To start off with, let me just say that I got this to last longer rather than to extend my penis.
And based on what we were looking to get out of this, it's perfect.
Reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned about whether I'd be able to fit into it (I'm 8" length and 6" in circumference). However, this wasn't a problem at all. Just a little bit of lube around the penis and it pretty much slides in. Because of trapped air I had to give it a few goes before it was all the way in but it was, all in all, very easy.
