Waste of money.
Incredibly poor design and waste of money.
There is no locking system for the springs which makes it extremely fiddly to put on. The tightening straps pull the protective sleeve into the holes and occasionally does the same to your skin which results in a nasty pinch.
I have never used other extenders but highly recommend you stay clear of this product.

I was deeply curious about the possibility of non-surgical penis enlargement using penile traction, so was really keen to test and review this product. My review ‘headlines’ are that the Jes-Extender does exactly what it says on the tin. The traction device is comfortable to wear and provides a pro-longed stretch throughout the day. The instructions are a little confusing but the instructional videos are helpful, and although it’s a little tricky to put on at first, you do soon begin to get the hang of it. Now, in more detail…
The Jes-Extender is impressively packaged in a solid presentation box, with a leather-look finish. The company claims the device is made from the finest quality materials and it certainly looks the part. Other claims on the product web site include helping with erection quality, curvature of the penis, impotence and premature ejaculation, although personally those are all issues I would be taking to my GP in the first instance.
On first glance there seems to be quite a few parts to assemble, and after having quickly glanced through the ‘Quick Guide’ booklet I must admit that I was initially a bit flummoxed. However, if you’re better at taking things in visually, as I am, there are links to several helpful videos which were enough for me to get going.
In essence this device is just keeping your penis stretched for extended periods of time, on the basis that cell division will take place and new growth will develop, which is reportedly permanent and irreversible. That’s the theory.
The Jes-Extender is actually pretty straightforward to assemble – it’s a case of choosing the right number of elongation bars to include (the instructions indicate how to do this) and slotting the extender together. The trickier part was putting it on! It involved having to stretch my penis with one hand, whilst with the other, placing the extender into position against my pubic bone, tightening the silicone tube (or strap) and keeping the device under tension. A bit like the old ‘stroking your stomach whilst patting your head’ co-ordination challenge. However, it became a lot easier the more times that I wore the device and practised different ways of getting it on. It’s definitely one of those things where a bit of perseverance, trial and error, and adjusting to personal preference helps.
I was pretty amazed at how comfortable the Jes-Extender was to wear. I had imagined that it might be uncomfortable but within minutes I had forgotten that I had it on – so much so, that later I kept checking to see whether my penis head had slipped through the silicone tube, but everything was still in place and nicely stretched and under constant tension. There are 2 options for keeping the head of your penis securely held in place – the silicone tube or a strap. The tube was comfortable enough and didn’t pull or pinch, but when I tried the strap I found that when adjusting it the sensitive skin just below my cock head would occasionally get pinched – rather painful. However, there is a sponge protection pad which you can place over your cock head before applying either the tube or the strap, and this resolved the pinching issue.
I followed the product guidance and just wore the device for 1 hour each day at around the minimum tension level (1200grams – again, this is explained in the device instructions). At first I was thinking that I would need to find an hour of downtime each day to put aside for wearing it, as I imagined it would be impractical to wear whilst doing other things. However, because the extender arms can rotate through a range of 180 degrees I found that I could keep it discreetly angled and that it was not really noticeable through a pair of jeans. This made it extremely easy to wear at different times of the day whilst doing other activities, although I would probably advise against attempting anything too active or physical. I would even venture outside the house with it on as I checked in a mirror and nothing gave the game away.
Into my second week I have begun to extend the time that I’m wearing the device for each day, and also increase the traction level. It is still a bit fiddly getting the traction right at times, and I have to spend some time ensuring that I have gotten the tension right with both arms, but it’s quite easy to adjust.
So, on to the all important question – have I noticed any gains yet? The honest answer is not really, but I wouldn’t expect to at this early stage. As the guidance booklet makes clear, this is a process that takes a good while, and needs some serious investment of time before gains are achieved. My one criticism is that the Jes-Extender marketed blurb, and FAQs, appear to be overly-optimistic at times, with claims that “some very patient users have more than doubled their size”. There are also some ‘before and after’ testimonies and pictures on the web site, complete with dick pictures and tape measures, but I have questions around whether some of these dicks are really erect in the ‘before’ pictures, or whether the tape measure is actually starting at 0 at the penis base in the ‘after’ pictures. However, the Quick Guide does suggest that a 10% increase in length may be achieved after 2 – 3 months of wearing the extender for 5 – 6 hrs per day (it suggests that girth gains are possible as well), so I guess time will tell!
One of the main reasons I wanted to try the Jes-Extender is that there is some evidence of traction devices working in terms of increasing penile length, but having said that the gains recorded are quite modest (think cm rather than inches!). I would definitely recommend reading some of the published medical studies on penile traction therapy available freely online, before buying this device, if you want to learn a little more about it. I don’t know how the Jes-Extender compares to the kinds of traction device used in the medical research, in terms of design and effectiveness, though.
In summary, is this product worth it? All I can say at this stage is that the Jes-Extender seems to be well-made and definitely does the job of keeping the penis stretched and under traction. It is comfortable to wear, even for longer periods of time. I didn’t notice any particular side effects and it seems to be safe. I would, however, be wary about wearing it overnight, just because if things were too tight or uncomfortable you may not become aware of this in your sleep. If you need to buy further extension bars, due to presumably achieving those much sought after length gains, then you can do this via their web site. So, the necessary conditions for achieving gains (length, and perhaps girth) seem to be offered by this device – the rest appears to be a matter of time and dedication to the process. As with anything it seems to be about putting the hours in. Now…stretch-two-three-four!
Atrocious
This device is a tremendous waste of money. It's a literal nightmare to put on. It causes nothing but discomfort and it's very difficult to achieve the stated level of traction without risking unravelling the device. Its also very flimsy and rickety. Do not buy.

Game changer
We was so nervous to select this as a extender. My partners first reaction was that it looked like torture ( however we still ordered it anyway! ) and we have absolutely no regrets.
We have tried many extenders over the past few years but this has to be the best one yet..
We looked over the booklet and it advised that you should only use for a hour a week , which we did to begin with but it's so comfortable that we have used it for 2 hours plus multiple days over the past month. It's very discreet and I dont when know that my partners got it on under his joggers. He said it feels a bit heavy when walking around the house and it has a extra swing, but overall very comfortable and stays in place throughout.
It's really easy to fit in place and also to remove. The instructions are simple and Easy to follow..
So far we are super impressed and can't wait to see the results over the next few months.
It comes complete with a lovely wooden storage box which fits even in the smallest of drawers.
Absolutely worth the money and more.
