Ok guys…. I know if you’re looking at this pump you’ve tried other things. I tried plenty of things like pumps, pills, gels, rings, Stretching, Etc.
I wasn’t satisfied with any of them. It’s either too time consuming or too painful, and none of them were very effective.
Let me say that I am average size (as 90% of guys are). But who doesn’t want a bigger penis and more confidence right?
I have used this pump for over a year. At times I was very consistent, and others, not consistent at all. Life happens and I don’t have time every day.
So after a year I have a few observations that may help you decide whether to buy this.
Short term use…. This pump adds a LOT of girth for me. Over an inch bigger (almost 20% bigger for me). Maybe a little more length. It takes a lot more lube to have sex with my wife right after I pump. Before using this pump I could get in pretty fast (she’s generally wet quickly) Now we’ve got to take our time to prevent her feeling discomfort. You will be shocked.
Long term- any long term results will take time. This is not an overnight fix. BUT… after a year of pretty consistent use, I have seen some long term results. So I no longer have to use the pump to be larger right before sex. I went from 5. 5 inches to a little over 6 inches. And the girth went up . 5 inches as well. It’s not like you’re going to wake up next week with a porn Star cock. That’s not reality. But I have no reason to think I can’t keep using this and get more long term results. So I’m hoping to eventually get to 6. 5 and then 7. It’s exciting to see something actually work.
You get in the shower… pump for 5 minutes and release… massage a few seconds and then repeat that 2 more times. 15 minutes a day while I’m in the shower anyway.
One thing I learned early on…. Is you don’t want to over pump. You should feel pressure… but not pain. I actually bruised my junk early on because I was pumping with way too much pressure. So don’t make that mistake.

I cannot fault this product or lovehoney's service. Starting off I recieved this item within a couple of days via the free delivery service (not the extra large parcel like it says to for quick delivery), it arrived in plain white packaging and everything inside had the checked sticker, there was also a seperate checklist of items included also ticked off by the company. After reading the instructions like I did with my previous bathmate (that I made the mistake of buying elsewhere, same name of a popular rainforest beginning with A which I believe was a faulty counterfeit hydromax pump). After testing out the pump including the handpump and strap it seems everything works perfectly and was easy to get used to using, the pump looks so much better than the old style ones and appears to be make of good quality materials. I'm glad I brought off lovehoney, thier great returns policy is a worthwhile safetynet incase things go wrong. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and have no regrets as of this time.

Well it seems like a well built bit of kit and after only about a month of use I have noticed a slight (quarter inch) increase in erect length and girth. The girth is noticeable, you can feel that its a tiny a bit fuller. the main noticeable at this stage is that erections are stronger consistantly. I didn't have a problem with this but at almost 40 I'd say that you don,t get an absolute rock solid one every time like you so as a teenager / in twenties, after using this it reminds me of those times!
Also straight away (as a grower not a shower) pumping tends to leave you showing more which makes you feel like there's a bigger thing in your pants throughout the day.
I'm using it in the shower which is a bit awkward but doable, you can really do anything else, even really wash while using it. the strap doesnt secure, it just get trapped on by the pump bulb which is cumbersome if you try and go hands free, it should secure with the bulb removed.
I'd done a fair bit of research before buying, everybody saying take your time and don't rush it, then as soon as i get it i did what everyone else does and probably went a bit to far to quickly.
It really does take a bit of practice and experience as well as patience but its been fun getting used to it.
As a product I'm pretty impressed with what it can do. I only really wanted quite a small gain really, I was 6" long and 5 girth and really only want to add up to an inch length and maybe half an inch girth or something) Id been considering one for about a year and finally went for it. Afterwards I felt a bit weird about it, like maybe I shouldn't have bothered. But once I'd received it I got into the routine and I'm glad I did.
So I think its worth it but there some things to improve on here, you feel quite an uncomfortable pressure in your groin even a low to moderate pressures where the base of it presses into your body. there is a cushion available which I thought was part of the Extreme set but it isn't. It should be because I feel like its an essential if you are going to be doing this properly.
the pump bulb disconnects from the valve which is handy but as I said the shower strap doesn't secure without the bulb, also the bulb slips off sometimes which is a bit annoying.
There's no pressure gauge, I'm starting to think this is quite important, there are measurements on the body of the pump, to begin with I couldn't get anywhere near the 6inch mark on it without pain, the measurements are over sized because the pump compresses and gets closer to your body so it accounts for that. This is how I ended up with tiny red hicky like dots which is a common but not dangerous side effect of pumping.
I think its best to go totally by feel and use the size scale as a pressure gauge. So I go to about 4.5 on the first pump, 5 on the second, and somewhere between 5 and 5.5 for the third. going slowly when pressuring, and de pressuring. I think this is the best way to use the scale, It would be better to have a pressure gauge.
pressuring can be unpredictable, you sqeeze the bulb and it can stay compressed and then suddenly suck through which can be a sudden alarming amount of pressure if you are at the limit of what you want. You have to get used to to small adjustments and using your grip to only allow the bulb to slowly come back to its normal size.
Bottom line : It seems to me to be doing what its intended to do but there is quite a bit of technique that you need to learn and a few things that could probably be designed out of it with some improvements here and there. Having said that, It works even after a month,( I'll report back again in a few months), which you have to say is pretty impressive, also the stronger errections every time factor I think is a bigger deal than I thought it would be. It's probably worth it just of that. This is what's available at the moment and I think its worth using!
I have used about three times or so at present. I have noticed a difference in girth and length whilst maintaining a minimum pumping of the penis hydro pump. Doing this while I am not going over my 75 percent of full erection potential.

I had just 5 in long and 4 in girth diameter when i initially i bought hydromax5. Used it for a few weeks then eventually my lenght beyond the printed scale so to properly measure my progress I thought of buying a size bigger. This time i have bought the hydromax 7 extreme. Happy with purchase but the opening is a bit wider than the hydromax5 i initially bought. Making it feel uncomfortable when i pump. Following advice from reviews and other certified sources on how to use and what expectations you may get,the Hydroxtreme didnt disappoint.
If you are alittle over weight and have alittle fluffyness around your mid section the device will push back the fluffy part to get close to your pelvic bone and you just have to progressively ease the water vacuum higher till your comfortable and let it do its thing for 5min then relax and repeat 5min later.justt dont leave it on for to long.
The carry case is nice and has cool little pockets and lock so to keep thing hidden from others.

I've noticed some shrinkage over the years. In the first session I got it all back. I did a lot of research before purchasing this pump, after being let down by other pumps I didn't want to risk it. After enough research I purchased the hydromax 7 and was impressed with the results. This is definitely a unique product. I bought the 7-9 inch pump but had some difficulties with keeping it in place. I called Lovehoney and I was able to replace it with this mode (seamless no hassle process)l. *Be sure that you measuer yourself beofre you buy the correct one. This is not the time to be overzealous with your manhood. It probably will nto fit right and cause problems in the future. I've been using this for the past two weeks now. I have grown from 14cm to almost 16 now. My girth has changed as well but I honselty haven't measured it. My wife will attest to the changes that have taken place. The hand pump is amazing and takes the place of having to "thrust" it to gain suction. The strap makes things a lot easier to handle. It's kind of cumbersome to have everything hanging off of the pump, but it all works out ok. I've only been using it for 5 minutes, resting for 2 minutes and then placing it on again for another 5. They recommend up to 3, 5 minute sessions, but two so far are working nicely. I'm very excited about this toy and I'm glad I finally paid the money to invest in a product that actually works well. I'm curious to see the resutls in six months with regular use.

Amazing - Xtreme Kit is Worth The Xtra
I first bought a standard bathmate (my first ever pump) from Lovehoney - found that it worked but the bellows hurt when pressed against my skin during initial pumping. I took advantage of Lovehoney's excellent returns policy and I sent the basic Bathmate back and upgraded to the Xtreme Set - I haven't looked back since! The Xtreme set may seem expensive - all you're getting is a nice carry case, a hand bellows and a ruler right? Well yes, but combined together they are all well worth the extra. The most important upgrade is the hand bellows. This allows you to get an initial pump by pressing the bathmate against your body, you can then create your extra pressure by hand, thus removing the need to ram the bathmate into your crotch over and over again! Trust me the bathmate without the hand bellows becomes a painful experience for some people after a short time, and for me I wouldn't have been able to carry on using the device without it. Even the waterproof carry case and ruler are handy - you would miss them if you didn't have them! Far as the technology goes - For me Bathmate works! Its taken a couple of months to condition myself correctly, but I've seen size gains measurable in centimeters in a very short period of time. I am sure that with long-term use I will potentially see over 1.5 or 2 inches length gains and sizeable girth gains too. I don't think there is a quick fix when it comes to penis enlargement though - I'm looking at using this for the rest of my forseeable future, a bit like committing to a gym routine. If you keep maintaining your gains then to all intents and purposes they will be permanent. Couple of tips: - For your own safety go slow at first. limit the use of the hand bellows as you could potentially do yourself some kind of damage by being over zealous too soon! Have always been a bit put off by pumps,thinking they dont work and a waste of money. Decided to try this out after a few weeks of researching the benefits or such a pump coupled with lovehoneys superb money back promise. Had nothing to lose. Firstly the packaging is excellent,nice case to keep it all tucked away in,the only thing i didnt like was the lock,very poor quality for something costing so much,lock is useless and i dont even try to use it. But i did not buy this for a padlock. Can be used in the bath,in the shower or just while you are standing around having a shave. Very easy and simple to use,and the effect was immediate. After using it as instructed, 3 x 5 minute sessions the difference was extreme. Can really see and feel the difference it makes to you. If you are going to try one of these type pumps i must advise you to get the ones with the hand pumps,that seems to make it so much easier to use and the benefits greater. I have been using it daily now for a couple of weeks and it has worked on the growth side of things but also if you research it beforehand there are other things it can help with as you age. Follow Up Review
This is a follow up to my previous review of this product to add some information after a few weeks use. I tend to use this every couple of days. It fits in really well with my bathtime routine and means I tend to have ten minutes of relaxing time. It also feels pleasant in a mildly sexual way. I'm not sure whether size gains are permanent, but if you use this every couple of days then they are to all intents and purposes. I don't go for uncomfortable levels of suction and I've found that I have an increase in length and a larger increase in girth. This started on the first use and has not increased. I don't want to get any bigger than this, so I'm keeping the suction low, but I'm sure you could get more gains if you went for it. Once you start using this regularly, it is very straightforward to use. I've also found that I'm harder and for longer during sex. This might be due to the increased blood flow, but it could also be psychological. I have a reasonably large penis to start off with, but the feeling of filling your underwear is good and increases confidence. To summarize, if used regularly, then you get a bigger penis all the time, but the big benefit for me has been improved sex.

I’ve had the Hydromax Xtreme for less than a week, but wanted to post my initial thoughts. This is quite long, so in summary this is probably the best pump that money can buy. Most of the included accessories are not essential, however the hand pump makes this much much better than other Hydromax pumps. The long version: What’s in The Box This is listed in the product description, but I would add that I was worried that the comfort pad was disposable and would need replacing, but this is not the case and it looks like it will last as long as the pump. Also the user manual isn’t that easy to follow. I found more info on the manufacturer’s website and have summarized this below. In Use The Xtreme is an X-series penis pump with extras and so it can be used with or without the hand pump. My first try was without the hand pump and I found you had to push the penis pump quite hard into your groin which works, but isn’t straightforward and isn’t comfortable. Next attempt was with the hand pump. The hand pump makes it so much easier. The only possible downside is that it is easy to get too much vacuum. You can use the hand pump with or without the hose. With the hose it stays attached to the penis pump and without you have to hold it on. I found it easier to use with the hose in the bath and without in the shower. Once pumped I needed to do an extra small pump about every five minutes. You should note that you can’t attach the shower strap with the hand pump attached and so you should put the shower strap on first. The main body of the pump rotates against the bellows part. This is useful because the cutaway portion of the sleeve and pad (called the chamfer) is positioned differently if you are in the bath or shower. If you rotate the chamber you can then see the measurements. The feeling is pleasant in a mildly sexual way. There are two sachets of lube included and lube is well worth using. Your member is pretty likely to touch a side and as the vacuum is increased you will extend down the pump. This was uncomfortable without lube. However, they include water-based lube for a water-based pump and so it quickly rinses off. I tried with silicone lube and had much better results. My first use was in the shower. The new valve makes it straightforward to fill up in the shower, but I had problems with sealing the pump against my groin in the shower. It worked at first, but if I tried using the shower strap and washing my hair I always got a loss of pressure. I’m trimmed rather than shaved and so maybe this is the problem, but it worked in the bath. In the shower you should have the chamfer pointed up. Subsequent uses were in the bath. The hand pump and hose worked really well in the bath. I could pump it up, have a wash and a relax, and didn’t get any loss of vacuum. In the bath you should have the chamfer pointed down. Warnings You should make sure your testicles are well clear when you start pumping. They get drawn towards the pump and I could imagine that this could be painful if they are close. They advise a five minute relax in the shower/bath first and I suspect this is to let your balls drop. It is very easy to overpump, especially with the hand pump, and this can cause capillaries to burst. I got over-enthusiastic once and you could see thread veins over most of my penis for the next day. They then went away and there have been no long term effects, but don’t overdo it. Results I got an immediate increase in girth of half an inch and length of half an inch. The erection that I had from using this went away immediately, but there was an increase in girth and sensitivity for about six hours. You really can feel the difference in your boxer shorts. Making love, I found that I was firmer for longer, but this could just be random, or could be a placebo (I don’t mind if it’s a placebo as long as it works). Overall, this is expensive and, although the case and cleaning brush are useful, they are not essential. The hand pump, on the other hand, makes this a much more comfortable and easy to use product than the other pumps in this range and so, whilst this is the most expensive penis pump, it is also the best one by some margin.
