I was very skeptical on both how they work and how well they would actually do given how most male toys are designed, however, I have this one a try and it was an amazing decision.
The head is suited for an angle so lube is your best friend and use sparingly.
The base is perfect to not cause any issues and the power button located on the back of the base is great to use if you’d rather not use the ring remote, but that’s entirely up to the user,
In addition to the base, there is another smaller head that rests under your perineum (or gooch if you prefer) perfect for mixing the different vibration combinations.
It does have some slight faults, whether by design or usage case however;

Second venture into Prostate massagers
After a single venture into prostate massagers with a very small one. It was time to step up and took the plunge into a larger one. I must say it was a great decision.
Initially it took a bit to get used to and took a bit of stretching with a smaller plug to get it in. Once I managed it, it was divine. The first part of the massager was quiet easy to insert but did take a bit of relaxing/lube to fully intake the second step in the massager. The stretch was not a bad thing but was a new experience for myself. It has gotten easier with practice :)
The vibration selection of the perineum and internal sections is a great addition. Some of the settings have both, some have only one or the other and a couple of alternating settings.
I enjoy the remote control as my OH can control the feel, and surprise with random vibrations changes.

Huge waste of money
I've never really tried prostate play but after hearing the rumors like everyone does about how great this secret orgasm apparently can be you try to buy something of quality to achieve that which you woukd think something of this price point would deliver. Sadly no, it is painful as others mentioned but even if you get it where its supposed to be it does nothing. I had it there on the highest setting for a good 40-50 minutes and didnt feel much of anything. Terribly disappointing.

The issue
When looking at "for her" toys there is typically a way to change the vibrations from low to high, as a basic level of adjustment. This toy does not have that, it has a set of vibration patterns and no way to change the intensity, so when looking for continuous vibration, your options are off or as high as it goes, leaving you missing the build up from having the weaker vibration and with no way to increase the vibration once you get into it, as the max is just not quite as high as you'd like. The lack of physical adjustment for the external and internal vibrators mean that the internal one never quite hits the perfect "spot" to make it worthwhile and the external one ends up useless at best. The lack of these two features really killed my excitement in this toy, the lack of vibration options more so. There is also very little point in handing the remote to a partner when they will have no really control other than changing the pattern.
However,
The toy is by no means bad, as a first time toy of this type, it was larger than I expected, but I was still able to use it with no issues. The design and usability were, great and it did not feel bad. But the disappointment in lack of features means I will probably look for another and not use this one again.

The vibrator arrived in a regular box. No points for packaging but since I would throw the box out anyways, a recyclable cardboard box is fine by me. Charging it was straight forward and didn’t take too long to fully charge. The build quality is good though. There are no seams and everything appears to be put together well. The vibrator itself is waterproof which is a nice touch but the remote isn’t. I’m not sure why it’s not though since it has a similar power membrane as the vibrator.
If there’s one downside to the toy, it’s a little unintuitive to use. You have to turn on the base and then use the remote. Saying it sounds obvious, but knowing how long to push each button wasn’t something I knew from looking at it. I had to read the very small text instruction manual. Once you turn it on, buckle up! The strongest and most rumbly pattern is relatively intense, even when simply held. It’s not like a Magic Wand at full power but it seemed to be plenty.
Make sure you use lube! I have some anal experience and would say I’m an intermediate. Getting it in will take a little effort. My recommendation is to tilt it up to get the first bulb in and then work the second one in. Once it’s in though, it’s in. It slightly misses my prostate but I can move it just enough to get a better depth. Your mileage may vary of course. A tight fit
I'd read all the guidance beforehand and had some old stock of water-based lubricant, as directed. And goodness me, it's not as if I didn't use enough of it. So this was my first ever prostate massager and I am pretty new to anal play. Best Prostate Toy Yet
Okay, I never write reviews, and it has taken me over a year to decide if I truly love this toy. This was my first "real" prostate toy, and it feels great. However, I have not been able to have a traditional "prostate orgasm" with it. I have only had one chance to try out my recent purchase. I was a little daunted at first but after a bit of deep breathing I was able to relax and enjoy the sensation it gave out. I had been looking at Prostate Massagers for a while and when there was a 50% discount available I chose this one.
Have only tried it once so far. I took my time warming up with plenty of lube and gradually eased it in. Having never experienced anything like this before (have only used fingers) it was an amazing sensation. I experimented with the various settings and also tried to find the best position. I didn’t achieve a hands free prostate orgasm but I know I was very close - I’m pretty sure I will next time. This is a great piece of kit. I have not yet achieved an orgasm by only using this prostate massager, but it definitely enhances orgasms. In addition its design is great. Kinda girthy but a bit of lube and relaxing and it’s in no problem. Vibration patterns are good too, although a tad noisy. I bought this at 50% off so for me I definitely got value for money.

This is my first prostate massager type toy, so I wasn't sure what to expect but I've been wanting one for a while and picked this up in an outlet sale. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.
Design - 4/5 - Physically, it's the largest insertable toy I own. It's not huge, but ideally needs a little foreplay prior to insertion. Other reviewers have stated that the external part is too large, while true I don't necessarily mind this, although after a while it can twist and just misses the spot. It gives a full feeling without being too much to handle.
Ease of use - 5/5 - There's not really anything to get wrong with it. Charging is easy, both the toy and remote have one button each and after an initial press to switch them on, each button press cycles a different vibration mode. And if you're not sure where to put it, find a friend to help you...
Quality - 5/5 - Seems very robust and high quality. The silicone is pleasingly soft to the touch but firm enough for it's purpose. I haven't owned it for long enough to test if the motors and/or batteries are long lasting.
Orgasm rating - 3/5 - It isn't powerful enough to send me over the edge, but does a great job of getting me almost there. It's a great sidekick to something or someone else's main event.
Value - 3/5 - For me the RRP is too steep for what it offers. Yes it's great quality, but it's lack of vibration strength options is a real let down. I got mine at 50% off with an extra 15% off code. That price was much more ideal. Wait till its on sale before purchasing.
Vibration strength - 3/5 - I may be a little harsh here. For me it's a little too weak for achieving a hands free orgasm, but a little more strength and it probably could. That's not to say it's weak though - I'm just very pleasure hungry. The different modes are great though!
Quiet - 4/5 - It's a vibrator, it's going to make noise. While inside, its not too loud but if you're sitting on something the vibrations will rattle off of that object and the sound increases/decreases accordingly.

This thing is absolutely wonderful. It's my first prostate massager and I have no regrets. I bought it on sale for about $80 CAD and am glad I did. It is large, so for people who have no experience with anal play, be warned, or go with something smaller. Use a lot of lube and take the time to relax and open up a bit.
Read the manual for sure. As other reviews have mentioned, the remote is a bit finnicky but it isn't as bad as some other dramatic reviews make it out to be. It's fun to use the remote with a partner while you have the massager in just around the house.

Nice solid toy
So far so good, I haven't had the toy for long so I can't judge on the longevity of the motors but the one in the part of the toy not intended for insertion is making a slight rattling sound after some light use(about 1 month of using 4 times per week) but there's no reduction in power, just a slightly louder toy.
It fits very well, I like the almost tiered shape of it and for me it's comfy when inserted, even though there's usually some adjustment needed to get it hitting the right spot. The part that sits outside is probably slightly too long for me as it starts to poke my testicles but that's likely just down to my body shape.
Vibrations are a good strength and the patterns are interesting and varied even though there isn't a large number.
You can charge the remote and toy using the same charger and it comes with a splitter charger so you can charge both at once. Big positives there.

I bought this massager with mixed feelings. Being a straight single male I was unsure but also intrigued to see what all this p spot massage was about.
The packaging was as expected discreet yet basic as advertised. The massager, remote and charger wires were all in nice separate bags. It didn't take long to charge up, I like the fact both charge off the same cable. Having read the other reviews I made sure I used plenty of lube, and put a condom over the massager so it would be kept clean. It took some inserting but if you take your time and relax it goes in OK. For me it was a strange sensation having something in my ass. Turned the vibrations on, I found one in particular that seemed pleasing.
Unfortunately nothing seemed to really happen for me even after moving in backwards and forwards and it was fully inserted. Others have mentioned it coming out but it stayed in until I removed it. Not one to give up I tried it a couple more times and tried sitting on the bed gently rocking backwards and forwards, sounds daft. Anyway it milked my prostate to a degree, which was new and unusual.
Cleaning after was straight forward, threw the condom away and cleaned the massager with toy cleaner.

Decent little massager
The build quality on the mantric is fantastic, if you’re a beginner you’ll find it really easy to use and not intimidating at all. It’s got a few vibration settings but I only use the 2nd one, that makes the shaft vibrate in one solid pattern.

The angle and length are not quite right for me. The angle needs to be approx 5deg more acute and about another inch (25mm) long. First Time Milking

Closing in on a year since I purchased this toy. The battery life on this toy is great. However, I've learned the vibration doesn't do much for me - nothing against this toy, I just think the vibration from any toy distracts from achieving a prostate orgasm. With that said, this toy is overall a fun experience. I love the feeling of the bulbous tip stretching me out upon entry and that "pop" feeling once it passes the sphincter. The head on this toy hits the prostate every time for me and within minutes of play I'm dripping. The toy is not a plug. If that's what you're looking for, buy a plug. However, I have had some luck with this staying in and able to walk around with it in. It's not the most comfortable thing to have in between your cheeks while walking around, but it is nice to rock on while sitting. Tried some couples play with this as well, and while it was fun - I think this toy is more designed for solo play. Overall, I love this toy but I go through a lot of lube using it. As for value, I bought this on sale, for the price I paid I am satisfied, but would not be able to justify paying full price. I think there are other toys I'd spend $90 on.
Powerful Toy

This product is very poorly designed and completely underwhelming. Where do I start... the vibrations are so weak that you can barely even feel it (both on the tip and the outside vibrating spots). The shape of the toy is such that once it's inside it's not in the right spot, and it doesn't stay in place anyway because it rotates all by itself. The vibration patterns are just stupid and the control is a pain to use. Don't waste your money on this one.

Good Value toy
Super soft silicone and toy has a great feel to it. No chemically smells or resude. Toy is medium sized and good for all users. Stays in place really well and doesn’t slip out unexpectedly which is a huge bonus. The modes select through easily and feel good, I would use maybe 3 of the patterns. Felt good but no wow factor
To summarise I'm not sure if Prostate simulation is for me, this is the second "butt toy" i've used and neither have really got me going :(
The packaging is simple but nice, in a plain compact brown cardboard box with the Mantric logo, making it perfect for recycling. Inside the toy is placed within foam layers and includes detailed instructions making it simple to use. The toy size itself may look a bit scary at first but with a bit of lube it is easy to insert.
Usage: I would read the instructions before use when using the hands-free mode as it isn't the easiest to set up using intuition. Once it is set-up, it is easy to change the vibration modes by a click of the button.
With regards to the sensations, i found the vibrations from the toy on the perineum more enjoyable and stronger than the sensastions felt inside the anus. One particular vibration mode that builds up the sensation and switch between outside and inside was particularly enjoyable. However overall, i just couldn't find the right spot to simulate myself to the next level even with thrusting the toy :(
Overall, I don't think Anal stimulation is for me and most likely isn't a problem with the toy. If you want to use this as a beginning toy for anal stimulation, it may work better for you than it did for me and is still worth a try :)

Bought this and was quite excited by the reviews. Certainly well-made - feels substantial. Vibrations are strong, but for some reason just did not work for me. The powerful vibrations can be a bit of a distraction and in some of the patterns felt uncomfortable. Maybe it's just my biology but the orgasm was definitely not hands free despite letting it run for some time and trying different settings, positions, etc and overall was no different than any other. It is also noisy - not something you could use discretely. Getting it working with the remote was also tricky as it took a while before the remote talked to vibe, which was a bit of a mood killer as you are sitting there press multiple buttons for about 5-10 minutes. So overall, give it a 2 star as I appreciate the build quality and for some people it probably does wonders. But for me. Nah.

If you're hesitant about this, don't be. It's the perfect size, shape and beginner vibration to bring on the huge p-spot "O". Almost Perfection
This was my second prostate massage i purchased and it still may be my favorite. I have a lelo hugo and nexus revo and I still use this over those two which are higher end. This has been dependable and stays in easier.
I prefer to be in doggy when using a prostate massager, and this does not slip out on me. The others do. The angle of it and low weight are what keep it in. It has a good amount of modes, though I do wish I could control the intensity a bit more.
Seriously good vibrations
I've had one of these since 2018 and it is still working, giving me amazing sensations .Thats despite it having been wet and recharged many times. I can't keep it in when out and about, but sitting down presses those gorgeous vibrations into my perineum, whilst one of the settings gives an amazing filling, pumping sensation.

Yeah it's big, like most other reviews have pointed out. But it slides in easily without too much effort, particularly when it's already turned on. Nervous to try but was so worth it

Absolutely quality massager. The vibrations are strong and the ease of use to flick through the settings with the remote or the base is great . The toy feels fairly solid, allowing it to provide pressure to the right places.
I find that the perineum vibrator is a little distracting from the p-spot, but feels good while your not focusing on the p-spot.
It is a very high quality design, and I have run out of battery before it has during a session.

Decent toy for people used to prostate play
In all honesty when I bought this toy I didn't know what to expect I was new to prostate play and hadn't done anything like that before. In the video above advertising the toy it stated it was a rotating toy and a vibrating toy. let me start off by clearing that up. IT IS NOT A ROTATING TOY, there must be an error there but it is purely just vibrating. although that isn't necessarily a negative thing.
Having been my first toy I was extremely impressed with the option to deliver to a local post office for collection, and upon arrival there was nothing on the box to suggest its contents. When I opened the box there was a smaller unmarked cardboard box saying mantric on it and that was it. Extremely discreate.
Upon first insertion it felt massive. I managed to get half of it in then felt a bit of pain but as I learnt how to insert the toy properly that went (no lubricant was used).
When on there are many different modes that pulse and alternate between the perineum and internal vibration motors. For me personally I found the perineum massager didn't do anything and had more of a tickling sensation. This is also where 90% of the noise came from on the massager especially when stood up.
I didn't orgasm from the massager alone as it didn't hit my p spot specifically but every toy is different for every individual so just because I didn't orgasm from it doesn't mean you wont! Having said that when I did finally orgasm I did release more than usual.
To operate the toy it is very simple you turn the massager and the remote on by individual buttons and then the massager will light up on the base and then you can control the vibrations from the remote.
Cleaning the toy is a bit of a problem. As after my fourth use it retained the smell and has not lost it since.
Overall it is an extremely well made toy feels very premium and smooth and there isn't anything about the size ,girth or build quality of the toy I can complain about. after getting used to it, it went in a charm. Id say this is a decent massager for people used to anal play however if you are new to this kind of stuff exercise caution and do your research as it can really hurt if you don't as the toy has no flexibility in the shaft and a bit in the perineum section. Due to this id say you couldn't wear this as a butt plug for example.

Amazing but...
I think this toy is really great. Vibrations feel amazing. I have however noticed that it seems to absorb smells. Not sure why this is. I have also had some connectivity issues with the remote but I find the button on the back more functional anyway. Good, but not for everyone.
This is solid choice if you are new to prostate play and want to start experimenting. Vibrations are quite potent, especially against perineum. Also remote with chargebility and easy to hold shape is impressive if anything. Vibrator was easy to insert and did not slip out even while moving around but since it makes quite a bit of sound, I would advice to use it in public. Vibration patters aren't the best and you cant do anything about that. Sadly this particular shape did not hit my prostate at all so its hard to tell how effective it is. Nevertheless item seems good quality with innovative remote.

Must-have
This was my third prostate massager and oh boy was this worth it! The massager came in a simple cardboard box that included the remote and an USB charging cable. Sadly it didn't come with a wall charging adapter so you have to recharge it with a power bank or a computer. The massager is made out of smooth silicone that feels amazing against the skin. In search of hands free Prostrate Orgasm
Decide to try a prostrate massager after trying Aneros and plugs. This prostrate massager has a good feel to it, not too heavy but feels sturdy and well made. With some limited experience I found the first go inserting this toy a little uncomfortable but quickly got used to it, now find it easy enough with plenty of lube. Cycling through the vibe patterns I found a couple that I prefer so there should be something for everyone's preference. Impressively satisfying

This was one of the first toys i ordered from lovehoney. However it took me quite a while to actually start using it. It is large and a bit difficult to insert, and i guess it wasn't for the beginner i was. However, after a while and using smaller toys, I gave it another try and found it to be extremely fulfilling and to this day one of the most powerful toys i own. Once you turn it on, you are overwhelmed with its power. I now have other more expensive toys, which are better in some aspects, but for the money, you can't beat this one for power and enjoyment. It is difficult to insert, and very heavy so slips out easily, so not my favorite for couple play.
Not an insignificant size but well worth it
Very comfortable to use and whilst a little larger than most with care it is definitely worth it. Comfortable to use for extended periods and the remote is an excellent feature for me or my OH to play with. The material and quality is fantastic and the variety of strong vibrations is amazing. It is strong so can be a little loud but that's no negative. Rechargeable so no annoying batteries. The remote is also rechargeable and a good design to hold but not so easy to use with bigger hands. The only drawback we have found is my OH has a love egg from the same company and we cant play with both at the same time as the remotes interfere with each other and they become very unpredictable!
Fantastic toy

This turned up in quite a plain box that is very discrete and allows you to store the product disretely. The product is very high quality and has a great wireless controller. It seemed to come chraged however I plugged it straight away to be sure. It has a slightly curved shape to hit the prostate and on use it certainly did. I used pleanty of lube to insert it. The tip of the vibrator is the widest part but once that is in the rest slides in easliy. The tip is slightly tapered to make it easier to insert. It was easy enough to insert without any discomfort. The flared base of the product sits on the back of the balls and also vibrates depending on the setting. There are seven different settings, each with their own unique pattern of strong vibrations from the internal and external motors. Each setting has its own unique pulse and tempo providing each with different perks that blow your mind and your load. Each setting comes with its own colour displayed on the flare of the toy. Really intense
I've had the toy for a while now, and I decided to get more practice with it before reviewing. It's shaped to pretty much guarantee contact with your prostate, but you may have to do some adjusting of your own to make it as comfortable as you like. But it's certainly worth giving it a few uses before you make your mind up. The last time I used it, I ejaculated 3 times or so, each becoming more uncontrollably intense than the last. Before that, I couldn't quite understand all the hype about prostate massagers. It's difficult to explain exactly what a prostate massage climax feels like, and I definitely recommend it to anyone interested in trying it out. For me, this toy is fantastic. The many vibration patterns offer slightly unique feelings, the material is easily cleanable when using the correct sex toy cleaner, the charging time isn't too long, and the design and feel of the device is premium for a reasonable price. First prostate toy to really work for me
I've been vaguely curious about prostate stimulation for quite a while, and every now and then I'll get some toy to try it with. Up to this point, nothing doing. Most of the toys would go in and then...nothing. Total fail. Worse, many of the toys are designed so that, even though they curve to hit the prostate, they're just as likely to twist backwards as actually hit the prostate. Then came this toy, and boy wow is it different. Deep enough but not too deep, shaped well to not only hit the prostate but (because of the long part that curves up the perineum) it doesn't twist or turn at all, which means that you can focus on the sensation and your own muscle movements, and not keeping it properly oriented. It's also a bit of a show piece (or at least it was for me). The bottom has a bright color changing LED that changes very noticeably. So giving my wife the remote means that she gets to control what I feel, see the lights changing, and watch my reactions. Very much a turn on for her. One bit of advice, the vibrations are very, but you're better off starting off without them and then turning them on midway through to kick things up a notch once you're already in the zone. Muscle contraction is probably going to more for stimulation at the beginning, and the vibration more numbs and distracts than it contributes at that point. That said, the vibrations can be quite powerful, and because there's two points of vibration (prostate and perineum) it can really get you going. Two minor gripes. First, the remote has only a single button that simply cycles through available patterns, giving you (or your partner) less control than you might hope. Also, (in my opinion) the toy doesn't narrow at the base quite enough, so if you're wearing it while standing and walking it doesn't quite stay in position the way you'd want it to and when vibrating can even start to work itself out. Still, great toy though, highly recommended.

Enjoyable
This thing really works. It takes a while to get it inserted. First time I needed lots of lube, patience, stop/start/rest etc. I found already being aroused helped considerably - I was eager for more which helped me move beyond the initial discomfort. Big Disappointment
I've bought quite a few toys lately in the search of the illusive hands free prostate orgasm, I was really excited about getting this one. Already owning a Mantric Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator, I know the quality was going to be good, and it is. It feels nice, is sturdy, the remote and the vibrations are great, I like the led light system, and it give some great feelings an sensation for your prostate, and I've had some great orgasms using it. But this toy has downfalls, the main being, it does not stay in position, unless you are sitting on, which is great or laying still with your but to the bed, this toy is going to pop out. So it's useless for use during sex, it's popping out, you can't go for a walk with it in, it will pop out. So if you have to have a hand on it 80% of the time, the remote control, is pointless!! I've tried it with minimal lube and inserted and rotated 180 degrees, so the perineum vibrator sits in your bum crack, this actually does reduce the popping out somewhat, but when it's in this way, it's less effective at massaging your prostate! I think the perineum vibrator is pushing the toy out of me, if it didn't have a vibration unit in it, I'd cut it off. We have a Mantric Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator, which does not pop out and is better at getting me off than this!
Nice sensation
This is the first vibrating prostate massager that I've purchased, spurred on by lots of good reviews. I'll get the negatives out of the way first, the instructions are so small you need a magnifying glass and I couldn't find the hole for the vibrators jack plug until I looked at a picture on this site. The positives are it's a good quality product, both the vibrator and remote are charged using the same cable and the vibrator is waterproof. After applying lube I have no problem slipping it in, it's not a big toy but I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner. Due to the shape it stays in, it's comfortable when sitting down and walking around. You can use this in public places as it's not too noisy, I've even had it inside when mowing the lawn and for short periods at work. There are several patterns and some of the vibrations are nice and strong, unfortunately I haven't been able to reach a hands free orgasm like many of the other reviewers. Too hard and doesn't hit the P-spot
I thought I could try using a prostate vibrator to help stimulate things to help with my ED. So I selected this model. Since I am new to this sort of thing, I used a LOT of lube--wanted it to slip right in. It didn't. I had to push hard, even after relaxing that area. I tried both off and while it was vibrating. The few times I got it it in, I was in a lot of pain. Forget massaging the prostate or "p-spot." It simply massaged my colon. That's not why I bought this. Also, it is confusing at first to figure out how to switch between modes on the unit. I never could figure it out on the remote control. I will not be coming back for a different vibrator. This and the pain are not for me.

This is a great little toy that can be used by those relatively new to anal play and the more experienced amongst us. There are plenty of different vibration modes and two different motors. An eye-opener
This was my first time using a prostate massager and was a little apprehensive! The packaging is high quality as is the product itself and a decent size that didn't put me off. I found charging a little difficult as the holes are quite small and require a bit of force to get the charger in! A good experience, but too powerful
As I try more prostate massagers I'm starting to get a feel for what I enjoy and what I don't. I liked the simplistic look of this one and its remote control so I decided to give it a go. It's fairly rigid so you'll need to use a good amount of lube and take it slow, but once it's in it fits nice and snugly. I'd say that it's the best fit yet. The fact that there is a remote means that I don't have to do an awkward fumble trying to change the settings, especially as I get close to the good parts. The different vibration modes are unique enough that they're fun and interesting, and I feel that each mode plays a part at each stage of the massage. With that said, this toy has powerful vibrations, too powerful on some of the settings in my opinion. It wasn't a big issue initially but as I started to orgasm it felt uncomfortable, almost painful, which I think was due to a combination of the rigidity of the toy being relentless on my prostate, and vibrations that seemed far too strong for such a sensitive area. All in all it was fun to try and the experience up to the orgasm was nice, but unfortunately after that it was downhill. I'd say it's worth a try, but if you have a similar experience to me, it may be worth looking at other ones that are less powerful.

A new idea to me
I ordered this out of curiosity, I wanted to know what this 'P' spot discussion really meant. I have only used it once, and I had 'help' (bless her !) I found it a little unnerving at first, but once I relaxed.. It was amazing. My Second Prostate Massager
What to say about this, I only recently got my first prostate massager a few months ago and it was interesting enough experience to try another, well I will just say this, the mantric is a lot larger and girthier than I am usually used to and took time to get used to once inserted, the vibration setttings are nice and varied having enough variety for everyone after different speeds.The strength of these vibrations are great, had to bite the pillow when I turned it on when inserted to stop moaning. I can confirm it's fun to use in the shower due to the waterproof nature thought I'd test it out and works a charm. So, I've only really used a very small butt plug before (a non vibrating one), and it always felt alright to use, a little uncomfortable after a while. Like, seriously, it just makes you feel SO GOOD. This is before you even turn it on vibrate. I've used it about 4 times now, and each time I use it longer and longer and there is only one word to describe to my feelings while I use this toy: ECSTASY. So far there is nothing about it that isn't perfect.
Powerful and easy to use
We bought this along with an Amour remote controlled egg so that we could both go out in public with remote controlled vibrators in place. As usual delivery was quick and the strong padded cardboard box contains the vibrator, the remote control, a charging lead and clear instructions. Both components are finished in matt black silicone and this makes it a little tricky to find the charging points the first time you need them but once you know where they are there is no problem. The Amour egg has a split charging lead so both parts of the toy can be charged at the same time but the Mantric toy only has a single charging lead (not the same connectors as the Amour toy) so the two parts have to be charged separately taking more time. Once we had charged both parts up we had a quick run through the patterns (the vibration speed is fixed) just holding the plug in my hand. This thing is powerful! There are two separate vibrators built into the massager. One is in the internal plug and the other is in the external section. The patterns combine the two vibrators in various ways, sometimes together, sometimes separately and sometimes in alternating or sequential pulses. The downside to the powerful rumbling vibrations is the noise. It was quickly obvious that a relatively high level of background noise would be needed before this toy could be used in public places. For it's first real test we chose a local live music venue. I charged both sections fully then, just before leaving the house, I lubricated the toy and myself using Maximus water based anal lubricant and slid the vibrator in. I use anal plugs and vibrators quite regularly so it slipped in easily and felt comfortable internally. The outer section is larger than usual as it contains the second vibrator and I thought that this might cause a problem when sitting or driving but in fact all that happened was that the toy was pushed deeper inside me which is definitely a plus in my book. I handed the remote to my wife with instructions not to use it while I was driving. In fact she waited quite a while before she pressed the remote and the effect was startling. When the first pattern kicked in I jumped in my seat then found it difficult to keep still in my chair as the feelings built up. She continued to start and stop the toy and to play with the patterns through out the evening and I had a great night out. This was the first time I had worn an anal plug for any length of time (3 hours) and also the first time I had worn one in public. When we got home I was feeling a little sore and removed the plug. This was easy enough but had to be done carefully as the water based lubricant had largely dried out. The soreness quickly disappeared though and I would imagine that as we use the toy more and I get used to it this will become less of a problem. My personal preference was for the patterns which used the internal vibrator or both together. The deep rumbling vibrations directly on my prostate felt great. The patterns which used only the external vibrator were interesting but not particularly stimulating. The charge lasted for the full 3 hours and the remote never failed to connect to the plug so we were very happy with the operation of the toy and I was more than happy with the effect it produced. The perfect shape, the perfect toy
Soft, that is what you feel when you touch it just softness, this vibrator is perfect for a comfortable evening, the vibrations are powerful, the noise is minimal, and the shape is splendid. The battery life is way longer than the described time. Another great part is the overall look is a perfect minimalist design that would be hard to identify as a vibrator at first glance. The remote control works flawlessly and I haven't run into any issues with it losing connection. Similarly, the different vibration settings work great and each provides a great sensation. There are problems with it however the charging prongs are hard to put in, and the perineum attachment doesn't really do much. This toy is excellent for anyone interested in prostate play.

Amazing toy

A handy little gadget to own

Was wary at first but now it's part of our lives

Mantric Rechargeable Remote Control Prostate Vibrator
First toy of its type I bought. Right off the bat I was impressed with the look and feel of it; very stylish and modern-looking, kind of sleekly threatening. In use I found the build quality very good: battery lasts well, it functions as it should, easy to clean. The remote control seemed a desirable idea but it duplicates the functions of the onboard controls so it's not necessary for solo play. I'm not an expert at anal and I found the tip end quite big – you need to warm up to it. There's also no speed control, and the default buzz is powerful, and pretty loud. It has a range of functions from pulsations to gradual swells of intensity, all of which I'd swap for a simple speed control on the basic buzz. The best toy I've had
I'll preface this review with saying that prior to ordering this item I was exceptionally skeptical, I'd had vibrating plugs before and they would never hit the right spot, I'd had remote control plugs and you had to hold the remote at funny angles and I was put off by the relatively high price tag of this product, boy was I wrong. As to be expected after ordering the product arrived in plain packaging in a very swift fashion (Lovehoney Unlimited is great). After opening the cardboard postage packaging I initially thought I had opened an amazon order or something for someone else in my house. The Mantric packaging was the classiest and subtle packaging I have seen for a sex toy, the whole thing screamed that this was a premium toy. After opening the box I was presented with the toy, the remote and a usb charging cable, all individual wrapped in further plastic packaging which made me feel very confident in the hygiene of the product. Furthermore the box was lined with a nice packaging foam. After taking the item out and inspecting it I was initially disappointed in the size having been used to bigger toys. The material of the toy was soft to the touch and felt extremely study and well manufactured. After a few squirts of lube and popping it in I was immediately blown away. Without any vibrations or turning the product on I could immediately tell that it had hit the right "spot" and felt a full pleasant pressure on my prostate. I've tried a number of prostate massagers in the past with varying levels of success, and I've been looking for a vibrating option where the vibrations were in the head of the device rather than inserted into the base. This one fitted the bill and even better, had a remote. A very good prostate massager
I have purchased a few massagers as there’s so many size, shapes and designs on the market and I would say that this is one of the better ones for ‘hitting the spot’. Admittedly I did purchase because it was on special offer and I have purchased an item from this brand before and I have learned that you do get what you pay for and they are manufactured to a very high quality. Solid and robust. The fact that it comes with a remote control is a good feature as the power button is not in a convenient location when in use. Battery life is very good too but have not really timed how long the charge time is as I just plug it in and leave it until done but it’s no more than an hour or so. With this design I can imagine that if it was one was made so that the part that gives the stimulation had some form of movement to actually give ‘massage’ then it would be interesting to see if gave a more effective result! I do find that if I apply some movement then it does give a more pleasurable feeling but that is down to my own personal preference. All in all an excellent product and I would recommend to others who are more experienced in this field as it is not the smallest of implements! Strong vibrations
The item came nice and neatly packed in a box. Once opened the first thing was to charge it and the ports are not very visible and can be a bit stiff to plug in. The product felt very smooth and once inserted it stayed in place, once the vibrations came in it was another level. Worth a go

Absolutely the best for its prize
I always avoided buying vibrators because they were failures most of the time but I came across an offer on lovehoney and decided "ah, screw it, let's give it a shot". Damn, was that a good decision. Holy Shit! I'm gonna struggle to come up with the right words to review this, but I'm gonna try. First of all, just opening the box started the excitement and anticipation of what was to come. The packaging and things are really nice, super sleek and discreet. Out of the box, you have to plug it in to charge for a while, though the lights on the bottom of the toy and on the remote control flash a pale blue, until (when the light stops flashing) it's ready and fully charged. Usually, this would be kinda annoying, not gonna lie, but, in this case, it helped to build the anticipation for when I could use it for the first time. The ridges on and shape of the toy both look pretty cool and feel so goddamn good going into and out of you, whilst helping keep the toy inside you during play. Additionally, when you switch the vibrations on and feel the ridges on your inside and pushed tight on your perineum, gripping you as it makes you feel extremely localised earthquakes being released by it. This thing is so fucking powerful, it's legit crazy, and it has power in spades. But, this ain't a one trick pony. With other prostate toys I've had, there'd only be one or maybe two settings that I'd actually like and enjoy. This toy though is another story. Each and every setting has something unique to enjoy about it and will have you coming back over and over again (pun fully intended) to explore the various settings. My First One

Great quality
I’ve tried quite a few butt plugs before but this was the first i have had with a remote control. Firstly, the product quality is excellent. It’s size and shape are good and it feels comfortable in use. The only negative I would say is the vibration speeds are a bit too high/fast. The variety of rhythms is great, but i personally get more sensation from the slower rumbling vibration modes, which this toy doesn’t have. Would be amazing if you could connect the toy to a pc to adjust the vibration modes.
Superb Sensations

This is my first man toy and omg what took me so long? Was a little difficult to insert at first as I’m new to anal play but a bit extra lube soon sorted that out. Improving my A-game
I love my Booty Buddy, it was the first toy I had ever bought, but looking back, I couldn't help but wonder why I didn't go for a vibrating plug. Well, it was time I upgraded my A-game, cue a trip to my wish list. As I've pointed out in precious reviews, Mantric create some really nice products, from the nicely designed and well packaged box to the quality of the silky smooth silicone. Relatively quick to charge, about an hour or so and we're ready and raring to go. I was very excited to pop this in and get started, perhaps too excited. It was somewhat difficult to fit in despite lubing up, and when it did there was a brief moment of pain resulting in me trying to remove it as quick as possible; lesson learned, you really do have to work up to this one. I'm not exaggerating when I say this thing literally took seconds to start producing results, and that was before I had chance to try out the vibration settings; these are you're typical settings with several speeds and pulses, but with a slight difference. a second motor on the external part comes in to play. I would have like the option to either turn it on or off in conjunction with the internal part, but hey-ho, the options you do get are fun, it's great to be able to control them hands free so to speak as well, no clumsy fumbling around trying to locate a button here. Like other Mantric products, I don't personally care for the LED light, I don't get to see it, but I'm sure it looks great (?!) and the charging port takes some finding, but these are tiny nitpicks. Something less of a nitpick is that it is rather noisy. I've read people going to the super market with this thing on... I daren't turn this on with other people in the house, it's incredibly loud I find. Overall, very pleased with this purchase, it hits all the right spots, leaves you feeling very satisfied and the ease of use makes it a joy to play with.
Powerful and different
My first prostate massager and its interesting, powerful but the prenium stimulator is a little short. It's ok but more for extra stimulation with a partner rather than stand alone use for me. First-time experience

Good, but takes some work

I decided to try the Mantric Rechargeable Remote Control Prostate Vibrator as I had just been introduced to the wonderful world of prostate play and this seemed like a great toy going off the reviews. The presentation is lovely. Great quality silicone, and even has lights on the toy and control when going through different settings. As for the toy, i found it a little larger and fuller than other toys which i had no issue with, however, found you couldnt change the intensity of settings (Unless ive been missing something) and some of them i found over kill which did nothing for me. Amazing

Handle with care

Intense Powerful Vibrations
After hearing so many good reviews on prostate massagers I decided to bite the bullet and purchase one to find out what all the fuss was about. After a quick search of the LH site I got it down to two products this one and Lovehoney's own Desire luxury range. Both are remote controlled and whilst the Desire product had a handy case included it was a little bit more money and having already owned a product from the mantric range I knew the quality of the mantric item would be good, reliable and I preferred the look of this vibrator. Received my package next day and packaged well as always. LH never disappoints in this area which certainly keeps my custom. First impressions were as expected which were really good. As I've said before I already own another product from this range so the expectation was set. However if this is your first purchase from the Mantric range it probably won't be your last. The item is has a luxury feel to it and is silky to touch even without lube. After a quick browse of the instructions I placed the item on charge ready for a trial later the night. If this is your first mantric item I know the instructions could be better and could take a few seconds to work out where you plug it in. This is because the item is waterproof so the insert for the charger has to be kept sealed. A few illustration's on the instructions would certainly help newbies. After a quick apply of water based lube inserting the vibrator was easy and instantly felt good. There are various different vibrations & patterns however the most powerful one if my favourite and this uses both motors. Thankfully this is the first pattern in the sequence as once the device is turned off it will cycle back again from this pattern making it easy to find. This vibrator gives a great feeling inside with intense vibration's but unfortunately during solo play it just misses the spot for me personally, I guess we're all different (as I know some have said the first setting is too powerful and this is my favourite). I think this might be down to the curve at the top been quite small and not sitting forward enough. This toy looks slick with the matt finish high grade silicon and the sleek ribbed contours below the head this toy looks great and it feels even better. Once inserted it sits quite comfortably on my perinieum allowing me to relax in almost any position i would like without getting uncomfortable. As with most mantric toys i love the led light to show the modes it just adds to the premium feel of the product, i also love the little ring remote as you can keep it on your finger without having to reach back down or serarch through your covers for the remote to change the setting. If you found with other prostate massagers like i did that they just dont quite reach the spot this is quite a long and girthy massager and for me it hits the spot perfectly. Once this toy is on BOY do you know about it, it sends powerful vibrations straight through the head and onto my prostate giving toe curling sensations that feel utterly amazing. Well worth the purchase
