing because it feels like I simply can’t get lingerie in my size here. But still would’ve given it 4 stars since it is quite cute and I’m sure my husband won’t even notice.
What brought it down another star for me was the little details. Lots of loose threads, the corseting on the front is loose and misaligned (the left side is sewn lower than the right) and to top it all off, one of the removal garter straps was sewn on wrong (the closed part of the hook isn’t attached to anything while the other straps are sewed on there, letting you remove them through the open hook attached to the piece) meaning it’s impossible to attach at all. Overall it’s okay but felt pricey for something of this quality level.

It feels great on my skin and isn't a hassle to put on or take off. Probably my only complaint is that one of the elastic ribbons on the front immediately snapped. Other than that, very nice.

I measured myself and looked at the reviews and chose a size 3x/4x as I wanted it to fit properly. The material was good quality and it was easy to put on. Highly recommend this one especially at the current sale price. Pair it up with some other undies (I chose Oh La La Cheri Plus Blue floral lace crotchless undies and these were perfect 3X/4X) as the ones that come with it don't suit a larger tummy woman.

I have never owned a basque before I am a 40HH, I ordered the 2xl for this reason. I am an 18 dress size. My boobs don’t fit in perfectly but they virtually do. It took me a while to do up all the clasps on the back, but then I realised I can do it at the front and twist it around.

Fit was a little tight for the size I ordered but I need to lose a bit of weight here and there so that's more down to me and not the basque. Great colour. Usually everything is black or red so was good to find something in a different colour.

BBC The girls fit in the cups perfect and never fell out. The body which we can never do up properly. This one fit together perfect also the panties look amazing on . Awful to be honest. The cups are not in the right place, noway does the model in the photos wear a dd! Im only a size 10 with d cup, they are more like a b cup on this item for a medium! Quality and design is fine just the sizing is crap!

Stunning outfit! I am a curvy girl but have small boobs and normally find it a real problem getting outfits that don't just sag in the boob area.
This one made them look amazing and gave me so much confidence. I felt sexy and my fiance couldn't keep his hands off me (even more than normal). I purchased the crutchless thong to wear with it so it it isn't only worn for 2 minutes before being taken off for sex, get to make the most of it.

This Basque set fits nicely on the boobs and the colour is pretty but unfortunately that is all the positives I can give this item.
The top is baggy around the stomach and it doesn't hug my shape like previous sets I have bought from LH. The straps on the top are a bit big as well and I don't like the lace detailing on the bodice.
One other thing that does really annoy me with LH is that on Basque sets when they are delivered they are so hard to try on. For some reason the knickers are attached across the back over the hooks which makes it practically impossible to try on. I do understand to keep the knickers attached to the piece. However, why can't the knickers be attached to one side of the piece or at one point on the knickers instead of two.
For reference, I am 5ft 4in, 32B and typically a size 6 in clothing.

I’m a very curvy UK 16/18 38G & 5”2, ordered 1X/2X, fitted me well, even got done up on the tightest hook, although took me a while to do hooks up on my own as very fiddly & time consuming, made arm/hands ache.
Once on I felt amazing in it & it held in all the right places. In certain positions boobs bulged a little, but I’m advised still looked fantastic. As I said felt good & gave me more body confidence, but after wearing for a couple of hours the wires/bones started to dig in & feel uncomfortable, could see marks on skin when took off, but I still recommend as felt so sexy in it.

Gorgeous but upper sizing problem
The design, quality, colouring all so lovely I bought the 3X I’m a size 18 usually and this fit around centre to lower part of my body but sadly the boobs barely fit and that’s since I’m a “I-J” cup size depends on brand of bras. Such a shame didn’t fit my boobs 🥺🥺 otherwise would have kept it.

At first I was a little disappointed with the colour; it appears much more vibrant on my phone than in person. But even as a deeper, purple-y pink colour it is gorgeous. You can't really argue with the quality for the price.
I struggle with the sizing a little. On a previous purchase, I got the 3x/4x size to accommodate my generous bust, but it was very loose in the trunk and the cups were still too small. So, for this one I went with the 1x/2x. Fit through the trunk is much slimmer, but the cups are comically small. (I am a US size 16 and 36j for refernce). But all that aside: I feel sexy as hell wearing (even with my boobs busting out all over). I can't wait to show it off.

This is a beautiful garment and would definitely recommend. I Typically wear a size 2X in clothing but the 5X in this garment was all they had so I tried it. Definitely glad I went that big otherwise it would not have fit so they do seem to run a little bit small. Overall the quality is good. Good quality and design, however it does have Numerous eye hooks of the back. I got around this by doing them all up and pulling the garment over my head already buckled. Wish they had more colors available! I would buy one of each!

It's a little hard to get on by myself so the surprise factor for my partner went out the window, but I think he enjoyed helping me get all the hooks in place. It's just beautiful. I absolutely love it. Fit is true to size! I wear a 14-16 and got the 1X and it couldn't fit more perfect. There are three hook sizes for you to choose from and I had it hooked on the first hook which means I have room to expand if needed.

Really great quality especially for the price! I am usually a size M-L; the smaller size was out of stock so I went for the large and it fit perfectly with the hook-eye closures on the smallest setting. Really lovely, loved the boning in the corset and the lace around the hips.
I would recommend that if you are very busty you go up a size; I am a DD and would have fallen out of the cups completely if I was any bustier. It wasn't a problem for me, but something to be aware of.

This basque is absolutely beautiful, the main fabric is a super smooth sheer fabric and the docorative panel is silky and lacy.
The cups are fairly generous but could do with being slightly bigger. The basque is a little short but the wide lace trim help make it feel longer.
Let's talk about the straps. Thank goodness someone has listened and made robust straps for robust ladies. The straps are made from the silky material and are nice and wide so they don't dig in at all.
The basque feels amazing on its just unfortunately a little snug, I would recommend for ladies of a larger bust you go up a size.
The thong though!!!! Please give us an option of pants rather then the thong. These tiny stings are not flattering on everyone.

We are new to toys and dressing up and recently discovered the wide range of stuff available through LH.My OH has always worn very sexy underwear (in my opinion) but, we have never done dressing up. Whilst recently purchasing us our first rabbit toy, I saw that LH wereselling this lovely set at a bargain 20 quid.I took the plunge and took a chance on buying it, if the OH didn't fancy the whole dressing up thing, I would simply return it with no harm being done.I was really concious not to buy anything that was really cheap and tacky, my OH always buys good quality underwear, so as the reviews were positive, I thought I would give it a go.The basque set arrived amongst a number of other items that we had bought from LH, for some Saturday night loving.It comes in a cellophane bag but, is well packaged within.I got my OH to open the box to guage her reaction, making sure that I provided the option to return it, if it wasn't her cup of Darjeeling.She seemed surprised at me buying it for her and told me that she had never worn anything like this before.Her first comment was to say how pretty it was.She said she would be happy to wear it for me and she would try it on later. I was one happy boy!In terms of sizing, we got a medium, my OH is 5'4'' with 32F/G boobs and the medium fitted perfectly.On inspection I was struck at the quality of the garment, it is made of satin with lace trims.It feels like a really made piece, that will provide both comfort and endurance. It's really soft and silky and does not feel rough against the skin.I was really releaved, as something tacky would have not been well received.There are also detachable suspenders to complete the look, that are covered with ribbon to match the straps, really nice touch.In terms of wearing, my OH did say that she had some difficulties in putting it on, as it does up at the back. She used the tip that some have posted on here, of doing it up at the front and rotating it.It comes with a matching G-string that looks stunning, finished in matching trim to the basque, a really nice touch. Just enough to keep something for the imagination but, litle enough to provide a tease and get to wear you need to be going!The OH did say that the G-string is fine for bedroom play but, if she was wearing the outfit for the night, under a dress or skirt, she probably would wear a thong with it as it woud be more comfortable for extended wear.She matched the outfit with a pair of LH beige sheer lace-top stockings, they looked fantastic and drove me absoluely crazy. The suspender straps seemed well made and adjustable to fit a variety of sizes.The stockings looked amazing paired with the outfit and really completed the look.I have to say when she walked into the room in the outfit my eyes must have been like something would find in a cartoon, literally on stalks. It was such a MASSIVE turn on and everything got big, very quickly.I am very lucky to have an amazing other half, who I think is gourgous but, I don't think that I have ever WANTED her more than when I saw her dressed in this. It really compliments her boobs in the way it pushes them up, making them look even more voluptuous.I really couldn't keep my hands off her and suffice to say, a great night followed.A great product that will drive your OH crazy and make you feel sexy during these difficult times.

This basque is amazing. I have had other ones but have never felt as comfortable in them as I do in this. The little bit trim at the bottom makes if feel longer than it is. When on it is so soft and gives an incredible shape. I was worried about the cups as I'm not very big there but they sat perfect in it. The thong was really nice too.

For size comparisons, I took a risk and brought the 8-10 (32F, 28"w,40"h) and I couldn't be happier! Due to my cup size I had to scoop them in but they are VERY emphasised. It was a bit tricky too put on but felt amazing once it was on. Needed help to do up the clasps at the back. But would highly recommend it. Definitely helps you get a confidence boost in the bedroom. Great for both yourself and your partner. Definitely will be keeping eye out for more like this in the sales.
Gorgeous but sizing runs small
Loved the basque definitely feels and looks amazing quality the cups on it fitted like a dream for me as a D cup however the sizing for the 1x/2x is smaller than marked the size guide states it as a 40-44 inch bust I am normally a 40D or 42C/D depending on the brand and wear a size 18/20 normally in clothing. In my honest opinion I'd say size wise its more like a 36-38 inch bust as I could only just get the top and bottom clip fastened nevermind the rest of them. In future for my shape and comfort I would definitely size up to the 3x/4x. I am sending it back for a return and will purchase something else :D

Got this in sale and i must say it is absolutely gorgeous.It came delivered so discreetly in a plain box... Went upstairs and tried it on immediately.Can be a bit fiddly with all the clasps, but i managed to do it up on my front and swing it round 🤭😅It looks just as good on as i had imagined, and I can not wait to order some more.Im a size 12 and ordered a medium, fitted perfect and made my boobs look amazingggggg

I was bought this by my SO and was a bit apprehensive at first being plus size.But this is actually really flattering! Lovely quality and I feel very sexy in it. Hides imperfections well and definitely emphasises my breasts. The cup size seemed quite small for the size so if you are particularly well endowed then I'd maybe buy a size up!I'll admit the thong terrified me as a larger woman so I wear it with a matching pair of Brazilian knickers. An option of a set that comes with knickers as an alternative to a thong would be great LH!

We bought this to see how good the lingerie range is and I don’t have any basques.The price is very reasonable on the special offer, full price wouldn’t be unreasonable.The fit is great and my breasts were pushed up and together giving a voluptuous look.I Matched the basque with the lovehoney fishnet stockings which made me feel really sexy, I’ve always been body conscious so new lingerie can take me a while to feel confident with. The g string is like cheese wire so that will not be worn again. You can easily match a pair of pink or black knickers to the basque.

Bought to surprise for my other half, it arrived really quickly in the usual discreet packaging and I couldn’t wait to try it on. This was actually easier said than done, not sure if anyone has a quick and easy tip for doing it up but I struggled for about 15 minutes to get all the little hooks and eyes done up, it felt like as soon as I’d secured one bit and moved to the next the original bit popped back undone. After 15 minutes it was done, the basque looked stunning, tits looked amazing and curves discovered that I never knew existed. Now to the knickers, I wasn’t sure wether to wear it or floss with it, it’s tiny! Now I’m all for celebrating curves but I’d have felt so self conscious it would have undone all the fab work the basque had done for me so I used the knickers from the matching bra set instead. I felt amazing and it really is a stunning colour. I covered up in a big dressing gown and went to show the OH, he loved it...and have to say a fantastic evening was had by us both. But, it’s sooo uncomfortable, the boning in the basque makes it really stiff and it pokes in quite badly. Saying that I would still wear it as it looked so beautiful but it’s for bed time only, couldn’t keep it on for too long.

I literally love this outfit. Is very well made and I got it whilst on offer so it was very good value for money. I’m a size 12 and the size 10-12 (medium) fitted me perfectly. I was worried it might be too small or tight coz I’ve got a mum tum and some squidgey bits but this hides them all! I felt amazing in it! Only problem was I tried for ages but couldn’t do it up by myself.

This piece is so beautiful in real life. Very good quality. Really makes the figure look so gorgeous and lifts the boobs very well. I regret that I wore it for only two minutes. Soon as my boyfriend saw it, that was the end of that. Let’s just say that it was his best birthday party ever. If you are a plus size like me, it looks amazing. It’s hard to find lingerie to feel good in when one is extra voluptuous. This one is perfect! The only complaint I have is that the hooks for stockings are a little tricky making sure they snap into place and stay. Just take a moment to be sure each is truly snapped shut.
This piece closes in the back so I put it on sideways and turned it around after I had the hooks all done. I can’t reach behind me for that kind of work. But it’s ok.

Huge disappointment
I take a size 14/16 so ordered the large, delivery was slow (Royal Mail’s fault) and I was so disappointed this garment size is not advertised realistically. It is far too small all over, I didn’t even bother trying it in as I knew just looking at it. Also how on earth do you Ladies fasten all the fiddly clips up at the back without any help? Huge disappointment trying to find lingerie for curvaceous women, I’ve now given up ! 0/10

I was so excited to receive this, my first basque, that as soon as the postman delivered, I headed straight upstairs to try it for size. From the pictures on the website it appears deliciously retro, burlesque sexy, as the black with pink combine with the lace detailing to stunning effect. Out of the packet, I my excitement only grew as it looked fantastic and felt real quality as I wrapped it around me. Fifteen sets of hook and eye fasteners, although a little fiddly at first, ensured a figure hugging fit as I secured to the tightest of the four rows. Slightly padded push up cups worked in my favour too. The suspender clips were easy to operate with a useful range of adjustment on the straps.The matching G string was a great little bonus as I had literally not noticed it on the website in my enthusiasm to order. From the front, it completed the look nicely, complementing the elegance of the basque. To the rear it combined with the suspenders, following the line of the boning, my sheer black stockings, and the cute flowery lace frills sitting across the top of my bum to give the ultimately sexy look. It felt so good, so comfy and gave my mood such a boost that I decided to keep it on - all afternoon working from home, albeit under jeans and a t-shirt. It still felt so naughty for the video meetings. The corsetry actually improved my posture at my workstation with the boning encouraging me to keeping sitting up straight. The full body coverage kept me warm too on a chilly autumn day. So once again I couldn't stay away and purchased this set for crossdressing in. I have got to honestly say its the best one yet. It fits amazingly and the pink and black is drop dead gorgeous. I especially love the little lace ruffle on the bottom of the corset with the little gap at the back, showing off the back of the thong. Also the thong is probably the best one I have worn period. Felt like a goddess
I don't usually weart lingerie like this as I'm quite concious about my body. However when this arrived I tried it on and I loved it. It fits perfectly everywhere but the cups are a little bit too big for me however this wasn't much of an issue. Bought this basque recently. I’m athletic in shape but a size 10 and 34b cup size. The basque is beautiful but way too big fitting especially in the bra cups. Seems i need to order size 6-8. I think love honey need to reassess their sizing as no way would I fit into average size 6-8

I decided to treat myself to this and am so glad I did. It made me feel like I have a nice shape and curves in the right places. I’m a size 26/28 and ordered the 5x/6x it was tight to get on without someone to do it for me, but I got there. The material is beautiful and so flattering, the colour also accentuates my ridiculously pale skin so would look good on all skin tones. I felt so good and confident and sexy in it, just wish I had someone to model it for! I didn’t use stockings with it and removed the suspender clips and it did have a tendency to roll up a little bit, but I think that would be negated by wearing stockings with it. It could also just be my body shape. Overall well worth a buy and I’ll be keeping my eyes out for more offers and deals to expand my collection!

Oh wow
I ordered this in the sale and it doesn't disappoint. Having lost a fair bit of weight, I wanted some nice underwear which would hide the bit of excess skin around my tummy while making me feel sexy so decided to order this. Delivery was it's usual great service and it's nicely made. I'm carrying a few extra lockdown pounds so it was a little tight but still comfortable and looked great on but was a bit bumpy around the back due to the weight gain and not a fault with the product. It did indeed hide the bit I wanted and so much more attractive than the big-hold-it-all-in knickers which don't quite tuck under my bra due to me being long in the body and they then roll down and really uncomfortable. I've hung it on the front of the wardrobe for a bit of extra encouragement. Every time I try it on it looks better. Cherry pop, hot but sweet
I got this basque at an amazing discount but it would’ve been worth it at the full price. As with all Lovehoney basques, this is a gorgeous piece that creates an hourglass silhouette and enhances your curves. I initially bought the Medium as this is the size I've ordered in other basques. For some reason this runs bigger than others basques I’ve bought from Lovehoney, such as the Fantasy French Maid Basque, the Black Satin Basque and the Midnight Wine Plunge Basque. I am a 34B and size 10 (size 8 on bottom sometimes) and found the Small fitted much better than the Medium for this basque. The rich colours and detailing are stunning and this really looks far more expensive than it is. The pink/red ‘cherry’ colour really pops (no pun) against the black corset-like ribbon and main body while the lace adds extra romance. The ribbon on the cups is a particularly nice touch! Also, loving the matching thong - normally these basques seem to come with a plain black thong but this pretty cherry thong makes this outfit even better

I am a 12-14 and fairly inexperienced with sexy lingerie. This is my 2nd purchase, first basque. Certainly wont be my last. The colour is so lush, love the cherry so much more than bright red. This is so flattering and I felt so sexy in it. I paired it with the stockings and my OH jaw hit the floor when he saw me. I love that this is sexy but still classy. Has that boudoir vibe. I loved it so much I decided to order the chemise too and may also get the light blush pink one. Lifts my boobs, it nips me in and gives me shape, the detailing is gorgeous and love the frilly bit at he bottom and the matching gstring.... its tinier than anything I ever wore before but as an ensemble it all works. This is also really comfortable. I kind of expected to feel constricted and all trussed up but I can move freely and the fabric is there offering coverage but is sheer enough to show some skin through. Only suggestion is seeing you dont sell cup sizes maybe the bras could have a little pocket in them to add the gel inserts if youre smaller busted. Im a 32B and it was passable but a bit gappy. I was hesitant at first about ordering this as I float between a size 16/18. I have a mummy tummy (thanks to two beautiful babies!!) also thighs that have never seen a gap between them. Perfect fit I was a bit sceptical about ordering something like this online im a size 12 with not much on the upper area being a 36C but this had the perfect padding to give you that lift and make them look alot more plump and upright, really comfortable too and makes you feel amazing, gives you that perfect figure where it sucks in slightly at the right places as a mum of 4 that still has some slight lumps and bumps, never ive never felt so good in an outfit for the bedroom it covers all belly area which is perfect ive never felt so confident with my body. I chose to treat myself (and new partner) to this lovely little outfit. I hesitate buying clothes online as I usually fall in between sizes, I’m usually an 8-10/34C so opted for the small. It is a lovely fit, slightly too big at the bottom but this isn’t noticeable. Good quality product and a confident booster. Really easy to adjust the shoulder straps and suspenders (removable). The cherry colour against the black is super sleek and sexy. A bit fiddly to put on with hook/eye fasteners but I left most of it done up and slipped it on backwards to finish doing it up. The bones give a lovely shape to this outfit without being uncomfortable. The cups give a nice little push up and are really comfortable.

Fit is smaller than some
I have ordered large and am usually a 16-18, so I took a gamble. I have some other large LH pieces and adore them. The bodice of this fits well, but my breasts can barely be contained, as there's side boob galore. I didn't want the rest of the bodice to be too big as I have a smaller waist, so am pleased overall. The material is nice, and my boyfriend loves the look of this one. I don't think I would buy it again if given the option over some other LH styles. It is also quite expensive, I don't love it that much but perhaps I will wear it everyday to make use of it!
Cute but not great fit
So after losing a lot of weight, meeting a new FWB and none of my old lingerie fitting me anymore I thought it was time to treat myself. I bought this as, although I've lost a ton of weight, I do have some loose skin over my abdomen and this looked perfect to cover that up. And it was, if a little too much! I'm a size 12/14 and 5ft1 and bought the medium and found the torso sooo long! The lace frilling actually started below where my vagina is so more mid thigh. Even with the stocking straps at their tightest, they were waaay too long as stockings always come up ridiculously high on me. It's a shame because the design is beautiful and it is one of the most well-made garments I've had from Love Honey. Maybe if they brought it out in a petite design, I'd be able to buy!

I was a little unsure on ordering this as it is a little pricey for my usual purchases. Ordered a few outfits and this one beat the rest by a mile. Being a curvy woman with a tum, this makes me feel so sexy. After having children my breasts are little more southern than I would like but this outfit really pushes them up and gives an amazing cleavage. Even though he pointed out this one but said it's a little pricey I surprised him with getting set as he is very much worth it. I was worried that the size would not fit properly as i'm a UK size 12 to 14 and was worried if I got the Medium this would be too small so went up a size. I am so glad I did. It fits perfect and gives that push up cleavage you want and I felt so sexy in it as well I sent my partner photos of me in it and he couldn't agree more with that I look hot and when lockdown is over lets just say it's going to get hot and sexy that night.

I bought this for missus. It fitted like a glove. Really sexy and uplifting. The quality of the garment was way better than expected too. She's usually size 14 up top and the medium size was spot on. Didn't realise it but it came with a little pair of knickers too. She loves it!

Disappointed
Bought this for Valentine’s Day, looked stunning and was so excited when it arrived however massive disappointment at how short it was? Just covered half of my torso and left the bottom of my stomach out and that was going a size up! If you’re tall, (I’m 5’10) completely avoid getting from here. Was left feeling self-conscious and ruined my night. Plus size women are tall too, be nice if that was recognised, another frustrating purchase. Won’t be ordering anything from here again.

Never ordered lingerie before from here, but I was impressed, the quality of it is really good, and the detail is nice as well. It sure does give that little boost of confidence in the bedroom. The only thing I would say is the actual length of the bodice is not long enough for me by the smallest amount, so if you are tall just keep that in mind.

Gorgeous but sizing is all off
Having previously ordered a red and black basque similar to this that fit perfectly I decided to take the plunge and buy this as I had fallen in love with its design and colour. It was sexy but also cute. I was really disappointed however with the fit of this item. I was super excited to try it on but disappointed when it was nowhere near the fit of the others. I ordered the 1x-2x as normal as I am 5ft4 and a size 18 but this barely covered my tummy as it came up short and super snug even in the loosest fastenings. It didn't flatter me for this reason as it exposed my tummy and muffin top and the suspenders would have had difficulty in attaching. If I am only 5ft4 there is no way it will fit taller girls. I am.sadly returning this item.
Superb and flattering
Had it bought for me as a present unexpected. I like surprises especially ones like this, as it made look and feel very sexy. Loved the colours and structure of garment that held you in pushed you up in the right way, giving that feminine fell of confidence. I like the idea of detachable suspender straps, though on this occasion i wore stockings to the delight of hubby, so we are both pleased with with the item.

I was immediately in love with this basque at first sight. It reminded a little burlesque style. I was lucky it was on offer and chose a large to accomodate my large breasts . It was a super fast next day delivery and arrived in a discreet brown box. After trying it on i felt amazing , the super soft satin feel and the amazing deep colouring it looked gorgeous. Can’t rate this basque set enough, it’s such a pretty pink and a nice contrast to the black lace. When it arrived I went to try it on just to see if it fit and my boyfriend couldn’t keep his hands off me! Only downside is it’s a little short but I’m nearly 5”9 so most things are, cups are also a little small but my boyfriend didn’t seem to mind the extra cleavage

My dream basque
I don't know if anyone will remember but a number of (too many) years back there was a trend for small handbags in the shape of basques/corsets. I had one in very similar colours and style to this and I loved it, I love this even more and have actually been tempted to find a way to displaying iron the wall like art - but that would be missing the joy of wearing it. The soft pink and lace is feminine and delicate and exactly to my taste. The side panels and the panel behind the centre lacing ensure its flattering even when carrying a few extra curves and the lace trim 'skirt' offers reassurance to those with less confidence in their thighs or bottom. The large number of hook and eye fastenings on the back are a little annoying (time consuming) when you are putting it on but do suggest a well made, quality product. This is a must for the collection of any of us that enjoy delicate, cute but sexy in the bedroom.
Definitely an outfit to excite your partner and make you confident
I love this Basque set and I don't often like red but this really made me feel so sexy and confident wearing it. I've tried a few outfits and this one is definitely one of my favourites. The material is so soft and secure if that makes sense. It kept my stomach in place and I wasnt too worried about moving about as I felt like the Basque would hold everything nicely. I normally wear size 20 clothes and 38JJ bra so there was a lot to hold in and this did a perfect job of it.

Boudoir please
This was my first lighter coloured set and I really loved it. I usually go for darker colours as I tend to find them a bit more sexy, however this is really lovely. It's not super tight and constricting and actually comfortable to wear. It pushed up my girls amazingly and made for a smashing view. I did think this actually came a little larger than I expected and I'm comparison to other LH pieces. I'm a size 10/12 34D and had a medium size. The lacing details are really sublime!
Stunning colours and fit
I was really lucky to be selected to test and review this thank you lovehoney I'm a size 18 with 38c boobs and 5foot 6inches so you can get an idea on fit And was sent this in the 1x/2x The fit for me was perfect and definitely would fit someone with bigger bobbs and a size 20. It's such a flattering fit too with a good lift on boobs and the added frill on the bottom hides any mum tum. I love how this fits on me really pushes my boobs up and flatterns my tummy. The g-string matches lovely too. It's easy to put on and comfortable to wear for a long time and stays put in the bed. It oozes class and feels amazing on with looking so sexy. Cant find any fault with this set. Any other winner lovehoney The colours are beautiful too.
Sheer Elegance
This basque is makes me feel different to any other, it’s the first one I have in pastel shades. This some how makes me feel more elegant than raunchy, yet it has a sophisticated beauty that is so sexy, and I feel that way when wearing it. As usual for LH it’s very well made, with attention to styling details, and of good quality fabrics. I love the detailing on this piece, on the cups with eye lash edged lace trim, the elasticated crisscross over the satin front, the lace paneling, and the lace skirting which goes over the suspender straps. It fastens up at the back with a full top to bottom row of hooks and eyes; though due to the elasticity of the fabric I was able to put it on by climbing into it while it was fully fastened up. Great for getting into it with no one there to help fasten it up. The size I received is 5x/6x it fits me snuggly under bust on the tightest adjustment, but not overly so; me being 42 inches under bust. You will need to be at least 49 inches across the bust to fill the moulded and padded cups; I don’t know the cup size of this basque; but I wear 42 E/F bras, and I just fill the cups. The hem of the basque is quite wide, so on my hips it gives a loose flare to the fit; I wish it was narrower there, it would fit me better yet still stretch to fit someone with larger hips. I feel it would look better on me if I had more than my 42 inch hips, which make me look a bit too straight up and down with no waist, for my liking, but I am what I am. Having said that it’s I who have the smaller hip size for my build. I did find the shoulder straps slipping off me, but I do have sloping shoulders; the straps are nice and wide though so a plus there. I’m experimenting at the moment with putting a silicone strip on the underside of my bra straps to solve this problem. The “G” string which comes with the basque is as usual for me, a bit loose; my hip size again. I find there’s not much else I want to say about it, other than I do like the lace triangle where the string and the waist band cross at the back; it adds to the elegant and yet sexy look of the whole piece. If you prefer subtly sexy, to raunchy then this basque is for you, all the detailing on the front helps to masque my wobbly bits, which is something I really like. If I was as close to 30 as I am to 60, then I would be considering pairing this basque up with some hot looking leggings and killer heels, then wearing it out to a club. To this end the suspender straps do un-hook. It is very sheer on the back though, so I would have to be feeling brave. I would and will be wearing this out under a nice evening dress, with stockings. If you are a guy who loves to wear lingerie then I don’t feel this basque would suit you, unless you want to try pad it out, because of the moulded cups; though I can’t see that being easy to do, without the padding showing. You will find items with stretch lace cups will mould to your shape, so will look better on you; if not busty.
This is it, this is the one, the holy grail, comfortable, flattering, a seriously sexy, I'm in love! I'm short and dumpy (rotund 10-12 with rolls and lump and 36c sagging boobage) I put this miracle on and felt like a model. The details are gorgeous, the lace, the lacing, the little bows all scream EXPENSIVE. The straps are wide so don't dig in AT ALL. PUSH UP? Scaffolding for breasts, my boobs are comfortably boosted and look picture perfect, without any discomfort or cartoonish squishing/double boob. The body gives me curves without lumpiness, and the skirt/lace fringe softens the whole thing, giving me a hint of hour glass where there is normally just... Nothing. The fabric has stretch but keeps its hold, it's just perfect. I haven't had this level of self confidence in quite a long while. Hand on heart I've never looked or felt so beautiful!
LH Boudoir Belle Cherry Push Up Basque Set
This is a beautiful garment, glamorous and sexy. A woman could do a lot with such a versatile item. I was excited to unpack it and try it on. It was easy to do up, being somewhat stretchy and flexible, and I admired it's beauty and construction as I did so. I have a cool complexion, I'm a pale blue-eyed blonde, and this cherry crimson (pinky-red, soft cool burgundy) colour suits me so well. The shape is extremely flattering on a slender hour glass figure, my waist is exactly midway between my bust and hips. I measure 32-27-37.5 inches, an Australian size 8. I have a B-cup bra size. I tried on the size Small, but alas!! It was too loose even done up on the tightest lingerie clip. The bust fitted nicely at the front, gave good uplift and support, and looked attractive. The side of the bodice sits low under the armpit so nothing digs in. From the underbust to the hem at the top of the hip was about 2 inches roomier than I needed. The basque's materials were well chosen, and were comfortable to wear. Nothing scratched or dug into any boney areas. A woman could easily breathe, sit, lie down, eat and dance in this. She could climb on her man with style and feel damn sexy as she did so. It made me want to play cowboys and sexy saloon singers. And pirates. ("Oh no! You've commandeered my ship? I must surrender to you? You're going to hold me in your strong arms and kiss me until I submit?....Mmmmm".... Where was I again?) I have to return it unfortunately, as it was too loose. My figure would be better suited with an extra small size in this range, with same bust sizing.

This corset is so comfortable and sexy. It makes my boobs look amazing and shows off my figure. My partner loves it too. Only downside is how long it takes to put on with how many clips are on the back. But that doesn't bother us much. Definitely recommend buying it.

Loved the look of this basque so thought I’d treat myself and my partner. Came in a few days in discreet packing. When I opened it, the colour was immediately striking, so much better than the pics. Was so easy to put on and very roomy all over, I’m a size 20 with 42G bust and it fit lovely. The basque is great quality and is very comfortable to wear. My partner certainly appreciates me in it, and liked the colour as well.
Absolute Beauty
I bought this as my first ever lingerie as a trans woman and love how this looks. It's a nightmare to get on but what lingerie isn't and I have such little experience I have no right to comment on it. But where it's hard to get on it feels really secure once your there. The cups are really plush and well shaped, and while providing the extra size still cling close to the body so even though I lack near completely a chest par a small bit of a chub it still clung quite close and didn't at all feel like I was too small for it. As well as this it's scarcely itchy at all, any discomfort is often just by a bit of folded material thats easy to sort out to create a close but comfy feel.

Disappointed
I ordered this and it arrived quickly and discreetly I couldn't wait to wear it. I had a night out planned and wanted to look and feel great. Getting dressed I managed to do up all the hook and eyes and went to put some stockings on and found one of the back suspenders were missing. Reported it to customer services who immediately sent me a replacement . Got to love the lovehoney customer care. So forward 3 weeks and opportunity to wear it again. I really couldn't wait as it was my birthday. Again put it all on and checked myself out in the mirror. Very disappointed. I felt it flattened my boobs rather than pushed them up unless I pulled it right up. Which of course made it rise above my tummy. Between that and the tiny thong I just felt very exposed. It's a shame it's not possible to purchase proper knickers to go with this as I would have felt this would have solved my problem. Within an hour of wearing it, the bones appeared to bow out about 2/3rds of the way down causing little bumps to show under my dress. Then by the time I had been wearing it 8 hrs I was sat down and it just rolled up at the bottom and refused to be pulled back down. Ok by this time I had removed the suspenders but I felt that wouldn't have stopped it either. Such a shame because it looked beautiful on the model but did nothing to flatter my curves. I'm 5'4 a size 20 and a 40d. I ordered a 1xl which is the same as my other 7 or 8 Basque that I have ordered over the last year that look amazing on.

I ordered 2 basques, the other one was amazing this one not so much. Both were the same size but this one wasn’t as comfortable and the boning bunched up at the front and dug in. It didn’t sit nicely and has see through panels which wasn’t obvious on the photographs.I wouldn’t recommend it but the black one with bows on it is phenomenal!

Ordered this as I’ve had my eye on it for ages and had a good discount. I was so happy when it arrived but before I even tried it on I could tell it wouldn’t fit! There is no way it is a 22-24 as I’m a 22 and it wouldn’t go round me! Very disappointed as I really loved it.
Felt like a goddess
I love buying my sexy outfits from love honey, I've always loved the outfits I buy and the service is always great! My outfit arrived quick as usual, discretely packadged and I was super excited to get into it to see what it looked like. I tried it on and ohhh this basque is gorgeous, so flattering and pretty on! My partner and I love this basque; the colours are beautiful and the quality outstanding. The sizing is spot on too, with plenty of flexibility. Surprisingly, it's also very comfortable. Sizing is spot on and the matching gstring instead of just a plain black one is a nice touch. Must admit I found putting the top on a bit challenging (I might be doing it wrong lol) but once everything is where it should be, WOW. Brilliant fit and so comfy to wear, the Basque gives me a curvy shape and the push up is brilliant, the material is soft against the skin, the only downside is its a bit fiddley to do the hooks and eyes yourself as they are at the back but thats a minor problem, my Husband says I look amazing in the Basque and it make a me feel very sexy, we both love it.

Looks stunning but feels not so good
There are a lot of really good things about this basque. The wide shoulder straps are really good and so much better than the thin things they usually have on basques and corsets the wiring around the bust is good but the rods in the corset part dig in too much to be comfortable. It would be lovely if there was a way to pull in the waist a little more like the lovely shapely lady in the ad for the basque but unfortunately it does not quite do that. The sizing was very generous and fit was good. For the price it was a good item
Happy Hubby, Happy Life
I purchased the Boudoir Belle Cherry Push-Up Basque Set as a surprise for my husband as we due a night way on our own. The item came in the usual Lovehoney discrete packaging therefore not arousing suspicions of the postman. Having ordering Lingerie from Lovehoney before I have always found the sizing to be accurate and the fitting to be flattering. This was certainly the case with this set, which I completed with a pair of hold-ups. It clearly hit the intended spot, when I stepped into the bedroom, I had all on to keep his roving hands off me. It wasn't long before it hit the floor, but it was the start of a wild night.
Great fit
After trying many Basques from other Companies at last I have found one that fits well. I have to slide it over my head to get it on but it is worth it. My breasts are not big but the cups on this basque flatters me well. Very happy with this purchase and no doubt I will be back again and again.
Absolutely wonderful basque
My lady has several Seduce Me pieces of lingerie, all of which fit beautifully, so it was with some trepidation that we ordered this basque. We need not have worried, this is certainly as good as, and in some ways even better! We ordered a size 3X/4X as before, to ensure enough room for my lady's 38GG bust. The padded cups accommodate her puppies beautifully, just a tiny amount of overspill at each side. The boning down the front shapes her belly and shows it in all its rounded beauty. The criss-cross ribbons hint at lacing of a corset. We both love the wine coloured satin as it matches the black striping as well as the black mesh and lace. The basque is quite short, the lace fringe and black mesh panels showing off a lot of skin. I really love the back view, my lady's round bum cheeks in full view, especially as she chose not to wear the G string with the basque. When she tried the G string on, she really likes it and it is now a valued addition to her collection. Others were concerned about the difficulty of doing up the hooks at the back, but she did the hooks up first, then simply stepped into it. What a gorgeous item!
Practically perfect in every way
I love the girlfriend in a basque and on the website this looked fabulous. Delivery was as efficient as usual and it came as usual in clear plastic wrapping (inside a plain envelope) to keep it perfect. Quickly unwrapped and inspected, the quality seemed excellent and the colour was amazing. Re-wrapped in tissue paper and a nice gift bag, I couldn’t wait for the girlfriend to get back. Once she saw it she was as excited to try it on as I was for her to put it on and wow. It was amazing, looked fantastic and felt amazing. Her cleavage (32C) was amazing, the fit was superb and to finish it off the g string even had detailing on it. Paired with stockings and heels we couldn’t keep our hands off each other. I gave the Lovehoney treasure me red basque a fife star rating and I stand by that but this was even better. There is nothing about this that I or my girlfriend would change.

I had a strong inkling that my lady would look amazing in this basque... and she certainly did! The quality matches other items from Lovehoney Lingerie range, with all the different materials feeling really nice, especially the satin and lace. Everything feels extremely well made. The G-string that comes with it is also a highlight. Rather than it just being a plain bit of fabric it actually has details to it that make a lot of difference. Something else worth mentioning are the cups. They are well padded and provided a lot of support for that area. And finally the colour - how nice does that cherry pink look?! Amazing. Well done to the Lovehoney Lingerie designers.
Not enough boob space
Quality is great and the piece is beautiful. However , I am a 34E/F and although the overall fit of the body in the L was good there wasn't enough space in the cups for me. I am apprehensively going to try the XL but disappointingly this means the body will probably be too loose!

My partner and I love this basque; the colours are beautiful and the quality outstanding. The sizing is spot on too, with plenty of flexibility. Surprisingly, it's also very comfortable. The only difficulty I have is with all the hooks at the back - it's difficult to do them all up on your own. Otherwise, this is perfect.

I love this product! I have never felt to sexy and confident in some thing in my life! It fits perfectly with different lengths to make it bigger or smaller! The basque material felt luxurious and soft, very delicate and beautiful colour also, Push-up in my case is not the best idea as I do not need it, but worth trying so I did. And can say I am not disappointed everything stayed in right place. Same as for waits. Beautiful piece of lingerie.
Looks amazing and super sexy
I ordered this for my wife as she had seen it in an email and I looked at it and instantly loved it. Order was shipped with standard 48h delivery with royal mail and arrived discretely in the usual unmarked brown box. I left this one for my wife to open as I didn't want to spoil the surprise. We'd agreed she would surprise me one day with this little number. And she didn't disappoint. I arrived home to her waiting on the stairs wearing the little number. She'd added her own black stockings and looked amazing. The Basque accentuated her figure (size 6). She's always been self conscious about her boobs and feels they're not large enough. Well the sat plumply in the basque and there was no gaping and plenty of support for her. She felt sexy stood there seducing me in this fantastic number. The fabric was soft and well made. All the stitching was perfect. The push-up, as mentioned pushed her breasts to give confidence to her. The g string looked amazing but was a little big for her. It seemed to hang lower than it should and the V pattern was larger than it should be for her size. This was not a big disappointment as to be honest they didn't stay on long. However it would have been nice for it to have sat snuggly against her without gaping. So this isn't something she would be able to wear as a daily item. So not one we woukd be able to out on underneath a nice dress or cloths as a night out to come back to strip of and reveal. The other issue we found was that the back clasps did keep coming undone from time to time. This again may be down to my wife being a petite size or the moves we put in. But she said it felt a real pain. Overall it looks amazing and would recommend for anyone over a size 6 and taller than 5'2" not of a petite build.
Outstanding
We both love Basques but money is always an issue so whilst on offer we bought this. Wow lovehoney quality is second to none, quality materials and build, supportive but soft and luxurious, so thats the boring but important info out of the way now the bit we buy them for. Heathers a 16/18 but with a 38dd so we went for a large. The fit was snug in the bra area but it kept everything in just. Didnt need much persuation to bare a nipple. Hindsight should have gone one up into the plus sizes. But we are both very very happy, it's been a while sincecwecwere both turned on so much.
Boudoir Belle Cherry Push-Up Basque
I always approach lingerie which is sized in dress size with a little trepidation. I have E cup breasts and so often lingerie designers forget about anyone above a C cup. I needn't have worried with this basque. The basque itself it beautiful. If it a really classic look, done really well. The cherry red is somewhere between raspberry pink and burgundy red, which might make colour matching to it a little difficult. The fact there is lace, straps and mesh means that finding black items to match will be easy, just not red items. The basque does come with string underwear. Yes, it is nicer than most thong/g-strings you get in this type of set (with the lace covering the gusset and the back) and it fits fairly well (although if you are on the larger side of size 20, it may be a little small) and the fabric does feel soft when on, covers everything it should but it's still not great underwear. However, the basque itself is definitely great. I'm a size 18/20 and have this in the 1XL/2XL size and it fits perfectly. I would say that it would fit someone a little larger than me. As I have touched on, the bra cups are a good size, and certainly fit my E cups. I get great lift and cleavage, and the adjustable straps allow you to get a comfortable fit. I would say that it would fit a larger size too, although anyone smaller than around a D cup may struggle to fill it. The fabric is a nice mix of mesh, satin and lace which makes it stretchy enough to move it and soft against the skin. There are plastic bones that help create some shape and the colour panel being down the middle of the black mesh also helps create at least the illusion of curves. It is fitted, but doesn't cling so does give quite a smooth shape. The detachable suspender straps are a nice touch. I am quite lazy and don't always want to deal with suspender straps so I like the option to remove them. This is a really great basque. Not only is it true to size with large bra cups, it is also beautiful. It is sexy but classic, covering but still tantalising. It could actually be worn under your clothes during a date (or the day generally) or can be slipped on just for the bedroom. This basque actually feels like it has been made for plus size women, not just a larger version of base sized lingerie.
Gorgeous
Lovehoney's quality is always great but this is a notch above any other lingerie set! The material felt luxurious, really soft and comfortable. Sometimes a basque can feel a bit rigid but this was perfect. In terms of sizing, a medium fitted really well (size 10/12, 34C) although my wife said she could have maybe got away with a small. That said, she felt it fitted around her bust really well and there was no gaping like with other basques.
C'est tellement beau!
I absolutely love the 19th century French boudoir type styling. If it were possible, I’d wear a corset to any and every social event. However, as we all know, there is a bit of a lack of comfort associated with this kind of restrictive garment. Enter the Lovehoney Plus Size Boudoir Belle Cherry Push-Up Basque Set. It’s got that elegant and sexy style I love with the wearability that is just in a whole other category of great. To begin, my measurements are a bit all over the place so it can be difficult to size lingerie. I’m an 18/20 on top but a 24/26 on the bottom, 40 DD/E bust, and 5’6’’ in height. I also waist trained for years so am smaller on the waist. So how did this fit? In short, like a dream! Everything is adjustable in the right way from the shoulder straps, which also offer amazing support for my baps, and the fantastic stretch of the material that hugs my curves. Even the ‘lacing’ is stretchy so it never looks like your body is struggling against the material, which is often a bigger girl’s enemy. The ‘satin’ type material somehow manages to look very shiny but is also stretchy and so feels luxurious without sacrificing any comfort. Length wise it sat perfectly on my tummy and therefore elongated my silhouette. I will admit, it was a struggle to get on as this is the traditional hooks all the way down set up. I had to put it on the widest set and just squeeze it over my head. After some slightly painful breast pulling and prodding, I was in and it fit like a dream. It’s not the easiest but the results are worth the effort. The suspender straps also aren’t the easiest and there’s no real innovation there but if you can’t be bothered with them they are detachable and honestly because of the perfect length and good lining at the bottom this basque is unlikely to roll up too much compared to others. The only thing I took issue with sizing wise was the thong. It’s cute and not uncomfortable to wear, but it isn’t crotchless which has some obvious set backs and it is on the smaller side. However, this may be to do with my body type as much as anything. Basically, this is a gorgeous and, after maneuvering into it, extremely comfortable. I feel beautiful, sexy and even elegant in it and would recommend this to most people who like this style of lingerie.

I received the item in exchange for an honest review, when I first saw the picture I thought it was right up my street and couldn’t wait for it to arrive! It arrived in the usual discreet packaging it always does and I couldn’t wait to get it on. The material feels so luxurious & the colour is sensational. The basque has a black finish with red detailing and oozes quality. The lace adds a gorgeous classy detail they seem to be made to a high standard so they won’t fall apart after a few wears, which is great as I think this is slowly becoming a favourite already! I am 5ft 8 and wear a size 10/12 and a 34DD/34E. I received a medium which fit perfectly. The hook and eye on the back had 3 settings which would allow for smaller and bigger sizes as I wore on the middle hook. As I put it on the fastenings on the back pulled my waist right in and gave me a gorgeous hourglass figure, the lace trim round the bottom sitting perfectly. The straps are made from the same red material that is detailed on the bust and down the mid panel, this gave them a gorgeous thick strap which helped me feel securely in place. The strap sat nicely across my collar bone and felt elegant yet sexy. The cups were perfectly sized giving me a great uplift whilst remaining securely in place, my husband commented that my cleavage looked great! There are four suspender straps which are adjustable and can be removed. You could wear it with or without stockings or perhaps hold-ups. I chose to wear it with stockings which brought the lace detailing out on the top even further. I sometimes feel in a set the thong is plain and has little detail, this however had the same gorgeous lace detailing across the back. This outfit made me feel gorgeous, it oozes class and is made to a super high quality. The materials, colours chosen and lace detail just enhance this elegant outfit. My husband was a massive fan and I feel this may become a firm favourite in our house. Thank you for creating such gorgeous classy chemise, I love it!
Moulin Rouge vibes
Sexy and sassy pretty much sums up this look! I love the moulin rouge/cancan vibes of this sexy little number. Once again ,a plus size perfect piece of lingerie from love honey. I'm a size 18, 5ft 10 tall with a 38/40C bust.This basque fitted me like a glove contouring every cure. I wore this on the middle clasp setting. It was comfortable throughout sex unlike some basques. The cups are not very padded which made access to boobs easy for nipple play. The cups do give an uplift which enhances the sexy look. This is also helped by a slightly wider strap for extra support. The colour is beautiful, the cherry really stands out against the black with a shine to it. My favourite part by far is the lace thrill at the bottom. This adds to the length and covers the bottom of my stomach. This added to my confidence and made me feel so good about how I looked. The thong matches nicely, however the straps are a bit thin for my liking. I wore this for a naughty night away that my partner had arranged for my birthday. However,I think it's him that thought all his birthdays had come at once !

Anyone who has experienced Lovehoney’s own range of lingerie in the past, as I have, will know the attention to detail and the quality that has become synonymous with the range. Initial impressions of this basque set suggest the same excellent quality which is instantly apparent both visually and to the touch. The contrasting colours of cherry red and black work beautifully and allow the detailing in criss-cross ribbons and delicate lace to stand-out nicely. I am usually a size 10/12 and I am 5’6” tall and I was delighted to find that size-M fitted me perfectly. Everything is adjustable on the basque, from the shoulder straps to the length of the suspender straps, so it can be tailored to fit a range of body types. The suspender straps can even be completely removed which means the basque could be worn with or without stockings, or with hold-up stockings. The back of the basque fastens with a series of hook-and-eye fasteners that can be set to three different positions to ensure the perfect fit. My usual bra size is 34D and the cups on this basque produced a very pleasing push-up effect, with just the right amount of padding. Flexible plastic bones create a nice corset-like feel to the basque and ensure a snug, figure-hugging fit. The plastic bones are fairly soft though so they won’t restrict movement in any way. In keeping with the rest of the Lovehoney lingerie range, a beautiful silver charm bearing the Lovehoney heart logo adorns the front of the basque and provides a really classy bit of detail. A matching thong completes the set and is made to the same high-quality as the rest of the basque. Again the fit was perfect on me and the use of the cherry and black materials was a refreshing change from the usual little black thong that accompanies many other lingerie sets like this. The quality of the materials used throughout is absolutely superb. The satin is thick and silky-smooth and the lace is delicate and intricately detailed but strong at the same time. Clasps and fasteners seem well-made and perfectly capable of withstanding the rigours of typical wear. The quality of the stitching and finishing is truly first-class and reminiscent of lingerie to be found in high-end luxury outlets. Somehow Lovehoney is able to bring us this level of quality at an incredibly reasonable and affordable price, and thank goodness they do because now luxurious lingerie sets like this are within the reach of regular people. I highly recommend this basque set to anyone looking for a stylish, seductive lingerie outfit made to an extremely high-standard with luxurious materials and with some fabulous design features. I honestly cannot imagine that anyone will be disappointed with this set because it will enhance and flatter the wearer nicely. The colours, the design, the fabrics and materials along with the attention to detail all add up to a genuinely beautiful lingerie set assured to make a big impression . . . . and isn’t that what it’s all about, after all?

Love love love! This design! It’s perfectly gothic enough for those into a vampy style and can suit even those into a more natural appeal as it can be dressed up into a gothic look or a burlesque showgirl look. It’s an amazing fit all round on my size 10-12 body as it is tight but has enough stretch in the material to make it appear perfectly fitted. It’s super soft comfortable material means I can wear it under my clothes to reveal a cheeky surprise later in the day. I can move around in any shape or form without losing comfort or ruining the outfit. As a 34/C the bra is nicely snug and gives me a bit of push up not a lot but it’s enough to give me a cleavage and keep my boobs extra snug. It’s absolutely stunning and perfect anyone and everyone, a must buy for basque lovers!
