Forget it if you're above average size. . .
I have found this toy pretty disappointing, especially given the price. It has several flaws in my opinion.
1. It is essentially an enclosed, blocked-off rubber tunnel which means that you can't actually get inside it properly because the air pressure inside it prevents anything but your tip from entering leaving a good inch or two empty. I was recently sent the Lovehoney Hot Shot to review, and it turns out it's virtually identical to the Blowmotion Warming Vibrating Male Masturbator I reviewed as part of a kit a few months ago -- though the Hot Shot is a nice grey colour, rather than black. I enjoyed some good times with the Blowmotion version, so I'll quote my original review and give an update below.
"The inner sleeve heats up quickly, and the vibrations are quite strong -- especially when the whole head of your penis is enveloped, I found the stimulation to be more than adequate. I think the vibration patterns were well-chosen, as I've found myself enjoying all of them. My only complaint about the design execution is that the heating elements are on opposite sides of the sleeve, rather than wrapping fully around; while they get quite toasty and provide an awesome sensation, it is noticeable that the heat is coming mainly from the sides (or front and back, depending on how you hold the toy).
In my personal experience, I found being a bit girthier than average to be restrictive in how I could use the toy. Because there are no vent holes for displaced air to escape, it takes me a bit of wiggling to fully insert/remove myself, even when fully lubed up. This means stroking with the toy isn't too enjoyable for me, but would probably work just fine for a girth of around 5" or under. At the time of writing, my opinions haven't really changed regarding the Lovehoney version; however, I was recently sent a dildo to review that happens to be about 5" in circumference and can confirm my theory that insertion and removal are a lot smoother. I don't think this toy was designed specifically for stroking, but if you're around that girth or a bit less, you should have some room to move around. Personally, I have no issue using this toy solely as a male-specific vibrator, rather than a stroker -- the fact that it stays on well does provide a fun hands-free experience, as mentioned in my original review.
Also, I neglected to mention the noise level in my original review. When inserted into the toy, I found the Hot Shot to be surprisingly quiet; I don't think anyone would be able to hear it outside of the room. If you are able to use this toy as more of a stroker, I imagine it will make some suction-like sounds during use.

This was on sale so I took a chance, it is surprisingly good. The warming function adds a lot of realism and comfort. The vibrations are somewhat mind blowing, I need to train myself to last longer with this thing! There are a couple draw back for us to mention if we're being honest:
It's a shame the stroker doesn't fit your entire length in as mentioned with the above features if it was able to tale your full length it would be amazing!
Because of the sealed cup design when you are inside it you have to push through a bit of an air pocket to feel encapsulated when using it, which is great! However, it makes it very hard to use as a stroker, and very noisy, making a suction popping noise. This could be down to girth through and filling the device.

It's different...
Firstly I want to say this is a brilliant product, I have used it several times since receiving it and it's brought me to orgasm every time, even if some take longer than others.
I saw a lot of reviews of this that weren't overly positive as it didn't 'fit the whole penis in and is too tight' or was 'noisy' when stroking.
When I've used it I've had the best sensations when using it just putting the head of my penis in and tilting the Hotshot towards and away from you, twisting it and just letting it sit there. No stroking needed, although a little just around the head is a good feeling. It is quite noisy when you lift it off and it's still vibrating.

When I first got this out the box, I thought oh this is a little smaller than I imagined. I lubed up and went to slide inside and felt somewhat underwhelmed and disappointed, as it seemed to small for me to full go in and enjoy the warmth.

Very disappointed
On receiving the product I was looking forward to trying it out after reading some of the reviews but unfortunately it did not meet up to expectations.
The opening its self was so tight I could not fit in properly even with lots of lube and the vacuum it created was extreme to the point I have to wait till I was soft to remove it as far as I got it on .

Very surprising result
I bought this with low expectations.
