Why have I waited so long?
For the price if being honest I wasn't expecting much, but by god how wrong I was. Careful position is a must otherwise it will pull in a testical if your not careful! Good stretching feeling been using it every other morning so far and my erections are more reliable and orgasms are back to my teens i. e. I shoot a good distance again! How long this will all last, time will tell

Item was too large and was difficult to use.
Not great design
Cylinder much larger than needed, like the company also sells this as a cock and ball sucker. Would've known than if the site would bother to add detailed measurements.
The press down for suction can cause pain if you're not pushing against it at the same time.
Wouldn't use with water, as it gets trapped inside.

Noticeable gains
So I’ve had this pump for a couple of months and love the way it snuggly fits and is easy to use and clean. Nice solid quality design and lasting vacuum action.
I guess the real thing you want to know is does it work? It takes time and patience but now when I use it I see a 1.6 inch increase in length and about 1.2 inches in girth. But the benefits are seen even when not using it. I’m now naturally 0.8 inches longer but the girth is 1.2 inches. So it does work and the wife has definitely noticed and pleased with the extra girth.
