You get what you pay for
The included seal/sleeve is far too tight and also unyielding - unstretched diameter only 20mm. I am glad I bought the "Universal Replacement Penis Pump Sleeve" at the same time and which I find comfortable. The supplied rings are also too unyielding. Next time I shall buy a pump with a gauge because it is difficult to judge when there is too much suction that causes bruising.

Disappointing Purchase
The silicone flange at the base of the unit does not fit my parts well. I'm slightly bigger than average and it hurt to remove my parts from the toy after suction. It was far too constrictive and limiting. The rings were stiff and uncomfortable, too.

So bought this not thinking would do much and didn’t think would make more knob bigger.
I only use it before we have sex and use this with a cock ring as instructions state and use it for about 20 min to the maximum suction I can stand any longer and then penis becomes swollen and OH didn’t find it very attractive.
I place a cock ring over end of tube before using so when time is up can be easily slid down onto base of penis helping to keep the penis hard.
I recommend using plenty of lube on the sleeve at base as taking off was very difficult as I ended up quite girthy so I ended up buy a bigger sleeve
All in all I think this is a great product and works as it should I don’t know about regular usage for increased penis size but does make you feel and look bigger after use

I’ve been experimenting with this for a couple of days now. The first time I had a go I couldn’t handle the intense hard on. I was lucky enough and I'm grateful to have been chosen to test this pump by Lovehoney.
Dimensions:
To be clear when it states it is 8.5 inches that is the max length for the chamber so that's the maximum length available after being erect and using the pump.
With regards to the sleeve this has a 0.75 inch (2cm) diameter before any stretch. I personally found this to be slightly tight and i have a girth (circumference) of 5.5 inches. So anything bigger will struggle.
The pump comes with four cock rings to accommodate most sizes, which is a great feature. These have the following diameters without stretch:
-1.25 inches
-1.5 inches
-1.75 inches
-2 inches
Look & Feel:
The box has basic instructions on the outside with a more detailed instruction leaflet inside. The pump has ruler markings on the clear plastic in inches and centimetres, another nice addition to see and compare any erection growth and measure your progress.
The pump i found does what it is intended to do and will help provide an erection with a quick and easy air release valve, but it is in a sense like any other "standard" air pressured pump. I think it is good value for money at its reduced £15 price but would be too steep at £30.

I received the Lovehoney Power Tower Penis Pump Set to test in return for an honest review.
The delivery arrived within the expected timeframe and in the discreet packaging you come to expect from Lovehoney.
Neatly contained within the box are the silicone base, cylinder, pump and cock rings.
Upon assembly of the penis pump I found that the silicone base fit well over the cylinder however once lubed up and ready to use the base would start to remove itself from the cylinder. This also worsens when in use and pumping more air out. I also found it quite difficult to insert my penis into the cylinder as the hole in the Silicone base is quite small and doesn't have much elasticity to it. I have since used this numerous times and it gradually gets easier with each use. Once inserted I found that the pump itself works really well and pumps as it should do unlike previously pumps I have tried. The cylinder itself also has measurement markers so you are able to measure your results with each use.
When finished with it was very easy clean and if left out to airdry it dried out very quickly.
I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a decent penis pump as the product itself is well made and very easy to use.
