Definitely trust these reviews. The cock ring was so tight it was painful immediately while I was hard. I was really excited to try this toy, especially after seeing all the five-star reviews. Right out of the box, it felt solid and well-built. Beware of tightness.
Reading other reviews some people had problems with the cock and ball rings being too tight but failed to mention that the material used is far too stiff not just tight. There is not much give to the rings making them difficult to wear and may cause temporary discoloration in your gentials. The rings need to be thoroughly stretched before use. The toy itself was ok, and I would recommend if it wasn't for the stiffness of the rings.

Amazing Shape, but Rings HURT
This remains the most pleasuring prostate/balls vibrator I've purchased to date, but is usually benched until I'm horny enough to bother with it.
The rings are painfully small. I struggled for 10m to get the balls in when I first purchased it (and mine are admittedly small), to no avail. Great but ...
To begin with this is my second prostate massager and I got this one as it had great reviews and the two motors can be controlled separately which means that the toy can be used in situations where you have to be a bit more quiet. Even when the perineum motor is on its not too loud but if your walls paper thin then you might want to use only the prostate motor. As someone else mentioned it's easiest to first out your member in the ring and then insert the massager as it's nearly impossible to do it the other way around. I think the cock ring is a bit too tight though especially the one around the balls and even after a 30 minute session I had a bit of a red mark on my member so I had to stretch the ring as much as possible to loosen it.
