I think my expectations may have been too high for this.
It changed the way some positions felt and made positions when on my front a lot more comfortable, but didn’t necessarily make any of them feel any better than they already do. I found the easiest way to inflate was to pull out the black one-way valve out when doing first stage inflating. Once the cushion is roughly the shape then re insert one-way valve and finish inflation.

Simple, Extremely Effective Creation
The DOMINIX Deluxe Sex Position Wedge is an inflatable, extruded right-triangle shape, coated in a velvety fabric material. It is honestly one of those simple things I never thought I would need, but now I can't think of a reason why I shouldn't have one. Being inflatable, the firmness is easily adjustable to your preferences. The exterior texture is soft and pleasant on bare skin while providing a surprising amount of grip to support you in any position you decide to try. To top it all off, 2 small plastic loops are built in, allowing you to attach restraints, if that suits your fancy; I don't have any restraints around to test with, but the loops feel quite solid.
After testing out some of the intended positions by myself, I totally understand the ergonomic benefits of the wedge. Somewhat on my knees with my legs slightly straddled, my pelvis against the small edge oriented to ramp slightly forward, and my stomach along the downward ramping long edge, I felt relaxed while remaining naturally open toward my rear. Flipping the wedge over sideways so the short edge was still toward me but vertical, my position was similar with my pelvis slightly more raised. Resting my back against one of the long edges, I was able to enjoy a solo session with the wedge acting as a simple pillow; I could see this angle being great for receiving oral sex on a penis as well. Lastly, I tried lying with my upper back flat on my bed, my lower back/butt propped up on one of the long edges of the wedge, and my knees bent over the other side so my feet were flat on my bed. I found that position extremely relaxing, and would recommend it to anyone looking to contemplate life -- I suppose it would also work well for stimulating the g-spot during penetrative sex, or better positioning those with a vagina to receive oral sex.
Unfortunately, the wedge doesn't come with any kind of pump, but the valve does look to be compatible with most inflatable-mattress-style pumps. I do appreciate the one-way valve incorporated into the design for inflation; when blowing up manually, it allows me to remove my mouth for a breath of air without any escaping from the wedge. That becomes more important if you prefer a firm wedge, as higher pressures require more effort to contain during inflation, which is simply handled by the one-way valve in this case. The valve can be fully opened for easy deflation as well.

One of the latest products I was asked to test was this inflatable wedge. I was slightly confused when this arrived as it was fairly small when deflated. Without an air pump at hand, I had to inflate it the ol’ fashioned way – Lung Power!
When filled, it’s a decent size “pillow.” The material seems sturdy yet fairly soft. And while I haven’t used it to its full potential, I experimented on the wedge trying out various solo positions which indicated to me that much fun can be had with this device.

Must have for hide-able sex furniture
We bought this after searching the site together to see if it enhanced our positions. Easy answer, it does. We should have bought one years ago.
It takes a couple of minutes to blow up, definitely not a strenuous task! It packs away to about the same size as an old VHS case, so it is easy to hide from kids or visitors. We've even taken it to hotels for weekends away.
We have found it's best when slightly under inflated as it gives some more cushion (for the pushin'). It has an attachment either side which is perfect for fixing a set of wrist cuffs to for extra restraint as well!

Why did we not get this sooner
Honestly, from the moment we bought this, I could not wait to try it. We have never owned any kind of 'sex furniture', always relied on pillows, sofas, tables... I was honestly skeptical about what these pillows or 'ramps' would really do - I only wish I had taken the plunge sooner!I read up on these sorts of ramps on several sites, the wedge shaped ramp being very popular. I chose this from Lovehoney for the price, the quality and reputation, and also I might add being a relatively new customer I took advantage of the deal and savings. My wife had a giggle and was a bit surprised when I busted this baby out one afternoon at home. So what was so great? Propped under the small of her back on the bed made for some great pussy eating which was easy on my neck. It was easy from that position to transition to penetration with her legs up - I was actually surprised just how much deeper and better the penetration felt compared to the same height/angle using our normal pillows. The ramp is much firmer but soft and comfortable for her. Moving to the edge of the bed, again the angle was great and gave us more freedom. This was not something I thought I needed, but OMG I would recommend this to everyone. The positions that we can now get into comfortably with this wedge is amazing, it allows for deeper penetration and the pleasure this brings is great. Great Fun
We have been looking at these for a while now but never really got round to ordering one until one recent weekend when we were both surfing the LH site and thought we would give it a go. The question now is why have we not had one of these before. It's really sturdy and well made. The material is comfortable and although we are quite new to this it does seem to work better if you let a bit of air out to make it a bit softer with a bit of give. Basically every position you can think of where you may be able to use this you can. Realy nice angle for oral sex and it takes doggy style over the edge of the bed to a new level. Not tried the Anchor points on the side of it yet for wrist restraints but it's on the list as you can see it would be great. So I’ve been eyeing this up for sometime now but held off purchasing as considered just under £40 for a cushion a bit pricey. However, 4 days ago I spotted this on offer £20 under deal of the day so thought it was a sign and I should give it a try........ Oh boy, everyone should give it a try. My beautiful wife bought this on a whim when ordering some new toys because it was half price. It came flat in a plain transparent bag, nearly killed me to inflate it, and then proceeded to rock our world. This is without doubt the single best item you can buy to revolutionise your love life. LoveHoney should be nationalised so that these things should be given free to every home! If you're thinking, 'yes, but it's only a pillow'... Unless you have a very odd shaped head, your pillows are basically a brick, and squish flat. The Position Ramp has both rigidity and wedge shape makes sleep highly unlikely with this pillow. The first session we used it in was hilarious. If you like your sex serious, you might want to practice a bit first (I'm sure it would be great for solo use, so not a chore). Despite what I said above, it was very quick to inflate, and a bit of panting helps set the mood anyway. We played around for a while trying to work out what to do with it - and yes there was some mild pillow fighting. Pillow fighting is very underrated. But once we settled down to business, it because clear that things in our boudoir would never be the same again. We opened with entrée of oral sex. I wasn't sure what to expect when I received this - I just wanted to try out something different! To start with, it didn't come in the most interesting packaging but that's not something I'd mark it down for. It smelt a little of plastic but that completely went after about ten minutes. I didn't find blowing it up to be very difficult, although I can imagine it might be a bit of a struggle for some. It's comfortable to lie on and doesn't "chafe" you as you're having sex. Game changer
Wasn't sure what to expect when I got this to be quite honest. I have had my eye on it for a while but have been putting it off as I was sure you could just replicate this using pillows instead. However, I was wrong! This was a lot bigger than what I imagined it to be, it is a lot bigger than you're average pillow but saying that, doesn't take much effort to blow up at all. Once it is blown up, it holds the air extremely well, I've had mine blown up for just over a month now and it hasn't let any air out at all, which shows that it is good quality. When it's blown up, it doesn't look obvious what it is really, so I didn't find I needed to deflate it and hide it after using it. This definitely improves sex positions as it helps with holding a position, due to the material of the ramp, your skin kinda grips onto it so it definitely helps with holding onto a position that may be hard to hold onto sometimes which means that you get pleasure for longer. The angle of the ramp means you get that g-spot stimulation as well as deeper penetration, making it seem almost effortless. I would definitely recommend this item, the quality of the item is amazing and is definitely a game changer within improving your sex life! Blow it up to blow your mind
I have wanted a ramp for the bedroom since forever. I have eyed up the more expensive ramps on LH for such a long time. Always adding them to my basket, but then talking myself out of such a big spend. When I saw the inflatable ramp at £20 in a 50% off sale, it was a deal too hard to resist so I added it to my basket with a number of other goodies ready for a night of passion with the husband. When it arrived, it came in plain plastic packaging, and yes it had a bit of a plastic smell but nothing overbearing. Whilst hubby was in the shower I attempted to blow this up and let me just say, I saw stars and my head was spinning! Maybe next time I will try and blow it up a little ahead of schedule. Nevertheless, within a few minutes the ramp had gone from a small flat package to something much larger. A lot larger than I expected but I was happy. The ramp feels soft to touch, but clothing does stick to it. I was wearing LH's wet look outfit and I had to remove this in order to not stick to the ramp. This wasn't an issue though! We tried the ramp in a number of positions, oral, doggy, deep style missionary and all worked really well! Who knew something so simple could be so good? The ramp even has little attachments on the side for things like handcuffs or whatever takes your fancy. Yes the ramp cannot be stripped down and washed like some of the more expensive makes, but it can be easily cleaned and a towel can be put on top for those especially messy sessions. Great for extra support
Normally, I wouldn’t look twice at position aids, but having come across them on the site so often, I was curious to try this one. What appealed to me most is that it is inflatable and can therefore be stored easily when not in use. It looks rather inconspicuous, too, so no one will ask odd questions about it either. Apart from sex, this cushion has a practical alternative use: When you have a cold, it’s a great way to prop yourself up at night while you sleep. Bonus! The item comes in a simple clear plastic bag without any information. That’s a shame, really, because there could have been a nice booklet with positions in it to give buyers some ideas to spice things up in the bedroom. Care instructions would have been welcome, too. The cushion itself smells strongly of plastic and I hope it wears off after a while. I found it hard to blow up, so I’d recommend using a pump. The flocked material covering it is comfortable, but could be softer to the touch. I am concerned that it may not be easy to clean. It doesn’t have a cover that can be taken off and washed, so all you can do is either wipe it after use or cover the cushion with a towel before getting down and dirty. The cushion is great for doggy-style (though the cushion doesn’t allow me to stimulate my clitoris in this position), oral and more. If it is too high, you can let out some of the air to adjust the height and also the softness of the cushion. It is long enough to give good support, but I would prefer more depth to reduce the angle, which would make it more comfortable for me personally. You can attach restraints to the cushion, using the loops on either side, but they are very small, so not every type of restraint will work.
Bit tricky
Other half is plus size and was difficult to get comfortable with the cushion under her back, kept slipping and on a few occasions valve came off and cushion would deflate. That said the cushion was easy to inflate and best used when not fully inflated. The cushion feels soft to touch, yet not exactly wipe clean material.
Best ramp I’ve ever been up
I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this inflatable ramp, would I actually find it useful? The answer...YES! I will be honest this is a bit bigger than I was expecting however that was only an asset. It was brilliant for holding you up where it would be hard to hold your position. You don't know you need one 'til you get one
It's official, everyone needs a sex ramp and this is a damn good one. Though it takes quite a bit of puff to get fully inflated, it does stay inflated even during the roughest play. It really stands the test of time and lets out minimal air over the course of a few hours. It is sturdy, with just enough give to be comfortable. It is quite large when inflated, about the length and width of a standard pillow with a lot more depth. A bonus is that solo play is also enhanced, I have found that you can position on it for a more comfortable experience when using a toy. The hooks at the side are perfect for adding restraints and will fit any cuffs with lobster clasps. With a ramp, there are various positions that are enhanced. Have a look at the "down low" and "standing ovation", my partner found "doggy" to be better and my personal favourite is the "rodeo" (cowgirl). It allowed me to last longer without getting tired and allowed him to find the perfect angle for insertion. You can add a pillow for an increased angle. A big downside is that the material is not quite right. It creates friction so you don't slip off but it scratches really easily and picks up every speck of dirt, dust and hair in a room. It will not look nice and clean for very long at all. I am not sure how well it will wipe clean/wash as it doesn't come with any care tips or a guide. DOMINIX isn't one for bells and whistles when it comes to packaging, the item was just in a plain plastic bag with nothing else in it. Regardless of the material issue, which is entirely superficial, I'd still buy this. The thing doubles up as something you can use to prop yourself up in bed for reading or even writing a Lovehoney review (as I am doing at the moment). Do invest.
