Underwhelming at best
I had high hopes for the Pulse Solo Lux, but they were dashed when I tried its out the first time, the s second time, the third......you get the idea. Good stimulation but no orgasm
Purchase process and delivery all perfect. The product is well made and functions as described. However, I suffer from ED, and was looking for a toy that would make me ejaculate, even without Viagra and an erection. I'd like to preface by stating that I love this product and it has become one of my favorites. That being said, it is not for everyone.
Positives:

Finally, this is NOT a hands free device. The flaps on this device do not provide enough pressure to be use hands free. I'm on the girthier side and I barely felt anything even on max settings. The best really needs improvement
It's by far the best male sex toy I've ever tried, but the build quality is very inconsistent (I've owned 3 Guybrators from Hot Octopus).
Positive: It feels phenomenal. Like, 90 second soft to orgasm if you turn it up all the way. I honestly don't understand how there aren't more devices that work like this with the pulse plate.
Negative: The charging cable sucks. I've had 2 break in less than 2 years. The only way I've found to get a replacement is from the manufacturer's website at about $20 shipped.
There's some kind of electrical problem with every one of these I've had. Sometimes everything works great. Other times it shuts off randomly. It6super frustrating.
The build quality varies widely. One of mine doesn't have the silicone adhered to the pulse plate, so it sounds like a lawnmower when it's on. Another one is decently quiet, while my third is somewhere between the two. I generally have to have a box fan on and bury the toy under my weighted blanket if I don't want everyone in the house knowing I'm playing.

Perfectly Average!
I've followed HotOctopuss' toy range for a while now because I quite like the range that they have. When I seen that LH had this for sale, I jumped at it.
I'd been interested in trying out this style of masturbator for a while so when the package arrived, I was quick to get going. The packaging is very sleek and sexy but the device itself is actually quite bulky. I charged it up and away I went.
My initial feeling was that the device was far too loud for its size. As a lot of people, I share a house so there was simply no possibility of being able to use this whilst others were home. Thankfully (for me and them!) on that occasion, I was home alone.
Despite the offputting noise, the feeling was quite intense. I rocked it up a few gears until it was on the highest setting and let the device do the rest.
Admittedly, I had hoped that I would achieve something similar to a hands-free orgasm and honestly, I probably would have eventually but I was ready and so I resorted to giving the device (and myself) a helping hand to finish the job.

First Time
I received this toy so as to do an independent review. This was my first time that I have used a male toy as I have never been too interested. My lovely wife uses toys and I love being involved with her playtime so I thought why not for me as she seemed to always enjoy hers especially the Womaniser range. The toy can either be used as a stroker or as a vibrator. I have only tried it is a vibrator which is was this review is based on. The instructions were a bit basic in terms of how to set it up and also to charge up. I actually had to look at the videos on the Octopus website to make sure I was doing things properly. I am glad I did as the charger bit needs to be placed on the unit the right way up. Rather than me trying to explain it I would definitely recommend looking at the video on the website.
In terms of my first time I did it with playtime with my wife rather on my own. We did things together with her first and using her toys and she got to her usual happy place a couple of times. We then got this toy out. I placed my penis in the holder and switched it on. It took a couple of attempts to switch it on at the side but you know it was ready to use as it gives a 1 second vibrate movement. I then used the watch to cycle through the various vibrations. There are a few constant modes and also a few other fluctuations modes. There is also a button on the watch to put it on super charge mode. A new favourite

Not My Cup of Tea
The Octopuss is an interesting vibrator that has a steep price for what it does. The toy is something completely different for someone who is used to the traditional methods of masturbation. We were sent this in exchange for an honest review. Packaging The outer cardboard box is made of a high quality laminated cardboard with the toy itself nestling in a moulded pod. The real bonus is the silky drawstring bag that holds the toy, the charger cable and the remote control, all in a neat and tidy, easy to store package. Controls There are 4 buttons on the toy which allow you to cycle through the various patterns and strengths/speeds that are on offer. Yet, what makes this truly amazing, is the watch style remote.
