So the product itself worked great for all of ten minutes, then the bolt/screw that connects the moving parts to the cover motor either broke or was forced out of place. I'm going to fix it myself. It's easy enough to see the exact problem and I have plenty of potential replacement parts. I am just shocked that at it's quality for the asking price. I will let you know if it is a broken or forced out bolt/screw issue. I would suggest a minimalist solution option, if you're inclined to listen to the suggestion of a humble but fairly capable tinkerer, Use a nut and bolt with a interlocking mechanism, bolt and nut connect the end of the moving parts to interlock(a rotate until it locks into place past its selfcontained threading/At the moment I cannot for the life of me remember what they are called.)that way it's nothing more than use of a right angle or similar pick with a broad tip to keep the bolt stationary while the bolt is loosened/tighted allowing for easier maintinence within the confines of the device thus removing the need to either force the casing apart or sending the item in.

Plenty of torque, a bit too tight
I've had this unit for over a year, and it's had plenty of use during that time, and is one of my favourites. The up and down motion has quite a bit of range compared to similar I've tried.
I'm maybe a little above average in girth and this is a very tight fit, which can cause a bit of a vacuum/suction issue meaning you have to hold it tight so it moves up and down on your shaft instead of just get stuck stationary on your shaft and moving the whole unit up and down instead. The motor however is very powerful and has lots of torque, so can still keep moving fast despite all the friction/suction.
Gives quite powerful orgasims and is truly automatic and doesn't require any manual effort to climax.

Size:
It feels great, although you would need a specific girth in order for this product to be truely worth the price. I’m 6inch girth and the product was slightly too tight although it still feels good. If you’re more than 6inch girth then don’t purchase. If you’re around 5inch-5.8inch girth then it’s perfect. If you’re lacking some length this would also be good, if you’re bigger in length then this wouldn’t cover the whole penis.
Cleanup:
The parts come off pretty intuitively, although after use I’m always contemplating if it was even worth using it as cleanup time is a bit long. Also you need renewing powder or corn starch as the soft materiel can have a weird smell.
Noise:
Overall it’s one of the louder devices, although I use it with noise cancelling headphones. The main concern would be if you have roommates or other people in your house, most of the sound can be blocked if you use it under a blanket though.
Control/modes:
The controller app is basic, it’s got preset modes. Nothing really special, it’s neither good or bad.
Feeling:

The Alex Neo is a great toy. It has high build quality. The different thrusting modes are great options to have and are actually usable. The breakdown for cleaning is very self explanatory. The tickler end cap is a nice aid on. And the flexible sleeve give you some rigidity, giving those ticklers just enough strength for feel. If You don't like the thrusting you can turn off that feature and just use it as a sleeve(my preference tbh). Which brings us to...
THE BAD
Unlike the Svakom Sam, the sleeve is not form fitting. I understand the purpose of this, to allow the thrusting feature to operate without too much friction and to prevent damage, but I feel this takes away from the experience. I am a slightly girthy/longer guy and I find myself hitting the back of the sleeve trying to get that feeling of filling the toy. Some other thrusting toys do a better job keeping it tight. Though the thrusting modes are good, the strokes are not long or slow enough to take advantage of the natural suction created by the sleeve. This leaves a lot of pleasure on the table, which is why I prefer to use this in a more manual way than as a thrusting toy. The break down is simple as stated before, but the cleaning.. the cleaning could be easier. If you're very particular about cleaning your toys, especially sleeves this one is different. Because if the reinforcement inside the skin of the sleeve you cannot simply open it open get a solid clean done. You can get your hand inside pretty easy but I always end feeling like I missed a spot. Other toys including Svakom's Sam, a sucking toy, alloy you to pull the sleeve inside out and have larger holes at the rear for easier pass through of water and cleaner. And lastly the common issue with Svakom is the app struggles to maintain a connection with the toy and is very easy to confuse.

Has Some Perks but Overall Not Great
First off this toy is very noisy so if you don't live alone, like me, it can be difficult just to find the time to use it.
Second, and this may sound a little obvious but it's just a little too mechanical feeling, the motion is not smooth, especially in the faster speeds, it doesn't feel bad by any means, I always climaxed, but it is a little distracting. The range of movement is not bad, I find you get a different sensation when you just put the tip in or just insert your entire member. I like this as you can add a little variety to your play. The sleeve does not feel as nice as say a fleshlight, it has rigid sections inside to help maintain its shape when thrusting which leads to the third and worst point.
I am not big by any means, a little girthier than average but length shouldn't be too much of an issue with this, it's the width that breaks it. When inside it the silicone is pushed out and touches the clear plastic outer walls of the device, which it subsequently sticks to, tearing the silicone away from the rigid plastic inside. The solution to this I found is to lube both sides of the sleeve so it slides easily on both sides, but don't add too much as it may affect the electronics in the long run as the outer area is not waterproof. It also makes cleaning up a pain which isn't fun.
Whilst on cleaning, this isn't too difficult to clean in general, I'm sure the people who like a sterile toy will not be happy but that seems true for all strokers and sleeves in my opinion. Nothing sticks inside, just take the plug out and rinse it thoroughly with plenty of cold water and it's remained smelling fresh for me.
With all this in mind I find this difficult to use on it's own. When used with porn, especially VR porn and headphones it is pretty good, nice to not have to do any work and I always reach the intended goal. But you really have to be sure that no-one is going to be coming home because it will be making a lot of noise and you won't hear them come back. I try to minimise porn use so when I do have a partner the sex is better, I thought this might help but on it's own I just find the noise too distracting and the feel too mechanical. I'd much prefer to do the work myself with a fleshlight.
Unnerving
Maybe I'm just not the right focus group for this, but I didn't like the suction and the noise. The interactive is sub-par and the simulation noises just made me laugh. Slowed down many times right before i came. Over all a very disappointing product. The only thing I've ever had to return thanks love honey for making it easy.

Firstly, The Alex Neo is a beautifully designed and made product. You can absolutely appreciate the thought that went into the design, and the high quality materials which feel great in the hand. The price tag may seem exorbitant, but once you open the box and feel the product, you'll understand why. It feels premium and luxurious in every way possible. This is by far the most attractive toy that I've ever used.
Unfortunately, while I loved the design and build, the product itself didn't excite me as much as I was hoping it would.
* Suction - When the Alex Neo is on your penis, the big blue ring you can see at the end of the clear plastic - will literally suction onto your skin. While I think a lot of people would actually really love this feature, for me it felt extremely strange and off-putting. I would have to use pressure to get it off me, which I did not like. You don't experience any suction on your actual penis. It's the skin around your penis at the base which gets the suction. It's bizarre.
* Thrusting - I've used a few thrusting masturbators, and this one probably is somewhere in the middle in terms of pleasure. It's hard to describe... it's not necessarily bad, but it's not that great either.
* The Sleeve - While the sleeve is incredibly soft and luscious, I didn't find it particularly stimulating which I think is also what held the product back for me. A tenga, flashlight, etc all feel much better around the penis.
Overall - I think everyone is going to have a different experience with this masturbator. You're either going to love it, or not find much pleasure from it. Honestly, I think it's worth a try. There's also the added benefit of being able to control it remotely.

So firstly, there are a few things you need to be aware of. This is loud and large. There is little chance of you using this without your partner knowing about it so if you are looking for something stealth, this is not it. Maybe look at the Cobra Libre which is smaller and quieter (but also with its flaws)! However, if you have some privacy and patience, this can be great. The interactive element has not been tested as we have struggled so far and it doesn’t appear that there are many videos available that are compatible. Well I was a little hesitent to purchase this as it was quite expensive but I bit the bullet and decided to buy and belive me I'm not disappointed!The Neo arrived in typical LH style brown box no markings, I was excited to try it out so I cut open the box with excitement and removed all the brown paper and there it was, the box was very smart looks very technicalIt has some charge in so I decided to switch it on and see what it did. Being quite inexperienced when it comes to male products this is the first male toy I ever bought, and wow I'm not disappointed! It works fine to use the toy without the app on itself. But I really prefer to use it with the app, it takes a little bit of time to find all the functions, but for me, the main function is the video interactive part, you go to the category "interactive" on your preferred website and then click "sync with interactive toy" and scan the QR code with the app. The Masturbator then actually moves at the same speed as in the video! This is the second masturbator I have tried. I bought it cause I have never tried one that you can sync with videos before and I must say that it makes the experience much more interesting! There are quite many different functions, so it takes some time to get to know all the features, but there are pretty detailed instructions and videos on how to sync it online. Top marks as always for LoveHoneys packaging. This new toy is well presented, though you will notice it is quite heavy.We put this on charge for a few hours before bed time. We did a quick test before lubricating anything... and wow - this is one loud toy. So much so i could hear it from two rooms away. The noise is the motor that runs to move the shaft up and down.It is so off putting that we didn't even bother trying the toy out, it is horrendously loud, and we have since sent it back for a full refund.
